McDonald's in Barnet

McDonald's is getting expensive for what it is and standards are dropping. Firstly I could not pay on two separate cards using GooglePay. The machine then ran out of paper so I could not get a receipt. Although I ordered a large meal, the fries were not properly filled, at best it was a medium sized meal portion. When I complained they happily topped them up. The large coke was not full to the top. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly.

None of the machines work, total waste of time, fast food? Not here.

We got ours through the drive through. Staff is excellent. Very polite and great service. They are really fast as well

Food cold and sloppy and tastless for the only item of food that did actually arrive. The double sausage and egg muffin meal only had 1 sausage! And the egg had shells in it! Yuk! And the hash brown and bacon muffin was non existent. Awful 😞 unhappy

Very poor service . Almost everything is missing. Only the cookies in a big bag were delivered with the drinks.

The quarter pounder burger was dry and thrown together anyhow without any ketchup. I guess since you can't take it back they just prepare the food anyhow

My order was 45 mins late. Cold fries and Chicken pieces, Ice was melted in the drinks tasted like water. Ice was melted... very unhappy with this order and Just eat only refunded for the food! I've binned the whole thing!

How is it possible to ride 4 mins up the road and manage to have spilled all drinks and some how open a sealed bag which all food is cold and missing items

I’m not lovin’ it. Always forgets an item, or two, or three when I place a drive thru order. I’ve taken to sitting at the window for a good minute just to check the bag and make sure everything is there. It never is. I’m beginning to wonder if they are short changing customers on purpose because of how frequently items are forgotten. They even have the audacity to look offended when I tell them they’ve forgotten an item, I’ve never received an apology just the receipt snatched back and the forgotten item all but thrown in to my hands.

The chips where obviously not freshly cooked 🙄 they even tasted sllike they've been cooked and then recooked because they had been sitting out for a long time.I spent £50 and wasted it all on this absolute manure!! Also they forget my autistic child's happy meal!! And the safety seals on the food packages where mot sealed properly. what kind of people are you hiring mac Donald!!

Not tasty. Innovations have long since disappeared, apart from the fact that they put one burger on top of the other and say that it is a novelty

had an uber eat experience I order 2 happy meals one salad medium burger with fries and cola and i pay extra 10 dips guess what i only receive 2 happy meals and a box with beef and salad thats it disgusting

It's a good place to chill out with friends and family when you are in London and it's also surrounded by big shops if you want to buy anything.

This particular Macdonalds always sends the order with items missing. Its very annoying. ☹ Pancakes sent today with no syrup or butter. The staff are lazy to check the orders properly.

Where shall I begin? I ordered a Philly burger meal with a banana milkshake... I was not informed at any point that there was a difference in the price from standard. Also, the French fries were not full, in fact they were half empty. It started raining heavily and I was too hungry to park up and go inside to complain but I asked several times to see the duty manager and was refused. So I shall complain to the head office as per usual.

A McDonald's that serves undercooked, pale, cold fries at the counter, and can't get a drive thru order correct is one to be avoided - like this one. Completly unacceptable for the prices being charged. My first visit to a McDonald's in months, I can see why the brand is struggling worldwide if it can't get the basics right.

Order was missing all the fries, Just Eat is refusing to refund me for them. Saying the following: "We've looked into everything in detail to see what we can do. On this occasion, we're unable to offer a refund or compensation based on all the information we have. We appreciate your understanding." Customer Service from Just Eat is really awful lately, I've paid for food I didn't receive and it ruined our meal.

Incorrect products for two items.

One of the items in my order was incorrect and have asked just eat for a refund but was refused. If I am not satisfied with a food item I should at least be able to get a refund for an item that had to be thrown away. Just disappointed with my food order this time!

Good food. Expect the burgers to be messy. Most of the ingredients are on the box and Normally always wrong. Staff can’t understand English and charge for the food you do not even get. Or they give you multiple of one thing you have ordered. Very unorganised.

I ordered Mighty McMuffin, no sauce and no cheese and no liguid butter. I got egg and bacon McMuffin with ketchup. No sausage in the muffin. Also There was no Melon Chunks included.
