Food missing and was refused compensation

drink spilt over everything and ripped the bag and i didn’t get anything refunded. half the chicken was inedible

The chicken nugets missing from happy meal.

It was my daughter 7th Birthday this order arrived 2hrs late

Every single time I order from North Finchley McDonald’s there are items missing, not just 1 or 2 - today ALL the chips from 4 meals are missing and the McFlurrys. Nothing worse than ordering McDonald’s for kids and their dinners don’t come so they’re upset and hungry. Unacceptable.

I don't know what they're doing at McDonald's North Finchley, but this was the last straw for me. It’s not the first time my food has arrived cold, stale, and tasting like it was made hours ago. Every time I think, maybe it’ll be better this time—but nope, same disappointing experience. How hard is it to serve fresh, warm food? I honestly can't believe the lack of quality control here. I'm done giving chances. McDonald's just lost a customer for life.

no orange juice with the meal, no chocolate cookie, overcooked hash browns and no cheese in the burger, SORT IT OUT MCDONALD'S

Time kept changing on the app food was cold and then to find an item missing was very disappointing. When you order a takeaway it’s to have a break from cooking putting feet up and then to receive this level of service is not really acceptable ..

I paid for a filet o fish and received the bun tartar sauce and cheese 😐 requested for my money back (also sent proof to just eat) and got told on this occasion we can’t offer a refund 😐 (I sent proof) thanks! 0stars is what you get 😊

Excuse me, I had to wait quite a while for my order and I had to ask the server for ketchup, tissues, and a straw separately. Additionally, I had ordered to dine in, but my order was packed instead of being served on a plate.

Barely warm chicken wrap, old limp chips,which I returned and was given a sightly warmer serving of limp chips...the restaurant caters more to just eats etc business....placed is ussed like a dossing house..non customer's sitting or sleeping at tables....avoid this store....

Typical McDonald's fare, so low value for money. Also a bit crowded, and the guests are not very polite or clean. But the staff works hard. Better pick up your food rather than hope for table service.

We order the double burger, that comes with fries, adding two extra burgers and two ice creams. The burgers didn't have much spice in them, the fries were not fresh, the ice-creams (m&ms and galaxy caramel) didn't have much caramel either. It's not like we wanted loads of it, but something to be there would be nice. The order took its time to arrive, adding a few toppings was good, but, overall, was not happy with it, unfortunately.

The food was cooked very well at the perfect temperature the chips were great and the temperature of the burgers were just right, just making me happy again because it tasted so good. If the food is cooked correctly and at the right temperature nothing beats a McDonalds. I was very happy it tasted so good, even though I have been eating it for a lifetime it still tastes so good. Thumbs up to McDonalds for tasting so good after so long. Thank you McDonalds
