never received order and wont answet phone

The driver wouldn't give me my food even after I gave my name and also the driver stole my receipt which has my name on it and he is also missing a straw

Fried chicken was dry and overcooked and so was the donnar

came late left one item at the restaurant gave me cash but short. not a good service at all.

my order was ove 1 hour late and i ordered mixed doner meat and only got just kebeb meat not pleased

Order came 1.5hours after ordering. Food was cold & curry sauce was lumpy. Initially I thought getting 40% off discount would be good but the lateness & the quality of the curry sauce let it down. My wings were tasty but chips were luke-warm. Happy.

First it said it would come by 6:45 then that got delayed and after trying multiple times to get a response there was no clue where the order was at some point it said the food was delivered but we didn’t receive it then it said it’s on the way and we got the food really late and when we asked why the food arrived late the person didn’t respond and just gave the food and left. The food was extremely cold when we opened it. Unfortunately this was the worse experience we’ve ever had.

I ordered cod and chips, there was a thin piece of grey cod and loads of crispy batter with a tiny bit of cod. It was horrible.

I had asked on the app to deliver my order by 18:10. yet they delivered it at 17:30 . I was fasting so I couldn't eat it. so by the time I could eat it. it was cold. why have the schedule feature if your not going to follow it

They put the wrong toppings on the pizza. And missed out my ch box not happy

I ordered last week and this week, my order was 30 mins late both times. The food was freezing cold last week, it was hot this week atleast. I requested a partial refund as the food was so late for the second time in a row, but the restaurant refused. The actual food has some good items but some food isn't all that. I won't be ordering from here again due to bad customer service and there are many more options out there.

The was late but not really a problem plus big John's couldn't apologise enough and I got two free cans of pop win win 👍👍👍👍

Today we ordered piri chicken and chips, but the chips were very, very dry, and couldn't eat it, not happy, usually the chips are great. 05/03/25.

Cuando te digo fenomenal, me refiero a batidos FENOMENALES. El plátano era el mejor. Vainilla un segundo muy cerca, no solo sabían muy bien, sino solo 1. 99 ! Que es más barato que cualquier comida callejera al azar que se vería a un lado de la carretera. Y no, no está medio vacío, te dan casi la misma cantidad que un batido medio McDonald's. Todas estas críticas sobre los problemas de pedido pueden ser ciertas, ya que físicamente fuimos allí. ¿Por qué no le di a este lugar un 5? Debido a que las papas fritas eran calentitas y poco condimentadas, la carne de hamburguesa de pollo era tan salada hasta el punto que tuve que tomar un chapuzón de bebida después de cada mordisco. No hay problemas con el döner o pizza, pero si vienes, te recomiendo que te des un batido.

Ordered 1 piece chicken ane chips and wings meal. The chicken piece was really small so they put a wing in. The wings meal chicken was really dry and has a weird smell to it, it was not consumable. Wouldnt recommend the wings. But the customer service is good at the store

You can either drive through or eat in, whatever you prefer. Fish & Pizza is prepared fresh, everything else is every 30 minutes or so and stocked. Inside is clean & the staff are courteous.

You can't go wrong with big John's fish and chips however I also ordered a beef burger there was nothing special about about it but for the price it could've been a lot more flavoursome to have compared to the pic on justeat ....It was just a regular cheeseburger medium sized

I’m really loving the breakfast menu, absolutely love the offers. My only suggestion would be to make the hot drink after the food is prepared as I don’t like my coffee warm or cold and to fill the cup it’s always like half full or flange the size of the cup. Staff are friendly and have great service.

Someone remind me not to go here again. Overpriced frozen-patty "beef" burger. Over-sauced. An apprehensive Drive-through order in a place that was hardly busy - I had to go inside to find out what was taking so long. Over-manned, under-worked staff with little or no customer-facing experience. I should have been patient and gone to Ben's on Stratford Road! Unik Burger, a little further up from Ben's serve you an excellent value-burger at almost half the price this place charges.

Like Big Johns but today I had chips missing from 1 order and a drink from another.Tried calling but then had to go through the compensation route that didn’t give me the option to say specific items just the whole meal.

