McDonald's in Hertsmere

Typical McDonald's goodness, open 24/7 Edit: lately the drive-through experience has been absolutely awful, with waiting times over 30 minutes, which is just unacceptable in this day and age.

Their app failed at point of checkout, the ordering board failed at point of checkout so at this point I was getting quite agitated. Staff in the restaurant were lovely and so helpful.

Waiting for your order here is a farce. It says "ready for collection" that's utter nonsense!!!! It's never ready when they say it is....try adding another 10 minutes

Order taken by kumari she is a very friendly and really nice lady she is amazing . I had really good communication with her. I just want to say she is really nice 😊

This branch is just woeful. Deliveries are incorrect approx. 75-80% of the time with food either missing or orders completely incorrect. It happens at all times of the day and all days of the week so it's clearly a systematic issue with the way this branch is being run rather than the laziness or incompetence of just one or two people. Although I suspect that also has something to do with it. Someone needs to verify each order before it goes out the door rather than rely on one person to get it right. If there is a person(s) doing this then they need to find a new job because they are terrible at it. The physical site is also badly cramped, rubbish and cages permanently occupy two of the parking spaces with all the remaining spaces usually occupied by Uber drivers who just hang around the place all day.

ordered my food around 2:40 took over a hour and half to arrive i understand it’s in bushey but i was vile, stone cold, soggy wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs i tried to cancel my order after a hour was was taking too long didn’t work. complete & utter waste off money i want a refund asap as that is vile

this delivery driver deliberately throws my food around. this is the third time I have had cold wet food and half a drink from all the food being covered in the drink. sane driver every time I am afraid.

Much better now they are open later, was frustrating leaving our sports meeting which was 5 minutes away to find the restaurant closed to then drive an hour to my local restaurant who was open. Food is generally good and short waiting time.

I visited the McDonald's Bushey branch last night, and while I was waiting at the counter to place my order, the manager, Mr. Nabil, unexpectedly came out from the kitchen area to put orders on the rack. A few secondsp later, he suddenly shouted at the customers and delivery drivers, who were merely inquiring about the estimated time for their orders. This behavior felt inappropriate and left a negative impression on me. I kindly request the higher management to ensure that Mr. Nabil undergoes rigorous training on how to remain calm and composed during busy hours and manage customer service more effectively. It has come to my attention that he was recently promoted to shift manager, which may explain his behavior, as it appears he is struggling to handle the new responsibilities appropriately. I recommend suspending his duties and requiring him to complete extensive training until he is fully capable of performing his managerial role in a positive and professional manner. Please consider this seriously to ensure better service and management at this location.

Absolutely appalled by my delivery. I don’t even know where to start. I ordered a plain double cheeseburger which comes with a label on as it has special requirements. I placed my order at 00:09. The burger says it was cooked at 00:06. And my food got to me at 00:50 it was freezing cold. How was it made before I even ordered. It also had extra mustard & ketchup added when I asked for plain. The mozzarella dippers were completely missing. The fries like cardboard freezing cold. So disappointing.

Fab service and food was good, milkshake was a proper milkshake and not runny! The car park is the only let down. People driving all over the place, that's the only negative.

This order completely let me down. I had a party for 15 peole and the food was ordered at 4.45ish and it was due to be delivered at 5.45-6.05. Eventually at about 6.30pm half of the food arrived - the drinks never arrived and the food was cold. Refun

Just eat delivered food they had had sat there for 8 hours! I ordered a McDonald's at 6pm. It was shown as delivered at 7pm but they woke me up 230am with the food cold, ice melted drink warm and icecream liquid. It was so weird being woken up I almost put it the fridge and freezer for later thinking it was fresh but decided to unpack it and saw it was inedible. This is clearly against the law.
