Food was good however not what u wanted ! The guy called Aamir keeps messing up my orders ! I did not want it before 22:45PM as I am at work . They changed my time on the system and delivered it . I then had to threw most of it in the bin ! Really upset I guss it's true indian are greedy once they get the money they don't care about other people

Everything was perfect. Though I did order a cornflake tart and received apple pie instead. Didn’t ring to complain as it tasted just as good. Delivery time was a little disappointing as the first slot to diliever was 10:30 and placed order around 9:15

Food was great. Arrived in perfect packaging no spillages. Only bad point is the waffle and the nachos where really cold but I can eat them hot or cold doesn’t bother me really. Will definitely order again! Thank you!

Visit here often. Before all the other desert bars decided to open in Blackburn! Only a small place but the interior is lovely a lot of effort and time been put into it, great for children also! The desserts are always lovely me and my family often go here for a milkshake and a desert! Great place for a catch up with friends over some delicious food - The brownie sundae has always been my fave, or the chocolate cake and mint custard. They deliver also!

Went for the first time. Thought I would try something knew with the Mrs. Got a waffle with brownies, chocolate sauce and mint custard... Their 'new' menu. It came and it was so dry. No whipped cream, chocolate sauce was used sparingly and only got a few brownies, probably around 8-9 very small pieces. The waiter came and asked how it was and I said it was dry and didn't like it. He just apologies and walked off. Another waiter came and asked how it was, at this point I was quite irate so said it was nasty. He said it is maybe because they use cocoa powder in their waffle mix and again, just walked off. With no replacement or refund offer. Will never be visiting again! Terrible desserts with terrible service.

Due to melt being late delivering the waffles desserts were cold. Also bee's waffle didn't have honey or marple syrup. Ice creams was melted too. It took over hour to deliver two desserts. Well presented just shame it was late, cold and few ingredients missing.

The waffles are AMAZING! Arrived fresh and warm, and tasted great. Also got a "Hershey's cookie and cream" milkshake and my boyfriend got an "Oreo" one, they was amazing, lots of flavour and good for the price. Definitely will buy again! The Delivery arrived on time too!

Been to a lot of Dessert places; who doesn't love desserts?? anyway in Blackburn, you want nice desserts; come here. Simple!! The milkshakes, Ice Cream and staff are all very nice and Friendly; talking about the staff now. if YOU HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES; well everyone has their bad day; give it another go.

After a long time, we decided to give Melt another try, in the hope that the standards may have improved. The sizzling brownie was anything but sizzling - it was stale, cold and the sauce was poured over by the waiter, with NO sizzle! Not the usual wow factor. The wafer on the sundaes tasted off. The waffle was decent. Unfortunately, struggling to find any more positives. Also, on a previous visit, plastic pieces of wrappers were found in the milkshake. Staff were not apologetic at all and didn't even offer a refund! Customer service is lacking. This visit didn't fail to disappoint either. We will not be returning.

ordered desserts that took ages coming and was sickly to eat and drink. will not order again. wasted my money and would rather have it from elsewhere. plus it toook ages!!!

Ordered 1.5L bottle of cola and received 2 cans instead which is 660ml. Half of what I paid for. Also delivery took quite a while but other than that it was nice.

Arrived on time though quarter of my hot custard was rolling around in the brown delivery bag. Sticky toffee pud tasted great though... milkshakes were decent however disappointed with my waffle ... I opened it up to find only half! This wasn't listed as half a waffle and every time I have had waffles from dessert bars whether in mcr, Bradford, Bolton or Blackburn I've never had 'half' when I've ordered. Just abit Mis leading.. if I'd known I would of ordered two halves...tasted great though 😋

Ordered a honey comb ice cream but got a plain vanilla one instead, paid for a cookie dough but endedd up with a hard burnt cookie instead. Waffle was the only decent thing melt manage to make correctly.

Deliverey was a little long but very good food

Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered and the food was cold when it turned up. Called the dessert bar to see where our order was to be told it was cancelled! Only to realise she didn't mean our order so got us all panicking too as they had already charged us

orderd at 8:10pm got told an hour said thats fine. Received at 10:05pm. I rang several times into the shop and no one would answer which is more annoying. I then finally got through to someone at 935 to which i was told the delivery man has set off (this obv was not the case as we live less then 10 mins away. Why offer a service you cannot live up to.. very annoying. Got to say the delivery man was nice though and i wouldnt have a go at him as it was not his fault. Disappointed.

This place does some really nice desserts freshly made with a warm atmosphere. A very child friendly place kids love the little fun touches they've made everywhere. Overall a great place with parking at rear some great stuff on the menu.

I ordered a strawberry sundae and I wasn't pleased with what I got m. I got really less ice cream compared to what I paid for and what we normally get.

Gr8 eve spontaneous dessert time spent at Melts.... visited with my girls who were spoilt for choice.... service was efficient and fast and as always the place is clean and welcoming .... Well done to the staff for a great experience kp up the good work x

The delivery man blamed just eat saying the never got the order until 22.10, when I had a confirmation email at 21.10. Not good service at all. Below satisfactory service.

