great food. no dips with my nuggets, but the food was first class, thank you

Again, items missed off my order. I can't believe I am going through this again. This time my son's burger was missed and cheese dippers. After spending £35, I expect everyone in my family to be able to eat. The treat of a delivery has been ruined once again. Thanks a lot.

It’s not often I leave a McDonald’s thinking wow! We visited here on a visit to Christchurch and I was impressed. The store was very clean and tidy! Debbie cleaned our table the minute we got up and I passed on my thanks. The food was hot and fresh and enjoyable. McDonald’s head office should be giving this store a reward because it was brilliant. Thanks again!

ordered and app said to expect it st 16.08. Still not delivered at 16.50. App said order was still being prepared. Rang them and spoke to the manager who said already delivered on her tablet. Nothing received at all. subsequently Status of the order was changed to delivered. this is theft. Complaint lodged and will never use again. Swindled us out of over £30!!!

One of the drinks had leaked and it wasn’t the warmest meal we have ever had. Wasn’t that impressed and probably won’t order a delivery from MacDonalds again.

The entire order apart from orange juice and a cookie was incorrect. I immediately phoned the restaurant and was told he would replace if I came to store or to complain through just eat who are yet to respond and this was 3 hours ago. Colossal delivery fees and service charge and the office breakfast was a juice.

It came 2 hours late. I spent £33.83 and not one item i orded was in the bag but 9 chicken nuggets chips and 2 ketchup dips witch i didnt order, it was cold and stale nothing was in the box. Really disappointing worst experience with juat eat i have

I don't believe that the courier was at fault. However, the food took an awfully long time to arrive at which point it was cold and horrible. The fries were a mixture of cold and soggy and extremely hard and crispy. The nuggets were also cold and had a terrible texture. If a courier is not available then the customer should be made aware and not waiting until just before 11pm to receive their order.

The staff works here as if someone told them to work as a punishment. the service is not helpful, the order is incomplete, when I ask for food that I have not received, the manager sends an employee to check whether I did not cheat them in the order. the employee responsible for cleanliness walks around the restaurant like a lifeless zombie, not seeing dirty tables, they should change the manager because she is not helpful at all, she looks like she is angry with everyone. he has a face that says - don't come closer.

Delivery missed the small ice cream.

The delivery time kept changing, from the time of placing the order it took 1.5hrs. First time and last time of using this delivery service. All the hot food was cold. Not happy at all.

Food was stone cold, it's not expected piping hot being delivered but it was stone cold. drink had been spilt all in the bag. delivery also late. never usually have a bad experience ordering for delivery but wasn't great today

My coffee had spilt all over the place I had less than half a cup some had gone in my sons milkshake ruining that and it had leaked all into the food bad contaminating there food

The main two things that were ordered was missing. And both of the drinks came warm even though they were both fizzy drinks so they shouldn’t be warm at all. Not impressed at all.

What is wrong with McDonalds nowadays? the hte quarter ponders were devoid of sauce and salad and the chips were sort of wilted and not crispy. Honestly, a Rustlers quarter pounder is better considering the price...

So, I attempted to order via an app for delivery. The food order came in at £40, and then the delivery cost started to mount up on the app in a similar way to booking a flight on a low-cost airline. The cost got to over £50, then VAT was added, so I decided to collect instead. Bare in mind that I can get pizzas delivered for £1.99 and in some cases for free, I have to say the McDonald's delivery service is extortionate. Beware the cost if you use this instead of popping out to the outlet. I won't bother, that's for sure. The way the app works is not especially transparent, I feel.

Popped into McDonald's to pick up some food 4 boxes of nuggets and 2 happy meals paid on card and get to the next window. greeted by a rely polite worker she's no more then 20 years old. With my order I asked for 20 sources 5 per box. The the shift manager comes over and takes the bag of sources slams it on the table tells the young girl off and starts to argue with me about the amount of sources she's aloud to give out I said mate my orders nearly £30. He's there laughing at me thinking it's all fun and games. I requested a refund he's said no after 15 mins of arguing I give him back the food and finally get a refund it makes me think I serve in the British Army for what so people like this can Argue over how many 11p sources you can give out. The amount of service personnel that stop and eat at these place join commutes home from camp to courses etc to be greeted by an idiot like this. Who would not last 15 mins doing my job. If any one from the store reads this you need to speak to the shift manager. Reference how he speaks to his team members and customers. Franchise has been contacted. Hope the Soure super hero does not give someone the food I handed back.im sure he's probably re-heated it. Visit was today.

The chips were cold and shoved in the packaging so they were mushed together. The burgers were squashed especially the mayo chicken without the box packaging

Big Mac Burger missing from order!!

Got the wrong order. Spent 25pound to then receive 10 pounds worth

All the Mc flurries had coke in them as 3/4 had the lids open and half spilt of each, only one had the lid still on and even then had about 1/4 missing from the cup.

We’ve visited this branch of McDonald’s on our way to our caravan holiday in Dorset. I had no signal on my phone to load the McDonald’s app. One of the staff recommended to connect to the free o2 wifi 🛜 there. This then allowed me to open the McDonald’s app to collect my points. Staff there are very friendly and this branch of mc Donald’s is clean. There are plenty of parking spaces and there are some blue badge parking spaces right in front of at the entrance

Food was really cold by the time it got here. Won’t be using this service again.

The last two recent orders we have placed on just eat items have been missed. Last time a drink was missed and this time 2 large fries missed from our meals. I’m not one to complain but when you pay money for an item and don’t receive it and get nothing in return is very frustrating. Unfortunately we have decided in the future to no longer order via just eat for McDonald’s as there seems to always be an issue

food was cold and for some reason a vimto instead of coke and small fries instead of a large chips and food was beyond cold like it had been left and forgot about for half hour this is beyond a joke how hard is it to produce hot food or atleast bit warm this was next to not even Luk warm... won't be ordering again if this is the standard I'm paying for ... It’s original said 3:20 but then arrived at around 3:40. Apart from that good quality and tasted very nice.

Food took over 10 mins to arrive. Tge toliets were foul, un clean and stank. And then to top it off there was a foul mouthed member of staff smoking on the patio area.

It's.mcdonalds you can't go wrong. Food was warm and edable and the order was correct which is rare for a McDonald's. It's simple warm food that doesn't break the bank when you want something quick and easy. Advice use the app for easy ordering and saving up those points

Called ahead to ask for bbq sauce as my 3 year old won’t eat her food without it. The food was also cold

I ordered at 4pm and the delivery turned up at 5pm. The chips were cold and soggy the burgers were not hot. I watched the driver on my map and she was on her way to me and then detoured to the other side of new Milton

The signature burgers have finally arrived at this branch! There are really decent burgers and my order was cooked very well. The place was clean and tidy (although I've deducted a star due to the gents toilets being a bit shabby; needed a clean). Other than that, service was quick and the food was both hot and fresh. This branch (as with most others) has touchscreens to place orders, or confirm orders placed in advance. Staff are always helpful and friendly (my wife spilled tea on the floor and herself - the staff made sure she was ok, cleaned up rapidly and gave her a replacement tea). A great branch of McDonald's.
