Food is great how ever orders usually missing a item and there are so many problems with there website you cant even put a order in and after so many tries it completely resets your order

It's changed hands. Food not great and a little over priced.

This is my 3rd order and it’s absolutely restaurant quality. Always arrives piping hot and tastes delicious. If you like Eastern Revive you’ll like this

worth waiting for lovely food ,8 happy people the only thing was the writing on the top was not clear to what the contents were but got there in the end ,will definitely order again 😁

Forgot the mango chutney an the whole meal was barely warm

Food was delicious and nice and hot

£40 pound wasted wouldn’t order again . Pathia just hot 0 taste and not made like a traditional pathia , meat inside was over cooked and not edible . Korma was orange strange but you can’t really get a korma wrong .thought you could Recover with the desert but the banana fritter Missing syrup so is just dry and pointless considering syrup is the main ingredient in one …..

Chicken Tikka Masalla was great and tasty! Sheek kebab same! Nana was cold and onion badhgi was burnt and greasy and had to be thrown away! Defo would order mains again

We had preordered the food at 4:30but it didn’t arrived until gone 7, then the food was cold and we had items missing.

Takeaway came too earky within 15 minutes. Coconut rice looked so disgusting went straight into the bin. Did not look edible at all. Smelt bad. Curry looked and tasted awful. Poor quality food.

Food was very tasty tbh. Thought I'd give Tayef a shout after noticing their ratings have gone up and was pleasantly surprised as I hadn't bought from here for a while, a good few years back in fact and last time I did it was a lil lackluster tbf. Better than expected so would order from here again I'm happy to say.

I love my lamb madras from Tayef that much that I ordered 2, one to eat on arrival and another to save for next day. Been going there 20 years plus.

Food is always nice but the only problem I find is you have to phone up and let them no if you don’t want something in your food as they never read the notes left for them when you order..

Much spicier this time but still excellent

It will only let me put 60 minutes max but it was longer! From ordering my food to it arriving was almost 2hrs. They changed expected delivery time so often that the app got confused and told me it had been delivered and to enjoy my meal even though it hadn't. I phoned the restaurant only to be told it would be 5 minutes but it was almost 35 minutes before it finally arrived.

First time ordering and it’s fantastic, cannot fault them - driver even read the delivery note, a first for everything! Everything arrived as ordered, was bang on time, piping hot and super tasty! Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Gorgeous food but could of been delivered “Hot” but instead Luke warm!!!

The food and service is excellent however they need to look at the wording of the online menu, special malai is advertised as mild, I've had vindaloo that didn't hut as much!, they did though swap the meal for free were very apologetic and their young delivery man was a joy

I ordered King Prawn rogan josh, what I got was rogan josh with a couple of bits of chewy meat and that was it. Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering from them again.

food was gone off, and had been refrozen multiple times, curry was split and due to the freezer the curry was giving off lots off water on the sides, egg 'fried' rice was over cooked rice and and burnt eggs, my child, my partner and myself all got food posining from it. will not be going back again. reported it on here and no update. not the first time this has happened.

Set meal for 4 is the same amount as the set meal for 2 so wasted my money really

Curry turned up no meat, wrong rice completely wrong order. Food was cold the driver turned up asked me if he could watch the rugby. I will not order again 🤬

Food was amazing, so tasty and fresh also piping hot. No complaints. Something really minor, was we had a missing naan and mango chutney which they apologised for and offered to send immediately, but we just said it was OK not a problem and they said next time we order we can have them as extra to our order which we was very happy about. Customer service was amazing also so really impressed. Will definitely use again. Thanks 😊

So far, an hour late....was advised it would be here by 8.40 latest....(original time). Then, got a text then saying 9.30 - as busy...and delivery on the way....its now 9.50 and I still havent received my food. I've been going to Tayef for years, and am really disappointed. I ordered my food at 8pm.....its a very long time to wait. I doubt it will be hot when - if - it gets here 🥺😩😩

Food was delivered last night on time, food was not hot & within 15 minute of eating it I was as sick as a dog and had terrible tummy will not be ordering from here again.

Balti lamb saag ....so much salt it was uneatable...rest of order was okay but not very warm... won't be ok ordering again

Missing items. Called and was told item would be sent out to us. 24 hours later we are still waiting.

Our first order at this restaurant on recommendation of friends. Unfortunately we were missing Bombay potatoes and onion Bhaji and 1 mango chutney and 1 onions from the order. Otherwise very nice food. I rang the restaurant and they said they would send the missing items but we had sat down to eat. The restaurant offered to send with next order so hopefully this will be resolved as the order was over £45.

My score for everything kind of speaks for itself. I ordered food for my parents and it was really late, cold inside and out, you start eating with your eyes first and it looked terrible. 1/5 STARS.

Rice was watery, and Nana bread was undercooked.

Cheese Kofta was a cheese lump wrapped in meat- not a cheese Kofta. Took 1hr 20mins to arrive and only arrived after I called to chase it up.

Lovely meal tonight, delivered on time, food hot, full of flavour and the naan bread was so fresh and light. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or re-order next time we are staying locally.

Food was okay but it would’ve been better hot as I scheduled the order in plenty of time (around 1 hour later) but was 50 minutes past my scheduled time so came cold but couldn’t fault the value for money on the thali special set menu

I really enjoy food from Tayef. The garlic chicken Hyderabad is delicious 😁 the kebabs ok, lots of onions in it, and the staff are friendly.

10 mins late so wasn’t to fussed, food was watery & ordered cheese naan bread was plain no cheese at all! Chips were cold but the curry was very watery and very strange! Won’t be ordering again have tried but there is a lot better out there.

Ordered more than one starter,for each starter they ask if you want salad and sauce yet they only give you one small pot of sauce and one bag of salad with the whole order,should be one salad and one sauce per starter,disappointed with this

We have ordered here for years the last couple of times have been disappointing. I picked up yesterdays order and it was stone cold when I got it home which isn't that far from Tayef Balti. Last time we order from them sadly.
