iPizza in Warrington

Disgusting.. DO NOT eat here if you don't want food poisoning. Food was cold and tasteless only positive is the delivery driver was polite and an extra pound for cheese on your garlic bread you having a laugh 😃

We ordered at 7:30 , arrival time 8:30 was not here rang through at 9pm to be told it was given to the driver and he has delivered the pizza. We have ring door bell as proof but the man’s attitude was disrespectful, he just said we are liars and don’t call again , £50 down the drain!!!!!!!!!!! Fuming

I'm still waiting for my pizza...1 hour and 45 minutes now

Ordered a double cheese burger and only received a single, taste was average at best And a 14 inch pizza tasted awful and was cold I will not be going back here again.

Pizza order never turned up - rang after 45 mins and they said it would be 15-20 mins. At least 1.5 hours later and still nothing. Even when rang they didn’t even ask to confirm the order No or anything. Wouldn’t even try buying from here again.

Have ordered multiple times on Uber & Just Eat. Delivery is always quick and never had any issues with orders. I have just ordered from their website to save on delivery fees and noticed that it works out cheaper to go direct on iPizza’s website. Their website is easy to navigate and accepts cash too which is a bonus as Uber and Just Eat no longer accept cash.

This has to be the 3rd time I’ve found hair in my food , ipizza used to be good and now the hygiene has gone down massively.

I've just ordered again. 18inch meat feast with olives and mushrooms on top. Best pizza in town, I know cuz I tried them all and now, I always order from here.

Admittedly put wrong address on so rang to confirm the address intended and add sauces and confirmed address to the lady on the phone it still got sent to the wrong address so I received no food and the staff on the phone called me a liar,no refund no food and disgusting customer service

Ordered a delivery at 9:50, ordered a chicken calzone and a Donner meat calzone turned up and asked if the garlic bread and cheese to be a calzone they said they could do it and it turned up as a garlic bread said delivery would be half hour to 40 minutes it turned up at 11pm, so around 20 minutes late with no communication at all! I phoned them up to explain and the customer service was awful, I explained that the order was wrong then she then said they don't go Garlic bread as a calzone but I asked if they could do it or not and they said they can and she continues to say it was my fault, then I told her about the late delivery with no communication and she told me go else's where then I had no apology and not offered anything to help the situation ! Never ordering again

Rang up about a slight mistake on our order after ordering numerous times and no complained to be told I was wrong and for her to complain about previous orders and to be made that I was stumped by the female member of staff WILL NOT BE GOING HWRE AGAIN

First time I've tried this place, and wow! Best pizza Ive had!!.. The base is delicious and cooked to perfection. Good amounts of toppings. And sliced all the way through. The garlic and herb sauce that come with it, is really nice. Well done guys, keep it up! Highly recommended A*** Mike (Kingston upon Hull)

Pizza/garlic bread was one of the worst I’ve had, just packed with bread and only a small layer of cheese on top thiner than my grandads undies! Awful

Excellent kebab, everything is reasonably priced, food comes hot. Both kitchen staff and delivery driver followed requests/instructions.

Waited 45 mins ordered at 10 pm .... we ordered chicken kabab and garlic bread ...chicken kabab had not been griddled ...chicken breast marinated in naan....garlic bread was disappointing ....cheese had been stood for a long time prior to delivery was hard and firm.

I have lived in Warrington my whole life and am very fussy with food and have to say that Ipizza is the best fast food restaurant in Warrington and even blows the big names out of the water!

Son ordered treat, had a kebab, omg! Was amazing, chips gorgeous, onion rings , gorgeous, the only fault I had was there was far too much onion in the bottom of the side salad. Bit overpowering. But on the whole, no complaints so far! 👍

Never had any issue when ordering from iPizza. Great service and great food. Tonight the driver asked if we had children, which we have 2 below 6yrs. He then went back to his car to bring back 2 little goodie bags with fruit and sweets in. The kids were made up and it was a lovely touch. Top job fella. Sorry I didn’t ask for his name.

1. Always a brilliant, hot and fast takeaway. 2. Tonight we ordered off an old account and only changed our billing address. (Recently moved) After checking my emails I realised an hour later..so i rang and apologised and said that I don’t want them chasing us, really sorry etc. Apologised and said it was totally our fault. They then offered us another takeaway at half price! This made us very happy and couldn’t believe that they would make fresh (which it was) and travel out to an address even further after our mistake. I never leave reviews but this had to be done. Well done iPizza I doubt any other takeaways would of done this at 11pm at night! Will make sure I check in future! Sorry IPizza & thanks again!

Watch out how much you pay for your order, sometimes they can count more, if on site are not too much lettuce, they put inside huge amount of onion!

Best pizza in Warrington by far! Make sure you order from them direct as it’s free delivery! Wouldn’t order from anywhere else! Fast delivery too less than half an hour! Fab!

For a place to order pizza till late, it's good, but prices aren't affordable for quality which one I've received. Everything with my pizza was ok, but it's still overpriced. I would like just suggest: Please let people know when You are making flat rounds, pizza is so small in 18" box and how many grams of meat Your customers will recieve in any pizza with meat. I'am most disappointed by lack of chicken taste in my pizza. Maybe some seasonings can make it better, to mask lack of most important ingredient.

Placed order online, added extra to make over £16, wrote in comments free bottle over coke. When order can didn't receive my free item. Rang the shop and the guy very rude told me nothing can be done as nothing in comments so wont get a free item...

Placed an order at 8.10pm, order was accepted but by 9.30pm still no sign, despite it saying will try to get it in 45mins and will contact me for signficant delay. Tried to call but phone always engaged so cannot cancel it. Really poor service! Have been using for for 4 years but will never use again after this.

Love ipizza, They do some nice pizzas we usually order the massive one its enough for the whole family delivery is always quick dont have any issues with it.

Accidentally ordered a burger with mayo, couldn't eat as i am allergic. They wouldnt replace and i couldnt re order as it didn't exceed the minimum order price.

My order was wrong ordered a cheese burger with mayo and no salad and got a normal burger with salad and tomato ketchup,the food wasn't the hottest would recommend not using this company!!

Delivery was good but when we opened the pizza box it was all messed up on one side of the box so had obviously been on its side and all the cheese had fallen off so wasn't happy

The pizza I ordered was thin and crunchy, didn't take to my liking, the chicken nuggets were rubbery also. I can't say much about the garlic bread apart from it was boring.

Tried out the cheese-stuffed crust for one of the pizzas and it wasn't bad at all :) Delivery time was not too early, so could tell it was not cooked earlier and left to fester - in comparison to a recent purchase I made elsewhere - and the delivery gentleman delivered with a smile. Defo ordering again

Not sure how you review restaurant service ordering a takeaway delivery... so middle rated on this. Good food, delivered earlier than stated but did add 30 minutes to on ordering soooo bit of a buffer for them i think. All in all wasnt waiting ages. Food was nice. Would order again defo. Good chips!
