My order was not delivered, I waited over an hour then went to bed as fine night shift .i would like a refund as I order regularly from here and I will stop if this is not sorted out . I do not want credit , my money back please or I will take this further as was not a small order.Thank you

I order at 6:45 it came at 9:24 knowing it was my children’s happy meal I am not happy

drinks spilled everywhere, they forgot a drink also

One of the Large drinks came half full as has been spilt everywhere, the lid was basically off

Never came and had no one to talk to solve the issue.

I got given the wrong order, all drinks were spilled which ruined the bag and everything else inside. Almost all of the drinks were spilled outside my front door, never even made it into the flat. Half the order is either cold, wet or missing.

is it so difficult to put the dips in the bag ....do the staff have dip u lackus?? every time it's no dips ...don't waste your time ordering dips

always forget to put the sauce paid 80pence all the time

Cold food. Missing sauces that I paid for. Chips half full. Split bags. Disaster. Tipped the driver as well and asked if he could just check the sauces were in the bag, he didn’t bother and just took the tip anyway 😂

Possibly one of the best McDonald’s deliveries I’ve had. Everything was present as expected, including all the sauces which made me super happy.

Delivery driver was perfect, very quick, polite and kind. The McDonald’s workers took ages to prepare the order despite it being put at a set time, more than enough time to be prepared

After taking extremely longer than you originally said you STILL came without my steak burger and BOTH of my meal drinks!!!

The only complaint is it wasn't very hot when I received my order

When my food finally turned up after being driven half way round Norwich it was stone cold. Shocking service as always.

by the time my order arrived the drink had fallen over and soaked all my food so I had to reject it and there was not just my meal in the bag the were others to so all of them were also damaged I'm not happy at all

1st HOT delivery i have ever had from mcdonalds!!

Ordered two happy meals with toys for younger siblings, but instead received books for younger sibling they were not too pleased.

The only gripe I have, is that some staff at Macs don't read the orders correctly. For example, my partner ordered the raspberry and white chocolate pie, but received an apple pie.

courier messaged to say he was waiting outside. at time of receipt I was on my front doorstep with no courier to be seen. a few minutes later after I told him this in a reply, he appeared, and did not apologise. he complained that he had "been all over, and so my "pin code is wrong". he did not elaborate. food was not in a thermal bag when brought to the door, just in the McDonald's paper bags, one of which was soaked because my coke had been spilled into the base. late delivery, cold food, rude

Mc Donald boundary road do not order to delivery they are always items, I ordered several time through deliveroo and orders arrive incomplete, neber will order from this restaurant.

the driver made several stops at additional places like sweet briar burger king and driving away from our flat after picking our food up amd was cold by the time he got here. I pay delivery for the food to arrive warm at least and not run other orders while my food gets cold

I don’t know how you get away with taking peoples orders and delivering the wrong or missing items and say it’s not your fault is absolutely a joke and when you ask for a refund you say no like I’ve paid you for a service and it’s your job to get the items I pay for so for that I’m paying for a service and I’m being ripped off as I’m not getting the service I’ve paid for, I want a refund!

had missing items, requested a refund just for the items missing but said because I gave the driver a code I won't get the refund, even though they don't give you your order until you give them the code so couldn't check before they left

Wrong order, again. So i refused to give the code. Im not thst silly as the driver wanted to take what was actually ordered away. But its not 1st rodeo in fact its quite common. So kept the incorrect order so i wasn't left totally empty handed again

The drink had been split ruining the chips and chicken selects, the driver was completely nonplussed and told me it wasn't his problem and to contact McDonalds.

Usually helps if the drinks are placed the correct way round in the couriers bag - upside down = no drinks and all food ruined!

The driver obviously had another order to deliver and mine was taken half round the city! When it go here part of my order was missing and the food was cold. Really poor service!!!

Never received my food. My partner was up in the living room next to the door and never heard a knock.
