Nearly handed the wrong order at the drive thru and have to double check. After leaving I found I had no sauce that I had ordered on the app and no napkins. Be careful when exiting the car park/site as the ramp out into the road is steep and can catch sports cars and hatchbacks.

20 minutes waiting for cold ford and half an order and wasn't that busy

Poor service. Low efficiency Staff are nothing to do, but playing and chatting... Cannot believe that need to wait more than 15mins for a simple order...

Can't order anything after midnight unless you're in a car.

Delivery of order was perfection, although order was incomplete. My milkshake was Banana instead of vanilla, no straws or dips. I messaged wrong milkshake for refund and got a message back to send a pic! When a customer pays good money can we also expect good customer service?

While I'm a fan of McDonald's, I've found that quite often the food arrives cold or missing items, which can be disappointing. The food is rarely served hot, which is a downside. However, their delicious apple pie makes up for it cold or nkot.

Ordered online. Delivered on time. Although on tab attached to sealed bag, a main item was missing. No refund received.

Waiting on a breakfast muffin, there was a small bag on the countertop, which I presumed was mine. They called out every number but mine. When I asked for my order, they then gave me the one that had been sat on the side for 20 mins and was cold. If you want hot food, go to the airport McDonald's

Ordered a Big Mac via the winning sips promotion and asked for it plain with just cheese and ended up with a lukewarm normal Big Mac the second time I’ve had something like this happen safe to say I will not return to this restaurant again

We had a Banana Milk Shake and a Mc Flurry. The prices are cheaper than in the United States. THE SHAKE was creamier and not as sweet compared to the USA. Fun busy McDonald's.

Ever since McDonald's stated doing food delivery the wait time has become ridiculous and the toilets are disgusting. A shame.

Better service considering the amount of delivery personnel waiting in the store. I order through the app then pop in to pick it up and generally the wait is 5 to 10 minutes, which is not bad. Food is never freshly cooked so arrives luke warm, never hot. Have to re-heat in the microwave at home. Would be nice if it came hot from the grill, not hanging around in warming drawers.

Absolutely unacceptable "service" & "food" from this McDonald's. We ordered a veggie dipper meal as its the only item not full of pineal gland calcification agents and a mcplant dressed as a quarter pounder.. they messed up big time. I received a weird bun with dippers shoved in? Went back inside and waited again.. finally! But wait..The dippers smelt of fish so I didn't eat them, the fries.. we had to ask for them to be topped up as box was half empty.. I wanted a cappuccino with my meal. They wanted to charge 50p extra! Con artists. So had to settle with a white coffee. Didn't drink it.. tipped it put as tasted like dirty dish water. Not returning to this farce

Worst McDonald's in Norwich, chips are always soggy, cold and old. The one near the airport is 10x better.

Been calling in for years, just wish they would fill coffee up to fill level.

The staff there were very nice and helpful, amazing service. Unlike the manager who I could hear moaning about stuff while I was in there it seems the manager isn’t good at her job

Terrible on every occasion we have visited. Food always served cold. No sauces served with Chicken Selects. Always leave out napkins, sauces, sugars and stirrers. Staff are rude, and lazy. Needless to say we won't be returning.

Best mc Donald’s fries I have had. Staff on Monday 26/2 lunchtime were very good. Service with a smile and very fast. Restaurant was spotlessly clean. The average age of the staff I saw was older than other branches I have been in lately and I wonder if their wisdom helped provide a better overall experience.

I have just visited your boundary road Norwich store and after waiting 10/15mins for my food I went in and was greeted by one of your staff in a supervisors shirt with his MOUTHFUL AND TALKING WITH IT FULL so unprofessional and because I had waited he offered me a drink or dessert sorry not happy food great and HOT for a change..

For a Macdonald's it was better than most I've ever been in. The franchisee obviously takes pride service with a smile quality and customers seriously. Breath of fresh air.

Brought A Double Sausage & Egg meal with A flat white, Coffee was Good no problem, Lady taking my order no problem, however being told to Park and wait for this meal! Shouldn’t happen and if it does… it shouldn’t take 20 minutes. Also my Hash brown was cold The muffin was Stales and put together poorly This is A rare treat for me and has completely ruined my morning Staff bringing food and taking order were friendly mind but who ever put together and prepared my muffin… shameful you need retraining

Went through the drive to order two rasperry and white chocolate pies told to go to the bay 15 minutes later still didn't get the food we just went in and staff were apologetic and gave us them But the pies were good

One of the better McDonald's round Narrrichh in my opinion, I usually only stop for deals. Stopped for a qwik bite, in a collection bay, after ordering on the app last week. Poor girl came out on the rain, was putting on a happy face bless her, I apologised then enjoyed my nice hot burger whilst driving to my next delivery....

Food items are never ready in the drive through. Even simple meal items in the morning like a McMuffin Meal you get parked and have to wait 15 minutes. I've been here a few times in the morning around 8 AM and this has always been the case. Useless if you're in a rush in the morning. Why are they never ready? I've seen customers get angry and throw a fit (albeit a bit too far, I can definitely understand their frustration)

Ordered breakfast delivery this morning, main items missing, call store who redirect to call centre who arrange refund within 14 days but will not resend order. McDonald’s clearly have no quality control in place and are incapable of running a delivery service at acceptable levels. The hoops you have to jump through are ridiculous, they want you to give up in the end. DO NOT BOTHER WITH DELIVERY!

