McDonald's in Daventry

Ordered a Filet-O-Fish Meal but only my drink arrived.

The food was cold & item missing……again!!!

food was missing toys from the meals were missing and has given me a very bad tummy

tonight was the first time the food has been hot . I normally say all good but cold . but tonight was fine . thank you

My order said delivered but it never was. I have waited over two hours as they kept changing the time. No number to call and complain. only an email that they say could take a few days to respond to. Disgusted

Couldn’t receive food as had to leave and it was late

Ordered a plain Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and recevied a single instead, also no straw with meal

Watched on map as driver driver round and round our locality which is utterly absurd. As a result food was stone cold, really disappointing

Can't walk with children on some sort pedestrian walkway from street to doors. Pedestrians actually have to walk on road. I have absolutely no idea how council would allow that. Personally I do not see the problem walking there on my own but last time we were walking across my 5 y.o was on the middle of the lane and car behind us honked which scared the life of both of them and again I'm sure there was no bad intentions from driver. He did have to make us aware of his presence as there is no design for pedestrians to walk inside.

Good McDonald’s franchise. Staff are the most important part in all of them. You would do well to make the food different !

Either the restaurant or driver forgot to give us our McFlurry’s and the cheeseburgers were stone cold. P*ss poor service.

Me and my partner ordered through the McDonald's app. As we have ordered through the Uber eats app before and had most of our food missing or ended up being cold. When we asked for a refund of that incident we was told it was done through the Uber app there's nothing we can do. This time we have had the same incident where the driver has cancelled our food. Delivered at the wrong address and tried walking off when we was checking to see our food was there. McDonald's this is disgusting as I believe you hire anyone to take deliveries. Disgusting avoid at all costs.also gave us the wrong email to make a complaint probably another way to keep the money.

Why is the food always so cold? I live 3 minutes from the drive in, so there's no excuse. Fast food doesn't mean cold unless I buy a milkshake....

We stopped here for a free coffee and a free McFlurry. Service was a bit slow. Not much more to say really.

This was by far the best MD’s breakfast I’ve had for ages. It was still warm(nearly hot)which is to be expected as the drivers have more than 1 delivery to do I believe. The breakfast roll was put together straight with care, not too much red sauce and just looked appetising. The pancakes after 30 seconds in the microwave (but that’s ok) came out soft and soaked up the syrup. If there was really 1 thing I can say is another syrup would have been so much better. 3 large pancakes need more syrup.

We ordered at 8:45pm and received our stone cold meals and incorrect items at 10:40pm.

food was cold 🥶. so disappointed.

The time got moved later by 45 minutes but I was kept informed so everyone in the house knew it was coming later. The only issue was people had to go out and by the time it came I wasn’t hungry. Waste of 50% of my money that I can’t afford.

philly was prob best mcd burger ever. food was 🔥 literally crying in happiness at the standard of this order. 👏 🙌 👏 🙌 probs 2 driver also. everyone come together to make this a memorable mcd moment.

Please be aware of the 90 minute car park limit! This nearly caught us out as there is a soft play area. Once you eat and the kids play there is hardly any time left to get to the car. Not cool.

The ketchup was missing. Everytime we order Mcdonalds to be delivered at home there is something missing!!!

Ordered 4 happy meals and 4 chicken mayos and then 2x £5 meals, got given old happy meal boxes, old toys and then they missed 3 chicken mayos off the order. First time in 6 months going there, remember why now.

First use of the app. All was as expected. Good delivery time and friendly service.

Today they remembered the knife and fork and syrup for my pancakes and all the food was hot. Last time was a nightmare as it was cold and there was no syrup, knife & forks or even straws. Seems it’s up and down. They just need to be consistent.

Diddent get delivered when it said it was and is difficult to find where the help desk is

What is the point in a delivery that only delivers half your order and misses the sauce!!!! I’ve paid for it I expect it in full !!!!!!!

ordered at 530, delivery time kept changing and was nearly upto 2 hours then dropped, very confusing! large coke was missing, I've never had an order delivered where it was there in full. Sauces, apple pie, drinks, they never get it right, so annoying. JustEat drivers are always lovely and polite

We live in a new estate and your system is not able to recognise the address, so the driver get lost and are unable to find us, so we always have to drive to them.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is more concerned with delivery customers and the drive thru than to concerned themselves with anybody that walks in. The first time I walked in fir breakfast I was waiting upwards of ten minutes for a sausage and egg muffin and an orange juice. The second time, it was ten minutes again for a BigMac meal. Nothing special, no changes, just two basic menu items. I now find it's quicker to park on the access road to Watfors Gap and walk into the service station than it is to use Daventry McDs. Shame, because it was never like this.

I double ordered because of the app failing for the first order at the payment. The screen went back to the just eat home page as i pressed pay and the basket dissapeared. I also didnt get a confirmation email. So I ordered again and want refund plea

I was disappointed to have ordered extra pickles in my Big Mac meal only to find that there wasn't any in it at all. also balsamic dressing was ordered for the Katsu curry wrap but again it was missing.

Food was cold and when I made a complaint about it I was given £2.97 as a good will guester even tho I spent £15.37 That's a slap in the face tbh

I'm unhappy with Mcdonalds Daventry. Everytime I order, something is often missing, and today my breakfast wrap and my regular latte was missing.

I ordered grilled chicken & bacon salad. the bacon was freezing, and hadn't been cooked at all. it's a lot of money to put in the bin. noe happy.
