My salad would have been lovely but there was so much chili sauce that I could not eat it. I was really upset about the waste of food and money. The chips were nice and the falafel would have been tasty and fresh but it was ruined by the sauce

I’ve ordered once from this place a few weeks ago and it was good but this time the wraps were extremely salty!! Couldn’t even eat!

The staff is great and they have a verity of salads to choose from. Also it appears that they have a lot more items on the menu for vegan but the falafel is just ok. If you're in the area late at night this place will be great.

So I actually ended up throwing away the majority of my food after visiting Falafel Bar. The workers used their bare hands to make my wrap... one was literally using their phone, put it down, dove his hands into the salad and spread it all over the wrap. The other worker used his hands to spread the falafel and halloumi over the wrap. I am shocked, because this is basic hygiene, it is not difficult to wear gloves, use antibacterial before handling food or use tongs to handle food. I was so grossed out by this, I ended up throwing the wrap out after one bite. The flavour was very mediocre btw.

A great place for a falafel salad box. I’d highly recommend the spicy fries! It’s definitely worth a visit to treat yourself to a spicy treat. Service can be slow depending on how busy it is however it’s worth the wait. They make the falafel fresh to order!

Rang place regards missing tahini. Turns out they don't put it over salad which am used to. Wasn't such a biggie, until they 'dug in' and suggested no where does it this way! They seemed to be adamant that its never served with tahini over salad in other falafel bars not just in London but around the world. '7 yrs of research' to quote the guy. And that's why they don't serve that way. Well this is new to me. Better to make a short trip to temple fortune or golders green and get some great traditional falafel there if able.

A basic vegan/vegetarian shop.I had a falafel wrap, which was very nice and was ready quickly. There are places to sit and eat. Only a few tables, so can't really linger. Recommended for a quick, reasonable meal.

Wowza! The best vegetarian chicken nuggets I have ever tried in my life! Even my fiance loved the salad! She was unsure about the falafel because it was too spicy for her, I enjoyed them myself! The service was very good! Explained everything in detail, and made sure we got exactly what we asked for, very quiet, but also very tasty! Would recommend it if tour vegan or vegetarian! Amazing!

Good vegan hotdogs! Tried classic one and mexican one, both of them are tasty and like real hot dogs. Spicy chips were indeed spicy but at good level.

Paid extra 1.60 for halloumi and only had 2 bits. Also way to much chilli sauce ruined it and it was cold the bread was hard Chips were just wet and greasy.

Food arrived on time. Felt like a waste of money though. I paid £15 for the falafel & halloumi box & cheese chips menu. There was one slice of halloumi only, 5 falafels and lots of vegetables. The falafel didn’t taste fresh and homemade. Chips were tasteless and no sauce or salt came with it. There was no cutlery or napkins but I guess it is my fault as I haven’t read properly that I have to ask for it. Won’t be ordering again.

Had their spicy falafel wrap. It was truly fantastic. Freshly prepared falafels, crunchy bit with a moist centre. Great choice of fresh salad to go with. All orders come with a complimentary hammus spread. The guy who was preparing my falafel was very welcoming and explained the options very patiently and with a smile. I really enjoyed the food and the service. Shame that I live too far away from this place!

Disappointing. Half empty pitta and 3 falafels for £6. I wouldn't come here for an authentic meal. Head up the road to pitta in golders green for a decent meal

Falafels are really good but avoid the salad boxes Used to have lots of authentic salad options, now you only get lettuce, cucumber, tomato and onion plus a little pickle. Not even sauce. Def get falafels from here, but may as well get the party salad from Tesco as it's the same as their 'Lebanese' version.

This is my favourite place for take aways. I love the food here. Always Falafel. But recently so much have changed here, and after the pandemic lock down they no more keep the salads for self service. And now the shop space has reduced by half. And make sure you do the phone order way ahead so that you don't have to wait there any more for getting the take aways.

Nice portions, reasonable prices

I'm very partial to a falafel wrap so I'm delighted to have discovered this place. £4.75 for a good quality wrap. You get to choose the salad (which I like as I'm not fond of raw onion) and sauce. Will definitely be back!

I ordered Pita with Spicy Falafel and Spicy Wrap. I finally found a good Falafel spot with amazing taste, portion size and quality. They have 3 variations for chips i.e. spicy chips, cheesy chips and spicy cheesy chips 🍟. I loved them all. Alert 📢 - There spicy levels are high.

I have double feelings with this place: The stuff is friendly, the food is really quality one. The spicy chips is delicious. As negatives: It's not a place to sit in, tiny and doesn't have a restaurant atmosphere, And maybe I'm a cheep guy, but I find it a bit overpriced.

Terrible customer service and poor portion quantities for the price. Approx 8-10chips on the falafel chip box for approx £7 on Ubereats, missing items on my order and wrong items sent. Called the restaurant to explain the issue with my order and the lady was unprofessional and unhelpful, she didn't care and told me go tell Ubereats. I'm surprised how downhill this place has gone since opening...

Ordered through Uber eats, waiting time wasn't that long, however I don't think it would've taken long to put 6 chips in a box with falafels. The order was wrong, they charged for items that weren't delivered! I also called the store and the customer service was diabolical, the lady was absolutely rude and unprofessional, she didn't care, which proves the quality of the food. The garlic sauces were curdled, split and runny. I wouldn't feed this food to my dog! I could only give one star, I'd prefer to give none.

After ordering food, was a bit surprised driver in a car was on the way, which normally it is someone on scooter and such. After posting address and delivery instructions, meanwhile waiting OUTSIDE for the delivery, driver just drove by me I guess and took off! Then I received email that they cannot deliver my order and it was cancelled.... Now mad and hungry need to deal with this. Maybe not your fault, but do not send driver Fawaz Hamoud/KF64GUK. This is solely based on the Finchley branch. I order food here regularly and think it's amazing. My only complaint is the women who work there give much smaller portion sizes than the men. I ordered 3 portions of chips today and they were all half the size of the usual amount - not as crispy either.

A bit hit and miss. Depends who makes you food! Now with the corona restrictions more difficult to specify what or how much of something you want of a item in your falafel which is really annoying.

Really spectacular! Delicious falafel, fresh crunchy salad, crispy chips. Very very impressed!

We get takeaway felafel boxes (felafel, humous, salad and sauces, no pitta) from here frequently and they are always delicious. The felafels are herby and cooked to order, served hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside - just as they should be. The salads are fresh and include a lovely authentic pickled turnip. There are lots of sauces to choose from and they do amazing French fries style chips, both regular and sweet potato. They even offer a selection of raw vegan cakes which can be frozen and are among the best I’ve had. I particularly like the raspberry and chocolate. Everything but the cake is big portions and great value for money. Helpful and friendly people too. Strongly recommend it for vegans and vegetarians. Now also selling Ben & Jerry’s vegan range. No idea why others have had bad experiences - for us it’s always been excellent.

Always order from here I love the food and the meal deals, but this order that just came through Uber eats at this time whoever made it deserves a pay rise for real it was extra nice the meal I just got now. Two wraps one spicy one normal and they are so good tonight. Whoever made them you killed it Thankyou! Extra tasty

Some of the best falafel i've ever had! The wraps and spicy chips are so tasty and it's great for me as there are plenty of vegan options. Food arrived hot. The food arrived without the extra sauce I ordered but they replaced it with a different one so that was fine. I have ordered from here a couple of times and will be ordering again in the future. Very tasty food but some of their meal deals are a bit of a rip off. For instance, the 6 falafals with chips and drink only has a small portion of chips. To me a meal deal should still have normal portion sizes.
