Fairly standard... But service was a little slow.

Love McDonald's but fund the service getting worse every week

Plenty of parking spaces, very clean and well maintained. Only downside was the slow service but that may have been prioritising drive through over those waiting inside.

Good McDonalds, fast efficient and good service

No problem with the food and service but there is a real problem with the floor. It is like an ice ring. Not sure if it's the cleaning material but it is so slippery.

Ordered just before 9am said delivery would be 9:45. Arrival time kept changing to later and later and I couldn’t cancel the order. Order finally arrived at 10:55. Would have been quicker going for it ourselves. Very poor if we had known it was going to take that long we wouldn’t have ordered

can't fault the MacDonalds at Kingstown to be fair.

The food was actually nice, however it took three attempts to make 2x plain wraps?

Did not receive my order. ....

Good deal on at the moment for £4.79 place was heaving due to kids off school for half term.

It's a MacDonalds and very busy so don't expect more than what you pay for.

Delivery was good. Only thing is the food is never very hot from McDonalds.

My phone is on silent automatically as I’m up early for work so no notifications I went to to sleep then I wake up to a bag of cold McDonald’s on my doorstep I’ve waisted £17 on food that I didn’t receive it was just left on my doorstep

Very disappointed in the food all of its cold and there onions on my plain burgers and my autistic son now won’t eat his dinner and McDonald’s is his favourite!!

Every time you eat at a McDonald's, an angel loses its wings.

We waited completely still in the queue for 20 minutes, and when we got our food they'd given us the wrong items, all of which were stale and didn't have any sauce or lettuce.

Extremely disappointed tonight as I’ve waited for more than an hour and a half having called McDonald’s, to follow up my concerns, however when it arrived is really really cold. Very poor, very disappointed and a refund is required..

They missed stuff of so I had to go inside anyway to tell them that's why I don't like the drive through amount of times things aren't there and not worth going back and kids crying so had to give them something out of mine thought pick up point would better but better if you sit in less hassle if they get it wrong

Last time we were there, everyone had to park up and wait for food. Basic beef patties are very small now. Food was almost cold when we got ours. Won't be going back.

Horrendous service, went through drive through and was directed to an over full car park. People having to park out in the road and still taking more orders. Waited nearly 20 minutes. Then another 5 minutes to get out of the car park due to cars everywhere waiting for their orders. Drive home and find they have given me a totally wrong order. Place is a joke

Didn’t receive fries AGAIN!! Ordered a meal and no chips, no additional chips and no sauces for the chicken and nuggets. Why is there always something missing??

Every time I have gone the food and service has been good, in other places sometimes they forget things or the potatoes are cold, this has never happened to me.

Food was freezing cold and poor quality eg wilted lettuce, it was as if it had been sat for ages.

Never turned up said it was nothng to do with them once it leaves the place wouldn’t give number for the driver this also happened second time in a row now McDonald’s lady Rude don’t recommend it

I didn't receive my order and said that it had been delivered but it was and it was for my kids thunk this is absolutely disgusting and won't be using just eat again I only hope I get a full refund.

Burger badly put together so can’t eat it with your hands!

Everything about this McDonald's was terrible. 95% of my food was still frozen. I caught a glimpse at one of the cooks in the back, he was sort of bald and he was just dossing off, not even doing his job. Please never come to this McDonald's. To leave on a high note, though, the chicken nuggets were spectacular, good job, bald man.

Service was absolutely disgraceful, women at the second window was rude and told us to park anywhere, we told her that there were no parking spots and took 15 mins for the food to arrive never coming here again good night

Quick visit to the drive thru ended taking almost 1/4 hour. Slow lanes and slow to take my order. 3 breakfast mains were ordered but only 1 was handed to us. I had to go into the store to collect the missing items which were handed over with a scant apology. The b/fast wrap had been jammed into the bottom half of the sleeve which made it impossible to get to the food without tearing the sleeve apart with the consequence that this went everywhere. No bacon in the wrap (second time this has happened in just 2 wraps ordered since it was reintroduced) Just really poor service from what is meant to be a turnkey operator with global standards.

Small place for such a number of peolple who drop in for a meal. Loads of people and yet few parking spot outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dropped by here due to the charging spot nearby.

We ordered on the app for the Mc spicy, we selected NO sauce, the Order came and it had sauce 🙄, this is not the first time McDonald’s have got my Order wrong.

It wasn’t the drivers fault just your maps are dogshit and sent him in the wrong direction and he couldn’t find his way the food was wrong , you’ve lost a customer mate this is a dogshit app £5 wasn’t enough for the refund aswell

Use this place regularly but I have one complaint, it's always freezing inside, heat the place up a bit and maybe you can be a 5 star 😂

Very friendly & helpful staff. Shame the road entrance is tight and away from the main road but needs, must. Handy from the M6. Only 90 minutes parking???

Unfortunately they were out of special burgers and motzarela sticks. The wait for a double burger and chips was 10 minutes another hen had waited 15. So much for fast food, unless you're a Mcdelivery or uber eats driver.

They consistently mess up my order, wrong items or missing

My daughter was cross examined in front of a queue by a very rude manager when she tried to use a discount code. She was very embarrassed and we won't be visiting again

If I could give it 0, I would. The food came cold, I asked for a replacement, and this was replaced by another set of cold burgers. So i didn't waste my time complaining for a third round of cold food and another 20-minute wait. I wasn't the only one it seemed with the same complaint. Very poor all round.

Of the 3 mcdonald's in carlisle. This one is by far the best. The other two from my experience I wouldn't feed it to my dog

It's macdonalds what do you expect

Driver was polite and friendly, and on time. The food, however, was cold and bland! Lid was not on the cup of tea correctly so half of it spilled, and my fries weren't even slightly salted. Disappointed.

The order was for one big mac meal. The big mac was lukewarm and they left out the fries, so 50% of my food was missing - hard to understand for such a small order. Shame because this McDonald's is usually pretty good.

Ordered a Bacn Mayo Chicken.... didn't get it, got a bacon cheeseburger for some reason, I am lactose intolerant, so why send a cheeseburger instead of back mayo chicken?

It's one of the best McDonald's I have been at. Quick service, clean and good staff.
