Mcdonald's in Warrington

Won't use this one again. Food average and and the last 2 visits had the wrong food. 1st missing burger. 2nd had half of someone else's order. And this time no dip and I asked for no cucumber in the wrap. Surprise surprise it had cucumber in both!!! Was on my way down m6 so juts binned the wraps. Awful.

I mean its McDonald's, they had 100 people from a tour bus come in at once with the choices of 3 open places to get food. But they where out of ketchup in the machine for dine in. The fries lacked salt or flavor, the burger was meh (Cheese Steak Buger) over cooked to death. But the food did roll out and people got hot chow so it's something.

It takes a certain level of dedication to serve someone a cold burger, then repeat the feat when it is returned for a hot one! Do McDonalds serve hot food anymore?

Food is as expected from McDonald’s, the waiting was not, drive through late on Saturday night was more of a crawl through, never have I had such a slow service average 7 minutes per car 4 cars = best part of 30 minutes waiting. It would have been quicker catching the cow and cooking it myself- why offer a service if it’s only done at 50% capacity. Then the food was served cold and dry!

Yet again, 'Do you mind parking up & we'll bring it to you'! May aswell not have a drive through.

Maccies has really fell off. I don't know why people go anymore. Well I do, because it's a last resort or a place to hang out for the homeless.

Ordered Philly cheese burger large meal with cheese bites from drive thru. Received medium fries and no cheese bites. Went to swap them and the girl didn't apologise, slammed the stuff down in front of me and the general service was disgusting. Got back in the car and realised they'd given me a big mac!! Couldn't be arsed going back in. Terrible service by terrible staff member. She should be sacked!

Food to an ok standard just takes a lot of time to get it to you

The coffee was very bitter, looks the coffee machines here are cleaned once a year🙄 the flatbread were hard as a rock, only the wrap were edible🤮🤮🤮

The most concistent, in a good way

It's not a drive through. It's a pay and wait in the car park for someone to try and find your car... which means an extra 15 minute wait. Been like this for ages and it's not getting any better.. Recommend parking up and going Greggs instead.

Very nice food and customer service

To be fair it's Maccie's and it never comes out like it looks on the screen had a philly cheese burger meal 1 piece of gurkin and was average. Chips cold . Fanta was spot on

Only called for hot chocolate on a cold winter’s morning but it hit the spot as always very busy so a little wait for order but not that long

Drive In - Better chance of winning the Euro lottery than getting your order right! Told the employee what we wanted, confirmed it on the screen, drove to pay window and confirmed it on their screen, happily paid! Got to collection window where we waited for 10mins, gave us the bag but no drinks! Asked them for the drinks girl said what did you order? A Diet Coke and Strawberry Milkshake, finally got them with no apology! Got home to find that had put mayonnaise on the burgers and it was a Chocolate Milkshake! Go here regularly and it's always the same, absolutely terrible service and if you complain they are not bothered. Whilst its a pain I'm parking up and going inside to the KFC from now on!!! Its a shame that the owners of Lymm Services can't throw this company off the site.

Staff too busy talking to serve customers and table's were filthy with no one available to clean them so I left and ate in my vehicle

In the restaurant, not much warmer than in the field of savings on heating, you can feel the queues and there were no special 8-minute waits, based on the food, I do not recommend

Very nice place one of the best I have visited. Staff very polite, and as soon as a table was vacant, it was cleaned, and when you got your meal, they came around asking if all was ok .

I was in order at 10:58 and did not get my food 11:22 don't think u can all that fast food the young girl walked around for a couple of minutes with my food in her hand doing other thing but this might not of been a as bad if the manager was not on her phone when packing order. hygiene would have a field day with that one

I use to love it here favourite McDonald’s But now the food has gone really bad firstly the burgers Big Mac we’ve stopped getting as 4 times now the burger has been covered in sauce that much the burger slips apart as it’s soaked in sauce Another thing is how many times order has been wrong entirely ! And the times that things have either been way too cold or chips have no salt and a large is more like a small kids meal size …. This place has gone down hill so bad for months on months now till it improves I think I’ll be keeping away

I live locally, I use this McDonald's far more often than I should. 75% of the time you only have half the drinks on. Rarely have the milkshakes on.

Has to be the worst McDonalds ever been to - consistently poor standards. Feel this example of the franchise lacks a good manager as the basics are lacking. No care in how good prepared - thrown together with no consistency at all. From Chicken McSandwich that is like shoe leather with no lettuce to a Big Mc that is so drowned in sauce slopped on it’s not edible. They always forget something - sauces/straws or extras. Over cooked/undercooked - often out of basics- often have park and wait. Lacks all standards. Give it a miss if you can.

Always really slow service, also McDonald's food has gone really bad lately, always get a bad stomach from it.

