Mcdonald's in Warrington

Always use this place as a stop when on our travels. They have a good solid team always happy to help. The food is great, bathrooms are clean.

Just had a burger there on our way home.

Just about to order. Screens go off. Took my money. Can I get it back? Can I chuff. Want to offer me £5 when I spent over £8. Poor.

Drive thru closed, limited menu, take out only, half the order machines not working, long wait, messed up the order (they always do)

A really good McDonald's. Staff were great, the food was hot and fresh. Definitely a good one to stop at on the way south from the Lake District

Stopped for comfort breaks, breakfast and hot drinks that are always great.

I am extremely disappointed. I have been here hundreds of times, and literally 80 percent of the time, there is something missing or wrong with the order. I now never leave the drive-through until I've checked everything. I went today and again, it was wrong but also the worst I have ever seen with half of the order missing. Luckily, I checked it first. Something is badly going wrong at this branch. Any McDonald's managers care to comment? As this badly needs fixing.

One of the best I’ve been to lately, service was quick but without compromises. The two ladies in the restaurant were most helpful and everywhere was very clean, even though it was very busy.

Atmosphere as you expect from a Mc. A nice place, felt like a luxury McDonalds. Service is very good as far as we are concerned.

They got the no cheese right, but to get pickles and give me cucumber instead. Someone needs to go and learn there vegetables.

Joke of a place ordered food waited 15 minutes that's fine food come out was told we was told the donus was out of stock do I want a brownie I don't like brownies so just simply asked for a refund the come back 2 seconds later with a donut checked the date should of been discarded yesterday took it back they took it out back come back with new lable same donut as I had squashed the end to know now chucked I in bin won't use again also all other food was cold and stale

Well, after last time I came here surely things can only get better…..No, stone cold porridge, is it really that hard. 😡😡

Lady who brought our food was pleasant and polite. Had to take 2 items back that were wrong. Toilets were a mess. Lots of tables and the floor were full of food and the bins were overflowing. Wasn't particularly busy.

Ordered quite a few items but the staff still can't get things correct. I went through the drive thru and ordered a handful of burgers/wraps/nuggets. They asked for me to park up which I didn't mind and waited 10 mins. How is it the staff can forget X2 chips on an order when it clearly says on the ticket and the staff that bring it out to the car. Clearly staff don't check orders from checkout to delivery. Communication is shocking! The fact that they walk off before they check what you have ordered is silly! I'd rather wait at the window to get all the order rather than someone bringing it to me.

Very busy and delay on food had to wait in car park and look out for staff with food.

God 2nd McDonald's review of the day and I haven't been back since worth a trip though the sewerage works next door compliments the food with an aroma that is second only to the toilets inside the place which I assume fills the sewerage works across the rd! Will visit again what a trip!

Stoped for tea whilst travelling home from a long weekend. It’s filthy. Overflowing bins, food all over the floor, food left all over tables. Absolutely no pride taken in the present of the premises whatsoever. We saw one overflowing bin emptied whilst we were there, but by the time the staff member emptied it, all of the rubbish stacked around the bin then completely filled the bin again, so the staff member walked away leaving another full bin. Looking at the other reviews the Franchisee clearly doesn’t care one bit.

Food used to be boiling hot. Now the food is cold and stale. Burger, fries and nuggets all cold. 18 nuggets instead of 20.

Oh dear! This McDonald's used to be good but has gone right off the boil. Glacial staff, Incomplete orders Managers standing round chatting.. Long queues No sense of urgency A real shame

Ordered a take out. Lots of lovely and helpful staff around asking if we were eating in and checking folks' order numbers. Especially one of the Mandy's who is a credit to your branch x

I have hgv driver and every time I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time because they obviously prioritise the drive.

Why is it you accept HGV meal vouchers at Roadchef services but not MOTO services. Missing a lucrative opportunity imo

Ordered my food on the app which arrived promptly, but after that went down hill rapidly food basically thrown down on counter was not asked buy the girl that served me if i needed any sauces etc etc more interested in getting back to her colleagues to stand around having a conversation very disappointing

Dirty toilets, not been cleaned for days! Soap all on the sides, smelly. Not great experince, wonder how clean the food area is!

