I have waited almost 2 hours for this order to arrive cold and missing items. The burger was also incorrect. There was no way on the website to cancel the order when the delivery time changed repeatedly from 20 minutes to then ending up being 1hr 50

Most staff lack the basic intelligence to get a simple order right, no care taken and food just thrown together. Standard of the staff is very poor. Useless

I've been here on several occasions, I can honestly not once I've been completely satisfied with my visit, and on one occasion I only had a mcflurry and a coke; the ice cream was icey and the coke had no ice. The staff's attitude is awful. Service is slow, upto 30 mins to wait sometimes. I just don't go here anymore. I will go out of my way to avoid the place even if I'm with friends.

Food was in a good state, and delivered quickly (it was a little late, but it was dark and raining - so it's understandable)

Nice and clean McDonald's I must say the staff here are lovely and very helpful. However the system in place to order is disastrous, the queue and waiting time was quite long. I blame it on too many self serve machines and not enough staff on tills.

Please always check your food. It happened twice to me with order missing some items

That’s the 3rd time that they don’t give me the whole order. I don’t know if it is unpourpouse or not, but imagine taking the order, and leaving!!

Was the worst sausage and egg mcmuffin ever clearly whatever oil is used needs changing and the muffins were much smaller than the sausage

The table with sauces, napkins and S&P was bare. The lady delivering the food almost threw it at us and quickly disappeared when I was trying to ask her something and the coffee was pretty awful. Not Brill.

It's a McDonald's! Food meh! no surprises. Had table service which arrived very quickly. The staff member was very polite and collected our tray once finished. Restaurant was clean and tidy.

My delivery was late and the delivery driver handed me my drink which was in the bag upside-down spilling half the content on the floor of my building

No stars good order over an hour before it randomly arrived stone cold only a meal and selects don’t take that long to deliver or cook

This is my local maccies & I always go there for a quick bite. Staff are lovely and food is always piping hot despite it being busy all the time.

I typed my address out and the app put my location on the other side of town. The driver was incompetent as he couldn’t understand my directions nor could he read the delivery instructions. My food never arrived. How do I get a refund?

Freezing cold food and I only live one minute away

Delivered the hot chocolate properly came with a HUGE leakage in the bag and was only 1/4 of the hot chocolate left in the cup

A quick stop McDonald's for the usual McDonald's meal. Staff is nice and the service is fast..

2 out of 3 items wrong , 2 items with added extras came with tons of mayo only, 1 burger completely wrong. 1 burger bripping clear oil .. lost appetite waiting cancelled my reorder. is this McDonald's!

The map told me the driver was still at the restaurant but the driver called me and was already here and the bag my drink was in was ripped and the drink wasn’t full,I’m not saying the driver drank it but it didn’t feel safe to drink

Seems like there care more about serving uber drivers more than the public nowadays , and foods always cold as it sits on a collection table for half hour before the drivers there to collect it
