Hygiene is 0 … I’ve had a wrap last night and this morning woke up with severe stomachaches. Disgusting

So I actually ended up throwing away the majority of my food after visiting Falafel Bar. The workers used their bare hands to make my wrap... one was literally using their phone, put it down, dove his hands into the salad and spread it all over the wrap. The other worker used his hands to spread the falafel and halloumi over the wrap. I am shocked, because this is basic hygiene, it is not difficult to wear gloves, use antibacterial before handling food or use tongs to handle food. I was so grossed out by this, I ended up throwing the wrap out after one bite. The flavour was very mediocre btw.

Lovely little falafel place in Finchley, parking not too difficult to find, food is freshly made, great service, will definitely pop in again!

A great place for a falafel salad box. I’d highly recommend the spicy fries! It’s definitely worth a visit to treat yourself to a spicy treat. Service can be slow depending on how busy it is however it’s worth the wait. They make the falafel fresh to order!

Rang place regards missing tahini. Turns out they don't put it over salad which am used to. Wasn't such a biggie, until they 'dug in' and suggested no where does it this way! They seemed to be adamant that its never served with tahini over salad in other falafel bars not just in London but around the world. '7 yrs of research' to quote the guy. And that's why they don't serve that way. Well this is new to me. Better to make a short trip to temple fortune or golders green and get some great traditional falafel there if able.

A basic vegan/vegetarian shop.I had a falafel wrap, which was very nice and was ready quickly. There are places to sit and eat. Only a few tables, so can't really linger. Recommended for a quick, reasonable meal.

Wowza! The best vegetarian chicken nuggets I have ever tried in my life! Even my fiance loved the salad! She was unsure about the falafel because it was too spicy for her, I enjoyed them myself! The service was very good! Explained everything in detail, and made sure we got exactly what we asked for, very quiet, but also very tasty! Would recommend it if tour vegan or vegetarian! Amazing!

Good vegan hotdogs! Tried classic one and mexican one, both of them are tasty and like real hot dogs. Spicy chips were indeed spicy but at good level.

Amazing Falafel in Wrap or Pita and even amazing price. Will definitely come back again and recommend to anyone who is fan of this dish or want to try it for first time.

If you blink you will miss this place and that would be a shame. Tiny place but absolutely delicious falafel and chips. Veggies and non-veggies go there support a small business and more importantly let your tastebuds enjoy the food

Had their spicy falafel wrap. It was truly fantastic. Freshly prepared falafels, crunchy bit with a moist centre. Great choice of fresh salad to go with. All orders come with a complimentary hammus spread. The guy who was preparing my falafel was very welcoming and explained the options very patiently and with a smile. I really enjoyed the food and the service. Shame that I live too far away from this place!

Disappointing. Half empty pitta and 3 falafels for £6. I wouldn't come here for an authentic meal. Head up the road to pitta in golders green for a decent meal

Falafels are really good but avoid the salad boxes Used to have lots of authentic salad options, now you only get lettuce, cucumber, tomato and onion plus a little pickle. Not even sauce. Def get falafels from here, but may as well get the party salad from Tesco as it's the same as their 'Lebanese' version.

This is our local take out joint, great tasting falafel wraps with good choice of salads and sauces. Thoroughly recommend the spicy sweet potato fries too

This is my favourite place for take aways. I love the food here. Always Falafel. But recently so much have changed here, and after the pandemic lock down they no more keep the salads for self service. And now the shop space has reduced by half. And make sure you do the phone order way ahead so that you don't have to wait there any more for getting the take aways.

Nice portions, reasonable prices

I'm very partial to a falafel wrap so I'm delighted to have discovered this place. £4.75 for a good quality wrap. You get to choose the salad (which I like as I'm not fond of raw onion) and sauce. Will definitely be back!

I ordered Pita with Spicy Falafel and Spicy Wrap. I finally found a good Falafel spot with amazing taste, portion size and quality. They have 3 variations for chips i.e. spicy chips, cheesy chips and spicy cheesy chips 🍟. I loved them all. Alert 📢 - There spicy levels are high.

