Completely different meal to what I ordered I want a refund

Service was a bit slow and as for food waiting well you know what you're getting with a Maccy D. Use the drive-thru at about midnight and waited quite a while compared to normal but I suppose they have less stuff on at nights

it's saying its been delivered but its hasn't

I was missing half my order and haven’t been given a refund

the cola was spilled they forgot a cheeseburger

I ordered 2 items and had a delivery time of 25 minutes and my friend ordered many more after me and had a delivery time of 45+ mins and then had it delivered before mine and mine was delayed by 30 minutes. i called and was told that there was no reason and was then just told something completely incorrect about my order… this is appalling service. Preparation time, Delivery time and service from the restaurant was unacceptable.

Food was freezing cold, as was my coffee. the steak house burger and fries weren’t in the bag. Absolutely not good enough.

The order was soaked as cold had leaked

Delivery 20 mins late to New Milton. Missing a kids happy meal. Absolute wasters, you have one job! Not fast food.

Driver said ‘have this on the house’ and gave a big bottle of Smirnoff in the McDonald’s bag, what a guy

This was ordered at 8.55pm said it would be delivered at 9.25pm and it did not arrive until gone 11pm!! I had to send my son to bed with no food this was his treat as he hasn’t been too well and was up late but needs bed for school , my partner has been at work all day as have I and this was over 2 hours late and freezing cold, the app kept freezing and saying the driver was near when he wasn’t.

the delivery driver got lost and couldn't find my address's for nearly 10 minutes. he messaged asking for help but he didn't understand my instructions and was still lost for nearly another 10 minutes after that. the foods cold and soggy as a result and inedible. the only thing drank was the milkshake

all food cold and drinks flat as all ice had melted

quality was poor due to being late so was warm at best and also missing items from the order and when contacted the restaurant no solution was brought up

delivery time just got pushed back from original estimate

I called restaurant they said had already left at 1850 food arrived late and cold

Fries are half filled and cold and soggy. Milkshakes are half filled. 45 pound and very disappointed in the quality.

We ordered food from here today and found 2 finger nails in our food. I have reported this to EHO

I ordered ketchup and paid for ketchup and I got no ketchup this isn’t the first time this has happened if I didn’t have to pay for it then it would be different but you are making me pay for ketchup that I’m not getting

Ordered two drinks and didn’t even give me a straw, mugs

They forgot 2 large chips on the order so only have a burger and some nuggets phoned up 3 times to try and get them and there’s no answer

Staff are messing around and playing with food when they should be serving customers and they get orders wrong and food is cold a lot of times.

Disgusting "meal" I regret the insane amount I spent on these things. I was extremely displeased to find a bit of eggshell in my egg.

No sauces as usual! I have just paid 70pounds and there's no sauces to go with the food. Missing something on every delivery. The chicken asks for whay sauces yet the sauces are never put in the bags prior to delivery. 70quid and the orders neber right. Absolute joke.

items were missing , chips were cold and soggy as was the chicken nuggets and burgers, collectables weren't in order either

Came to this restaurant several times between 24th March-29th March 2025 all was fine until one particular day during this week,as part of what was ordered was the £5 meal for one of the kids,didn't wait to long for everything got back to our caravan and 2 items were missing out of everything everyone wanted the Minecraft dipping sauce was missing and the 4 chicken nuggets,now I fully except macdonalds could argue customers should check the contents of food received but I can also say macdonalds should also check the food before handing to the customer it works both ways I'm afraid,on the day in question the restaurant looked really bizzy and whilst we are all entitled to our opinion there was a female member of staff blonde hair who I'm assuming was either a supervisor or manager think she needed to tidy herself up a bit looked like she was dragged backwards through a hedge,upon watching this member of staff she preceeded to take a phone call from another member of staff I know this cos everyone could hear the person taking the call being very vocal ie loud why be like that in front of customers.

I did not get y Big Mac and 3 Big Mac meals were ordered, I got 3 chips and no 3rd Big Mac and waited over an hour for delivery. Also got no straws. How do I get my money back for my Big Mac?

Delivery driver was fantastic, very polite and pleasant however McDonald’s seem to be slacking with making sure things get delivered, things not being delivered or McDonald’s not packing up right orders

Had a Big Mac and fries. Big Mac was cold/warm. What happened to a fresh hot burger???? 09/03/2025. Poor quality and the shrunk in size.

Why did you not add any of the sauces? The ones that come with the meal or the extras that I bought! Why do so many McDonald’s seem to have this problem?

Visited at 9:45 am on 5/3/25 Approached the counter to pay. There was a large lady standing in front of the counter wearing a clinical mask. She said “can I help you love”. I said I wanted to place an order. Her reply was you will have to pay and order at the machine. “We don’t take orders at the counter anymore”! With that I informed her that I wasn’t prepared to use the self order machine. And left. Pretty impossible to do that when you want to pay cash. I would suggest that she attends a customer focused training session. Awful attitude, and awful service. Such a shame, as generally being my local McDonalds. And staff are normally helpful and courteous.

Great food just missing the sauces!

Driver went on tour of the town driving past/away me on a few occasions despite being literally 2 minutes from restaurant. When it finally arrived the mcflurrys and milkshake are missing. Ridiculous

Food arrived stone cold. The lids had come off two of the drinks so when my husband picked up the bags, the drinks fell through all over the floor, carpet and wall I'm going to send you a bill for cleaning!

Drove back from London long day at 940pm my wife fancied a milk shake so said why don’t we pick up a couple of meals saves cooking. We get to the drive through… No vanilla milkshake. Ok no worries we’ll have strawberry and chocolate. Ordered 3 Big Mac meals and 12 nuggets (hadn’t eaten all day) - £31 Drove to window. Given milkshakes and bag of food. Drove home. WRONG ORDER!! We gave it some thought and decided it would be a waste of time and energy and we’re knackered …we’ll eat what we’ve been given. Well if that was your tea (whose ever order it was)…feck me I feel so sorry for you. I did my best to eat it, but god all mighty If that’s what people are eating on a regular basis then no wonder there is an increase in bowel cancer in younger people in the uk. Absolutely dire in every way. Cold limp fries The most disgusting burger I’ve ever eaten A chicken sandwich thing! The mayo so repugnant I challenge anyone to eat that muck. Dimwitted employees on zero hour basic rate pay complaining about wages. Well that’s why because you can’t perform a basic function. (Oh and the oik behind in the queue in his clapped out heap tooting his horn just added to the reason for NEVER EVER eat McDonalds food again)

Chips are always cold when I get a McDonald’s delivery.

The drinks spilt and the driver was disinterested and fortunately just eat just gave the credit. These things happen but the driver not caring was a frustration.

My drinks were missing and a few food items

Placing an order of nearly 50 Pounds only to recieve about 30% of the order , also cold and rock solid. Also paid for extras in our meals which were not added. When I called to explain the situation I got nothing but rude and unprofessional behaviour. They can not read and execute the orders properly, I wish them exactly the same , to order food and recieve less than half of their order and after to be told somebody will call them in 2 days. Tried to blame Just eat for this when clearly the reciept shows everything we ordered , the bags came sealed so clearly they didn't do their job properly. Just eat took the order and had the role to deliver it. MCDS didn't complete the order,they failed. We used to own restaurants, I worked with just eat for years in multiple countries and we always took responsibility promptly if it was needed never failed like this establishment. Trading standards complaint was made , as this establishment is not running under the right managers, they need more competent people , at the end of the day is a multi milion business. Absolutely disgraceful.
