Missing items and refused refund. Why cant staff just double check the bag.

The drink was spilled inside of the bag just less than half drink, and chicken selects was missing, is the third time that’s been happened. Please next time check the order before sending it

Not one of the ordered dips was delivered 🙄 Again. 🙁

The dips are missing again! 🙄 So just because they didn't charge extra for them doesn't mean they are irrelevant. The meal doesn't taste as good without them 😒

this is my second order in a row where I have not received any sauces or dips I requested, along with the fact the happy meal was missing its toy!

no tissue, no straw, no dipping sauce for my dipping garlic bread... burger falling apart had to make it myself. such a poor experience

Awful, cold food and the chips seem old and stale. it seems to have got really bad here recently.

My order never arrived. Either the delivery driver took the food or left it at the wrong address.

chips was cold and the Double Quarter Pounder came with onions and pickles that gave me no options to remove that

Ordered MC PLANT MEAL and specifically I put NO ONION IT CAME WITH ONIONS IM ALLERGIC TO ONIONS THE BOX THEY PUT NO ONIONS BUT THEY HAD IT INSIDE MY BURGER .This is the second time they make this mistake.Also when I make order aways put bbq sauce they never send it !

drink was totally spilling and i haven't got any dips and quality of cheese sharebox was not upto the mark. drink has ruined my bedsheet. very bad packaging

Shocking asked for no salt on chips but chips had so much salt and freezing called like they had been in the fridge, they put in so much ice in the drink like the the temperature is 40 outside and it tasted like water. Looks like they can’t follow simple instructions also asked for ketchup and they couldn’t be bothered to send it. McDonald’s just some advice we as customers are paying you for the food improve your standards.

Food always fresh and hot, service great too and place is clean.

Delivery man was very polite and respectful. The mcmuffins had unwrapped but I believe that was the fault of the restaurant not Delivery driver

Went early hours of the morning, chips were dry and when I mentioned that the manager wasn't bothered and said that they were fresh. I tried to show him the were dry, they did not look fresh, they looked like they had been fried and sat there to dry up before being refried. Asked for a chocolate milkshake and they gave vanilla which wasn't impressed by as when I told them I'd asked for chocolate they said they don't have any so why didn't they tell me. Attitude was disgusting. Food was awful and would not go back again especially early hours of the morning as they clearly don't care for customers at that time.

The large coke was missing from the order

One of the chips hat like 5 chips in it

Took longer than usual, not hot, large cappuccino was sat beside an icecream McFlurry in the bag, was nearly warm by the time I got it, and was not even half full.

Fish was overtired and didn’t taste fresh

Hi The customer service in this McDonald's is not good at all they are so rude and not friendly specially managers they are useless They don't have a name tag. One of them name is farah and the rest didn't give names And the food most of the time is cold.

The driver was in time ,even earlier than expected. The quality of the food was poor…sandwiches very small ….

Failed to deliver our order AND was late!

Today, I ordered two double cheeseburgers and one chocolate milkshake at the drive-through. After I drove about 20 minutes, I tried the milkshake and, to my surprise, it was a banana milkshake, not the chocolate one I had ordered. This would not have been a big deal if I would not be ALERGIC to bananas. It is unbelievable that they could not even fulfil a simple order correctly, and they do not seem to care about the potential consequences for people with allergies. Mistakes like this can have serious consequences, and anyone with food allergies knows what I am talking about. This is very poor service. If you do not like your job, find something else to do.

Lovely place even with school kids inside. Loads of seating area inside and outside.

Yummy, I was disappointed I couldn't order a cappuccino. However, my breakfast was delicious.

Delivery was fine. Food was vile. Drinks all spilt, flat and warm. Food was cold and squashed. looked like everything had just been thrown into the bag.

Best staff, and best McDonald's drive thru period. I dare you to find one that doesn't saturate the hash browns for breakfatwith greeks. And I've never had to return for a wrong/forgotten order

Bought the squad deal, 18 £ for four burgers and four medium fries. I only received the burgers, I tried to call them and they don’t pick up. 20 £ for four burgers without the chips. And they never picked up the phone. Very disappointing.

99% doesnt get deivered, and what did was made incorrectly and wasn't edible

30 minutes from when it was cooked to when it was delivered. not total time. food is cold...

Forgot to deliver the Mcflurry's. They regularly forget something. Unfortunately Colindale is just as bad

The place is always clean and tidy, the staff are pleasant and helpful. I have tried many of the items at this store which are most the time good and hot. The only item I do not buy from this store is any of the grilled wraps, why, because the grilled chicken is always overcooked or on special occasions it comes black,burnt and rock hard. I don't advise eating the grilled chicken wraps in any flavour. Come on McDonald's sort out the grilled chicken paying customers don't deserve overcooked, burnt rock hard chicken😎

The driver left the restaurant at 19:08 if not before. It was deliver at 19:38, I watched him go to honeypot lane and Kenton before coming to Edgware. Food was awful but it had sat in a car for 30 minutes or more not in an insulated bag. The driver was rude, no apology or acknowledgement just handed the bags over.

First time ordered from this store, was much better than Kenton Park Parade store. Food arrived quicker and was hotter. Coffee was still too hot to drink when it arrived. Will be using you again.

yeah learn to ride your bike better. squashed and wet food. I got a 600cc super sport and my food in my backpack is never like that. why you accelerate hard and brake hard on a 125cc scooter?? my food is ruined

probably the dumbest driver on the planet, clearly visible my door number, yet goes across the road 4 doors down, nowhere near the pin on the map... then bring the wrong order to me, goes back to his bike to get my order, and then smile, all whilst being on the phone to someone.... should really do background checks on your driver... absolute mug

put mayonaise in the burger and i didnt want mayo and the chips were all soggy

I requested 2 coffees, I took on my way and the guy at the window charged me for 4 coffees, I requested money back and he started insulting me and refusing to give me money back, after several minutes of arguing, a manager came and solved the problem. be careful how much they charge you. what do I do with the insults and insults he brought me?

Mcd is great as always. Fries initially didn’t come out the best, but were instantly replaced once we informed the staff. Brilliant service and great atmosphere.
