They are very bad and very slow

I placed an order, it showed delivered on the app, but I didn't receive the order! Insensitivity!

Went through drive thru at around 10:30, served by someone called ethan, asked for more pumps in our strawberry lemonade and the guy said it’s 50p for more pumps, then he said cash only and then he said it’s a new thing that they are doing to charge for more pumps. I then asked for a receipt and he said it’s not been updated on the system and we charged for 2 sweet chili dips instead. Sounds fraudulent to me because i’ve never been charged for this

When you bought drinks, they never give you straw!

Slow dissatisfied service, we didn't get the whole order we paid for. Burgers were assembled wrong - cheese was on the packaging and not in the roll

Manager ashraf is a poor representative of the brand . Absolutely no customer service skills .

They ask for dips but never bother to send. This is not the first time. there is no use in paying for it.

The food is well just McDonald's, but the lovely old gentleman cleaning the tables was wonderful. He made my daughter's night even better.

I went to buy capuchino and it was cold and I told them to change it they said they have made It just now but it was cold. I been ordering here for a very long time and they didn't my change my capuchino they said they can't change it. They said I could have a refund but won't change my capuchino for me. To me I feel like they just didn't like.me and didn't want to sort me out. Very bad people and manager

20 minutes late food had melted couldn’t even eat it had to throw it

good branch, with nice atmosphere and also a really clever location for it. staff were nice. food was served very quickly and it also tasted very good. the only mild inconvenience was that the chips were colder than usual but i still ate them. still, it's a good McDonalds for what it is. 5 stars.

Great location for going after a show or concert. Food is good. Service can be a little frustrating by being slow but otherwise ok.

I have lived and or visited the area for the last 15 years plus. This McDonald’s has significantly gone down in regards to service and food quality BY FAR. You can sit through the drive thru (which does get long as it is a McDonald’s!) AT the speaker for ages - but realise it’s long because of STAFF. Staff take around 4 minutes to even ANSWER the drive-thru speaker if ur lucky, then you’ll be left waiting 2 - 3 mins at the payment window. Despite being able to see you & you see the worker who’s talking & laughing to their colleagues, messing around on their phone or just standing there digging the dirt from underneath their finger nails - they will take the time opening the window and taking your payment. I’ve personally even seen two hugging and kissing when they should have been serving customers at the window, I could go on. You do generally get served your food pretty quickly at the food hatch if you have a small order but you most likely will have to wait if you have something like a fish fillet. But the food quality overall has slipped too. Cheese is mostly hanging out mostly from the side of your burger instead of on it which will tend to get stuck to the box if you do not correct it yourself while hot. Tartar sauce 90% on ur buns side and outside edge not centred. Requested customisations tend not to get done so you have to either go back in or check it on the spot in the drive-thru which is very inconveniencing when people are waiting behind you. They pretty much don’t care about the food and will slap it on at 100 mph especially the burgers by using the inside of the box lids, not even caring to see if it landed properly. Everybody employed there is around the age of 18 -23 except the managers and even they they luck interest in customers as long as staff turn up to flip the burgers. It’s sad because it’s a 24 hour McDonald’s and we all need one of those. Absolutely atrocious the way these teens treat paying customers. You will get the odd polite staff worker. If it doesn’t then the crime will definitely put you off. I avoid it on Friday and Saturday nights, and late nights overall during the week because it is full of criminals, people showing off around the car park with fast cars And general up to no goods which would intimidate you out of the car park. Don’t get me started on the beggars that sit right under or nearby the payment window begging through their eyes or shouting demands at you. Windows and doors locked at all times and don’t sit with your window open. McDonald’s do keep car park pretty clean by regularly sending a staff member outlitter picking. It is hard to access it during rush-hour due to the amount of surrounding junction traffic so also avoid at these times. Police regularly do pull in for their own food, but they really don’t care what’s going on unless it’s something really serious as they of course get hungry too, but they still have a job to do. Sadly, they don’t do it here. Don’t bother going inside because you will absolutely get a rugby tackled or sideswiped by Deliveroo/Uber Eats drivers who will jump the queue and bash you with their giant food bags. They have no queue etiquette and it doesn’t matter anyway because staff will leave your food for theirs. They can leave your food anyway getting cold on the side as they seem to not be able to handle it when it’s very busy. If you do go inside then be pushy with your food order and as soon as you see that it’s ready on order screen, approach the counter yourself and ask for it. Check your order before you leave as errors are common and don’t be afraid to ask for something because the staff certainly won’t offer it. Tight of the tissues and they’re tight with the sources but you still may ask if you need it because you are a paying customer. You cannot go here and be shy. There are a moderate amount of car parking spaces which some you need to access by driving around the building just passed the drive-through, but you may struggle out when it’s extremely busy. Two hours max day at the car park and it is camera controlled.

Unfortunately it just gets worse. Now the meals are smaller, prices are up and the service at best is woeful. Sorry

Order took over 45min to be ready apparently, and the delivery person was waiting at the restaurant. He delivered within 10min. Why was the food cold like it was outside for an hour?

Extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald's. I placed an online order for drive-thru pickup, but when my car wouldn’t start, I arrived on a scooter. The drive-thru was completely empty, yet the staff refused to give me my paid order simply because I wasn’t in a car. I explained that it was an emergency, but both the employee and manager were rude and dismissive. Instead of helping a paying customer, they seemed more interested in avoiding work. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be returning. Terrible service and zero regard for basic customer care!

I can’t believe how poorly this McDonald’s treated a paying customer. A friend of mine placed an online order but had car trouble, so they arrived on a scooter. The drive-thru was empty, yet the staff refused to serve them, even though they had already paid. Instead of showing basic decency or understanding, both the employee and manager were rude and dismissive. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If this is how they operate, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Customers deserve better!

I usually prefer other shops, but the only reason I come here is because it’s open at night. After reading about how they refused to serve a customer just because they were on a scooter—despite having already paid—I’m seriously reconsidering. I used to come to this branch often because it’s closer, but next time, I’ll go a bit further to the next one. This place doesn’t deserve my support.

Shocking excuse for a fast food restaurant! Really slow because they wont pay for a full shift of staff. Come after 10:30pm and they will have shut down all the main seating so you have to squeeze in amongst people waiting (ages!) for their orders, even though they say its 24hour! Rude staff members with really poor customer service (we pay for your wages!!!) and low quality food….. toilets were filthy and no tissue provided in any cubicles…… Macdonalds do better!!!!

One of the better McDonald's in terms of food quality, but the drive through staff, more than once I waited in one line, only to have 5 cars go ahead of me on the other side. What's even better is those that were ahead takes forever, and when I got there, food was cold. Even better, they don't ask people to use window 2 to speed flow up, but when there's no one, I get sent to window 2 and it's super awkward to drive in, and i only waited for 30 seconds there. Smh

Unfortunately the quality did not live up to expectation at this McDonald’s outlet. The Big Mac I ordered was cold and tough.

It's a normal McDonald's. Parking is now restricted to 90 mins though, but that's plenty of time to eat your food.

It is what it is a 24hr fast food outlet well positioned on the Bristol road junction with the outer ring road traffic lights.

My order was not delivered to me today so I'm not happy with having moneybstolen from me I want my refund now.

We received the wrong order, with drinks half empty and flat, and the bag was wet. The delivery driver took 20 minutes to deliver to us doing drop offs before us meaning all of our food was cold. We won’t be ordering from McDonalds again as the food is always cold when it arrives.

Where do I begin, I’ve ordered from here a few times and every single time we’ve been missing a key component from the meal. This time it was a Big Mac. I got the fries and the drink but no burger. I’m so confused. Please sort this out.
