Never get any dip with delivery’s what the point having the options for dip if you never get any…

I say this every time . you must sort out to keep food warm . it's always cold. there takeaways can do it . why can McDonald's

ordered at 530, delivery time kept changing and was nearly upto 2 hours then dropped, very confusing! large coke was missing, I've never had an order delivered where it was there in full. Sauces, apple pie, drinks, they never get it right, so annoying. JustEat drivers are always lovely and polite

We live in a new estate and your system is not able to recognise the address, so the driver get lost and are unable to find us, so we always have to drive to them.

The pancakes was missing the cutlery and the golden syrup was missing, which pretty much made them pointless to eat cause who can eat cold (oh I forgot to say) dry pancakes

Unfortunately, the restaurant is more concerned with delivery customers and the drive thru than to concerned themselves with anybody that walks in. The first time I walked in fir breakfast I was waiting upwards of ten minutes for a sausage and egg muffin and an orange juice. The second time, it was ten minutes again for a BigMac meal. Nothing special, no changes, just two basic menu items. I now find it's quicker to park on the access road to Watfors Gap and walk into the service station than it is to use Daventry McDs. Shame, because it was never like this.

Still nit had my food delivered, over 2 hours now, i hope the food is fresh

I double ordered because of the app failing for the first order at the payment. The screen went back to the just eat home page as i pressed pay and the basket dissapeared. I also didnt get a confirmation email. So I ordered again and want refund plea

I was disappointed to have ordered extra pickles in my Big Mac meal only to find that there wasn't any in it at all. also balsamic dressing was ordered for the Katsu curry wrap but again it was missing.

Food was cold and when I made a complaint about it I was given £2.97 as a good will guester even tho I spent £15.37 That's a slap in the face tbh

Exactly what you'd expect from a McDonalds fast food restaurant. The staff are very friendly, the building is very clean and well presented. The food could have been warmer and better presented. Still an overall pleasant experience.

Absolutely awful nowhere to park. Difficult for a drive through because of lack of space and the wrong food was given to us.We only found out when we got home all in all awful all round.

The order was delivered on time however it was the wrong order. The driver asked us for our delivery number. We gave it him and he gave us the wrong order so we then had to go out ourselves and get the right order not happy bunnies

I ordered the food at 11.47. It originally said between 12.20 and 12.40. It arrived at 13.30. We were due to go out at 13.15. Rather than being upfront and honest about the expected delivery time it simply kept changing.

Car park and drive through nearly always packed at the end of the school day.

Drive past and find the next..poor service generally,a few members of staff are polite depending on what mood there in.. hygiene is an issue with no hair nets etc..made formal complaint to head office but to no real avail. Revisited again the 20th of September,had food delivered..only 4min walk however all food cold and the most annoying piss take is we won a free drink on monopoly,we entered the code on the app yet it stated used already, cont acted store and emailed to say if used it would show on my app which it doesn't,store states unlucky we won't do anything and it won't be the delivery driver.. absolutely criminal and avoid at all cost. This place is a joke!!!! Driver turned up with minor not in a car seat and Mrs in the front,food cold and just a total joke.. avoid at all cost. As you can see in the pictures,hairnets not worn,bags of food left cold on the rack next to the bins and brushes. However Mc Donald's headquarters state all rules were followed on that day after they looked into it...untill I sent pictures!!. These were the more kind pictures. Save your money and go elsewhere.also states 24 hour and isn't..opens 6am apparently however you wait until 6am they don't open the door and state it will be another 10mins plus taking the piss

Experience rating: Correct Order: 2/10 Customer Service: 3/10 Cleanliness: N/A Speed: 8/10 Food Quality:4/10 Cost 7/10 Overall: 5/10 This has to be one of the worst McDonalds I have frequented. Unfortunately this is the only Drive thru in Daventry as well as the only late night takeaway option, with all others in Daventry closing around 10 -11pm. From incorrect orders to consistent subpar and under performing customer serivice, consuming from here is here an unenjoyable chore, one that I only indulge in when it is is other peoples money being spent. I cannot justify spending my own money here. Please see below for an in depth description of my ratings. Correct Order 2/10 : For the last 2 months I have attended perhaps once a week, as a treat for my partner, or to retrieve food for colleagues late at night. Every time, without fail there has been an issue with the order. From incorrect drinks, to missing items, to completely wrong orders, it has been so consistent that I double check the order at the payment window, and check the entire bag before driving off. I have received burgers without buns, incorrect sauces on food, and an ignorance to changes to an item, almost causing an allergy issue to arise. Customer Service 3/10 : The customer service is terrible here. The payment window alone causes frustration, as you can hear the staff taking the order have are distracted multitasking and are not paying attention. I could give my order and watch a completely different order repeatedly appear on the screen. Fast food I think not. The staff themselves do appear alive when interacting face to face at the payment window, though i have watched staff in the background in tears crying against the wall multiple times in the past, which is not promising for the environment they are working in. This was however at 11pm so was not due to a high customer influx. The worst part of the customer service is receiving the food, usually without a word from the staff who should be the face of the business. I have a personal gripe with one staff member who will hold my order inside the window of the restaurant to a point where I have to climb out the window to be able to reach it, all the while without a word from the staff member. The happiest staff members incidentally are the ones who bring the food to cars parked up, they are always a pleasure to interact with. Cleanliness N/A: I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the restaurant as I do not eat within it. The outside is usually well kept though rats can be seen occasionally, this is obviously going to happen with any eatery, but measures are in place to prevent it, which is nice to see. Speed 8/10 The speed of this McDonalds is noticeable and efficient, with the drive thru constantly moving forward as well as interior customers rotating through the queue at a noticeable speed. The longest wait time you could experience is 5 minutes, with the exception being late at night / early morning, as of course the food must be cooked to order, which is understandable. Food Quality 4/10 The food quality is often poor, with cold soggy fries, and poorly constructed burgers. As stated above, items are often incorrect or missing, though the real gripe here is obviously, black bits from the face of the grill covering items, and the last of a batch being given, resulting in a unenjoyable, lukewarm meal. Salt is often absent from the fries, causing further sadness. Cost 7/10: The cost of the products isn't the worst. Some items are clearly overpriced and not worth it, with substantial increases in the last years. Other staples, such as a Big Mac Meal are still reasonably priced. I would recommend always getting a medium meal as you DO NOT get more fries with a large. The average cost of food here is reasonable and cannot be too heavily critiqued, especially with recent deals such as the McFiver and Mcmuffin Breakfast deal. Overall 5/10: Overall I would not recommend ordering from here, there are similarly prices eateries whilst not drive thru, have greater product and services. 5/10.

Thought would give delivery one last try, yet again driver shows up 40 minutes later, with someone else’s order and no explanation. No way of getting refund through app you then if you want your food or money back have to go and get it yourself from the store. Staff couldn’t care less. Avoid

They got the drinks wrong and the food was cool so i couldn't eat it

Was quiet when I went through the drive through about 10.30 on Sunday evening, didn’t take long and meal was all present and correct, did worry my Big Mac had no sauce in it and was about to go to change it but found it in the end. Presentation could be a bit better but it all goes down the same way and tastes the same. Never had a problem there each time I have visited.

They can never get food correct here. Don’t leave the drive through without checking your bag. It’s not hard, three meals, three drinks, three burgers, one fries 🤦‍♂️🤯🤯🤯🤯 it’s the simple things that see to trip these guys up…. Count the items against the screen…. Take your time and get it correct, it’s that easy.
