Woody Kebab in Hounslow

I stopped by chance as I was in transit at a hotel whilst staying in the area (near Heathrow). Food was good! I ate in. Not many tables. Clean. Staff were lovely especially the lady. Portions are huge! I went with the Chicken Shish Wrap. You can customize accordingly. I included all the salad but only the chilli sauce. So good. Freshly made and divine. Felt healthy too. Not greasy. Huge menu. I had a bottle of water to drink with it. Not like a normal greasy kebab shop. This is like a nice family-run small restaurant and takeaway with good quality food.

This family run kebab joint was small place-wise but mighty flavour-wise. The food was SPOT ON..... hit every senses aromatically, visually and exquisitely palatable. Will I go there again: You bet. I once ate at one of the kebab houses in Green Lane, this was 75% better than them. Simple food..... Well cooked and bursting with flavours. What else does a hungry person require?

I bought 3 chicken burgers and 3 x medium fries. I got only 1 portion of chips and been extracharged . Is it common practice or accident?

Ordered three items. Items collected and paid. Drive home to find lamb kofta missing. I would think missing item is in the shop so hoping to get my lamb dish back. Was told it’s busy time and I am wasting time on the phone, the item is not in the shop they don’t know where it is and treated with suspicion. Rude and horrible customer service. I live 4 miles away so won’t deliver. Told to come back receive refund or collect another day. Not nice when one in the family has to miss dinner. Not a nice experience. Jihad and Sonia. We did not get what I paid for. How would you feel being treated this way.

Ordered 3 dishes. They sent us just 2 of it. When I called the person just said “oh we run out”. They didn’t even tried to contact us at least to let us know that they run out of the ordered dish. No customer service!!!

Rude rude. ! Food was cold and when I rang up they said was not are problem as was from Uber eats ! And the food was poor !! No good

Food was nice. Only problem was that our food came to £16.30 wanted to pay with £20 and the driver has no change. You would expect the driver to carry £3.70 in change

This place is ridiculous. I ordered a quarter pounder burger and asked for no tomatoes, no cabbage and no onions, and they specifically put all these things into the burger. I called to complain and ended up getting shouted at and argued with by the woman working here and on top of that he manager was being completely rude and had no manners whatsoever. He said "the customer is never right, just throw your burger away i can't do anything for you." Worst service! Worst food! Worst restaurant!! If i could i would give it a minus rating, absolutely ridiculous service received today. Shouldn't even be open to be quite honest!

Fish was totally burnt, looked like it was from a supermarket frozen and cooked in the oven. Disappointing!

Absolutely awful purchased. Staff totally misbehaved. Ordered was meant to deliver at 09:10 and arrived 30 mins late. Drinks were missing food gone cold completely. Rang up the restaurant and spoke to guy called Jehrad ( said he's the manager) has no manners of telephone antiquates. Awful conversation and doesn't even listen the issues. Straight started behaving rude and loud. He wanted me to return the food after 1 & half hour wait and get money back. Didn't even apologies over the phone. Goes to me it is what it is can't do much more. Ridiculous service ever experienced on delivery. Never ever do the mistake to order the food from here.

didn't get the actual meal I ordered then I called to complain they said they'd sort it and send another meal, 2 hours later I call back for them to laugh down the phone to me and talk to me like I'm stupid, so bad customer service and to top it off the good they did deliver was cold and soggy! won't be ordering again!

ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO. NOT WORTH ANY. The customer service was absolutely despicable. Given freezing Cold food despite being a road away. Waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for our order, then a further hour for a replacement order whereby our order wasn't complete. Half of what we ordered was missing. Then told our refund we will have to wait for at a time that suits them. DISGRACEFUL. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Absolutelly appauled by this take away. After being given a delivery time of 45 minutes my food arrived cold 1.5 hrs later. Part of my order was missing and when i rung the takeaway i was spoken to rudely by the 'manager on duty' without a single apology. The rest of my order never did show up. Utterly disgusted!!!

Long black hair was in the food i ordered, obviously hygiene is poor. Other meal had soggy pita bread. Both meals could not be eaten. It was truly the worse takeaway i have ever recieved.

Never ever ordering from this place again! Delivery time was okay but with the standard of food provided, the delivery should have been done in 10mins. Food was different to what had been described, they didn't deliver everything I had ordered; to say I was highly disappointed is an understatement. I hope they improve their ways...

They took 2 hour to deliver in 0.4 miles. When call them, they give the "traffic" excuse, when we live nearby and no problem with traffic. Good food but bad service to deliver and give bad excuses for dummies

Being a very regular customer of restaurant, I love to review them. Their food quality, taste and most importantly people themselves are very nice and polite. Plus its a nice environment for people to eat in, literally feels real turkish atmosphere. Delivery service is fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this always. Do give it a try folks 😉😇

This is the second time we have had kebabs from Woody Kebab and on both occasions the food has been piping hot & absolutely delicious! It arrived 5 minutes early. The portions are very generous. We would definitely recommend Woody 😊

I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL !!! This was my first and last time. I ordered 3x "House Special" meals worth about £40 and arrived EXTREMELY BURNED!!! When i called the "restaurant" asking them to come and collect it back, the guy on the phone told me "they will not do anything about it", i then asked to speak with the manager, he told me he was the manager, conclusion:the kitchen manages the manager. He also told me that he checked my food before they sent it and wasn't burned, but well done. The manager confirmed that ALL MEAT coming from them NEED TO BE WELL DONE, it's just the way they do things. After about 20min in the phone, the manager agreed to send me some of the meat. That wasn't burned at all. NOT FOR ME THANKS!

I placed an order through that restaurant after reading that the delivery time is between 45-min and 1 hour. then after 2 hours of the order being placed and the food has not been delivered, I called them in order to quire about my order, the guy said that they are very busy and the driver should arrive soon, waited another 15 min then followed by a second call. I think, they should have some courtesy to contact clients if they cannot deliver on time, the food was paid for, and not for free, therefore I deserve a basic customer service. IF YOU CANT DELIVER, DO NOT ADVERTISE

Fast service and no complaints in that department, but food quality very poor
