Mcdonald's Restaurants in Barnet

The McFlurry was put in a bag right next to the chocolate! Crazy! It caused such a mess. The food was lukewarm and the fries were extra soggy. Really disappointing from McDonald's.

HOW TO THROW FOOD AWAY AS IT WAS SOAKED THROUGH LIDS ON DRINKS WAS NOT PLACED PROPERLY

The order was good but I think they could do better with hot the drinks. Ordered 2 hot chocolates and they both spilled one had less than half left in it and it’s not the first time need to secure them better

💯💯💯 Very polite driver and our order was securely packed and delivered with care. However, quality of Mayo Chicken went really downhill since we had it last time (some years ago). Secondly, we customised our burgers with extra sauces and fillings but these were not applied. Lastly, no napkins provided either. No rush to reorder from (any) mcd🤷‍♂️

Drinks had leaked so barely anything left in cups. Chips were stone cold and not edible. Burgers were cold and dry so had to be thrown.

The food was really cold, only half the chips, drinks spilled, mcFlurry melted, burger was a mess, it was like the driver ate half the chips, & had no care about our order

I ordered a happy meal for my daughter it was delivered without chips, besides I ordered extra chips they were freezing cold, in addition we had to wait over an hour for our food to be delivered, not worth it very bad experience

All the food was cold and had to be reheated in the microwave! Milkshakes and drinks were nice and cold though which seems to be the specialty of this McDonald’s, can only deliver cold food and drinks items! I don’t know how they can get away with it! The food wasn’t hot before the driver picked it up because no way could it have gotten that cold from the collection to delivery! Terrible service. You need to do better! Taking people’s money and not getting what we ordered! HOT FOOD!

I ordered a plan burger with just bacon and medium fries I received just the buns and small fries and the fries were stale

Delivery driver was really good

The food was stone cold. I requested a sweet and sour sauce and received salsa instead which is awful. I requested extra pickles and onions and received no extra.

Ordered Philly Cheese stacks,both came as just two patties,and ordered selects which came with no dips,and food not very warm,poor service!

Food cold and chips like rubber

Drink was half as leaked in the bag. There was no straw either or tissues. The burger was over cooked as was the bun too. Overall a very disappointing order. I won’t be ordering from your app again

when the food arrived the driver mentioned that something had spilt in the bag. when i went indoors to go and eat the food i then found out that all of the bags were wet a long with the food that had turned wet after something spilled. i have photo proof to back it up. thank you.

The order arrived with the hot chocolate spilled all over one of the bags, leaving no drink left. As a result, the cup of Coke became soggy, making cleanup difficult. On top of that, the delivery took longer than the estimated time, which was disappointing since we specifically chose McDonald’s for its fast service. We were heading out for the evening, so the delay—along with missing the drinks we wanted—was frustrating. Overall, not the best experience.

my food was completely cold, i notified to the driver, i didn't seem bother. i am staying at the premier inn hotel it is not a microwave to reheated my meal.

This is definitely one of the better McDonald's restaurants. Clean and well laid out with plenty of seating. Good fast service. Food was nice and hot.

all the food is absolutely cold, it's my local mc d I don't know why it took from when I ordered it for it to take 50 minutes to get cooked and to me and driving I live 5-10 minutes away

Hot chocolate comes half empty with the lid not on properly.

I only used this as a pit stop to use the ladies cloakroom and l was pleasantly surprised at how spotlessly clean it was.There was a lady cleaning the bathrooms whilst l was there. The actual dining area looked very clean and as l didn't eat there l give it a 4 star plus!

1 item missing, frozen pineapple sticks placed next to my supposed hot coffee, all burgers/flatbread placed upside down in the bag, meaning when I went to take them out they all spilt into the bag. Whomever packed this clearing doesn't care about this job, the customers or any hygiene standards.

Food freezing cold, they seem to be cooking the food and just leaving it for so long until a driver arrives, to pick it up. The burgers have the time they were cooked and it’s like 45 mins before a driver has even got there. So bad it’s gone so downhill lately.

Order never arrived, when I called they said it was delivered despite it still saying preparing on my screen, no offer of help & the manager was so rude & refused to give his name. Clearly codes don’t matter as this didn’t require a code, called just eat to get a refund.

I have to get out the flat to meet the driver as it seems like he doesn’t wanna get off his car and making excuses that he cannot find my building as he literally waiting next to it.

McDonald's has gone down hill a bit.. I can taste the cheaper meat.. skimmer burger.. delivery was amazing.
