McDonald's in Barnet

ordered a Oreo mcflurry but received a Smarties one

I ordered a burger just with ketchup and cheese but I received a burger without cheese, with mustard and onion. I’m very disappointed

Ordered 3 meals got 2 absolutely shocking does no one check orders have an autistic child with no food disgusted with the service

Sauce was not there. This has happened three times now.from this venue. Very annoying. Had plain nuggets. Not great. Much better with sauce!

The delivery of food was quick however there are no fish fingers in the happy meal just chips - the workers simply need to focus on their tasks. Basically a box of chips, drink and a book for £3.99. Get it together workers. The delivery guy was great, thank you

Some chips overcooked and some a bit undercooked. Hopefully this will get better as it’s not the first time it’s happened.

I ordered food on Uber eats. I ordered a mozzarella sticks share box. It only came with 9 sticks instead of 10. I ordered 3 barbecue dips and 3 salsa dips instead I was given 2 ketchups and 2 sweet curry dips. I also ordered 20 chicken nuggets and they all taste burnt. I decided to call McDonald’s in order to let them know about this atrocious meal. I called about 10 times and not once did they pick up. Disgusting customer service. Terrible food. And horrible attitude by the workers.

No dip, now straw, drink half full

Has become a very unpleasant McDonalds. While I could not fault the food or the staff, you have to pass a crowd of mopeds and delivery drivers to get into the shop and they often crowd around the counter and can be very pushy with staff. There had also been a few episodes of antisocial behaviour and they even have some sort of police alarm to deter it. I can’t say I felt comfortable eating here

I ordered from 17:25 and what should have been delivered within ten minutes, didn’t arrive until 18:33. I tried cancelling the order and was unable to do so. After all this delay, the food came extremely cold. Very disappointed.

I ordered a medium double quarter pounder meal. I received a medium single quarter pounder meal instead of a double, medium fries were missing & the medium sprite wasn’t sprite, it was sparkling water. Very unhappy & disappointed about this service & I would like a full refund of £15.56.

We waited over an hour for our food. We were supposed to get 6 chicken nuggets which are missing. All the dips that come with our items are missing and the food was stone cold. On top of this, our bag of food was opened and was not sealed so I think the delivery driver opened the bag. This is extremely poor service! Please can I get a refund to the account that I paid with. I DO NOT WANT ANY FORM OF CREDIT. I WANT IT REFUNDED TO MY CARD.

Food was good but the delivery driver made me feel uncomfortable. He handed me the food and I said “thank you” he kept going “huuhh”, “what” and he was trying to step inside my property so I closed the door to try and stop him from entering. I then saw he had wanted to put the delivery code on his phone but he didn’t directly ask me so I gave it and he kept making out like he couldn’t understand so I gave the numbers slowly to him and then he got it and left but it really made me feel uncomfortable

Dry, warmish, tasteless burger... Chips were passable .... No milkshakes again!... McDonald's used to be reliable but doesn't seem that way anymore, just maybe we came on a bad day and it's usually better.... Hope so...

Everytime I order from Macdonalds I pay for large fries but the fries are only half full.

I’m assuming it must have been busy because it took a while before the food came. I also received the wrong item. I ordered 2 bacon big tasty’s. 1 was correct but the other one didn’t have bacon. I have complained to request a refund with proof but I’m still yet to hear anything back. I think that’s poor since I was charged for an item that was incorrect.

Almost every time I order, something is missing. This time it was a double cheese burger and instead of a Terry's chocolate orange pie I got an apple pie.

Driver phoned at 18:40 unable to find our address. His English was poor so it difficult to understand where he was. When I asked which road he was on, he did not understand my question. I kept saying our address but he misunderstood 13 as 30.
