The chips was cold there give me stuff what I didn't ask for

My kids lived this mcdonalds a lot.

Just an emergency break. Nothing special.

This is what they presented me with when I asked for a “happy meal”

Usually not very clean, poor service and long queues. Food served is almost cold.

As much as we order sauce, we never get any, and the fries are always soft and cold. No problem with burgers, nuggets, or chicken selects.

I love McDonald's because it has an MC crispy and fries and the fries are so good the MC crispy love it💗

Came today, 6th of August at 8:35 for a breakfast this morning. Took ages to release my order. At least 4 people were served before mine. Only one person serving, no napkins were given, no stick or sugar offered. I asked the sources to be served apart, and none was placed in the bag. Horrible customer service.

Order was missing bacon I couldn't be bothered to say anything because it seems to be if you ask for plain most mac Donald's get it wrong

Staff ignore you while you're standing at the till, doing their own thing. Not even a "we'll be with you shortly". Noise (Mcmusic), blasting out of speakers, full of inane lyrics and platitudes. Worst McDs I've visited.

The staff are usually great but unfortunately my most recent experience change my opinion. I went in to buy a milkshake because I had been out all night, had too much caffeine and needed to remain awake. Unfortunately their machine wasn't working so the manager issued a refund and told me it would go straight in, but if you read all mcdonalds corporate policy it takes between 7 and 14 days for a refunded card payment to be processed. Then if you go to their corporate office the security tries to stop you with threatening to call the police.

Nice McDonald's, very busy so always hot fresh food.

I ordered big mac as a meal with other items last night. I paid for service charge, delivery fee and tip. The food was delivered cold. The big mac missing. When I called them they only refunded me £2.09 and evenn refused to re deliver. Very disappointing...

I hate the new format of the place, using machines to place an order sucks

Food was made extremely quickly, I ordered at the till and a nice young lady I think her name was Kiki or Chichi took my order and was very pleasant to talk to and gave me my order immediately.

Delivery service is horrendous. Food always arrives cold and stale, and they never give condiments despite paying for them. KFC much better and fresh

There was a bit of confusion behind the scenes from the staff. My burger was missing ingredients and the order was extremely late. The upper level was apparently closed but I managed at least to use the toilet facilities.

Three staff members were wondering around not one of them served me until a white family turned up and I got served and they wonder why there sales are falling . Try treating everyone equal not by skin colour. What a waste of time and money

I went for a morning coffee a few times when I was working nearby.

Ordered for eat in and the stuff gave me the order in the bag. Finali found a table downstairs becouse one of the member stuff told me upstairs is close but the table it was on disgusting condition footprints... worse place I've ever been. Thank you McDonald's.

It's my local branch, and although l visit occasionally (twice at most) in a year. The staff there are always friendly and polite, quick and efficient service and the premises is always clean, neat and well stocked. Highly recommended

Need I say more. Since they added the touch pad machines the wait time is just not worth it, I could get served food quicker in a cafe. Update. Got takeaway and they missed a big tasty burger. Refused to provide another and refused to refund. I love a good MC Donald's but avoid this one. Travel an extra 5-10 minutes and go to borehamwood instead. It will never improve with the way it is run

Missing Lettuce and bacon (which i paid extra for)..... how hard is it really to read the sticker. Pathetic. Also some of the fries have been sat too long and have that odd taste.

Some self service machines needed to fix, last night the one faced towards the on right hand side wasn't working, and vegetable deluxe could be better, or the tasty was pretty, I thought an old old is used in it, very disappointed

They expanded into doing deliveries a few years ago without proper infrastructure to do so, now the whole surrounds is full of their delivery drivers, smoking, spitting etc between orders. Far more are on duty than seem to be needed.

Fast service as the restaurant wasn't busy, but it was really dirty everywhere, especially the tables, and toilets. Multiple people just hanging around in the restaurant but not serving

Took grandsons who enjoyed it. Adult burger was cold 🥶. Only ok for kids. One toilet only in the branch. One of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Never again

The food is hit and miss. Sometimes cold, sometimes sort of warm. The staff are mainly friendly although the younger ones clearly hate being there. There is a school and college nearby so there's a lot of wanna-be gangsters in there who think they're 10 men. As soon as you call them out they pipe down, but it's still a waste of 10 seconds of your life.

I just came back home with my order take out and I was missing 9 chicken nuggets £4.99, when we place the order the machine didn’t print a receipt, toilet was closed!!!! If I could I would give you -10 stars!!!!!

All I wanted was a coffee and I had to use the ordering system and it was soooo complicated I went to the counter. Happily the lady manager took me order and I got my coffee which was nice. There's not a lot in Barnet so this particular branch of the Scottish restaurant was very handy.

Order accuracy has highly improved and the food is good, however there always seems to be someone cleaning and it's still sometimes quite dirty

Just visited this branch. Outside 2 gangs of teenagers were fighting. A kid was down on the street, and the boys came back as they said it was not the right guy. A few of them came inside and went to the second floor. I spoke to the manager on duty, and the girl was laughing. The only thing I said to her was, maybe, it would be a good idea to inform the police and just to let them know. I'm so sorry but I don't understand why a manager found this so funny. Also she didnt even go upstairs to check if everything is fine. She was laughing and continued her job. You know, a couple of months before you had a similar issue, and the kids came inside the restaurant and made everything mess up and abuse your staff. Also, maybe you remember a person who has been stabbed outside your restaurant in the past. Seriously, which part found your manager funny? I'm wondering if this manager finished her shift and while going home, someone attacked her, would be funny for her?

quick take out easy to pay on the self serve screen. the food been the same . nothing changed. place is clean.

