Food came 2 hours after ordering and is stone cold

Normally I love a burger king, but this time I went with one of the chicken specials burgers advertised on the board. I so disappointed with it lacked any flavour with the bun a bit on the soggy side. Now to the big question would I go back to this one it's a No

Me and 2 others visited here for whopper day! Two of us had the plant-base whopper which might be one of the best veg burgers we have ever had. Even my non-vegetarian friends preferred the plant based whopper.

Food was horrendous - wilted brown lettuce and stale bread. Will not be ordering again

Only a few people were serving, so the wait was long. Tables were being taken up by people who weren't eating.

We visit burger king once im every month. The place is nice and food is good, specially chicken doritos fries.

Burguer king Birmingham High street. Week day very nice time to go. Not many people inside so the staff can bring a good service. No paper waste so you have to be ready for the number in your screen you will need to collect your order. And if you have the app you will allow to scan your code for have app promotion to redeem in the restaurant. The place was clean so you can eat without thinking that you will sick. Kids are very welcome and obviously they will love the fries. I had whopper (of course) because are the best fast food burgers.

Went in to eat before heading home from work. The atmosphere was conducive, frequently cleaned and spacious. The restaurant has two floors with the bottom floor being the "usually crowded" eating hall. whilst the top floor is quieter for those who enjoy their meals in silence, it also has the toilets for easier access. There's constant WiFi and the toilets were very clean.

Louie was just fantastic exceptional customer service. I am disabled and attended the branch with my disability dog. He helped me get my food and was so kind and polite.

The order was never delivered yet I was charged for the order.

They got our order completely wrong, then they was rude when i asked to get the right order. Lastly their toilets are disgraceful. Blood on the floor, open sanitary pads, tap that doesn’t work and no clean tables.

Unpleasant, canteen like atmosphere. Rubbish everywhere. Disorganised.

My friends and I had a lovely experience at this restaurant. The food was hot and delicious and I was plea surprised by the loaded bacon and cheese fries. We were served by Amina at the till and she was so lovely and conversation with her felt natural.

Amina was sympathetic, very helpful and engaging. My experience at Burger King was very pleasant.

Subió después de la prisa, disculpe, he pagado y no tengo comida. Aquí está la transacción pendiente en mi aplicación bancaria. El gerente se negó a ayudar y fue grosero y discutió conmigo durante 30 minutos. Y dijo que si el pago pendiente pasa necesito viajar de vuelta al centro de la ciudad de Birmingham para un reembolso en 3 días. ¿Por qué esas horribles mujeres no muy inteligentes están empleadas? Así que ahora necesito regresar a mis expensas para obtener un reembolso. Un servicio horrible. No saques tu comida de aquí.

Nightmare experience. Went there on Sunday the 1st, ordered food paperless machine so no recpeit. Carnage at collection point no numbers being checked. Went up after the rush excuse me I've paid and got no food. Here's the pending transaction on my banking app. The manager refused to help and was just rude and argued with me for 30 mins. And said if the pending payment goes through I need to travel back to birmingham City centre for a refund in 3 days. Why is that horrible not very clever women even employed????? So now I need to go back at my own expense to get a refund. Awful service. Do not get your food from here.

Fast food has never been so complicated as touch screens doing anything but a straight forward order. Painful and impersonal. Staff make the assumption you're a frequent visitor (I was a tourist) and don't go out of their way to be helpful. Disappointed by soggy cold fries and lukewarm food. 6pm on a Friday you'd expect better l. And the price for what you get is extortionate ...fast food is no longer inexpensive. £22.80ish for 2 burgers, 1 fries, 1 drink and I halloumi 5 piece. Wish I'd gone to nearby Tesco instead for a sandwich. Saving grace was a plant based option was available quickly. Wouldn't recommend.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to

never had an issue with the food except when i went into the shop today and one of the workers was wearing a bonnet. I understand people have rough days but wearing an actual silk satin sleeping bonnet in a food restaurant is not a place to wear it. I called the lady over after she ignored me for about 5 minutes when i was standing at the cash register to pay for my order. she then began to cough violently for about 30 seconds into her arm whilst staring at the floor and obviously not willing to serve me. You’d think from covid we’d learn common decency.

The food was dire. At first, it was timed to come for 10pm and it came at 10.30pm. When I opened my burger, it had been eaten. I was suprised! Not good. I literally had half a burger!

Abysmal service. Food delivery time kept getting pushed back, and the time on ticket shows the food sat around for half an hour. So i get all my food stone cold. Unedible. It's gone in the bin !! What a waste of 30 quid !!

Excelente hamburguesa recién cocinada. La comida era preciosa, el personal era bueno, el pesebre era amable. El lugar necesita una limpieza profunda, pero en general bueno. Teniendo en cuenta los clientes groseros, desagradables y sucios que hacen muy bien.

Good quality of food and prepared quickly. It's a shame to see that they have ongoing issues with people coming in and abusing their facilities (stealing drinks). Hopefully the buisness can make changes to stop this being an issue for them as the lost revenues and added costs must have an effect on the business.

This Burger King was very clean. Staff cleared and wiped tables immediately after people left. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Haven't had a burger in over 2 years, so that tasted pretty good as well.

Best burgers and fries ........

To be honest it's not too bad but can be extremely filthy with bins overflowing with some strange dodgy people inside the outlet. Hygiene could be improved as I had diarrhea one time after eating there.

Okay overall but I have a few concerns regarding the food and drink, and the toilet hygiene, as I was getting a drink from the dispenser I noticed something very dark and sickening at the bottom of the cup. I also ordered a Chicken Ceasar burger but there was tons of rocket on the burger basically more than the chicken patty which made it almost inedible making me pick some of the pieces of rocket out but the sides I ordered were very good. But as I went into the bathroom it had a very unhygienic smell and there was toilet paper on the floor, but overall it was okay just some compulsory changes needed throughout the restaurant.

I ordered chicken nuggets and chips when eating I saw the chicken nuggets were not cooked properly and was disgusted to find that I couldn’t eat the rest and had taken the food to my hotel so I had to go buy something else to eat.very unhappy and will not be eating there again not a very clean place and the service wasn’t the best wouldn’t even recommend to my enemies

I couldn't believe a vegetable whopper was unavailable. The vanilla milkshake was nice. I nearly choked on the burger it got stuck in my throat. I don't even take big bites. Needs a chew more.

Revisiting, 2 years on. A massive improvement and change from what it once was, the burgers are now fully cooked, fresh and fast, the location itself provides itself a nice central placement in the bull ring - this allows a get away from the chaos of what is going on outside. Tables are often kept neat and tidy, with the staff putting in a world of effort to ensure consistent and high quality is being delivered. The burgers taste standard for burger king, which is a good thing, they are well cooked and consistently delivered at high level, all customisations are adhered to. Located close to the burger king is a car park that charges £2 for parking. Although the machines are still placed in an odd location, the tables set around the restaurant have been moved slightly and now make more logical sense, beyond this, the upper level of the restaurant seems to have been permenately closed. There is disability access available. This is vastly different from the burger kind I made a visit to a while ago, same brand, same staff, but new vibe and a strong positive energy; a lot of respect as this is often hard for a branch to do. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and want a quick bite.
