Service was good having food brought to our table

Overpriced, low quality. Wasn't even fast lol

Food was served pretty quickly. The chips were like cardboard, no flavour and way over cooked.

Went to click and collect, got home to find items missing, not the first time either. What a nice profit they must make from all the missing food from people's orders!!

Mc Donald boundary road do not order to delivery they are always items, I ordered several time through deliveroo and orders arrive incomplete, neber will order from this restaurant.

They never have Milkshakes. Clearly must take time and effort to clean there machinery, as they say 'not today sir we are cleaning the machine ' evey time you ask

24/7 but if you walk in, its closed only 24/7 if ya in a car. So much bullshit. Terriable location.

Missing half my fries what where stone cold, fillet of fish tasted like it had been sat there for hours bred was going hard and the inside was dry and ice cold

Ordered for the family as a friday lunch cheeky "treat", clealry employes idiots or people that dont care about their customers, the ticket attached to the bag showed the full order but the contents of the back were short of a burger , straws and dips. Can't balme just eat for this cock up.

driver didn't even delivery no call nothing wasn't until I looked on the app to see where it is and it said delivered looked out my front door nothing even went out and checked my neighbours nothing not happy had to tell my little girl that her macdonalds isn't coming Thank you delivery driver hope your happy upsetting children

Driver was a few minutes early. But very friendly and aware that it was nearly 2am and was very quiet getting in and out of his vehicle and kept his voice down to a minimum to avoid waking people. Very good driver

the restaurant said they handed it to the delivery driver 15-20 minutes before they actually did, to make it seem like it was the drivers fault it was taking so long

Some of the things I ordered were wrong like instead of the milkshakes we received two extra Coke Zeros and they put lettuce on the Big Macs when it was the only thing I didn’t want

Worst mcdonalds i Norwich city, staff is lazy and they just dont want to serve late night orders from uber and deliveroo Whenever i go to pick up my uber / deliveroo orders they say we are closed .. we haven’t received order in our system .. totally lies

Update - 21 March 2025 This evening, I visited McDonald's and ordered a hot chocolate and fries through the drive-thru. After making my payment, I was instructed to proceed to the next kiosk to pick up my order. A young employee handed me the hot chocolate and surprisingly asked me to drive to the waiting bays for the rest of my order. Curiously, I asked if she was aware that I was only waiting for fries, to which she replied, "Yes, I know!" I've been a regular at this McDonald's since it opened, and I’ve never been asked to go to the waiting bay just for fries! I’ve patiently waited in the pick up bays for chicken nuggets, veggie burgers, and fish fillets, but never for fries. It’s hard to believe that such a busy drive-thru wouldn’t have fries readily available. I would have thought that must orders are with fries! To make matters worse, I apparently parked in the wrong area, prompting a staff member to come out and direct me to bay 1. This was quite embarrassing, especially since there was another irate customer who seemed to want the spot where I had been waiting.

Late night mac attack, don't know what it is, but the mcdonalds I've visited in Norwich all have an aversion to cleaning, they served me some of those old fries, had them replaced, but I should not have been given them in the first place. Slack, considering you could only use the drive thru.

Incredibly slow service for fast food. Ordered 2 meals and waited just over 15 minutes. Chips and Big Mac stone cold. Took them back and asked for fresh. Came back saying burger had been cooked fresh, chips were still cold! Really couldn't be bothered to go and complain again, especially as another customer was already having a rant and staff for poor, slow service. Staff outside walking aimlessly trying to deliver food to customers in cars, then walking back in, still clutching the food. I went to empty my tray to find the bin overflowing... however, the girl cleaning tables was walking about with a cloth cleaning tables she had cleaned 3 minutes earlier that were still clean!...... where was management???

I am so angry! Whenever I order a hot chocolate in the morning for my daughter, you send me an oasis as a substitute! My daughter is highly allergic to the ingredients in an oasis, and the drink was spilt all over the food so she couldn’t eat it!

The driver has way to many deliveries I. His bag and I was just a couple of orders in and my food was stone cold drivers need to be limited to what they can collect not collect a order put it in his bag and wait for more orders then deliver freezing food and I can’t even get my money back or take the food to be changed to hot food it a disgrace