Definately not my kind of Pizza - partial refund given. Tried BJs years ago at the Kings Heath (now closed) - for obvious reasons, fancied something HOT as its -4 degrees and working the night shift for emergency services. Pizza was a real let down, not to my caliber or satisfaction. Lesson learnt - only good for using a quick pitt stop for WC. ATTACHED 2 photos of Poor Pizza and a Great pizza from a totally different outlet. Female clerk was great, respectful and helpful. Food is not to my standards. Sorry but have to giv honest review.

Having used Big John's many times without issue, it's a shame to have to leave this review. but the food was luke warm despite being inly 5 minutes away from the shop. Also chips didn't appear to be very fresh and we're clearly either reheated or just poor quality. Such a shame.

Seems like they dont like to give out boneless breast chicken piece when thats what you ordered, if thats the case remove it from the menu ive had this issue 3 times, first time i checked my food and went back and they changed it for me so its not like it was finished, second time i got 2 leg pieces who on earth is happy with 2 leg pieces and third time they sent me home with just chips no chicken at all, workers need to wake up or have somebody check the order before dispatching

Food is super tasty and you can get a lot of value for money with the saver menu. The guy at the drive through in the night time is always super friendly so great service.

the worst donner i have ever had. worse than a frozen donner. can't be dryer. even dryer than chips. and who the hell would put the sauce at the bottom of donner instead of on top? excepting me to mix it myself? and the sfc wings stinks. personally recommend GDK and king kebab. GDK is a bit expensive but juicy meat and at king kebad it is delicious and comes with twice as much meat than Big Johns

Very fast delivery and the food tasted fresh. The chicken strips and chilli cheese bits were really tasty, but I didn't like the garlic bread at all.

Food was ok, but I had to use the bathroom with my daughter and it wasn't clean. The walls and skirting boards had so much dust and it was clearly visible. Bathrooms need to be clean in a food establishment

Never returning. Difficult to work out their system. Had to wait for food... staff wander round a large car park looking for cars despite parking close. No choice of small portion of fish so expensive. The fish was sickly. Threw it away. No idea what they were serving but tasted auful. A bad experience in total.

Chips - were a good size and chunky, but dry Fish - had a thick batter and empty with hardly any fish Curry - sauce was nice Drive through experience - there are two lanes that go into one, but access is poor if there is queue on the left hand side lane, so I parked up and went inside to place my order, the shop was clean Packaging - looks nice, but it’s the quality of meal that counts at the end of the day and this was bang average In terms of value for money: Huge disappointment.

Very busy on match days. Can have long waits for your food. They won't serve pepsi or coca cola as they believe it will help Palestine. Go good generally ok though

I've been on 2 occasions, weekend and mid week visit. Both occasions went through drive-through and on BOTH occasions had to wait in car park for them to complete the order, not great. Fast food should be just that, but waiting 15 mins in the car park is not fast at all. The food wasn't bad but wasn't worth the price. Don't think I'll be visiting a third time. Kebab wasn't anywhere near as fresh as what I have regularly elsewhere, and the chips were warm, not hot.

They have stopped putting chilli and mayo on there food , have can you not out chilli and mayo on my chips even though i was willing to pay extra ? Thats stupid especially knowing its a fish and chip shop franchise which also sells fried chicken , pizza etc...wont be coming back in a rush

order quite regular from here but very disappointed today. Got 3 of the orders wrong and completely missed out half of 1 order, which meant having to eat part of the food and the rest 45 mins later. But to be fair, they're usually ok with getting the order right, but 4 items wrong on one order, is very disappointing

Food was good, but for some reason, when the delivery driver turned up, he parked up a few houses away from mine. Dont know what he was doing in the car but after 10 minutes he spun his car around and came to me with the food. Dont know why he didnt deliver as soon as he turned up? I know this because I was standing outside my house as all this happened. All I can think of is he was buying himself time to do something before getting back to work...All while my food was getting cold.

Very disappointed and disgraceful. Ordered from here and the portion size of Donner with naan was abysmal! Hardly any chicken and was basically naan. Paying £7.99 for something that could feed a toddler! My local chippy gives double the amount for less. Its sad because the food was so fresh and delicious, not your moneys worth though
