Food was good service good but can't believe you can't pay cash unbelievable really

Pizza undercooked! sides: chicken bits inedible, gristly and undercooked .. wedges cold ! Tried to contact branch over a period 30+ mins no pick up…

I'd give zero stars all round if I could. Don't order from here, they won't deliver your food and lie about attempting to deliver it so as to not give you a refund!!! Awful customer service!!!! Buy elsewhere

Spoke with dom lovely lad helped me place my order as wasn't working online great customer service well mannered and very helpful promote this man or give him a payrise credit to the company

I just called this evening (14th) as the app wasn’t working. Nice guy answered the phone and was very helpful and patient as it was only 30 mins until closing time. Didn’t catch his name but his customer service was great!

The young lady that served us was really pleasant. The pizza didn't take long at all and was delicious! Also we were told about the price deals, so saved money as well, what's not to like 👍

found a bone or something bone like in my pizza, Domino's were very quick to come collect and told me they would be in touch. This was back in November, I've had to chase them multiple times and now today I have received an email saying I will be receiving a refund. not explanation of what the thing was in my pizza, and because I'm being refunded, the case is closed. Bad service after waiting 3 months

Domino's pizza is a well organised place, with friendly staff and great job opportunities for young children age 16 plus to start their journey in working. The pizza's you order are made from fresh produce and taste delicious.

Sent the completely wrong and burned pizza after 40 minutes, then took over an hour to get the correct pizza 😪

Ordered a big order for a family celebration was ready to collect in 15 minutes staff were helpful and polite food was great especially the chicken mix box

Ordered hours before set delivery time but order didn't turn up was running 45 minutes late rang them up and was told they had no drivers so if I want my order it was sat there waiting and I'd have to pick it up.

Absolutely shocking customer service! I ordered a pizza and they gave it to someone up the road even though neighbours informed them they didn’t order pizza. I had one missed call from them & I rang back straight away explained where I was and even went outside, saw driver whom I waved at and he drove off. Rang back and they were not prepared to replace order or refund money. I have been a regular customer previously but I won’t be ordering from this branch again.

Terrible customer service. Managers are a bunch of amateurs, pointless complaining to dominos as nobodies interested. Won’t be going back

Aye, suprisingly this dominos store DIDNT MAKE ILL like others do in Blackpool do, always seems to be too much salt in the Doe, and you need to drink 1/2 pint water dueing the night, ive visited this store only once while on a carlisle visit so if youre new, this is your gambel to use

A full 2 hours before my pizza came joke

Seems that they don't take cash anymore. Really disappointed that they choose to discriminate against people that don't have access to debit or credit cards.

Really bad customer service won't be back.

This is the best dominos around easy. Never had a wrong order from here and the pizzas have always been exceptional. Never undercooked, unlike Wigton Rd Dominos, I think you guys need to teach them how to cook a pizza so its not undercooked.

Ordered online as it said delivered in 35 minutes. It arrived nearly 1 hour 20 minutes later. Driver was surly and unapologetic. Garlic bread was doughy and undercooked, pizzas were bland. To add to the insult of this 'meal' I received an email the following morning to tip the driver. Terrible service, terrible food. The only redeeming quality is that they didn't muck up the drink order.

Did a collection order last night and when we got home the cookie box turned out to be full of potato wedges. This was a disaster as our 6 year old gets excited for Domino's night purely for the cookies. Rang the branch and we were told the missing cookies would be sent to our home address asap. 20 mins later, just as we were finishing the main course, 2 fresh hot cookie boxes were dropped off with an apology. Can't fault the service at all, very impressed, thanks for keeping the little one happy.

Half an hour from order to eating the super pitza. Received a text to say when it was on its way and it arrived as expected. Great food and great service.

I've never had a bad or wrong order from Dominos. The staff on the phone are consistently friendly and helpful. Food is always cooked quickly and although I normally collect, today I had it delivered. Not only was it free to deliver but it arrived within 15 minutes and was piping hot. Keep up the good work because a lot of fast food spots, especially now everyone is getting food delivered, are falling short in quality and customer service.

Waited an hour then eventually went and collected the pizza because of how busy they were. Pizza was yummy as always.

