The order was NOT delivered but it says it was delivered

i ordered in advance but store was late to prepare

I got a incorrect order !!!!!!!!!!!

Food was cold missing meat in the hamburger

didn't hear any knock at the door

Spot on today everything was still fresh and hot. lovely

food was freezing soggy and wasn't worth the waste of money.

20 mins late on a 20 minute delivery. bag was opened and seal broken (nowhere to say this when reporting a problem) all food was cold. Atrocious.

Luke warm, Mcflurry almost melted and no fizz in the coke - didn't even taste like coke.

My order came on time, but when I got my delivery it felt light when I went to call the driver but he left quick. When I looked at in the bags I saw a bottle of water that I didn’t order and my Fanta. I’ve taken videos and in it you can actually see the receipt of the order else must’ve made and in it you see they ordered water and on the other bag you can also see my order but I only got a Fanta. Must have been a mix up bit I’m still hungry with £20 less in my bank account

just because they arrived on time ... does not mean I'm happy with meal. items are missing once again... all my dips... 3 x dips.. the dips for the chicken nuggets...2 x sweet chilli 🌶 dips. ruined my whole meal having to eat it DRY..

ordered at 20.05 came at 20.50 chips cold and stale, burger cold. our drinks were spilt and leaking out the bag.

The juice spilled, and spoiled all the food.

Got the feed the family this is my local A hit and miss mostly a miss chips tasted horrible unfresh like it had been defosted and refreezed and fried had a funny taste unknown object on my filliet fish box so didnt eat the burger burgers cold crapy.

My order did not come at all I’m very disappointed with this it said delivered and it never came I’ve just lose 16 pound please can you compensate this in anway

delivery driver arrived 15mins late. food is the order arrived cold. also I paid for sauce and sauce was added in my delivery.

The delivery was alright I checked when i ordered and it says 23:45 and it was around 00:10 to 00:13 when I got the food, but thankfully nothing is missing from my order all the condiments and such are there.

Done a few drive bys here. Good service. Fun banter. Lots of school children around in the week, try not to run them over

I usually order on the app and drive thru but on the occasions I've eaten in, there's plenty of seating and you can order on the screens or the app and have the food delivered to your table.

Took almost TWO hours to deliver and when it arrived ALL the food was stone cold. Delivery person said the order had just come in which is not true as there is a a label on the food that shows the order came in at 19:47. I have taken screen shots to prove this. Requesting a full refund with all charges.

No other update or contact except the delivery time kept updating to be later until the order finally arrived over an hour after first placing the order, and in turn some of the food was cold and free items were missing.

all the food was cold when arrives costed js over £20 if i remember correctly and when i complained it took 2 days to get a refund which only gave me back just over £5 so i would like my remaining £15 and to not be scammed

I had gone through the drive thru with my friend the other night and we have never received better service than from a young gentleman by the name of Bobby! He deserves to be recognised for his efforts! He provided us with a quick and good service and put a smile on our faces! We never have good experiences at this mcdonald’s besides when being served by him.

All of the food was hot. Even the fries, very impressed.

The McFlurry was put in a bag right next to the chocolate! Crazy! It caused such a mess. The food was lukewarm and the fries were extra soggy. Really disappointing from McDonald's.

The order was good but I think they could do better with hot the drinks. Ordered 2 hot chocolates and they both spilled one had less than half left in it and it’s not the first time need to secure them better

💯💯💯 Very polite driver and our order was securely packed and delivered with care. However, quality of Mayo Chicken went really downhill since we had it last time (some years ago). Secondly, we customised our burgers with extra sauces and fillings but these were not applied. Lastly, no napkins provided either. No rush to reorder from (any) mcd🤷‍♂️

Friendly staff and easy ordering. The car park has anpr cameras and the maximum stay is 90 mins with a £100 fine if you go over. Be careful with this car park as I got caught.

Drinks had leaked so barely anything left in cups. Chips were stone cold and not edible. Burgers were cold and dry so had to be thrown.

I ordered a happy meal for my daughter it was delivered without chips, besides I ordered extra chips they were freezing cold, in addition we had to wait over an hour for our food to be delivered, not worth it very bad experience

All the food was cold and had to be reheated in the microwave! Milkshakes and drinks were nice and cold though which seems to be the specialty of this McDonald’s, can only deliver cold food and drinks items! I don’t know how they can get away with it! The food wasn’t hot before the driver picked it up because no way could it have gotten that cold from the collection to delivery! Terrible service. You need to do better! Taking people’s money and not getting what we ordered! HOT FOOD!

The food was stone cold. I requested a sweet and sour sauce and received salsa instead which is awful. I requested extra pickles and onions and received no extra.
