Everything was cold by the time it arrived

The QRT Pounder was made terrible, no salad or sauce... just slapped together, the Steakhouse burger was no better... just made with no consideration slap dash and cold

Awful. drinks are always just soda water. Foods cold all the time.

The driver brought the food to the wrong address and on the phone he promised to bring the food to the right address so he asked me for the code and i gave it to him. The food didn't arrive.

They didn’t deliver half the order

The driver should not leave food with anyone apart from the person that made the order he may have left it with someone who dislikes me.

I want a refund. It said 20 mins when I ordered. I don’t mind a small extra wait but the food was ordered at 12.24 and came around 1.45. By this time we were asleep.

Awful. Been waiting nearly an hour for food. Map and times changing constantly. Disgraceful

Why have i small chips when i ordered Med?

I didn’t receive my order at all. I purchased £32.94 worth of food and receive another persons order of two cheese burgers with small fries £6.95. Absolutely fuming I will not be using McDonalds Friern Barnet again as we always have issues with our order. They need to take responsibility.

Good freezing cold - restaurant didn’t bother answering their phone

unfortunately, when my order came it was rather cold. Think it arrived on a cycle instead of a quicker mode of transport.

The driver went to the wrong place and took ages to come. The location was correct on the app but the drivers destination was wrong. Food was cold because of it being late.

mc donalds restaurant gave wrong orde, the delivery drive was very fast and even went back to rectify the ness up brought me the correct food still hot.

The driver delivered the wrong food o ordered food for 3 people and received a drink and a McFlurry fuming Friern Barnet are a joke need to be shut down the driver left it on my doorstep and asked for the number and was gone I picked it up and realised and waved the driver back he drove off

Forgot the cookie, sauce & didn’t put a straw in the bag for the drink??

Initial timing suggested it would be with me in 20 minutes. Eventually food arrived stone cold after over an hour. I would have cancelled if the option was available. Terrible service

My son was very sad because the toy didn't come and I didn't receive the sauces. I usually buy the happy meal, exchange it for another meal that was much more expensive to get the toy and I didn't receive the toy.

Where is my drink? I was charged almost 3 pounds for drink which I didn't receive.

Wrong food delivered, refused refund

He couldn’t find our address even though he called us 3 times… We had to walk on the streets to find him. My food is cold.. I am so disappointed

From ordering to delivery was just under 40 mins. Original delivery time was 20 mins but tracking/estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back, and pushed back. By the time the food arrived it was cold and the milkshake had melted.

The delivery time kept changing, i ended up waiting a lot longer than i wanted to. The order was missing items, had incorrect items and also damaged or spilt items. Altogether one huge f@!k up, cheers, never again.

McDonald's is McDonald's! The food is always amazingly better when you go inside to eat rather than order. I had a sweet chilli chicken wrap with cola a cheese burger and a hot chocolate and enjoyed every bite of it !

This order was not delivered to me. I have reported it several times with no reply. I would like a full refund and compensation for inconvenience.

Ordered at 5.15pm . It say del time 10-15min it came 6pm completely cold. Disappointed

This is on the not so very small shopping estate just off the A406 just past the TESCO Extra so it's not that easy to find and easy to miss as there's only one way in and one way out. Pretty average McDonalds. No issues with my quickie cheeseburger on my way to the DIY store. I gave it 2 stars for service as they weren't going to give me a cup of cold tap water until I insisted.

My order was missing 2 fries which is very frustrating since I paid for that. This is not the first time that this is happening to me so I would like you to double check the orders before handing them out for delivery. I have requested for a refund for the fries which I hope I will get in the following days otherwise I will have to escalate the issue. I hope you understand my frustration and take this review into consideration.