Pretty happy with the quality here better chips and salt of the chips than the birchwood one, not a fan o the new mcdonalds decor, music or tempature it's winter turn the heat up abit

The coffee is much better than what I had last time at Stone Cross. The double cheeseburger with chili was great. I hope I’ll get to try it again sometime. Unfortunately, the Big Mac was not only falling apart but also cold. I carried it carefully to the table myself, so it just wasn’t put together properly.

Quick service and red hot food.

As the restaurant was very busy, we ordered via the app to have the meals brought yo our table. When it arrived, the sulky ignorant young girl literally dumped the food and tray on our table and simply walked away... no checking if it was our food and food scattered across the tray. This person should nor be working in hospitality of any kind

Always use this place as a stop when on our travels. They have a good solid team always happy to help. The food is great, bathrooms are clean.

I am extremely disappointed. I have been here hundreds of times, and literally 80 percent of the time, there is something missing or wrong with the order. I now never leave the drive-through until I've checked everything. I went today and again, it was wrong but also the worst I have ever seen with half of the order missing. Luckily, I checked it first. Something is badly going wrong at this branch. Any McDonald's managers care to comment? As this badly needs fixing.

One of the best I’ve been to lately, service was quick but without compromises. The two ladies in the restaurant were most helpful and everywhere was very clean, even though it was very busy.

Joke of a place ordered food waited 15 minutes that's fine food come out was told we was told the donus was out of stock do I want a brownie I don't like brownies so just simply asked for a refund the come back 2 seconds later with a donut checked the date should of been discarded yesterday took it back they took it out back come back with new lable same donut as I had squashed the end to know now chucked I in bin won't use again also all other food was cold and stale

Lady who brought our food was pleasant and polite. Had to take 2 items back that were wrong. Toilets were a mess. Lots of tables and the floor were full of food and the bins were overflowing. Wasn't particularly busy.

Ordered quite a few items but the staff still can't get things correct. I went through the drive thru and ordered a handful of burgers/wraps/nuggets. They asked for me to park up which I didn't mind and waited 10 mins. How is it the staff can forget X2 chips on an order when it clearly says on the ticket and the staff that bring it out to the car. Clearly staff don't check orders from checkout to delivery. Communication is shocking! The fact that they walk off before they check what you have ordered is silly! I'd rather wait at the window to get all the order rather than someone bringing it to me.

Very busy and delay on food had to wait in car park and look out for staff with food.

God 2nd McDonald's review of the day and I haven't been back since worth a trip though the sewerage works next door compliments the food with an aroma that is second only to the toilets inside the place which I assume fills the sewerage works across the rd! Will visit again what a trip!

Poor food, always cold, never get a response from my reviews

Stoped for tea whilst travelling home from a long weekend. It’s filthy. Overflowing bins, food all over the floor, food left all over tables. Absolutely no pride taken in the present of the premises whatsoever. We saw one overflowing bin emptied whilst we were there, but by the time the staff member emptied it, all of the rubbish stacked around the bin then completely filled the bin again, so the staff member walked away leaving another full bin. Looking at the other reviews the Franchisee clearly doesn’t care one bit.

Food used to be boiling hot. Now the food is cold and stale. Burger, fries and nuggets all cold. 18 nuggets instead of 20.

I have hgv driver and every time I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time because they obviously prioritise the drive.

Ordered my food on the app which arrived promptly, but after that went down hill rapidly food basically thrown down on counter was not asked buy the girl that served me if i needed any sauces etc etc more interested in getting back to her colleagues to stand around having a conversation very disappointing

Dirty toilets, not been cleaned for days! Soap all on the sides, smelly. Not great experince, wonder how clean the food area is!

Staff do their best bit the toilets are often out of service and the place is so busy keeping the tables clear is hard

Food is ok but the service you get here is terrible me and my 2 daughters ordered to big Mac meals and one happy meal and 2 Oreo milkshakes we reserved one big Mac meal and one Oreo milkshake and one caramel frappe that is unacceptable I recommend not coming here Thank you for reading.

I stopped on my way home to Derbyshire. I ordered a Chicken Big Mac (this was hot but the sauce was mostly in the box not the burger). I had large fries (they were fine) but took time getting a small bag to take them away after eating the burger in the restaurant. They staff ignored me waiting at the counter for some time. They were all talking amongst themselves, eventually I got a bag and left. I ordered a hot chocolate with my meal to drink in my car. However when I began drinking it, it was like dirty dishwater and so disgusting I had to throw this away. Absolutely disgusting experience. I very rarely visit McDonald's because of bad experiences. This reinforced my not wanting to visit McDonald's ever again in future. It's always awful...

Literally the worst McDonalds ever! Food is always cold! Poorly put together! Fizzy drinks always flat and the staff clearly don't want to be there!

Dirty and unpleasant, toilets very dirty and the quality of the food served was inconsistent with the recipe. I do not recommend it at the moment.
