McDonald's in Hertsmere

I haven't received my order, and it is said it is delivered

The food left McDonalds in good time. The courier took over 40 mins to deliver it. He was stationary at a particular location till I messaged him to say I am leaving the property at a certain time - only at that point did they attempt to deliver. When the food arrived the courier said it was my error as I have to input my address twice? Complete waste of £13 - food stone cold and inedible

1/3 of the items ordered were missing and two of the burgers were spilled in their boxes!

Delivery man lied to me. Just eat I selected my home address before clicking McDonald’s the delivery man was sent to my last place of order so when he messaged me on the just eat app I told him what had happened he said don’t call just eat give my address and code he will deliver it. He never showed. Had a big tip waiting for him as I was so grateful but he lied and wanted the code hence lying stopping me contacting just eat. Terrible

food came and had multiple items missing and food that did come was very slap dash and not presented well at all

We’ve ordered from this McDonalds often as it’s our local branch. Virtually every time the order is wrong and has missing items (3 this time!). I’m amazed at their consistent inability to read the order and put the same items in the bag. Order away, but be prepared to go hungry and beg for your own money back from JustEat…

we are a family of 5 , so I have ordered 5 meals , what I've got is just unbelievable. shame on the stuff and on the manager who did let this order out from the store !! missing 5 fries !!! missing 2 orange juice ,no straws ,no napkins , and no one picking up the phone . I used to work at McDonald's before and would never let any bag out without double checking it , so no food now and I'm not gonna get refund either since no one is available to pick that phone up . shame on all of you !!

Drinks were spilled on delivery leaving the bag soaked with napkins and sauces.

Instead of receiving a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal with a coke. I received 2 x bacon and egg & 2 x egg and cheese McMuffins with hash browns and pancakes. So a family who ordered their breakfast are just going to get one double sausage and egg meal.

it was not just eat fault but mc donalds fault i was sent wrong order to my address and sent it back I am hoping to get full refund I will never order from the bushey branch again awful

My usual McDonald’s meal is a large wrap of the day meal, 3 chicken selects and 4 ketchups. Been having this for years and never had a problem before. Tonight at 6:30 I didn’t get the chilli sauce. Told the guy he had forgotten it to which he said that as I had 4 ketchups I wouldn’t be getting the chilli sauce. Told him to just give me it to which he said next time it was one or the other. I don’t go McDonald’s for an argument. Appalling service.

Did a drive through as I was short on time. Food was lukewarm, which I hate.

The driver phoned me and said he couldn’t find my home—he insisted that I had given you the wrong address which was ridiculous nonsense-last time I ordered it didn’t arrive and now more inefficiency

Ordered family meal, and more and 2 x chips is missing again, fed up with missing items from McDonald’s that I can’t be bothered to complain as it makes my brain hurt and feel like I am after a refund. I just want my order to be delivered correctly

Possibly the worst McDonald’s I have ever used. Once again A41 Bushey (near Sandy Lane) McDonald’s did not fail to disappoint. Drink was leaking, (okay this happens) food was cold again and once again an item was missing. This is the second order in a row where food has been missing. I live close by and normally collect and check as they never seem to get it right and I check every time before leaving and 25% of the time the order is wrong. Love McDonald’s but the one on the A41 is now becoming the local joke between residents. I should have know better, getting it delivered. Will not be using again. I don’t normally do reviews but McDonald’s really, your service is becoming a joke. Anyone reading, you have been warned.

Food was cold took about and hour and a half

Ordered 2 double sausage McMuffin meals and only got sent the coffees.

Would have been 5 stars but no stirrer / sugar for the coffee, no napkins or ketchup for the muffin .

Missing items and no refund given

The 2 lane ordering is a terrible idea, don't want to rage for a maccy's cos the car after me got they're order taken before mine

I just use the drive through which super-fast and super-efficient. The staff nice, polite and efficient everything you want in a drive through.

I didn't get my order i get someone else order

So do you guys just not actually have any sauces or you just can't be bothered to put them in every single time? Like, I order extra ketchup and I get no ketchup at all, no sauces of any kind, even the ones that come with my order. Ever. Is it that hard to throw a couple in the bag? I'll just order from Watford High Street from now on I guess.

Food freezing missing parts shocking

It's not worth ordering from McDonalds, there are always items missing meaning you have to go to McDonalds yourself to get them, Either McDonalds can't follow the order or the drivers are stealing

I asked for two barbecue dips and they didn't give it to me at the drive-thru. They are also supposed to ask me if I want any sauces at the end but they didn't. They didn't even give me any tissues.

Half of the items ordered were missing, and the rest of the food that finally arrived was stone cold! Very, very, very disappointed!! Tried to call the place several times but no answer! No help from JustEat either!

Fries were stone cold, burger was tepid and I asked for no pieces in my McFlurry, it had pieces ? It’s not difficult to get an order correct at McDonald’s and other food chains can deliver hot food so what’s wrong?? !!!

Got here relatively quickly. Order was correct.

Love their apple pie and fries. However, they don't really cater for strict vegetarians with possible cross contamination between veg and non veg items.
