Chips were cold for the third time this month, from different McDonald's around Norfolk.

One of the better McDonalds but still often get your order wrong

Everything was great apart from the chips - the portion sizes seem to be getting smaller each time we order, to the point where the cartons are barely more than half full!

Very poor food presentation, service and atmosphere

Always quick service sometimes they run out of ice cream at this site.

I have not received any of my six dippers ordered even was charghed for them

by the time it got to me it was freezing cold the drink was flat and All the ice had melted in it, very upset 😞

Food was good as always but once again the condiments that were ordered were not supplied. Please read orders and make sure everything on the order is sent to the customer

My order smells of stale cigarettes and the driver demanded my internet password to get my code after 3 times of saying no he could automatically take my code!?!? I would like my money back and will not use this restaurant again

Sick off this crap place always always conveniently forget to put the right food in my order I would hate to think how many times they have conned me I’ve paid for literally nothing !!! Would love to be refunded for all the food I haven’t received I would be rich !! Useless

I ordered the McMuffin sharer which I was charged for 4 hash browns (also should have had an extra one free as was on offer) and did not receive a single one. At McDonald’s own pricing that’s £9.95 worth of food missing. I can’t see how they forgot to add them to the bag for delivery, it’s 50% of the order!!

left clear instructions via delivery note section,and the driver even called and my husband described where we were, and he still took ages to find us. by this tine the food was cold. driver not all the apologetic ,actually a bit rude.

I found small hard peices of rubbery fat in 4 of my chicken nuggets

Food arrived late and was cold - part of the order was wrong upon arrival. Did not want to wait another 40+ minutes for food so had to eat what I was given not impressed.

McDonald's is normally my go to for a quick meal, if I don't have time to cook. I personally think the food is OK , I enjoy every meal I have ordered. The only small problem I've had over the years is ordering online sometimes when I click to order a strawberry/banana/chocolate milkshake , when my order arrives sometimes they don't or forget to put the flavour in the milkshake and its delivered unflavoured just milk and ice. Now for me I personally wouldn't even drink out of a glass i am that type of person - i think its disgusting personally, so to have this sometimes happen with my delivery and not to much normally can do about it can be disappointing, This commonly really happens evening times to late night times. Apart from that I cannot complain with McDonald's , I also look forward to their monopoly games they do!

It was 5Am. So very quiet which suited me. Ordered the £2.79 Mcmuffin and drink deal. Received it to my car within five minutes and the guy even placed an extra patty in! Coffee nice and Hot. Opinions may vary, but I have no issues. Recommend👍

Order received completely wrong. When questioned the driver he said not my problem and walked off.

I visited this place at lunchtime today and it was absolutely spotlessly clean. The staff were great, quick service, hot food. They did a fantastic job 😊

Never got what I ordered.They dont seem to understand that they serve customers,and they there for them if they need. Careless team with no understanding😡😡 quality 0 ...If would be an option to give 0 stars,I would go for it :( not recommended to visit at all

Great service but 20 minutes for a McFlurry! And after asking the haven’t even made by that point! Ridiculous Just go to the McDonald’s in the Asda down the road or if that’s closed drive the airport location

didn't get the right flavour milkshakes so a bit disappointed

We did the drive through, because we are both disabled and ate our delicious Big Mac meals, with banana and chocolate milkshakes respectively, in the car park. Nothing to see and no help available to access the restaurant, which was too far away from the car park for us both. Again, food was delicious, piping hot and the shakes were thick and yummy.

It was delivered nice and quick by a very friendly and polite courier

There is a fundamental problem with how they handle orders, as items are always missing. The biggest fast food brand in the world, yet they still can't get orders right. It's insane. It blows my mind that a company this big can't do basic stuff, like have a dip with dippers.