I have double feelings with this place: The stuff is friendly, the food is really quality one. The spicy chips is delicious. As negatives: It's not a place to sit in, tiny and doesn't have a restaurant atmosphere, And maybe I'm a cheep guy, but I find it a bit overpriced.

Terrible customer service and poor portion quantities for the price. Approx 8-10chips on the falafel chip box for approx £7 on Ubereats, missing items on my order and wrong items sent. Called the restaurant to explain the issue with my order and the lady was unprofessional and unhelpful, she didn't care and told me go tell Ubereats. I'm surprised how downhill this place has gone since opening...

Ordered through Uber eats, waiting time wasn't that long, however I don't think it would've taken long to put 6 chips in a box with falafels. The order was wrong, they charged for items that weren't delivered! I also called the store and the customer service was diabolical, the lady was absolutely rude and unprofessional, she didn't care, which proves the quality of the food. The garlic sauces were curdled, split and runny. I wouldn't feed this food to my dog! I could only give one star, I'd prefer to give none.

After ordering food, was a bit surprised driver in a car was on the way, which normally it is someone on scooter and such. After posting address and delivery instructions, meanwhile waiting OUTSIDE for the delivery, driver just drove by me I guess and took off! Then I received email that they cannot deliver my order and it was cancelled.... Now mad and hungry need to deal with this. Maybe not your fault, but do not send driver Fawaz Hamoud/KF64GUK. Thanks!!!

This is solely based on the Finchley branch. I order food here regularly and think it's amazing. My only complaint is the women who work there give much smaller portion sizes than the men. I ordered 3 portions of chips today and they were all half the size of the usual amount - not as crispy either.

Lovely healthy and filling lunch. Friendly staff that are happy to take telephone orders.

A bit hit and miss. Depends who makes you food! Now with the corona restrictions more difficult to specify what or how much of something you want of a item in your falafel which is really annoying.

Just order takeaway from here. OMG absolutely delicious falafel wraps and additional falafel. Will use the place more often

Proper Vegetarian Vegan Place. Excellent choice and service. Very tasty falafel and recommended

We get takeaway felafel boxes (felafel, humous, salad and sauces, no pitta) from here frequently and they are always delicious. The felafels are herby and cooked to order, served hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside - just as they should be. The salads are fresh and include a lovely authentic pickled turnip. There are lots of sauces to choose from and they do amazing French fries style chips, both regular and sweet potato. They even offer a selection of raw vegan cakes which can be frozen and are among the best I’ve had. I particularly like the raspberry and chocolate. Everything but the cake is big portions and great value for money. Helpful and friendly people too. Strongly recommend it for vegans and vegetarians. Now also selling Ben & Jerry’s vegan range. No idea why others have had bad experiences - for us it’s always been excellent.

Always order from here I love the food and the meal deals, but this order that just came through Uber eats at this time whoever made it deserves a pay rise for real it was extra nice the meal I just got now. Two wraps one spicy one normal and they are so good tonight. Whoever made them you killed it Thankyou! Extra tasty

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. The raw cakes are scrumptious.

Very tasty food but some of their meal deals are a bit of a rip off. For instance, the 6 falafals with chips and drink only has a small portion of chips. To me a meal deal should still have normal portion sizes.

Great food on the go! We love that the falafels seem to be made fresh so they don't taste like they have been sitting around and just heated again. The spicy chips are yummy too! Decent local food for when u want it "fast" but relatively healthy.

Gave 2 stars (and not 1 star) only because of the great service. I can only say the out of 3 pittas with falafel we bought 1.5 went straight to the bin. Dry pitta (probably a day old), the falafel isn’t great and the pickles were very soggy. We really wanted to love it.

