Mcdonald's Restaurants in Kettering

We had a fun meal out with our friends and our goddaughters. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food arrived nice and hot at our table and was as ordered and tasty 😋. The only blip was that the barbeque sauce pump was out of action. I think my husband has just about recovered.... 😂

Ever since i received a £100 parking fine in Towcester for a 20 min overstay after meeting up with family and spending on meals during covid restrictions i will never give a good feedback.

I always need help to order on my app. Staff always willing to help food as you expect. My granddaughters like mackies

Busy, visit lunchtime on Saturday but staff got orders quite quickly and always apologised for any delay.

I loved the Strawberry syrup drink

Honestly, I've never known so many incompetent people work in one place. Two double cheese burgers, a large fries and a large big mac meal yet all I receive is the meal? Come on! If you can't get such a basic order right what are you doing? This happens constantly and safe to say this is the last time.

Drive-through - Chips were under cooked cold not salted, double cheeseburger was also cold. Finding this quite at lot from this mac.d Burton Latimer one is much better.

Food was hot. We was greeted by a smile by the young lady who was clearing the tables. It was busy, so that speaks volumes.

How hard can it be to order 2 happy meals via the app. Asked for cheese on the burger & asked for one more small fries as an extra. Get home NO cheese, NO extra fries!

I did not go in for food or drink my granddaughter went for interview and the job was already filled and they didn't let her know which deflated her not good for a company.

Always used the drive through and generally good.

How difficult is it to melt cheese in a hamburger.. apparently very after 2 attempts burger was given to manage to bin after being told cheese don't melt... since when... no refund offered.. was gonna order more but decided against

Suggest you check your drive thru bags, second time I've got to work and found the wrong item and had to birthed food due to allergies

On 25/08/2023 we went to your Kettering Business park store and ordered lunch to the value of £30.04. Order number 1720. We were just driving out when my son opened his happy meal of fish fingers and chips but he got chicken nuggets and we went straight around to the drive through again and asked for the order to be rectified to the meal we ordered and paid for. When we got to the window the manager Rachel told us we ordered it wrong. We then also said we did not get our 2 medium fries. Rachel told us to go to the waiting area and came to talk to us. She said that we did get 2 bags of food (now the fries was not even the problem but the happy meal was) We only got the 1 bag. I gave her the meal and showed her our till slip and she kept looking in our car to make sure we were not lying about it. She then took the happy meal and came back with the right meal and the fries. We have always gone to your store as both my daughters worked there a few years ago while at Tresham. I will never go back there again. Very bad service and an extremely rude manager. Rachel you need to work on the way you speak to customers and like I asked for you to go and check your cameras and then come back but you said you don't have the time for that. I hope after this you did go through your footage and treat the next customers better then you did us.

popped in for a treat, millie who took our order was very friendly and polite and brandon who greeted us at the second window was utterly charming, friendly and had an amazing smile. they could be great ambassadors for any business. they need a reward or promotion

It's McDonnalds.... Reasonably quite when we were there so service was fast. Food as expected...

Waited 20 minutes for a cold quarter pounder and a toffee latte (sit in order). Male toilet cubicle lock broken. 2 stars instead of 1 for service because the staff were friendly.

Would've given a higher star rating but apparently the staff on the drive through can't count as we never get the requested amount of sugar or milk for our tea orders. Also very stingy on the napkins and sauces on burgers. Service not as good as the London Road branch.

Good food served hot. Only suggestion for management is to introduce Halal options as we Muslims are deprived with sought after options in non vegetarian section.

Really nice food, which was very fresh. They slso had milkshakes! The service was good, and the manager was clearly trying to keep the place clean and nice. One of the better McDs I've visited recently.

Friendly staff. Could do with the curb adjustments done to exit of drive thru. Also tarmac at the entrance. But food was good and order correct.

Fast food that isn't fast! I always find I am disappointed after a visit, more fool me. Strewth but the burgers have shrunk so much over the years; "shrinkflation" and on my last visit my burger's meat patties were about 3ml thick at the most??? Sally Assistance Hound was welcome 😁 I wish the owners (Kettering Tesco branch) would prune their trees that overhang the public footpaths out the front before someone loses an eye or two!

Watch the pot holes and road surface when entering. Fast, friendly and efficient service each time I use the drive thru, occasionally a small wait but that's only because others arrive at the same time. Road surface is in need of redoing when entering, not exactly on McDonald's property as such but it's getting much worse and unfortunately let's this place down- it's a tight squeeze at the best of times when another car passes at the entrance, made worse by this. Otherwise, great branch and recommended. Parking available if you wish to go in, seats and toilets inside.

