Frankys Love Chicken And Pizza in Blackpool

Ordered food for the family, not a big order. One of the items was a doner kebab, a tray of doner meat was brought, no pitta bread. Phoned and told them and they said they’d drop one off, they then called back and said it would be a while until they could drop it off. I replied that the meat would be cold by then and they should replace the whole kebab, they then started to get very funny with me. They even said the person who took the order got confused but then said it was my fault they got the order wrong. The conversation then got quite heated and abusive. I have bought from here many times before, but this is the first time I have asked for delivery. Absolutely shocking service and I definitely will never use them again.

Visited with family whilst on holiday in Blackpool. Tremendous options available on the menu and at great prices. Order was made quickly and with great service, staff were very good. Food was delicious and would highly recommend.

Ordered a chicken supreme burger meal for delivery chicken was tasty and filling. Received a good portion size of chips overall good value for money would definitely order again.

I always get chicken strips n fries or veggie delight pizza, always fresh and red hot as fast food goes, but it wouldn’t be complete without the red salt and shop always clean and fresh, staff always pleasant sometimes the usual hothead but you get that everywhere

Been coming here a few years now, always go for the chicken strippers, lovely chicken for takeaway as I notice is halal also, the fries are lovely especially with the red salt, also had pizza which was lovely and fresh, very reasonably priced, very surprised to see reviews on here complaining, it is possibly well above kfc chicken, however I do prefer kfc gravy and beans.

I have been to this takeaway a few times and have been short changed. Make sure you check the change they give you.

We ordered from here, and the food was absolutely fantastic, I got a supreme chicken burger meal and my husband got a chip kebab. Both meals were delicious, the chicken wasn’t dry, it was nice and moist. My Husbands kebab was cut nice a thin (the way he likes it) it was lovely. I also got a Ferraro Roche milkshake and it was really nice! I am 100% ordering from here again, I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a tasty takeaway!

So today I have made an account for trip adviser because this meal was too nice to keep to my self. So as someone who orders like 3 takeaways a week and lived in Blackpool all my life most of the good takeaways have changed owners or gone down hill. I used to eat at frankeys when it first opened but last year I had a couple of bad meals I’m not going to lie BUT YESTERDAY AND TODAY!. I have eaten one of the best burgers I have ever had so soft and tastes brilliant. I had one burger meal yesterday at work but it was that good I went back today and this time got 2 burgers instead of a meal even though the chips are beautiful. All I’m saying is the surpreme burger with the cheese and hash brown is amazeing and well worth buying if your like me and you sit at home and think there’s no good alternatives to Kfc and McDonald’s any more this one smashes them out of the court for burgers would HUGHLY recommend.

Ordered from just eatCancelled my order at the last second (after 45 mins) and after my money had gone to them, then cancelled my order. Taking up the issue with their head office. Dont think I'll get my money back. Please dont order from these goons

My wife is 38 weeks pregnant and they couldn't even deliver the food up 1 flight of stairs.... We even have a lift.when asked why I quote "go somewhere else then" rude unfeeling to treat a pregnant woman like this. I will be telling as many people as possible to stay away....... Attitude stinks!!!!!

We ate here twice on a recent trip to Blackpool, both times the chicken fillet burgers were out of this world and the meat feast pizza was as good as I've tasted anywhere! Also the price wasn't too expensive considering what we ordered. Will be going back next year!

Noticed the meat has changed I used to order weekly from frankies but sadly will no longer be ordering again as the new meat is not nice at all Please change it back

I missed the phone call initially because I wasn't expecting it for another hour. The delivery driver was a bit grouchy about this when I went out to get the food.

Too much sauce in the sandwich, otherwise the meal was hot on arrival and very good quality Thank you

Restaurant added 25mins to delivery time yet turned up 10 minutes after order placed!! Cold!!! Added service charge to cost. Driver rounded cost of order up. Should have been 13 pound and a few pennies, charged 14 pound. If I could give a minus score I would. AVIOD AT ALL COST.

food was cold the bags soaked through so the chip bags ripped when you picked them up chips try and chicken like rubber I have ordered from here many times before and never had a problem with the food always been excellent but this time I am sad to say I am very disappointed the food was awful and we placed an order for just under £40

Waste of money as request in comments wasn't listened to meaning couldn't eat burger due to allergies. Chips were luke warm and absolutely covered in so much salt. When rang up customer service was shocking and very rude, won't bother again. Had previous orders here with same request with no problems.

food over an hour late cz they sent it to the wrong address. the driver shouting and being very disrespectful towards me because I live too far away. repeatedly shouting getting louder and louder. waking my 9 month old daughter in the middle of the night. absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I never do bad reviews and even with the reviews j seen for this place I thought I'd give it a go as it could just be people moaning but no all those bad reviews are correct I was angry that the restaurant was late everything I got in touch they told me it was on its way kept saying this for an hour then when it come the chips were rock hard like break your teeth hard and freezing cold and the rest was very poor quality very upset with this waste of money never again!!!!!!!!!!