Full of 'kids' hanging out,not eating but vaping so the whole restraunt had a sweet smell. Staff did not seemed to be bothered.

High Street Barnet Is Very Nice Until You Reach McDonald's. All the scooters outside make it a terrible Atmosphere.

The place smells pretty bad, probably because they just mopped with dirty water. Toilets are closed at 21:19 while the place is open until 0:00. Only come here when you really need to..

My life without McDonald's is empty, and I don't care what anyone says. I've been eating it, and at almost 4 decades old, I'm very fit even without exercise cos I don't subscribe to the bs of competitors trying to run down McDonald's. I love it, I recommend it and I'll always eat it. As for this restaurant, I've been here a lot and it's always refreshing to be here... friendly and helpful staff, especially the door man, food is awesome and place is very clean. I love this place so much that I don't mind the 45-minute bus ride when I want a change from my local one xxx

Wish there was a 0 star option. When you take the full payment, atleast have the decency to make food properly. Look at what I just received. I started avoiding going because of the pathetic staff and ignorance, probably just gonna stop eating from here. Lost all their standards. Shame on you.

Asked not to Put Bacon, as it smell.. Yet they added the becon, and this is the second time happened to me in this place.. Imagine this is something I was allergic to, wouldnt be nice, is it.. Improve your service and also take special care for customised order..

Orders constsntly prepared wrong. I have been served burgers without key ingredients like patties, buns or sauces. Last time they put a normal mcchicken fillet instead of spicy one when I ordered McSpicy. I only get 30 min brake and spend 15 min waiting. I don't want to finally sit down just to realise they got it wrong again and waste another 5-10 min fixing it. ABSURD It has happened so many times. I can see the managers being constantly unprofessional and lazy.

Worst Mc Donalds in the UK. When I order from Uber, always they are sending missed orders. After contacting with Uber Eats they don’t want to refund it. I never use this rubbish mc donalds and rubbish uber eats

Took a while for our order to be ready, 15 mins. It was order number 70 and by the time I got mine thy were calling number 76, although this happens regularly, the thing was that I saw 70 come up on the screen and then it was deleted by them so there had on their system as though my order had already been handed out and thus no pressure to get the order to me

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Order accuracy has improved. Order prep is pretty quick. Helmeted delivery folk are slightly less prominent now they have their own hatch but still a presence. So improving but the decor could do with a refresh. Toilets ok for the men.

I arrived during busy lunch time. I ordered table service. My meal and coffee arrived within 5 minutes exactly as ordered, piping hot, delicious coffee only £1.19 and best of all coffee mug had lid on so coffee stayed hot between sips. Floor was immaculate, all tables clean and there were quite a few older customers enjoying their meal among young Mums with children. Perfect social time for young and old together.

Good location to grab a bite to eat only bad thing was when we arrived the grill was not working so the menu was limited

Whenever i order from this mcdonalds regardless of the delivery service ie just eat, deliveroo etc there are always items missing. Like todays order was missing all 6 drinks that i had ordered. Even in store ive had the same problems. The staff couldnt even tell the difference between the drinks i ordered. Tried to give me the mango cooler when i ordered strawberry lemonade

Don't ever order from here on just eat.. They can never pack an order correctly Countless times big or small order and they forget things. Poor poor performance.

Must be the most incompetent McDonalds in the UK - I order Sour Cream and Chive dip (at an extra cost) and get given Sweet and Sour EVERYTIME!

Cheese burger dry and tasteless...but chips ok. And staff very helpful.

Literally incapable of delivering a full order. Miss items every time (yet never seen them get an order wrong in my favour). Not surprised when you see the staff in there. It's utter chaos & communication is a nightmare.

I admire the young staff, who I presume are new, keeping it together despite pressure from rude customers. They forgot my straws but the order was correct, very polite staff and the cleaning staff are efficient. Probably the cleanest mcdonalds I've been to :)

I’ve in this McDonald a few time, and , it seems that each time I visit is getting longer to get your orders, I was waiting for my food for more that 10 minutes. All this whilst all the delivery riders with their helmets on blocking the collection counter with no regard for other clients. It seemed that chaos was running the place, short of staff nobody at the till to help with people orders..

Too bad, I made an order from Just eat, today, Chicken Nuggets happy meal, and two burger meal, but in the happy meal there was no nuggets inside it and I was calling mac Donald Barnet high street no one is picking my call. Am not happy with this service.

Ordered tonight, food was cold, soggy chips, boxes open so items had fallen in bag! Disgraceful!! Never again!

Complete waste of time. Order through app for table service. Food did not arrive after 15 mins. Got a refund. When asked what happened the staff had not a scooby doo. The lights are on, but no one is home

The staff were very helpful and accommodating as we have a member who had type 1. So food needs to be weighted out and this was done in the kitchen which saves us having to do that on the table. The food was good and fairly priced and they had a kids menu. We went down a treat.

Always a bit chaotic in here, especially at busy periods, ie school lunch times, with drivers inside & outside at all hours, blocking all the parking. Seem to get my order right all the time though, better than most Maccies!!

The foods and the services are Excellent. The staffs are decent and hardworking especially Kejsi.