Great discount on the app for my 6 nuggets for 99p…. Not so great my fast food delay meant I struggled with the app for 5 minutes outside and then ended up having to go in anyway.

BE CAREFUL OF BOTTOMING OUT YOUR CAR EXITING. I drove out and scraped my bumper due to the recess during exit. Made me regret driving to McDonald's. I recon most lowered cars will struggle. Restaurant wise, I came when it was fairly quiet, so quieter and cleaner than usual. Fries weren't as hot as I would have expected or wanted, however, although that could be also attributed to time of day.

Food sent back again as cold chips!

Went here couple times while we were visiting family in norfolk. Ordered food each time. However, on 2 separate occasions one of the items were wrong. Asked for extra onion and ended up with no onions. And asked for no ketchup and got ketchup one of the times. Otherwise food is ok, I would suggest to check your orders before you leave the drive thru.

Food is generally good. Wait times in drive through are too long. Very poor experience indeed rive through recently. Wait 20 mins for the wrong food. Terrible.

9 of us visited this branch of McDonald's after going out, and they managed to get something wrong on every order, Whether giving wrong food, missing things, or substituting stuff without explanation, Not great when you are standing in front of them. The place wasn't even that busy, except for the online orders Maybe that is what they were prioritising, so in house customers suffered...

It's an OK maccies, clean, food's alright, getting more expensive by the month but isn't everything!

Repeatedly gets our order wrong, and the food we do receive often tastes very different from before. My understanding of the McDonald's franchise is that you are supposed to get the same burger, fries, or breakfast meal at any of their establishments. When one is significantly worse than another you have to wonder what has gone wrong in the process.

I visited McDonald's recently and had a disappointing experience. The place was severely understaffed, leading to long wait times. The tables were filthy, making it an unpleasant environment. Overall, it fell short of the cleanliness and service standards I expect.

i seriously dont think ive ever got an order without a mistake from here, and theyre always rude about it too.

Overcrowded during school half term. Didn't stop. Customers were having difficulties with the ordering screens.

All I wanted was a cheese burger and some fries. Nothing else. There placement is right next to a busy residential astate. But they're closed for in store and are drive thru and delivering only past midnight!!!! Ridiculous!!! Not everyone have to ability to drive and do drive thru only. This is why Norwich Airport is considered the better of the two but this one's closer to where I live. Needless to say I'll be taking the longer walk to get food from Airport from now on.

Fast food😂😂joke!! 11.35pm went through waited 10 minutes for someone to take order then had to go in parking bay 15 mins passed still waiting ironic thing not as though busy no one sitting in- heavy queue both sides of drive through . What a joke apparently waiting on fries peak time when pubs closes. Ridiculous !!

Plenty parking, tried to order on the phone app from my table but due to some technical issue it wouldn't go through so I had to repeat the whole order on an order board. Otherwise no issues, the food was hot & freshly cooked, service was prompt, staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean

Not great burger warm at best as seems to be the norm at MCD. Nowhere to park. No stickers as suddenly they are only available on premium products. Parking mainly for App only users.

I have ordered from this McDonald’s twice the first time we had a complete different order and the second time the order gets cancelled but I still haven’t had a refund for the first one! I have to wait 15 days!

Food was cold the burger and fries almost everyone who went through the drive through had to wait and the chips were cold due to not being cooked enough and my child's chips in his happy meal had about 5 fries in it won't use this outlet again

Computer glitch again, despite 3 staff members (1 a manager) couldn't get my 350 bonus points to add to total Also which items do or do not qualify for monopoly stickers, extremely confusing

The buns on our McSpicy were stale, and the lettuce was minimal. The fries limp and when I asked for sweet & sour sauce I was replied to by the CSA with a huff and given curry sauce (when I don't want curry sauce) the CSA said that's all we have "it's tough, have ketchup instead".

Just tried ordering through their own app paid for my food had no contact from the delivery driver to be told I don’t get a refund because he’s allegedly tried calling me I don’t have a single missed call I tried calling him and he didn’t pick up and then I rang McDonald’s for help and they basically told me to go away. So I’m £13 out of pocket with no food

Easy place to get too. There stupid software not work so well when ordering. I ended up as table 000 and screen jumped to finish. Caused complications.

This has got to be the worse of the worse for service staff are so rude . Was left standing waiting to order for over 5 mins as only one till was in operation asked politely asked why only one till was in service the supervisor just looked at me and disappeared out back . I gave up in the end and went to sun way next this is the second time I’ve been greeted by rude unfriendly staff at this restaurant definitely won’t be going back a 3rd time

Clean with lots of seating despite us coming at peak time. Food consistently good save for my saver salad which looked a bit flat and wilted. Ordered via the screens at the front. Food brought to the table very quickly. Friendly staff offered to clear our table.

I haven't had a McDonalds burger for 3 years, just as good as always. I little disappointed that they don't have ice cream in a cornet, bad move. It will keep me away when I need a quick pick me up.

Waited 20 mins for drive thru (nothing plain).. then went inside Waited another 10 mins while 10 - 15 delivery drivers got their food. More of a delivery hub than a restaurant and after the wait the food was cold.

Awful ..food not eaten as fries tasted heavily of old oil with an odd after taste.... Service slow with priority given to online and deliveroo... Be warned 25/30 minute wait in-store and drive thru for awful food
