McDonald's in Hertsmere

Said 10-25 minutes when ordering. The order turned up after one hour and all the food was cold.

Don’t bother ordering the Minecraft meals because you won’t get the toy with it. You pay more for the meal but don’t receive the toy. There’s also no option on here to rectify the missing toy.

The music is mind blowingly loud meaning you can’t think in there. I needed to do some work and even with earphones in I couldn’t concentrate. I highlighted the music was very loud but it wasn’t turned down.

The meal was incredibly tasty. However, I have ordered the McPlant several times now and a pattern has appeared. I do now know if it was the driver of McDonalds themselves, but the burger always arrives all over the place. Only my first order was nicely stacked

If only you created a capability for your drivers to find the address that was visited before. Biker could not find address so had to guide him. Food tasted stale unfortunately not because of the delivery time as it tasted stale

Delivery time kept on changing and when it finally arrived late the food was nearly cold (especially the fries) which wasn't great.

Driver seemed to stop at a petrol station so food was ice cold on arrival! Chips were not edible as they were rock hard and like cardboard! Not impressed

Food was freezing cold. There was so many things missing. We had to order from a different mcdonalds after because of it.

Courier was sitting on two different roads for 3 mins each time and when he got here he blamed “the app”. Bag with food in was open so felt a little uneasy as don’t know wether his fingers had been on our food. The whole tear off part was gone and bag was fully open

Drivers are absolutely fine, just the shocking quality you get from the franchise now for the price you're charging its shamful, and also what has happened to the fillet o fish its grim now. Used to be a favourite for years i cant even eat it now

Waited over 2 hours for stone cold food. Not packaged properly, just thrown in bags was not edible! Waste of time and £30 and now to late to order from anywhere else.

Delivery Driver was very rude, he threw his bag into his car & stormed off after continuously asking for the code and knocking on the door.

Burger and chips were freezing considering they arrived within 20/30 minutes of ordering.

2 times in a row I have ordered nuggets and each time they have forgotten to put dips in with the order. 2 boxes 20 nuggets and not a single dip? do better. that's 8 dips over 2 orders you have shorted me on. not amused.

I order my food to be delivered at 19:20 and it came at 20:10..very disappointed, this place is getting worse, if is not missing something from your order is coming late and if is coming in time for sure is missing something most of the time!

Visited to get coffee. The drive through is really small for cars to navigate. Will park up nearby and go by foot next time.

They forgot all my food. They gave me someone else’s order. They gave me a vegetarian burger and the fish burger and fries and a drink. But I didn’t order any of that I ordered two double cheeseburgers 20 nuggets and a mayo chicken so they got my order so wrong and I’m so angry about it. I would like a refund, please.

usually always order from bushey, But the last couple times have been awful, but this time the food turnt up with the bag opened and completely soaked with damaged food inside and missing 4 drinks.

We placed an order (order number 54009) for three Chicken Selects, Large McPlant meals with banana milkshakes, large fries, and an Oasis drink. However, the delivery person only brought the milkshakes and the Oasis drink, and no food was delivered. Additionally, the delivery person delivered another bag (order number 53808) that contained drinks which I had not ordered

Absolutely poor service delivery driver failed to arrive anywhere near time he was sat on another road I had to get in my car and try to find him every item is stone cold it is just not acceptable and unreadable I would like a refund please

For the very first time this was en excellent experience with MacDonald. Food was warm, everything came as we ordered. No mistakes, food in good shape and on time. Driver was kind and he found my door without calling. I hope this is gonna be a regular thing from now.

driver was late, and said that the 'restaurant was really busy' - but when the driver arrived at our address, they had a passenger in the car, and the hot food bag which our order was being carried in was not closed or zipped up, meaning that our food was almost cold when it arrived. overall not thrilled with our experience today. poor service from the delivery driver.

The food left McDonalds in good time. The courier took over 40 mins to deliver it. He was stationary at a particular location till I messaged him to say I am leaving the property at a certain time - only at that point did they attempt to deliver. When the food arrived the courier said it was my error as I have to input my address twice? Complete waste of £13 - food stone cold and inedible

Delivery man lied to me. Just eat I selected my home address before clicking McDonald’s the delivery man was sent to my last place of order so when he messaged me on the just eat app I told him what had happened he said don’t call just eat give my address and code he will deliver it. He never showed. Had a big tip waiting for him as I was so grateful but he lied and wanted the code hence lying stopping me contacting just eat. Terrible

We’ve ordered from this McDonalds often as it’s our local branch. Virtually every time the order is wrong and has missing items (3 this time!). I’m amazed at their consistent inability to read the order and put the same items in the bag. Order away, but be prepared to go hungry and beg for your own money back from JustEat…

we are a family of 5 , so I have ordered 5 meals , what I've got is just unbelievable. shame on the stuff and on the manager who did let this order out from the store !! missing 5 fries !!! missing 2 orange juice ,no straws ,no napkins , and no one picking up the phone . I used to work at McDonald's before and would never let any bag out without double checking it , so no food now and I'm not gonna get refund either since no one is available to pick that phone up . shame on all of you !!

Poor car parking area. This a low on foot customer place, the vast majority of customers are drivers on the A41. So there should be more parking.

Drinks were spilled on delivery leaving the bag soaked with napkins and sauces.

Instead of receiving a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal with a coke. I received 2 x bacon and egg & 2 x egg and cheese McMuffins with hash browns and pancakes. So a family who ordered their breakfast are just going to get one double sausage and egg meal.
