Mcdonald's Restaurants in Barnet

We went through the drive through and when we got home, we realised we had been given the wrong food. We drove back and though this should be a negative experience, it wasn't. The manager was excellent. Very understanding. He even made my kid a new, and free happy meal, he went above and beyond. Thank you

Sometimes, they fry your burger. They think we don't realise.

My partner and I decided to get a mcdonalds breakfast for our long journey. The morning staff there, are ever so rude! Especially the man who took our order! We went to the first window, he didn't say ANYTHING, he took our payment and shut the window on us, he didn't even say; next window please or have a nice day! This branch has lost a customer. Staff there need an attitude adjustment!

Order was complete and arrived early. Fantastic, wish it was always like this

was sent the wrong order, I sent it back with the driver, been over a week and have heard nothing back from just eat! was over £23 order

My burgers were missing from the order. When I’ve called costumer service they said they will refund me the money back for the burgers.But I’ve paid £4 delivery to eat fries and drinks? They didn’t want to refund me the delivery fee so I can order my food to finish my meal. Really bad experience.

The only problem today was the website. It took my order but wouldn’t let me pay for ages. I thought I was going to get no breakfast!

The drink cup was empty of drink the ice cream was upside down in the bag .. the fries were cold .. so was it enjoyable no… sorry more effort needed on the delivery side ..

Its I was very disappointed with my McFlurry as it had no chopper source or chocolate and chocolate chips on top like it should have i have a picture of what I got and will be posting it later so disappointed

took an hour toʻbe delivered from McDonald's Edgware. food was cold and paper bag wet as raining. Courier needs hot insultanting bad to keep food hot and dry. not gappy as food must of been cold leaving from McDonald's. app just extends delivery time after estimated time shown. so you can't guarantee and do nothing about food being an hour. I live a Mile away get it's busy at that time. but should advertise it is busier than usual.

My milkshake was missing. Always an issue when I order from this MacDonalds. It’s not exactly a complicated job and it was a small order. Can’t believe they couldn’t even get that right.

I request no cheese and no egg and all I get is a cheese muffing where is the actual meal I paid for now I’m left without the money I spent and no meal, this is outrageous a refund is not a solution, I want my muffin redelivered

This is on me for continuing to order from this place and not learning from my mistakes but... how hard is it to remember to put the dips in the bag? Seriously just put a sign up or something to prompt your staff to remember ffs. Every single time the dips are missing. Cheers for the dry nuggets!!

Order was late and the food was cold

Verry dissapointing. My Granddaughter who loves macdonalds struggled to eat the food as it was cold and not fresh. I did not enjoy it At All. Most if it went in the bin

The driver still gave me the food even though I told him it was the wrong order, it's insane that I have no way to call anyone to speak to them about it... I feel so bad for the people who aren't getting their very specific order...

Waited a long time to be served even though they knew we were waiting. Quite a few Tables full of trays and rubbish that's bit been cleared . Floor n swepted.

Short Changed on the Milkshakes. Well below the measure line. Second time it's happened. Also the Philly stack was packed SIDEWAYS which mean't the plastic cheese goo leaked out of the carton and the sandwich was deformed. Poor.

Not only is this my second order as the just eat driver didn’t ask for the code, consequently food went to neighbours!! But it is absolute freezing cold the drink was tipped over and spilt all over the McFlurry - very upset

Driver rang wrong buzzer 3 & tried to deliver to wrong block. He called 3 times & said he was at my door, he was in the next bock. I walked down the corridor and he gave me the food, I told him the code 3 times and he stole my food and ran away.

AGAIN the food has gone to the neighbours. There are codes for a reason this is an absolute joke

Used the app to order and collect my food which was freshly prepared and picked up hot on my arrival!

Terrible I ordered through the app and they forgot items, spoke to manager told me to come in and get 2 free meals for the mess up on, went later on in the evening spoke to a dainis shift manager was very moody upon telling him the issue he advised me that the meals I wanted was not allowed due to being promo. However he was nice enough to give me the meals as a large after some negotiation which I shouldn't of had to do as I had to drive there using my petrol after speaking to the woman who gave me my food I had told her large chips please a large meal is the least they can do with 2 apple pies the lady went round the back saying I was rude and whatever else this place messed up my order I had to drive back and they have attitude. The lady should know better to not speak around customers especially when I can hear her, I will never go back to yh it's just a mcd I told the manager this is my petrol I'm using for this and I shouldn't of had to drive there I drive a big engine car which my petrol should not be used for their mess. I was met with I should buy a different car (DAINIS) this was his response disgusting

Coke no ice very flat and tastes like chemicals, burgers seemed they were kept in the heated oven for over an hour very dry and not fresh patty. Quality not good despite being 5min down the road drive. Food was not hot either

Food usual good standard/value for money. I raised with manager and trainee manager that there was no WiFi which meant could not log into the app and therefore could not collect points on a £36 spend - how can you advertise collect rewards etc and then deny availability? And then totally ignore my query? Further our order came up ready to collect and our number disappeared before any sight of it appearing - presumably cheating your service delivery standards??

I paid for three sauces, but these were not delivered☹️. So meal was drrrrrry.

Missing requested ketchup, not the first time. Staff should pay attention to the order carefully. Also delivery driver was kept pressing the door bell while hammering the door which is very unprofessional.

I ordered 8 double sausage muffins meals and came with the wrong order completely house full of unhappy kids everytime I ordered something goes wrong I think it’s time to stop ordering of this place and app

The chicken select is not freshly cooked its a bit hard on the outside coating. The dips is missing all dips

This is the third time I’ve been promised a free hash brown and not gotten it. Only the single hash brown that’s comes with my meal. The first time I excused it as a mistake, even the second time. Third time in a row today where I didn’t get it so they’re just lying at this point. Btw no problem with the delivery driver he was great this is solely for McDonald’s

I ordered egg muffin but received sausage and egg instead .My order was incorrect and hash brown was stale .

Staff too busy talking to each other to listen to order. Forgot to put my apple pie in takeaway bag, didnt find out until i got home as they said it was in the bottom of the bag.

Why on earth would they insist on all but the disabled toilet being locked?? More than one customer asked for them to be unlocked and we're told they weren't allowed. Queue at least 30 minutes, all paying customers after a Taylor Swift concert.....absolutely ridiculous from the management.

Much better than other local McD's. Especially the South Harrow one which could learn a lot.

I ordered 4 ketchup dips and only got 3. Other than that everything else was alright.

No ice in drink, fruit bag was very swollen and smelt of vinegar. No sauces as per usual even though I requested them.

I get an order time on screen when I order. Then I get an email confirming my delivery with an earlier delivery time, then when I watch my screen the delivery time gets later and later. Was the delivery on time? Later than originally stated.

Regularly get ordered wrong and never fill the chips but good service apart from that. Food is standard mcD style. Inside is spacious and there is parking etc

If only I can leave a negative star I would. The worse McDonald service I came across with. It’s now the third time they missed an item on my order, this was ordered on the drive thru and missed the second time. And the one who picked up the phone, whoever the hell he was, don’t know why still worked there, he does not know a thing how to handle customer complaint. What a nightmare that is..
