the delivery driver was very good polite and friendly ⭐

Order was late, arrived cold and was the wrong food

I have not received my food I was waiting and never received I would like a full refund

The driver delivered the wrong food o ordered food for 3 people and received a drink and a McFlurry fuming Friern Barnet are a joke need to be shut down the driver left it on my doorstep and asked for the number and was gone I picked it up and realised and waved the driver back he drove off

Forgot the cookie, sauce & didn’t put a straw in the bag for the drink??

Initial timing suggested it would be with me in 20 minutes. Eventually food arrived stone cold after over an hour. I would have cancelled if the option was available. Terrible service

My son was very sad because the toy didn't come and I didn't receive the sauces. I usually buy the happy meal, exchange it for another meal that was much more expensive to get the toy and I didn't receive the toy.

Where is my drink? I was charged almost 3 pounds for drink which I didn't receive.

From ordering to delivery was just under 40 mins. Original delivery time was 20 mins but tracking/estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back, and pushed back. By the time the food arrived it was cold and the milkshake had melted.

He couldn’t find our address even though he called us 3 times… We had to walk on the streets to find him. My food is cold.. I am so disappointed

McDonald's is McDonald's! The food is always amazingly better when you go inside to eat rather than order. I had a sweet chilli chicken wrap with cola a cheese burger and a hot chocolate and enjoyed every bite of it !

This is on the not so very small shopping estate just off the A406 just past the TESCO Extra so it's not that easy to find and easy to miss as there's only one way in and one way out. Pretty average McDonalds. No issues with my quickie cheeseburger on my way to the DIY store. I gave it 2 stars for service as they weren't going to give me a cup of cold tap water until I insisted.

My order was missing 2 fries which is very frustrating since I paid for that. This is not the first time that this is happening to me so I would like you to double check the orders before handing them out for delivery. I have requested for a refund for the fries which I hope I will get in the following days otherwise I will have to escalate the issue. main meal was missing. I was refunded but to reorder the missing items I'm expected to pay delivery again. I am disabled and cannot get to the branch myself.

Food came opened with all the chicken nuggets missing. I asked the driver why the bag is open. He said it isn’t when it clearly is!! I told him I will be reporting this. He then started being rude before leaving the front door to my property!! These drivers for just eat do whatever they like and are so rude when confronted. This isn’t right and something should be done about this!!

This is a joke. Sometimes I order delivery to home. The taste is ok, regular McDonald's, but the delivery is a joke. On the last 3 orders something was missed and I'm not talking about fries or sauces but when I order a bigmac meal and only get fries and coke I want to cry. Please be more careful next time

completely cold food with wrong items sent, flat drink and melted milkshake. must have been sat for at least 30-45 minutes before the driver took the food, even tho it said the driver was waiting for the food as soon as we ordered it.

ordered large bacon big tasty, received large regular big tasty, cold, fries stale and cold, double cheese burger with NO PICKLES, got double pickles, atleast the milkshake was correct. NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU RUINED DINNER THANKS

Food took nearly one hr It came stone cold I spoke to them on the phone. They tried to blame the driver for taking one hr on a 7 min delivery address. Always order cheeseburger, no ketchup. They ALWAYS deliver correct wrapper but cheeseburger with loads of ketchup and no onion or pickles. SO annoying. I’m allergic to tomatoes so I can’t eat it. Their response, we give you a refund. Fries for lunch!

I initially chose a time slot of 1750, then when I looked again, it had changed to between 1810 and 1830, which wasn’t a massive problem, and my order was delivered at 1821. The food was good, albeit lukewarm but that’s to be expected when it’s being delivered. A small price to pay for the convenience and not having to go out in the rain! My 87 year old father thinks it’s marvellous, and a real treat to get a Macdonald’s delivery! Overall a good experience and will definitely use again.

Everthing ordered was delivered. Sauces given, sugar and stirrer for coffee. Well packed, quite rare for a Mc Donald’s so pleasantly surprised with the order

How can a delivery from a store, 5 mins drive, and called fast food take 40 mins to prepare and deliver. Its not the drivers, but the store just isn't turning these orders fast enough, just go there to see how slow this store is.

I know this place gets busy but they always miss out my order or didn’t even receive my order!!, they didn’t give me two double cheeseburgers and when I report it just eat don’t even refund!!!!.

First, They need to hire people with common sense and train them properly. Food is served with no papers on the tray. They use antibacterial liquid to clean the plates and then put the fries on the plate without a paper. The crew member didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry and change it for us. I had to take the tray with food to the counter and ask to change it. Most of the times the fries are served without any salt in it. Today was no exception to that. They really need to know the basics. They are like machines. No human touch. Very disappointed.
