all items wrong gave me 3 egg barns and I don't like egg asked for sausage

no coffee in the cappuccino? tastes like hot milk with foam

Call into Gregg's quite regularly. This particular shop at Cockhedge Centre in Warrington is outstanding. All the staff are helpfull, willing and efficient. The pastries are always served hot, sandwiches fresh and cakes (especially Bavarian Slices) are delicious. Well laid out shop and seating area. Always clean. Would recomend and return.

Be careful ordering from here. The delivery driver appears to be under influence of drugs/alcohol - he turned up slamming his hand non stop against the door and then refused to deliver because couldn't understand my name. Threats + abusive language.

After a previous delivery going missing I was reluctant to order again but thought I’d give them a second chance. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Delivery was spot on.

In the nicest way possible, the guy who delivered my food sounded like a serial killer trying to lure me outside so he could steal my skin and teeth.

Food cold, hashbrowns stale.. was a small amount of egg and my daughters omelette and sausages barm came with half an egg piece and 1 sausage 🤣 onlynthing was nice was the yum yums

It’s the third time they’ve ruined my breakfast bap. I order brown sauce for my partner and no sauce for me! However I’ve received a stupid amount of sauce on mine every time! Not what I wanted! And I also ask for vanilla syrup in my latte and that wasn’t added to my coffee today! It’s a third time it’s been wrong so I am complaining this time!

Again, really poor service over 2 hours for delivery, had to go out couldn't wait any longer, shop couldn't cancel my order and I did it by app but I arrived home 6 hrs later to find it left on my door step. Ordered at 12.20pm and it was delivered at 2.30pm. The app just got worse over time definitely not using it again.

It was cold and the drinks lids were split. All drinks looked the same, ordered 2 cappuccino and 1 latte. It tasted fine just cold.

Driver handed me the bag of food without telling me the coffee has spilt and was leaking through the bag so the coffee then went all over my floor as driver didn’t bother to warn me. Very poor service.

Unfortunately the food was cold today, I always order from greggs cockhedge as they are by far the best, almost all of the time the food is piping hot.

The food was great the delivery was great but the price just eat charge for delivery is atrocious £4-50 for 1 sandwich and a drink so don't think I'll be getting delivery again

Cheese, sauce and toppings on pizza were stuck to the bag so we just had the base. Cheese and onion pasty was not even delivered.

1. The first time we have had Hashbrowns from Greggs and they were disgusting.. they were the frozen ones you it at the supermarket and were rock solid and cold..like they’d been left out all night. 2. The bacon barm was cold, not cooked properly and soggy. We had to put it in the Airfryer to finish cooking 3. They put the donut with SOFT ICING in a BAG!! It was completely stuck to the inside of the bag and the others that were RINGS! We’re in boxes??? But they were fresh and taste good.

Steak bakes were piping hot & delivery was fast. First time ordering from Gregg’s and was unsure if food would still be hot upon delivery. Will be ordering again.

I had no milk for my morning brew and I asked them to please make sure that there was milk in my tea because I had nine in the fridge at home and booyyy did they make sure I had milk for my tea! Hahah I have milk sachets to last me a lifetime! Thankypu again! And the food is delicious as always x

I am missing southern fried chicken goujons

Food was cold, no napkins or sugar provided for coffee. Delivery was late and when it did arrive the driver was rolling his eyes and moody that he had to walk around a small corner to get up the path. Coffee had spilled in the bag too.

The fruit pots given were out of date!

Great delivery, happy friendly. Food was fab. Varied from sandwich, pizza, chicken biyltes, chicken goujond. All very enjoyable by the family.

Ordered and paid for extra sausage on one of the regular breakfast deals and it didn’t have extra just sausage on it.

Food is always cooked perfectly, and always hot when it arrives. Delivery driver was really polite too!

Half of the order was wrong. Ordered 2x sausage baguettes with extra sausage. Only 1 arrived. Ordered 2x bacon rolls with extra bacon. One of them was just sausage, no extra anything. Whoever put this order together wasn't paying attention at all.

Honestly, beyond disappointed with Gregg's as a whole. No idea if it's the drivers fault or the restaurants but I've ordered over 7 times from Gregg's this month and 4 of those have been missing items or turned up damaged. Luckily I keep taking photo graphs so I'm getting refunded but it's the massive inconvenience, you'd think it's an extreme challenge to get a simple order or two drinks and two sandwiches right, clearly they aren't capable of doing that.

My order didn't even turn up. Yet the driver marked it as delivered. Getting no reply from just eat so will be contacting the bank

I received somebody else's order and that other person's order had 3 missing items. It's such a joke. No idea what happened to my order but I never received it. Disappointing to say the least.

Customer service is terrible they make a mistake you point the mistake out and they just stare at you they don’t apologise for there mistakes and can’t even seem to say thank you they look at you like you stepped in something and it’s all the older ladies that work here just so rude !!!! They need to work on customer service skills and they also don’t seem to know how to work the app I can do their job better. The food is also always cold i be very surprised if they pass an audit.