Foods always cold. Never send what they should, mixed up orders. Oh and takes over an hour to arrive. Ridiculous

Just had a breakfast here double sausages mcmuffin ....absolutely burnt uneatable gave to dog ....coffee too strong will avoid this place ...

Visited this morning for a couple of lattes served by the manager who was really friendly and very welcoming I shall come again excellent service and great smile keep it up

Poor service,the cold drinks came without straws and full of ice in December🙄,no salt on the fries nor additional salt either,fries were cold,my crispy chicken was so spicy and in the description is not mentioned that is spicy just peppered, no tissues. Verry disappointed,and is the second time,there will not be a 3rd time for sure. I.m not trying to offend nobody but the management should take more actions on this location because the other one from Kettering is much better regarding the food and the customer service quality. Just saying 😉

Shocking! The food I ordered, 3 meals.... all of which where colder than the drinks! Not to mention i ordered a chicken mayo aswell which NEVER got put in!! The nuggets had been re cooked numerous amounts of times today! WOW 👏 🤢 the worst macdonald's in the east anglia!!!!!!!!

It's OK. Could be better if they actually get the orders right since they always love forgetting stuff and getting it wrong. Much better ones near the area.

Poor, unusual experience today. Ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins at 10:50 and stood waiting for them until 11:02. There were only three orders in front of mine. Didn’t bother moaning about it because the server clearly didn’t want me moaning at him.

20 minute+ wait for a breakfast order. Go to the other McDonalds in town. Don't bother. Just Eat orders take priority. You'll wait while delivery drivers will come and go. I'm not coming back.

Incompetent staff that are unable to count to 1. Unable to read and put an object in a bag. No, not just mess up if it was plain, DIDNT EVEN PUT A WRAP IN THE ORDER. Only had TWO meals, a WRAP meal and selects meal…. Useless.

Visited this McDonald's on Thursday, 30th June en-route to Cambridge after the A14 at Junction 10 was closed for maintenance. Unfamiliar with the area the staff (and a customer) were so kind in pointing us in the right direction to get us back on track (google maps still showing the A14 open!). The staff and customer could not have been more helpful. Great service. Thanks guys!

Always an issue with parking bays when you order for colection. As all bays full with Just eat drivers cas! AL bays?? there are 2 bays only! make more and respect your customers. As the mcdonalds staff can not find where you parked to deliver your order!!!!!! Also - orderred dippers 3 times and all times there ere no sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clensliness and queues overwhelming

Well what can i say about this place! Can see the prep area from the shop floor, no gloves worn, young lad touching the food then wiping his hands down his trousers and carrying on! Spoke to manager who said, we only wash hands here every half hour, i said but he wiped his hands down his trousers! Oh im sure he didnt he said, i said im stood here and i seen him, manager sed well i will have word with him! Well 2 mins later same lad droped a box and burger bun, picked it up put in bin and STILL DIDNT WASH HANDS! Where is the basic hygene?

Absolutely dreadful, the worst McDonald's we have ever been to, took well over 10min to get food from drive through, ordered then was stuck in queue & couldn't get out. Lad on payment window couldn't care less, whn he did finallydecide to take payment & managers excuse was, they are busy. Checked out inside restaurant, there was less than 20 customers all were seated & had already got food with 1 person waiting for food. On top of wait, Hot chocolates were just brown water, we could see bottom of cup through drink.

Dreadful. Placed the order online, wasn't received, placed the order at counter and the in experienced assistant forfeit to enter the order. Found this out 20 mind later. Left with no food

Wouldn’t correct a mistake and poor service - very disappointed

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Messed up my order and then told me there was nothing they could do about it and it was something I’d have to take up with customer services. The staff attitude is disgusting and show a complete lack of a care. Still waiting for the manager to contact me regarding this almost 2 weeks later.

The service that I received here today was exceptional. The guy on the payment window and the girl on the food collection window we're both phenomenal. Plus, the food was amazing! Thanks guys 👍

Coffee stop at McD's. What can go wrong? Except that I'd like McD's to be a little more proactive about telling us all what they're doing to make coffee cups environmentally sustainable...

Been here 4 times in the last 3 weeks and every time they seem to mess up 1 meal/order. When questioned was made to feel uncomfortable. Won’t be using again. Complete joke service!!!

Abismal. The last few times I’ve ordered from here they’ve missed out something from my order. Unable to get a refund as they do it that often that I can’t request one at the minute. Can’t fathom why it is so hard when it is such a simple task.

Hit and miss, normally pretty decent but they periodically get a whole heap of new people which can really alow things down. If it's between here and Burton tho, always here, Burton are useless and will get your order wrong.

Cold fries. How can that happen

Was cold inside, I guess they forgot that is winter and the profile for the heater is for summer time :). Very expensive for the quantity of the food, quality is alright though.

Standard McDonalds experience, nice enough for a quick bite.
