Delivered over an hour after we ordered

Food was alright they were busy and waited about 15 mins for the food

food was stone cold on arrival... not worth the money!

A good restaurant in a good place. I recommend the nice team that works there.

Went for a bit of dinner before going into town, food was hot, staff accommodating, was very happy with our experience after not coming for nearly a year or so

Delivery took almost 2 hours to arrive , when it finally did come food was stone cold . Tried ringing the numerous times store and no answer.

Couldn't get a milkshake on 4 different attempts. Each time being told that they don't do it "at the minute". Really disappointing.

My daughter loves to come here to eat and play indoor. But tablets never work for kids .

The bun was solid and my hash bowns are missing

Love the food ? Yes I do 5 star my food was nice but needs alot of seasoning but very polite manners and since this pandemic is happening they are more polite and welcoming know

No Coca Cola no Fanta so had water collects food no burger no ketchup for happy meals

In at 4am on a v long journey and the customer service from the shift manager is spot on 👌

The food is just about edible, blend and with no flavour. You can tell that the staff don't enjoy their jobs, they don't even replace the self service machines with paper for receipts. The cleanliness in the toilets is not up to good standards.

Didn’t put jam on my jam bun and I pre ordered for 6.30 and it came at 6.45 (the app told me it would be delivered by 7.30) mid tbh

Spot on. Tried the McRib, not how I remember it. But food was hot and tasty.

Time and time again macdonalds mess up, missing a whole burger and apple pie! Last time refund request was denied, they never send the full food idiots work in there

Very Slow Service and as per usual whole order has to be checked before leaving the premises to ensure nothing ordered is missing!

The waiting area is very tiny if there are bunch of people you can feel uncomfortable. The staff is kinda okay but I just comes here if I'm really starving. 9 out of 10 times I can't get a receipt as its always out of printing papers so I can't have the chance to tell them my opinion without the code on the receipt. The management is not bothered about a good customer experience here.

Counter service for breakfast was done without any real engagement or courtesy. Staff member was obviously having difficulty identifying which coffee was which, despite the fact she had prepared them. The lids enable you to identify which coffee you have poured without having to repeatedly open each coffee and then shuffling them on the counter. Reminded me of Tommy Cooper performing the glass, bottle, bottle, glass trick! Food was average with a rubbery egg. Porridge was good. Music far too loud in the restaurant, considering it was 8.30 am and the place was almost empty.

I was in McDonald's to get my service user a Cappuccino and charge the car at the same time!

asked for a quarter pounder no pickle and got a plain one no sauce no onions very disappointed was really looking forward to that as I'm pregnant and wanted the onions the most!! plus chips were cold!

Called in before going shopping and was greated by Philip who was making sure every guest was aware of the floor being wet due to the rain. After finishing our food he took our tray instead of us having to go to the bin area. What a pleasant and genuine friendly employee you have.

Collect: 42C7C Once again the order is wrong. The Chicken Big Mac hamburger is missing from the order. This happens to you too often. I'm already giving up on your services.

I'm guilty of partaking in a McDonald's a little too often, handy for lunch, consistent and good. First time here in a while this week and it was bloody awful. Ordered at drive thru. Got told at window I hadn't ordered (I had - but this wasn't a problem, mistakes happen, servers attitude wasn't great though - they could have just "sorry I can't see your order" instead of the lip. Get to next window. Told to drive round and wait (again - not a problem - it happens) After 10 minutes, order didn't come out. Went in to get it. Managers throws it at across counter (it's clear to see where the staff learn the attitude from - spat at me 'her you go mate" ) Get back to car, it's all cold, the mozeralla dippers had "resolidified" and the double cheese burger looked like it had been sat on. I generally try very hard to be supportive of businesses in my reviews, find the positive, but four staff interactions including the manager - standoffish at best, mainly rude and a small lunch order at a drive through that took 15 minutes and was cold. I'll go to KFC or up to Mackers at Riverside next time. Hard pass. Really bad on the simples stuff. Be civil and warm food. (They weren't busy either so there's no excuse - just really poor all round)

Got the order wrong then I asked for sources got them wrong I did use click and collection in parking bay but the member of staff was not interested happens every time

No service for ages so went for a kebab.

Hello I’m a delivery driver your staffs are not friendly last order I picked from your site the staff through the food very rude I’ll make complain to just eat also about the staff strictly tell to your staff don’t act like this

I ordered a sweet chilli chicken wrap, and it had no mayo barely any sweet chilli sauce and a hair in it. The server also sounded like she didn't even want to be there. Overall, it was horrible

Ordered food in drive through, told to wait for food in drive through bay, 15 mins later went in to ask about our order... they forgot to make it. And they forgot the sauce for the cheese dippers Not the best experience.

Popped in for a quick bite and to spend my points I accumulated along with my food for thoughts vouchers. You just got to love Maccies for that . As always the restaurant was clean and tidy the food was hot and served to our table in good time . A god send for a knock kneed knackered out old Codger like me Most enjoyable.

Every day I ask for Ice cream and any other manager give me incredibly story one can shoot down machine at 22.00 other need one HR for cleaning and closing 21.00 my advice is close down for all day and give information out of order or take out from menu.

