And again I haven’t received everything in my order ; missing a Maltese Flurry

Received the wrong burger I order a Philly cheese I received mc crispy bbq smokehouse

I ordered one ice lemonade, and one mango smoothie, received two ice lemonades

Did accept delivery as it was late and my husband managed to get fish and chips quicker

Foods stone cold it’s a joke pay for junk

forgot my milkshake and my mcflurry

Food cold chips dry old tasting ,burger disappointing and driver would not leave food without code .eventually found code in my g mail not drivers fault

Didn’t turned up driver sat outside for a couple of minutes then drove off not restaurants fault more delivery driver

Don't matter what you order from any local mcdonald's they ALWAYS get it wrong, today missing 4 items but not surprised :(

Rude staff,poor quality of food and long wait

Started using this McDonald's as the Burton Latimer one is shocking for getting orders wrong. Was going well until last visit when they forgot my coffee having paid for it and told to wait at the furthest window. Got 2 of 3 drinks, waited for food and just missed that the coffee hadn't been added. Partly my fault as well I guess but even so bit annoyed 😠

Missing both the kids happy meals which is not good. Everytime we order from here we end up having missing items

Food a bit cold, asked for a banana milkshake got chocolate mixed with banana. Delivery guy happy and friendly.

Driver was ponderous and took ages to process my order despite me giving him the correct code. I got cold waiting for him to do his job!

Food and delivery were fine! But to have to audacity to not put my Stormzy limited edition stickers in the bag with my free chicken nuggets, I find outrageous!! I think next time you should do better and I would like extra stickers

Original delivery time was 7:20/7:35, delivered at 20:01pm and food was freezing cold

Went to get a quick lunch to eat. Service was fast, and the management on shift was lovely. Too bad the place is full of young idiots making it an uncomfortable place to eat in so I decided to take out instead

Awful food burger was stale both sets of nuggets felt like they had been in the fryer for a day and asked for extra cheese on the burger when selecting my order and it came in a box on the side

Bit of a wait which to be fair was the only down side. Food was piping hot and good. They filled up my mango drink to the top unlike our local McDonald's.

Every time I order McDonalds on Just-Eat the food arrives cold and requires warming in the microwave which spoils the food. Today the banana milkshake was brown in colour and had no taste. I wonder if they ship the old food to Just-Eat customers.

Complete joke took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive and when it did the food was stone cold and got no straw and no napkins.

Every time we order and it comes from here things are missing or it's cold, tonight they've literally sent out a 35 quid order with half of it missing no chips, only one burger in a bun when there's supposed to be 2, short changed on selects, short changed on nuggets and cold again. Delivered neraly 2 hours after ordering, food was all stone cold when arrived and just eat kept changing the delivery time, making it later and later.

So now they’ve had a revamp and the kitchen is out of sight?(makes you wonder why?) and the front of house now doesn’t exist,1 till in the front of store to pay cash(trying to stop cash) and no one in sight ,waited for 5 mins before leaving,no one waiting served, or me in that time,might walk through to kitchen next time as no staff present on front

It's not as busy as on junction 10, which is good. Staff friendly but wait is always very long.

The food was cold. Not even warm, but cold. Had to microwave it to make it edible. Then given a credit to use the next time I order. Ha!! Will never use this again

Mistake after mistake!! Yes the past two times my husband did forget to check however it doesn’t change the rest of this review. We will never be coming again, it’s not worth the money for a 40 minute wait, a missing item and cold food. An experience we use to never have from this place. Had we realised it would take 40 minutes, we could have brought our own ingredients and cooked it ourselves!!!!

Very slow service in the restaurant, people are having to ask where their orders are. I am writing this review whilst waiting for my order. Been waiting 20 minutes for 4 burgers

this was a confusing order. we were phoned to say it wasn't on the system and that we should cancel it, then about 15 mins later phoned to say it would be done. it did eventually show up. uber driver communication was very good. restaurant did not communicate. food was good quality when it arrived.

Get more staff so you don’t have to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru

every time I ask for the 70p sweet chill dip they send me a completely different sauce of sweet and sour dip MO

Went in for breakfast for take out on Saturday morning (8.30), 30 minutes later we left with our food. Lukewarm coffee, breakfast was about right. All they seemed to do was prioritise drive thru customers. Maccys is definitely not fast food anymore.

Long waits for food even when it's quiet. No staff to speak too when there is an issue. Food comes out cold and soggy.

At last, a McDonald’s restaurant that delivers on the promise. Hot food that actually looks as good as the pictures, served quickly by friendly staff. Other branch managers should be made to visit this one to see how it’s done. As McDonald’s go: 5/5

I usually can not knock McDonald's, they are consistent, clean and you know what you are going to get. This is the 2nd time in the last week I visited this branch in kettering, just of jct 9 of the a14. Both visits I only ordered a hot drink, both occasions my work colleagues ordered off the breakfast menu. We didn't use the drive through as the work truck is too big. Both times our orders took ages, I mean way longer than normal for McDonald's, I didn't time it , but it was over 10 minutes. It didn't ruin my day or make me late , however I was on the cusp of being annoyed as all you can hear is the staff messing around, they were not visible until they gave us our order. I just got the impression that they were more interested in their conversations than serving the customers. P.s the drive through was not busy either. The time was roughly 7.20 am.

It was not the same experience as it was 10/15 years ago, and food is not that special