Appalling customer service. My order went through twice (website fault) which cost me over £100. After contacting the shop I was promised a refund, a week later still no refund. Called again and manager lied stating that my refund had been actioned the previous week. Manager had a terrible attitude so I contacted customer service who told me the refund had actually only went through a few hours earlier. Made an official complaint and told someone from the store would be in Touch however I am still waiting. Disgusting treatment, will not recommend and will be sharing my experience far and wide.

Sometimes order pizzas from here was always worth money but have noticed that topping is so very sparse it’s rubbish! So very disappointing ! It’s going to open new shop on Kingston road soon which should please me as live at Lowry hill but unless it gets back to its usual good pizza won’t be going! Come on bosses of dominos stop telling staff to spare the toppings you will lose everyone’s business! Had hot and spicy from London road and it was like cardboard and we collected it as we always do so very unhappy as was so looking forward to lush pizza only thing I enjoyed was coleslaw rest went in bin! Get your act together or you will fail there is so much competition in Carlisle!

Sent pizza without cheese or pepperoni, took 40 mins to get here then after complaint took another hour the pepperoni was for kids... not happy with the service at all.

We regularly order pizzas from this branch as it is the closest to our house, however they have a serious inability to get your order right – in our experience they are correct 30% of the time. Our most recent order we ordered a Tuna Delight and opened the box to find a Tandoori Hot with Tuna added. The team leader even had the cheek to argue with us in front other customers, whilst looking at the pizza with tandoori chicken, red & green peppers and jalapenos, that it was a Tuna Delight. Having spent hundreds of pounds at Dominos our patience has finally run out. They only make pizzas - how difficult can it be to get them right??

Really disappointed with the quality of the pizza I got from domino's, normally get a good pizza but not on this occasion, best but was the chicken strips and the bottle of coke

Excellent pizza's, staff are friendly and polite, maybe a bit pricey but if you go and collect there is a BOGOF offer, so this makes it a decent deal.

Waited over an hour. Had to ring up to be told half the order was left at the shop. Waited for a fresh order. No contact from them. I had to chase my order up. Will order from the other Carlisle store next time.

Excellent quality and fast delivery

Didn't have ham, no substitute. Delivery took an hour and a half as the driver ended up miles away and they had to remake the order. Nightmare.

Ordered an 11 pizza and potato wedges on Friday night for 6.30 pm. It came at 5.15 pm total £20.45. It was a disgrace better off buying an Aldi Fz pizza.

I have ordered for delivery many times and most times than none, it's been Suzanne the delivery driver. Suzanne is the most pleasant and loveliest delivery woman I've encountered. She remembered me and that was a very nice touch, made it personal. Food was excellent but nothing could top her customer service. She's a credit to the business. Thanks again Suzanne, Amy.

Good selection of pizza and home delivery

We stayed very locally for the weekend and stopped off here for a late night bite to eat - staff were friendly and efficient, just as you would expect. We would go back again when staying in Carlisle again.

I ordered food at around 6pm not a massive order when it arrive 45 minutes later there was nothing I ordered in my delivery so I phoned the store n was told they would remake my order over an hour later I rang back to be told it wasn't even in the oven yet so I told them just to cancel it n I wanted my money back so they said they would send a driver with it waited another 2 hours n rang them back the manager on shift had no clue what was going on with my order he assured me that my money would be returned 45 minutes passed still nothing phoned again to get told there was no driver available at that time to deliver my money n they would get it to me before the store closed the store is now closed still no money I won't be ordering from there again complete joke it's not as if it's just a couple of pound I had to do without anything to eat because they can't deal with a simple complaint really in need of further training staff and managers!!!!

Waited an hour for our meal, which didn't contain the drink. Delivery driver said we receive it shortly, 45 minutes later we called and got a half-assed apology from an unenthused rude manager. Still no drink, won't order again from here! No.1 Worst Service Award.

Good Service, I always get what I want and in time. If there's a delay, they either apologise or give some extra goods. Overall I'm very satisfied with Domino's, don't know how others got their orders mixed up or no food delivered at all, cause that has never happened to me, if anything I've been some trouble for them sometimes :D

Ordered pizza for delivery and they said it will take 35 mins , after 45 mins I called and they said its on the way , then after an hour and 10 mins I called again and I said if I don't get it in 5 mins I will cancel the order which I did and they didn't even apologise !

Poor Service, Order was wrong. Come on, we pay enough for it