Excellent! Totally lives up to the well deserved reviews. Spicey sweet potato fries are crispy, yummy and spicy. Falafel is delicious, fresh tasting, perfectly seasoned. If you are a true lover of spicy middle eastern food this is the place for you. I lived in Tel Aviv for 8 years, I know something about falafels :-) Note that I am an extremely fussy foodie with ridiculously high standards. But Falafel Bar Finchley smashed my expectations through the roof. Well done Falafel Bar Finchley, you set the bar up high. This is my new go-to Falafel place. Can't wait for the next visit.

I'm sitting here with a smile on my face devouring my meal as I write this. The Falafel wrap came absolutely loaded with filling, and the sweet potato fries are cooked and seasoned to perfection. If like me you've just finished a hard session at Pure Gym, or just happen to find yourself on Finchley High Road and in need of a fix then head straight here. Highly Recommended.

Best falafel I had in a long while. Generous serving, tastes fresh and not dry, yummy hummus and a wide selection of healthy salads. Best of all — almost everything is vegan. I tried the spicy box and was thoroughly satisfied. Priced very reasonably for such quality.

Literally some of the best falafel I have tasted in London. Stumbled upon this place whilst in the area and decided to give it a try. Was so impressed. Generous portions at extremely reasonable prices. I had a falafel wrap with premium toppings (and properly filled). I went in for a late lunch (about 145pm) on the first Monday of 2020, and there were still a constant stream of customers coming in. Will be back again when I am next in Finchley.

The salad bar is amazing. Staff are really good and George makes me chip wrap for me all the time, it is off menu. I suggest you to Try it.

I ate at Falafel bar on a weekly basis for two and a half years until I moved, otherwise I'd still be their regular customer. The quality of the food remains superb. The ambience is really good and they make the best falafel I have tasted in years. The offerings are large. The food is beautifully presented and so well flavoured. Excellent food, highly recommended. George, the manager, guided me expertly through every aspect of their ingredients and provided excellent customer service.

El peor servicio recibió el pedido equivocado e incluso cuando reconocieron su error y me dijeron que me enviarían un nuevo pedido, les tomó una hora y algunas llamadas telefónicas de mi parte. Continuaron dándome información falsa sobre la entrega y se negaron a reembolsarme cuando no obtuve la comida y les pedí que la cancelaran.

Loved this! £4.50 for a yummy falafel wrap is a decent price. Only 4 stars simply because for toppings other than salad/sauce, it costs £1 extra each (e.g. avocado or aubergine) but other than that it's great

Better value to buy a falafel meal than just a falafel

I really like this place. The chilli falafel's are immense. Adding your own salad means that you can also have as many chilli peppers are you wish. It is uotherewith the best falafel place I’ve been too. Not the cheapest, but they take card, and the food is delicious, so to me, it is justified.

Good falafel wraps , freshly squeezed orange juice and overall a good place to pick something up from. While perhaps slightly overpriced, you won't feel let down by the food. Recommend!

Excellent service and amazing food. First time I tried falafel and I am definitely coming back for more.

The falafel here is delicious, full of flavour and comes with a large choice of salads. There are tree types of falafel you can order, each with slightly different seasoning. There are 3-4 places to sit and eat if you choose. They usually play music quite loudly, some kind of dance or techno - very unpleasant. They stock a selection of B Raw cakes in the freezer. At £3.50 a slice it's not cheap but it's so worth it. This is a good place to eat and can sometimes take a bit too long to prepare but again, worth waiting for.

Our first time to this place.Great location parking free after 630. Trying falefel is something different for us with the great service from George and the team it was a very pleasant experience and the food tasted Great to. We definitely be bk again

Do not order take away!!! Worse service I got the wrong order and even when them acknowledged their mistake and told me they will send me new order, it took them an hour and a few phone calls from my side. They kept giving me false information about the delivery and refused to refund me when I didn’t get the food and asked them to cancel it

What a great find. Small shop but has 4 seats if you want to eat in. Loads of fresh salad options to fill your salad bowl or pitta bread with. Loads of sauces for every taste as well. Food cooked fresh. Friendly service. Highly recommended.