Staff do their best bit the toilets are often out of service and the place is so busy keeping the tables clear is hard

Food is ok but the service you get here is terrible me and my 2 daughters ordered to big Mac meals and one happy meal and 2 Oreo milkshakes we reserved one big Mac meal and one Oreo milkshake and one caramel frappe that is unacceptable I recommend not coming here Thank you for reading.

Excellent customer service from the nights team!!! So friendly and managed to fix the milkshake machine so we weren’t disappointed! 10/10 for service and satisfaction thank you! My bunless burger for once wasnt stuck to the box with cheese, was very tasty and well presented

Drive through young girl was non talkative and then extremely rude when told something was missing, then when she was told she spoke to my husband like dirt. Do not go there!!

Absolutely useless. Can not get an order right to save their life. How hard is it to make sure all items are in a bag before giving it out

Just spent nearly £20 on food and nearly all of it wrong and warm coffee and been ring it up and no answer worse service I’ve had ask for plan burger and wrap both wrong

I stopped on my way home to Derbyshire. I ordered a Chicken Big Mac (this was hot but the sauce was mostly in the box not the burger). I had large fries (they were fine) but took time getting a small bag to take them away after eating the burger in the restaurant. They staff ignored me waiting at the counter for some time. They were all talking amongst themselves, eventually I got a bag and left. I ordered a hot chocolate with my meal to drink in my car. However when I began drinking it, it was like dirty dishwater and so disgusting I had to throw this away. Absolutely disgusting experience. I very rarely visit McDonald's because of bad experiences. This reinforced my not wanting to visit McDonald's ever again in future. It's always awful...

Literally the worst McDonalds ever! Food is always cold! Poorly put together! Fizzy drinks always flat and the staff clearly don't want to be there!

Dirty and unpleasant, toilets very dirty and the quality of the food served was inconsistent with the recipe. I do not recommend it at the moment.

Worst McDonald's I've been to in years. Cold food (3 items ordered). The place has rubbish everywhere plus no one seems to even care to attempt to clear it up. Shocking

Unfortunately, had to wait in the car park until order was ready. ( Well over 5 minutes ) As I live nearby I took it home as usual, but it wasn't as hot as it should have been and no dips for the chicken selects. Food is for the grandchildrens treat, otherwise I wouldn't use the place, they have got it wrong before and weren't bothered, so I don't expect any difference this time, sorry to say.

Our club visited this fine establishment on the 10th of March 2024 and we were blown away with the experience. Not only was the food quick, fresh and tasty but the service was truly second to none, with a waiter asking if we were 'enjoying the food' and 'who ordered the two double cheeseburgers'. Banging music, great times, great mems. We most definitely will be visitng again. To love, to honour, to ramble to scramble.

Bring back the good old days of smiling welcoming humans taking the order opposed to having to drag your fingers across a disgusting flegm covered touchscreen only to end up in a huge queue you would typically find behind a Red Cross truck delivering human aid. To top it off, the fries were cold and and so was the burger! The male toilets absolutely stink of stale urine too. Was awful

We come a lot the staff are lovely at a drive thru quick service eating in is a while but not too long,food great.

I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for five selects

Went to Lymm Services Mcdonalds. When I got home I found that the 2 cheeseburgers purchased only had 1 pickle on and the 20 chicken nuggets only had 16 in them! I’ve paid for 20 chicken nuggets, I expect 20, not 16!

In terms of macdonalds fast food which indo.tend to stay away from this eas excellent to be honest. There was a lady who was looking after the tables I think called Molly .. she was just excellent. It was a refreshing changed to have met such a nice kind lady.

Yet again, freezing cold old fries, they got tossed away. Mctasty was Mcnasty and dry as a bone as if it had been reheated & burger looked & tasted completely unappealing. Binned !!!! Poor service & food yet again from the night shift. It seems to be run by kids who don't care what they are serving to the public retraining needed 100% Dissatisfied, to say the least. Poor effort yet again !!!!! A £9.00 meal, most of which went in the bin. Not good at all.

Not too many people in the restaurant, plenty empty seats but the service was still quie slow.