Love the deserts, plenty of choice and the portions are more than decent sized. However, the service is slow but nonetheless the staff are friendly

Nice chilled out place with a great selection of desserts/puddings. We had a large peanutella waffle with Reese's ice cream, Small dark knights waffle with nutella, cream and Ferraro rocher ice cream and raspberry sorbet. Lovely atmosphere too.

Went with my family to this place and ive got to admit, its not great. My wife said i should give it 1 star but im giving it 2 because atleast the place was clean. So, we ordered a pasta... this was microwaved wayyyyy too long and was dry and horrible. Both my kids refused to eat it. My wife forced a few bites and gave up... EPIC FAIL on "the overly microwaved pasta challenge" Moving onto dessert, we ordered waffles and churos with strawberry and chocolate. The waffle was ok i guess, it had cream and chocolate and ice cream. No fruit which was disappointing but hey... The not so lovely churos were, lets say, very very below par. They were crispy and VERY oily. Honestly you should try them, i am not kidding. When we told them that the choros were biscuits they advised "thats how OUR chutos are". Considering we were the only people in this place at a peak time we should have walked straight back out. But you live and learn. My recommendation, steer clear... there are a lot of better places.

No one would answer the phone despite ringing them 5 times and after an hour of waiting for the delivery I tried calling them again and still no answer - the waffles arrived cold

The creps and waffles you can't say anything, but the packing and deliver time was not 100%, let say 80%, food very delicious.

Waited over an hour ans half. Tried to ring them 17 times (no exaduraion) because I really wanted the food, finally got through at 2 hours they said it was on its way, 45 minutes later it came, can't tell you what the food was like because I went else where and told them I didn't want it when it eventually came.

Never again wast of time and money over priced there's nothing to this place they ignore there customers takes 40min for order to arrive when it's not even busy that's not including the 20min customers have to wait before they even decid they want to come and get your order RUDE STAFF RUDE MANAGEMENT

Ordered from here after a few years, order came late, ordered two puddings and a shake, only received puddings no shake, so rang them and they apologised and delivered the shake. Food was okay.

The food came half an hour late and it was cold l. Also the guy gave us the wrong change he gave £2.65 less then we where supposed to and then quickly drove off before we could tell him! Never ordering from here again.

Great value for money and desserts were as nice as anywhere else i've been. I Just didn't like the brown theme inside as it made it feel all dark and dingy where as dessert bar's shoud be bright and full of colour. It didn't look very clean behind the counter and the ice cream cone themed seats and milkshake statue were dirty and needed a lick of paint. Also staff could do with smiling more as they didn't come accross very warm or welcoming. Maybe they're more nicer to people in the VIP lounge area, i found this weird as all customers should be made to feel VIP not just those that pay more!!

Ordered something which was on the online menu was told it wasn't something they ever did with 2 cheesecakes until it came to be delivered.. was given 3 cheesecakes 2 of them the same and one other which were awful that only one was tried and only a tiny bite was taken and the other 2 were thrown. Only the mocktails where nice. Would have been nice to be given an alternative option instead of them choosing on our behalf. Wasted order

Went here on Saturday night for a takeaway dessert. Probably would have been better had we of eaten in rather than taking away. Only an extra £1 to upgrade your waffle and is well worth it. We had waffles with milk and white chocolate with flake and banana too! Will be returning :)

What a great evening fantastic, cannot fault the levels of service, polite courteous individuals, the staff may be young but the ll go very far with that kind of hospitality, unlike those that are not patient and don't like being served by young people and feel as though they don't know what there doing need a reality check, I for sure will recommend to many keep up with the customer hospitality and you ll go far Deserts were awesome

We went in a small group of 5, and the store was empty. There were seats but the previous customer's dishes still had not been cleared during the 20 minutes there were there.We went up to the front and were greeted by an woman dressed in a blue scarf who was incredibly rude. The place has no menu, there are no menus on the wall etc and you have to ask for one. She took personal offence to this and was extremely rude while we ordered our waffles.The waffles were also extremely poor, they advertised whipped cream with each waffle and then didn't put any on. The timing was awful, 3 of us received our waffles and then finished eating before the remaining two received ours. We spent around a total of £20, but avoid avoid avoid. Will never ever come back here again.

Very slow service. Went with a group of 8, staff very unprofessional, didn't look trained enough, all looked like kids, which is so off putting. A short bearded male came to apologise but was uncomfortable to be around as he was trying to flirt. The owner who served us all, was not helpful as we complained our food was cold when we eventually got it. Which for a business is down grading. Deco was ok, nothing special. All round disappointed. Won't be visiting here again.

I ordered two desserts from here and a bottle of coke 1.5 litre i was given one of those cans instead and two melted desserts! i had ordered the ferrero enzo sundae and the fudge brownie sundae. i rang to complain and the woman was so rude! and suggested i put them in the freezer and she cant gaurentee that the desserts wil not be melted when delivered, she said the driver had other deliveries to make so they will melt! the desserts themselves are not worth the money its all just cream with two wafers stuck ontop of a melting mess. Waste of money and rude slow staff, will definetly not be ordering or going again!!
