Cold, missing items - unacceptable.

Did not get the toy advertised that came with the meal for my son

Completely messed up my order & then refused to compensate me when they knew they were in the wrong. I personally don’t recommend McDonalds at all. Staff were also extremely rude & unhelpful

Excellent service, I actually thought they were early according to the tracker. Delivered to hospital, phoned to say they were there, waited until I came out.

The franchises have eroded the standards drastically. The service that macdonalds provided and prided itself on has gone. After 57 years of eating the stuff, I'm now looking for somewhere else.

Probably the most pointless drive thru at any McDonald’s. You’ll inevitably be parked and made to wait 15 minutes for even the smallest and most basic orders. So much for ‘fast food’

Fast drive though with the usual high standards

Food came 2 hours after ordering and is stone cold

No milkshake and ask for 9 chicken nuggets and got 8 chicken nuggets

Service was very slow. Understaffed.