Fast food drive through, you get what you order, they sometimes give the wrong stuff, and you sometimes wait ages by which time your coffee is cold.

Again lovair or TSL hand dryer are amazing fast. 10/10 the Hand Dryer here get from me. Mcdonalds should go for TSL as there a much cheaper alternative than the terrible airdri quantinum mcdonalds one day will realise TSL are much faster and cheaper. Although I would take a quabtinum over the atrocious world dryer model xa mcdonalds in altringham has. So im not really gonna complain about the gents having quantinums as there way better than world dryer model xa.

Bins overflowing inside, all tables left with other people's waste (as the bins were full) gormless staff, food cold, restaurant cold, tables and chairs filthy.......no milkshakes (but they're never available) paid for apple pies but they didn't have them in stock either......thank god it's the new year and I am dieting so I won't have to go back....

We are local To the Truckstop at Lymm services and the amount of times we attendance milkshake Machine is not working is every 2nd visit the place needs new management the food is always cold a disaster to the name

I had the worst experience at Mcdonalds since i remember going to Mcdonalds for the first time. The manager showed no interest in the questions being asked and had the worst persona for a manager. Just disgusted!!!

Very busy, real crowd inside. But they managed to do our order right. They're are no designated waiting bays, they ask to park somewhere in the big car park but the found our car. Female toilet out of order, male toilet stinky, disabled toilet doors don't lock.

Over half the order missing. And food that was given, not wrapped properly. Very messy. The "sorry about that" from the person I had interrupted from the teenage social meeting behind the counter was almost said with a sarcastic tone.

Great service great staff, lovely waiter on the dining floor flosting around chatting to people including us had a lovely conversation that ended if you need any help just shout me which you dont get now a days. Fast food as youd expect and all up to par!

Quick, friendly and helpful service.

Stopped here for a quick snack for the first time with my son and couldn’t have faulted the service upon arriving and leaving. After ordering food and waiting for around 5 minutes with 5 other people In front which we didn’t mind waiting for, the staff noticed we had been waiting after everybody else had their food and a very lovely female manager came to ask us which number our order was and said it wouldn’t be long which we were really stunned and happy with. Shortly after our number was called we were offered a free McFlurry for the inconvenience and once eaten our food a kind male worker took our tray and asked us if everything was okay with our food. Also very clean restaurant with cleaners present mopping and wiping the tables. Impressed with this outstanding service from McDonalds, all staff very polite!

Gross toilets and they wouldn't let me order a Double McMuffin but I somehow could order a single 🤷🏼‍♀️

Went here, for the 5th time in a row they got the order wrong I'm actually sick of ringing the place now Withing 7 mins of getting home as I live round the corner the food was stone cold. Give this Maccies a miss because no matter what you order 9 times out of 10 it'll be wrong

Yet another joyful time queuing up at macdonalds Lymm drive thru only to have to park up and walk in anyway because the absolute muppets there can't read or perform the simplest of tasks. 1 order. 1 burger and the clowns still can't get it right. Thick as f@#*

Food was cold, every single table in the restaurant had rubbish on it. Though they were cleaned when we asked. Perhaps indicative of the lazy customers not bothering themselves to put anyhtijg in the bins.

Did not seem to have enough staff working and those who were, seemed disinterested. Many customers were standing about waiting an inordinate amount of time for their food. I waited for 20 minutes for a quarter pounder meal without cheese. When it did arrive, although the sticker on the packaging said "No Cheese" it had cheese on it. I went back too the counter and after waiting 5 minutes to attract someone's attention, I then waited a further 15 minutes to be presented with a plain burger, with no onions, nor pickles, nor ketchup. I did not raise this issue as I did not wish to wait further.

Cackdonalds. Worst Mcds in the area. Waited 35 mins at drive through only to be told to wait for a further 20 mins in the waiting area. On multiple other occasions, wrong food. Staff totally uninterested, all kids. Heard them swear at the drive through. Rats running all around the area outside. Dire. Honestly crap.

Never go inside so I can't comment on atmosphere. Last time I went through , the girl serving me was a bit miserable.

what is the point in the drive through when they just make you park up and then never bring your food out correctly. there is nothing fast about this food at all. they are all incompetent its not rocket science.