Took over an hour before the food even left the store as we had to phone up as it was late to be told it was just leaving the store then it took a further 35 mins to be delivered. Food was not hot.

worst chips I’ve had in my life, tasted like they had been reheated about a zillion times. actually everything was absolutely shocking except for the Pepsi which was ice cold and the most enjoyable part of the meal

Had a phone call 1 Hour 10mins after i ordered to say the driver couldn’t find my house, so had to explain where I was.....it finally arrived and was freezing cold, I put it in the fridge to warm it up abit.

ordered a big order forgot a burger off the order then I told them I wanted fillet burgers (which are not spicy) they sent me spicy burgers and a mother burger they forgot and sent me another spicy burger with pink chicken on both burgers not go here again just lost a regular

Delivery-man knocked on the door, then ferociously banged on both the letter box and another part of the door. Once the door was opened, he repeatedly asked if the meal had already been payed for (when payed via card online), and did not ask for verification of this. And finally there was no description for items online, so when ordering, it was unclear to what was on each item and we were forced to blindly order.

the pizza was squashed together and bits was cold and stuck to the top of the box, the chips was crispy and hard and I asked for loads of red salt and looked like there was hardly on like there on a credit crunch but all in all the food was delivered early but had to throw 1/3 of it in the trash so I'll give it 3 out of 5 just for early delivery :)

Ordered burger and chips x2 and box of chicken. The burger buns was stale and hard and ordered large chips and got nearly half a bag. Plus was all cold with being late. Always order from here and it's usually ok but won't be ordering again after that order. Put me right off

Right I know I review alot but I review when I've had good treatment and honestly the pizza we've had from here twice has been phenomenal. Normally my housemate and I get the chicken but fancied a change and glad we did. Frankie's you you never dissapoint.

Waited over two hours for my food and it was horrible! I called up to be spoke to like a idiot and tell me my order was out for delivery before he even asked for my address RUDE AND NASTY FOOD SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I still maintain this is the best takeaway in Blackpool. Always on time, never had any problems. Just great all round. The drivers are ace too.

I ordered whilst I was out, so that it would be delivered fresh when I got home. Sadly they delivered an hour earlier than requested and so by the time I got home it had gone home and had to be reheated. Poor service I'm afraid.

The food was delivered 2.5hours after it had been ordered. I had to call the restaurant 8 times to find out what was going on. They then lied and said they had tried calling my mobile and nobody answered? I have 0 missed calls. They then said nobody came to the door, even though it's a shop with a door OPEN. Hands down the WORST takeaway I have ever ordered from. 0 management skills and appealing service. Do not waste your money ordering.

i ordered from frankys and when my food arrived the pizzas were luke warm, my kebab, chicken and chips was greasy and the wedges had mould on them i will not being going ordering from this store again horrible experience the chips were also heavily salted.

ordered at 1.45pm with an estimated delivery time of 2.35, which changed to 2.45, I called at 3pm as the update said it had been delivered to be advised on the phone that the order had just left them, they had a problem with the oil. food arrived at 3.25 and was just ok. would not reorder from here.

Staying in travelodge...(sad i know) ...the restaurant clearly isnt upto much..so we tried here for tea lastnight. Rude server..wouldnt part with the ketchup for.our 8yr old little girl...was short..curt..snappy and ignorant. Wouldnt return.here again even though food was ok. Felt intimidated as ate our food..criminal!

We got a text within minutes of ordering telling us it was on its way so we kept a look out but it didnt actuallt turn up till half an hour later... and then when it got here, the drinks were warm, the chicken wrap had more mayo on it than you probably get in a jar. The nuggets tasted like they had been left in a fryer for a month and the chips were awful. Never usually complain but it wasnt worth the money at all.
