McDonald's.. just the name says it all, right?

Delivery was much quicker than usual and the food was piping hot for once

Perfect delivery, this is the first time that I've received the delivery of my coffee has not been split at all.

My pineapple smoothie came halfway field and the strawberry milkshake was supposed to be chocolate

Food preparation was sloppy. It is as though they are trying to the kitchen was slammed and they try to get food out as quickly as possible. They forgot the extra egg on one of my orders but Just Eat thankfully credited that into my account. Delivery was on-time.

you always forget to put my sauce in the bag

I asked for big mac no cheese extra pickles instead I got plain big mac with cheese I'm allergic to cheese

They never get orders right, asked for extra pickles, burger didn't have any at all.

Awful waited nearly an hour for missing items. Absolutely ridiculous.

They have a Unqualified staff and such bad quality

The medium coke was upside down in the bag and dribbled through my home all over my carpet. I ordered a double Big Mac and a double cheese burger was delivered. Worst food delivery ever.

Sadly the nuggets were undercooked and soggy in the middle and slightly darker around the edges on the outside. Other than the rest of the order was alright apart from that.

Had my order delivered, all 7 dips missing. Can happen to forget 1 or 2 but 7? Come on. Sometimes I feel like employees have to pay for the sauces they give from their own pockets, even when they're included in the price of whatever you're having, that's how unwilling they are to give them to customers... We pay for them though... Also had to assemble Big Mac ourselves...

In person order to take away took over 20 minutes. Burger missing from order when we got the package home, food not hot - not surprising I saw how long it sat in the packaging area! Ice cream melted as had been sitting so long on a shelf waiting for the rest of the order to be packed. Till service great. 👍 Food packaging and order processing system absolutely shambolic! No communication between staff - no wonder for the 2nd time using this branch items were missing.

While we are eating, my child has to watch us enjoying our food 😔 His happy meal food has not been delivered; no cheese burger and no fries! They only packed small fanta! Primary school children will do better job packing the food!

The staff are so disrespectful and they take so long . It's the worst branch in all Uk .

missing items again.. d6ont know how hard it is to read an order. every other order I get missing items

I’ve been ordering from this particular branch for the past year as it’s my closest one. Several times the orders have been incorrect or items missing. I do get a refund but it doesn’t help the disappointment when one of my kids is missing a meal and has to share with the others.

Absolutely PERFECT! All special requests adhered too, no items missing and was delivered before estimated time! 🎉🎉

Fries came cold, 2 out of the 3 milkshakes I ordered were not delivered. Ordered a large McFlurry and there was barely any ice cream in it.

The food was cold and the fries were not fully cooked. Rhe milkshake was not chocolate flavour. The driver obviously had several deliveries and we have suffered the consequences. So £35 for drinks as we didn't eat! Very unimpressed and dissatisfied.

Large restaurant with plenty of seating area free WiFi. You get nuisance crowds especially after school hours it brings the atmosphere down. Other than that it's pleasant place to have quick lunch break.

Food was ok but no onions in the burgers so was a bit disappointed.

The burger was the wrong one i order the mc Crispy and was delivered the mcspicy and it was too spicy for me, it was incredibly over cooked to the point that in some places the chicken was tough and barely there. The drinks had sat in the bag so long that the bottom of the bag had fallen apart when the driver gave it to us. The mcflurry was melted.

Cold inedible ice cream melted waste of money no sauces straw like fries - even the driver said he was at the restaurant for over 20 mins waiting

Food was okay but they couldn't understand no salt on chips. Credit to cleaners as some families were leaving tables in a right mess.

Worst experience we have had in a McDonald's unfortunately; normally find it very consistent wherever you go but the wife's chicken burger and the shared nuggets were both dry and chewy like they had been hanging round way too long. Fries were fine and my beef burger was fine too, but for over £20 worth of stuff not enjoying half of it isn't good enough. This branch is on the do not visit list for us now :(

McDonald’s should focus more on sending the right orders rather than sending it so quick. I can wait for another half an hour if you can get the orders right.

Items were missing, food was cold

I popped in for breakfast, and witnessed the Manager Joe, who had to deal with a quiet elderly couple who were quite frankly giving him a hard time over a promotion on display, his professionalism and patience was OUTSTANDING! As a manager myself I watched someone who I would hire on the spot!!! Well done

The food arrived fairly cold. Chips were also unsalted.

Embarassing as usual. We ordered to take away 2 cheeseburger, three happy meals, 3 mc flurries and 3 drinks. One of the drinks was spilled as the lid was not closed properly and the order inside the bag was not ours at all there were 2 large fries and 1 chicken strips. We tried to call all evening to have help and ask at least for a new delivery they just let the phone ring without answer. This is the worst Mc Donald’s ever existed, staff need to be trained again as they do not even read the receipt when they fill up the bags.

McDonald's is McDonald's. I visit for my morning coffee and sometimes I have a mcmuffin without the muffin which does confuse the employees. I follow LCHF eating. Try not to eat carbs

Th chilli wrap was disappointing today. Couldn’t eat it as it tasted and looked off. To think the packaging says big flavour wraps.

You dont know what they are serving. Irresponsible people who dont know what to give and what they are giving. The meal got to home packed very baddly and the things i ordered did not come. It was also squeesed

My order said 7:20-7:50pm when I ordered it. Order eventually came at 8pm and was cold.

Completely got my order wrong and this isn’t the first time. Sent me the wrong items and the system with just eat isn’t great because rather than get my meal O have to just keep what’s sent and accept a partial refund days later. Puts me off ordering
