I got served by Maria who was very friendly and helpful with assisting me with the menu options. Very clean and spacious environment

I only used this as a pit stop to use the ladies cloakroom and l was pleasantly surprised at how spotlessly clean it was.There was a lady cleaning the bathrooms whilst l was there. The actual dining area looked very clean and as l didn't eat there l give it a 4 star plus!

the staff have stopped caring, the food is always thrown in the bag poorly made whats the point paying for garbage

Food freezing cold, they seem to be cooking the food and just leaving it for so long until a driver arrives, to pick it up. The burgers have the time they were cooked and it’s like 45 mins before a driver has even got there. So bad it’s gone so downhill lately.

The food was all there and warm. My delivery person was so polite and careful with my order. Much appreciated

Order never arrived, when I called they said it was delivered despite it still saying preparing on my screen, no offer of help & the manager was so rude & refused to give his name. Clearly codes don’t matter as this didn’t require a code, called just eat to get a refund.

I have to get out the flat to meet the driver as it seems like he doesn’t wanna get off his car and making excuses that he cannot find my building as he literally waiting next to it.

Worst McDonalds. Everytime I order tea it’s spilled into the bag causing a massive mess. Every other McDonald’s puts a plastic cap on the cup. Not this one. 3 times now.

Food was very stale and cold , we received the wrong milkshake and didn't receive our wrap very disappointed, the chips were very stale and overly salted , this isn't an experience we'd normally have at McDonald's.

it took more than 30 min, and then the whole order arrived cold, including the 3 burgers. in addition, the large icecreams mcflurrys were around half full, the size of a small. with this in mind I have not received what was promised at all.

ordered babeque and curry sauce with chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce but this was not included in my order delivered 😑 disappointed as the chicken nuggets was very dry without the sauce.

Food was delivered after 1 hour and 15 minutes, and was warm to cold.... Initial delivery Eta was 16 30 and when I ordered 16 00 o'clock, and I got the food 17 15... I was at 17 03 personally at McDonald's Stanmore to check my order and they told me that my order left but the driver forgot to put in the app that he's delivering... And strange after 1 minute in the app shows he's delivering... I think the employers forgot my order somewhere in the corner and they sent it straight away when I ask

Excellent customer service from all staff especially Micheal the manager. Always friendly. Food is also very hot and fresh

The staff here are extremely rude, myself and my boyfriend went through the drive-thru where we were waiting 5 minutes before we could even order anything. A girl then came to the mic and was laughing before taking our order (she was obviously just having a chat with a co-worker and wasn’t doing her job). We proceeded to order our food and she then cuts us up and says ‘okay next window’ so we say ‘we haven’t finished ordering’ and she replies with an attitude saying ‘okay what else do you want then?’ so myself and my partner are then left in shock and say that she is being rude and she then starts to argue with us. We then didn’t up staying there and decided to go to another mcdonalds. During that time i called and asked to speak to the manager to make them aware of their rude and unprofessional staff which she clearly had no interest in and her only response was ‘okay, so that’s all you are calling for?’ I am very unimpressed with the lack of respect and professionalism. I will NOT be going there again!

One of my favourite McDonald's in London, good service, pleasant environment, mostly respectful and friendly staff. Only issue is sometimes no bacon instructions should be as simple as that!!!!

Bad experience and wouldn't recommend

Instructions left for the driver said do not ring the doorbell, but call instead. Driver rung the doorbell and my child was woken up, i spent the best part of an hour putting them back to bed..

I watched the courier on the map sit outside Stanmore park behind the restaurant for 10 minutes. When he arrived I told him the food was cold and asked him why he sat outside the park. He lied about it. I gave him the delivery code and shut the door then he booted my door. He was abusive. I told him to leave. He was hurling insults at my family. We went to make sure he left and he tried to run us over. The food order was not what I requested. Won't be ordering again.

Didn’t receive the order in the end had to get a refund, no explanation why it wasn’t delivered, I had to chase around to get it resolved. Waited nearly 2 hours never have I had that problem before, I hope it not going to be a new trend for the future

I ordered my food at 9:13am this morning, the original delivery time was at 9:35am, latest 9:50. The food didn’t arrive until just after 10:30. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and no answer. When the food finally arrived it was cold and the hash brown was also soggy and cold. Overall poor service!

McDonald’s put the McFlurry (ice cream) with the hot drinks which meant it was pretty melted when it reached us
