chips were undercooked and all food was cold

I specialize order with no pickles however THERE WERE PICKLES ON MY BURGER. What a shame . Terrible. The fries had no salt at all even though I asked for salt . Just terrible

I watched the courier on the map sit outside Stanmore park behind the restaurant for 10 minutes. When he arrived I told him the food was cold and asked him why he sat outside the park. He lied about it. I gave him the delivery code and shut the door then he booted my door. He was abusive. I told him to leave. He was hurling insults at my family. We went to make sure he left and he tried to run us over. The food order was not what I requested. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered a chicken burger and they gave me beef. Very disappointing as I don’t eat beef so it was a complete waste!

The drinks are not shut properly. This wasn't the first time. The driver was very apologetic but it wasn't his fault.

Didn’t receive the order in the end had to get a refund, no explanation why it wasn’t delivered, I had to chase around to get it resolved. Waited nearly 2 hours never have I had that problem before, I hope it not going to be a new trend for the future

I ordered my food at 9:13am this morning, the original delivery time was at 9:35am, latest 9:50. The food didn’t arrive until just after 10:30. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and no answer. When the food finally arrived it was cold and the hash brown was also soggy and cold. Overall poor service!

almost 30mins for a delivery when typically it takes less then 5 and I could see the driver on the tracking doing other drops offs and I also feel rob as I also paid a tip before hand as well as both drinks were missing from the order

McDonald’s put the McFlurry (ice cream) with the hot drinks which meant it was pretty melted when it reached us

The whole meal was cold by the time i received it, the coffee had to re heat in the microwave, the chips were completely cold and the burgers were slightly warm, very disappointing and didn’t enjoy. It seemed as if the poor driver was delivering all of the orders which wasn’t his fault but from time he left to time I got mine it would obviously be cold. Maybe it was a busy time of day. But the driver was nice.

First fries were cold, replacement was refried. What next? I mean they have a hot counter so what'sgoing on? Prices going up and standards going down.

Came here early morning 6:15 ordered to eat in didn’t get a tray again! Not sure about the middle of the day I hardly visit here then but every time I come here in morning and order to eat in through the app I don’t get a tray! I have to ask and point out it’s an eat in order I need a tray. I then sit down to see everyone sitting down eating out of bags! What’s that about? Really took away from my enjoyment the guy didn’t seem pleased in his tone! I don’t want to eat from the bag on the table or get looked at for having to tell you to do the order like the ticket says pls… And the coffee was burning hot waaaayyyy to hot-

Came to this 24 hour Mc Donald’s and they are refusing to serve me as they are closing. But everywhere showing it’s a 24 hour. Never coming back aagain

French fries were hot.. which they usually aren't when ordering from Mcdonalds. The delivery driver was very pleasant and warned me that my cat was trying to escape! So huge thanks to the delivery driver

most of it was okay but I didn't get an apple pie that I paid for hence the three stars.

My food wasn't delivered. Driver didn't come or delivered to wrong adress. What's the point in giving drivers a CODE for delivery if they don't care? Terrible driver, terrible service. Very unhappy

6:15 was the earliest time and then changed to 6:50 and all meals were cold. Kids didn’t eat no chips and the mcrib

You moved the delivery time after the order was placed. The chips were not cooked and cold.

Only complaint and it’s to the app it’s self next time I need to be notified the diver is on way before he is at my door they had a whole 5-8 minutes to let me know the driver left the restaurant

We went through the drive through and when we got home, we realised we had been given the wrong food. We drove back and though this should be a negative experience, it wasn't. The manager was excellent. Very understanding. He even made my kid a new, and free happy meal, he went above and beyond. Thank you

the dinner was stone cold had to reheat it to make it edible. driver was sent on another delivery before ours which was totally the other way from us so by the time we got our meal it was cold. l am not very happy.

My partner and I decided to get a mcdonalds breakfast for our long journey. The morning staff there, are ever so rude! Especially the man who took our order! We went to the first window, he didn't say ANYTHING, he took our payment and shut the window on us, he didn't even say; next window please or have a nice day! This branch has lost a customer. Staff there need an attitude adjustment!

My burgers were missing from the order. When I’ve called costumer service they said they will refund me the money back for the burgers.But I’ve paid £4 delivery to eat fries and drinks? They didn’t want to refund me the delivery fee so I can order my food to finish my meal. Really bad experience.

Loads of missing items from my order - such poor service from this locations

took an hour toʻbe delivered from McDonald's Edgware. food was cold and paper bag wet as raining. Courier needs hot insultanting bad to keep food hot and dry. not gappy as food must of been cold leaving from McDonald's. app just extends delivery time after estimated time shown. so you can't guarantee and do nothing about food being an hour. I live a Mile away get it's busy at that time. but should advertise it is busier than usual.
