McDonald's in Carlisle

As I've said many a time it is fairly average.... As in sub standard

Everything good apart from them putting pickles when I said no pickles

They forgot our chips and when we asked they bought them and they were cold not good

Stood for 25 minutes waiting for order it was on board as preparing. Eventually went to the counter and asked why it was taking so long, food had been on counter didn’t shout number or put on board. Food was cold. Second time that has happened there, won’t be back to this outlet

Not the greatest service You could be the only one waiting to give your order and staff would be busy doing their own things or dealing with drive through during the evening I was waiting for 15 minutes before my order was taken.

Today at 6.30 in the morning I went to the drive through Kingston/ Carlisle. Asked for a breakfast roll with only egg and cheese. No sauce. Nothing else. I order as a meal with a flat white and hash brown. I specifically asked twice as I usually do , cuz I’m sick and tired of mistakes…. I even said for the third time no tomato sauce, cuz I was seeing it on the screen. I was in the motorway when I realised that my breakfast roll was full of tomato sauce. I phoned immediately. Someone answered and when I explained what was it just hang up the phone… after that I called and called and called no one would answer… til finally they took the phone of the hook! I’m gonna persist and complain. This is no way of treating a customer. People are incompetent and on top of that they rude as well cuz they couldn’t deny it. I highlighted time and time again what I wanted. Ridiculous! I’m gonna take the time to file a complaint cuz I think this is way out of disrespect! I just called again. A lady comes to the phone, pretending she couldn’t hear me… and not surprisingly hang up in my face again. I asked to folk to a manager. Yes. I have to go there personally and file a complaint . Mc.Donalds should have high standards for their staff. This is totally unacceptable

Never get the order correct when there is 3 or more items

Very poor hygiene safety practices. Literally watched a member of staff sticking her nose in my meal to sniff it. Went straight in the bin as I walked out! Completely disgusting doing that Infront of customers.

Made a complete cock up of my order, not actually complaining as they gave me twice what I'd ordered and then some.

missed out my drink the food was cold it was plain it was horrible worse mcdonalds ever, gave the driver a tip and didnt even check too see if my order was right. Disappointed and chocked on a piece off chicken and didnt have a drink by my side.

everything was cold when it arrived we pay for warm food not cold it will have to be microwaved when you spend £30 on food you expect it too decent.reall not happy at all.disgusted.

Staff slow got order wrong after repeating twice, arrived at payment window still wrong, went to collection window drinks handed over then staff decided time for a chat whilst like non entities we sat outside at window waiting for food. No apology no explanation, poor service , food was warm not hot with too much lettuce overflowing the box the nearly warm burger had been placed in. All in all poor experience.

Food is always top notch from this branch, busy most of the time, cold inside, could put the heating on.

My burger was cold and stale. Completely inedible. I used the app, and my order was brought to me. Ordinarily, I would have gone back but was pushed for time, hence ordering through the app. I threw the lot away. This is not the first time it's happened. E. Coli infested burgers appear to be the norm at this McDonald's.

Had one of the 5 pound deals today, one of the worst burgers i have ever had, stone cold, flat, gross looking. Chips were hot And ok, So sick of McDonald's doing this, it was the same with my McRib a few days ago, cold, gross, raw onion that just gives everyone heartburn, They abuse their customers it's such a pity that some people don't have the self control to punnish these poor standards. McDonald's is better in most other countries but here in the uk it's just awful most of the time. They are so backwards They still Put raw onion in premium burgers 😂 shame...!, shame..! and it was more than 5 pounds also sugar tax, 🤡🤡🤡 bring back the clown McDonald's you have earned it. Restaurant! 😂 anyway They don't care, They will make billions even if i stop eating there, so sad that they have no pride and don't care about their reputation

Staff smoking outside with work clothes on, greasy floor, toilets filthy

Lots of parking for everyone. Clean and tidy. Can order multiple different ways. Food comes relatively fast and at good price. Staff very friendly

If I could rate a 0 I would, woman who looked like she was manger or assistant disgusting attitude, ordered 6 McNuggets with a monopoly ticket guy got the order wrong, woman took back the food and thrown it to the side and said we would have to pay if we wanted the correct order, need to hire staff who actually have a suitable attitude, wants sacking

Best maccies in Carlisle but average at best. Long queues all the time and very busy. But its the best maccies in town and is MUCH better than the maccies at the other side of town where there is a 30 min wait for food which is served cold.

Undersized and understaffed. Routinely have to wait in cramped carpark at busy times for excessive periods which food is prepared etc. not a good experience. I try to avoid if possible

the delivery kept changing every 20 mins it was suppose to be here 7:50 then it changed until it delivered at 9pm the food was freezing

Ordered plain cheeseburgers for my children in their happy meals and full of mustard and tomato sauce, nearly a two hour wait to be told the order was messed up and that is the reason it took so long. But still wrong

the burgers were cold. I mean they are never piping hot but to arrive as cold and dry as they were is rather upsetting. Quality control was not at work today.

Plenty of parking spaces, very clean and well maintained. Only downside was the slow service but that may have been prioritising drive through over those waiting inside.

No problem with the food and service but there is a real problem with the floor. It is like an ice ring. Not sure if it's the cleaning material but it is so slippery.

Good McDonalds, fast efficient and good service

Ordered just before 9am said delivery would be 9:45. Arrival time kept changing to later and later and I couldn’t cancel the order. Order finally arrived at 10:55. Would have been quicker going for it ourselves. Very poor if we had known it was going to take that long we wouldn’t have ordered

It's a MacDonalds and very busy so don't expect more than what you pay for.

Good deal on at the moment for £4.79 place was heaving due to kids off school for half term.

Delivery was good. Only thing is the food is never very hot from McDonalds.

My phone is on silent automatically as I’m up early for work so no notifications I went to to sleep then I wake up to a bag of cold McDonald’s on my doorstep I’ve waisted £17 on food that I didn’t receive it was just left on my doorstep

Typical mcdonalds menu, in my case hot drinks, cleanliness and service.

We waited completely still in the queue for 20 minutes, and when we got our food they'd given us the wrong items, all of which were stale and didn't have any sauce or lettuce.
