The drinks spilt and the driver was disinterested and fortunately just eat just gave the credit. These things happen but the driver not caring was a frustration.

My drinks were missing and a few food items

Placing an order of nearly 50 Pounds only to recieve about 30% of the order , also cold and rock solid. Also paid for extras in our meals which were not added. When I called to explain the situation I got nothing but rude and unprofessional behaviour. They can not read and execute the orders properly, I wish them exactly the same , to order food and recieve less than half of their order and after to be told somebody will call them in 2 days. Tried to blame Just eat for this when clearly the reciept shows everything we ordered , the bags came sealed so clearly they didn't do their job properly. Just eat took the order and had the role to deliver it. MCDS didn't complete the order,they failed. We used to own restaurants, I worked with just eat for years in multiple countries and we always took responsibility promptly if it was needed never failed like this establishment. Trading standards complaint was made , as this establishment is not running under the right managers, they need more competent people , at the end of the day is a multi milion business. Absolutely disgraceful.

i set a deliver time for 7:25 and it arrived at 8

Originally was nearest to ten pm and then was delivered closer to 11pm . All food cold. Not really happy

Decent food at a good price. Always check your order though because occasionally you get given the wrong food

Have waited over 20 minutes for my food yet was ready for collection according to the screens within two minutes for my food order. mgr was abusive saying she was on her own what do we expect and that she would refund me if not happy when it finally arrived and was disgusting service food was very cold when I got it. As a mgr of a multi retail unit I will now be using this of notto treat ourcustomers. Service was the worse ever experienced.

Didn’t turn up in the end, waited two and a half hours and called the McDonald’s only for it not to turn up

I had a -£5.09 multi buy discount on my receipt that was not taken off the total payment so it should have been £5.09 cheaper Do I get a refund???

The signature burgers have finally arrived at this branch! There are really decent burgers and my order was cooked very well. The place was clean and tidy. Service was quick and the food was both hot and fresh. This branch (as with most others) has touchscreens to place orders, or confirm orders placed in advance. Staff are always helpful and friendly (my wife spilled tea on the floor and herself - the staff made sure she was ok, cleaned up rapidly and gave her a replacement tea). A great branch of McDonald's.

Stopped here for some bacon rolls on Christmas Eve for a few people at work for Christmas. They were good the only problem is with this place is that it's all self service only and you get asked to leave a tip for taking your own order does this mean they will send it to me as some sort of cash back ?? If these places want to be a 100% self service they should NOT be asking for tips as they have already put prices up. Thank you.

Friendly courier, on time. Once again staff are not putting drinks lids on securely, lost third of my drink, this is second time with spilt drink and soggy bag. The salad is dried up good and proper, un edible. very disappointed.

McDonald’s incorrectly prepared my food as they so often do. Gave me a plain Mccrispy wjwn I wanted cheese & sauce. Delivery driver good and early. Just eat refunded me so happy with them too.

The lids were not on properly for the drinks, so we lost a third of the drink in both large cokes. Driver was friendly.

I am concerned about the size of the burger buns. We discussed this a couple of days later with friends and family. WHAT HAS HAPPENED MCDONALDS Big Mac has got smaller. However, still easy snack always consistent. Busy says it's still popular. Pleased how staff clean tables, and tidy up behind lazy messy walk away from table without putting packaging and bits in easy bins.

No bacon on the salad and lettuce was not as described. Chips were soggy but appreciate this will happen when wrapped up.

Chips were stale and cold, most of the food was basically lukewarm. Although the app said originally our food would be delivered at 7:15 it then changed to 7:40 so not sure what happened there. Delivery driver was lovely though.

We ordered some milkshakes as a Sunday night treat and they actually tasted sour! We ended up throwing them away because we didn’t feel comfortable drinking them. Very disappointing and not the first bad experience we’ve had from McDonalds Christchurch.

Good value for money, food was piping hot and the coffee was delicious and about half the price of what you would pay at other outlets

Probably the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in! Toilets immaculate which is rare, staff friendly and keep the place extremely tidy with tables cleaned all the time. Wireless phone charges on tables working and the children's play area looked great and very popular.

I was unhappy with the food. It unfortunately was cold when it arrived. The lid for the coke had also come off slightly and spilt in the bag. It’s a shame as I buy food from here a lot and never have issues.

i would just like to say how great the food was, and how great the delivery guy was. he was a happy go lucky guy that ticked all the boxes. i hope he gets a pat on the back. he was just great.

Me and my friend came through the drive through on Wednesday the 30th of October and were served by the nicest gentleman ever! We were greeted by a man called Maxxie at 7:30pm. He was super professional and very polite. He had unfortunately hurt his arm and finger so he said he was on the window rather than the kitchen but honestly he was such a delight and was super nice to talk to! Thank you Maxxie! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My order arrived early but it was completely the wrong order, they only got the chips right, so couldn’t eat it and had to submit a request for a refund. Absolutely awful

We ordered a vegetarian deluxe. It arrived in the correct box but after a bite of the burger we realised it was chicken. As a long time vegetarian, this was really upsetting.

The lettuce was brown and soggy. The fries were tasteless and under cooked. The drinks were warm, flat and tasted more like squash/juice. The drinks spilled in the bag so we only got half the drinks. Do better Mcdonalds

mcrib in, packed macdonalds, workers in the kitchen singing to wham and everyone was happy.

Where to start? The burgers were cold and, despite being grill orders, were not fresh. I'm quite sure the extra ingredients were simply added to burgers that had already been made. The fries were soft and tasted like they'd been in the fry station for at least ten minutes. The nuggets were similarly stale and soft. Neither drink had ice even though only one was modified to remove it. To top it all, none of the order came in promotional Monopoly packaging even though the competition was still running at the time. It didn't help that there were noisy, screaming kids in the restaurant, but that's not the staff's fault. Honestly, the success rate of this branch of McDonald's to provide food of a decent standard is around 50/50. You might be lucky but you are far better off heading five minutes up the road to the Barrack Road branch as the food quality is consistently outstanding by comparison. We are thoroughly disappointed and will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Ordered 2 Big Macs meal, one Big Mac was freezing cold I couldn’t even eat and the other one had like half a bottle of sauce init which made the bun soggy and it wasent even put together was just a big mess in a box, I have never experienced this and was really disappointed that I then had to spend a further £25 on more food as we couldn’t eat that very disappointed

Was served raw fries.... phoned to tell them she asked me if I was sure 🤣 haha the chips were white pale soggy stuck together floppy not crispy inedible. I only phoned to save more complaints and instead I'm spoken to like an idiot! Avoid.
