McDonald's in Hertsmere

Half of the items ordered were missing, and the rest of the food that finally arrived was stone cold! Very, very, very disappointed!! Tried to call the place several times but no answer! No help from JustEat either!

Got here relatively quickly. Order was correct.

Fries were stone cold, burger was tepid and I asked for no pieces in my McFlurry, it had pieces ? It’s not difficult to get an order correct at McDonald’s and other food chains can deliver hot food so what’s wrong?? !!!

Delivery came minus one large burger, also contained wet napkins and the cardboard drinks holder was soaked. We tried to ring the restaurant, however no response on a Thursday evening despite several attempts to contact them, and would like a refund

They never get the order right. Either there are items missing or wrong. Fed up of them!!

Their app failed at point of checkout, the ordering board failed at point of checkout so at this point I was getting quite agitated. Staff in the restaurant were lovely and so helpful.

All I received was 2 medium fries the rest of my order never arrived I put it complaint and nothing happened, I paid £26 for 2 medium fries

No sauces!!!!! Expected 4 and receieved none

This branch is just woeful. Deliveries are incorrect approx. 75-80% of the time with food either missing or orders completely incorrect. It happens at all times of the day and all days of the week so it's clearly a systematic issue with the way this branch is being run rather than the laziness or incompetence of just one or two people. Although I suspect that also has something to do with it. Someone needs to verify each order before it goes out the door rather than rely on one person to get it right. If there is a person(s) doing this then they need to find a new job because they are terrible at it. The physical site is also badly cramped, rubbish and cages permanently occupy two of the parking spaces with all the remaining spaces usually occupied by Uber drivers who just hang around the place all day.

Awful, everytime I’ve ordered something has been missing. This order everything was ice cold. Waste of money

ordered my food around 2:40 took over a hour and half to arrive i understand it’s in bushey but i was vile, stone cold, soggy wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs i tried to cancel my order after a hour was was taking too long didn’t work. complete & utter waste off money i want a refund asap as that is vile

I'd send a picture if I could. Sauces I've never ordered were thrown into the ice cream and it spilled it out. Disgusting unedible mess. That's how I'd describe.