Absolutely hands down the WORST McDonald’s in warrington by far. Every time I go and order I get told to park up, I can guarantee they’ll say this before I even order my food at the screen … and by surprise I got told to park up again today when I only ordered a bottle of water and a mcflurry. Seriously? It’s called fast food for a reason. By asking people to park up just to fudge your drive through efficiency figures is ridiculous. Definitely won’t be returning to this branch, given it too many chances.

Been going to this McDonald's ever since I've moved to Warrington and the food is amazing, tried the new grimace shake today and wow what a milkshake only gutted that it's limited time only

4/5 overall, it's a maccies init. They serve maccies I don't know what else to say about that, but it's the crowds it attracts, usually uncooth youth. And the kids play area is always full of sprogs running round with no socks on.

Terrible Customer Service, Unpleasant Staff, Poor Customer Service, Long Waiting Time & They More Often Than Not Get My Order Wrong. ( The Coffee Is Terrible Too, It Tastes Like They Never Clean The Machine! )

Great service from the manager on duty. He was both helpful and cheery when I was served a cold tea. Good example of great customer service.

An awful restaurant the managers are a waste of time the staff are unhelpful and the disabled toilet is a disgrace AVOID

The food was cold and dry, and so the happy meals for children, unacceptable 😑 , one of the worst McDonald's I eat on .

Dined in and both of us had Double sausage and egg mac meal which also includes hash brown. In the price had latte for drinks, hot and tasty. Good value at just over £10 for both. Plenty of parking here 2 carparks, 90 minutes allowed. There is table service if required. Great member of staff (Val) served us,

Old sites don't have to be dirty, you've not seen a floor like it. It was so greasy that it was picking up foot prints and was slightly slippy. Won't be using again

The place is always clean and tidy, lovely friendly staff who are always very helpful and the food is to a great standard.

All of the food was absolutely freezing to the point it wasn’t even edible. The chips were soggy and some were rock solid. The burgers were absolutely stone cold. Everything got put in the bin. What a waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend it was so awful.

Great atmosphere and very attentive staff members. The dining around was also kept very clean and condiment bar was fully stocked.

Staff was very polite and my food came fast , can’t fault them for anything . Came in when it was quite busy and the dining area was really clean

ordered 3 mayo chicken, med fries and med coke and only the coke turned up? got the right order too?

Ordered through the app, my fries turned out to be burnt and barely edible. The actual chicken in my burger was warm but so stale I couldn’t even chew on it. I could tell that I was just given some old left over. This has happened to me twice now, I don’t think I’ll be buying from here any time soon

Worst McDonald’s ever. Staff are ALWAYS rude and always have moody faces, no good customer service what so ever. Constantly getting orders wrong, all the time. Burgers are literally dripping in grease and chips are always cold and terrible. Drive-thru is also awful, you order 2 normal cheeseburgers and wait 20 mins in the parking bay to get them. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Brought the kids for a lovely breakfast, they love the pancakes here. Staff are amazing with kids so friendly and helpful

Ordered via the app and collected from store. Had a quick scan of the bag to make sure we had everything and realised we were missing a fries. When we got home I realised they had given us the wrong wrap and a chicken salad minus the chicken.

its late at night and i wanted a plain cheeseburger with just ketchup and extra cheese which was an extra 60p. got home and opened my burger to see nothing changed on it, it still had pickles and onions on. i am autistic and hate anything touching my food like that so the burger went straight in the bin to add to that the chips tasted like stale cardboard. i hate this mcdonald’s and the stupid no gcses staff that works there.

They can sod off, made me wait 30 minutes for the food and even then I had to come in, mixed chocolate in my villian milkshake had to swap for coke and then gave me my chicken selects which I waited ages for and was raw I ate 2. I am sick now. They are all divs!

They often get the order wrong and food quality is hit and miss. Don't even bother with uber eats

4 separate sources ordered and not a single 1 delivered

This is not the first time when I order something by uber eats and my order missing some positions. This time sauces and drink. Bags were fully sealed so it's again mc employees fault. Growing tired with this specific location.

Incomplete order. I ordered 2 dips and they were missing from the order. The reason why I choose the chicken select was for the sauces. Very disappointed. I really ordered for the dips this time.

Got to the point of not going anymore. Kids play area is filthy. Restaurant is filthy. Staff busy chattimg to each other. Wait too long for fast food and when it comes its like eating rubber food. Not really tried another mcdonalds to compare as this place has put me off

It was actually hot and the fries and nuggets were crunchy! Couldn’t believe it. Outstanding for the 1st time ever! Whoever was in the kitchen last night deserves a raise 👍🏼

Every time your self service machine never gives you a ticket! flashes what number you are for a split second all to save money on your part! While the customer gets a worse experience standing there like a muppet with no receipt….happens at all maccys now sly money saving practice as they think can make even more money…….

This is the worst McDonald's in the uk my job takes me all over the uk,but this is the closest to my home and continually letes me down I have takeaway and it is more often cold and just thrown together I recently had a quater pounder meal since they advertised so called improvements, a joke still cold and thrown together, clearly the staff have no pride in what they do, or care about the service
