Very bad service definitely won’t be using again

Didn’t put the rest of of the order and just seen there now kids juice or milkshake

Very friendly delivery person, quick and polite

im missing 2 burgers and my bag was open

all the sauces missing.... again! does no-one check before it leaves? but actually got the straws for a change. and food was sat prepped and ready for 15-20 minutes before it started moving on the map. fries cold and limp but that's now pretty standard for McDonald's deliveries

I ordered 3 mcflurrfys and it took you over 40 miniutes to deliver them. 40 minutes to deliver 3 ice creams

accidentally placed an order twice because first one did not appear succesful even though i have refreshed the app. then when i placed the second order i noticed i have been charged twice!! i immediately went to order details and there was NO OPTION TO CANCEL THE ORDER!! you "help" page isnt really helpful as it instructed me to find the cancel option which is not there! take out i attempted to cancel the order within the same minute! unbelievable.

Food was all cold. Burger had a sticker showing was made and ready to go at 21:57. Big mac complete mess.

Completely forgot half my food what a joke

charged for mcflurries but did not receive them. food looked like it had been dropped on the floor one wrap in particular, the packaging looked ok but the contents had been thrown in.

Only a 2 minute drive and he managed to take 15 at 10 o’clock at night

such a shame items were missing. One of us didn't eat.

I received my order 30min later than I should to and after I called the restaurant that's where is my order. so definitely not recommended them

order wasn't delivered, driver claims he attempted to contact me as he couldn't get an answer. I was stood on my balcony from the point the driver was nearby, it said he was nearby for 20 mins then it changed to delivered!! refusing to refund me!!

I didn't recieve my proper meal thoughtvitvwas funny how light it was then opened it to fine I didn't have half the stuff I'd ordered

ordered the Minecraft movie toys with my meals but not received it with the big mac,and the happy meal came with the mask singer one. Have a very unhappy 🙁 boy.

You forgot the nether sauces. I'm sure this has happened before on another order.

Waiting time of almost an hour. Food completely cold. One of my burgers was a double quarter-pounder : cold, one of the burgers has been in two pieces but the worst think they're add only cheese to it and that's it!!! I will never order from that place!!!

Forgot ketchup took over an hour

I got no coffee, according to the delivery driver because you ( McDonald's) didn't seal it properly, and my coffee is all over his car!

Food cold chips dry old tasting ,burger disappointing and driver would not leave food without code .eventually found code in my g mail not drivers fault

Didn’t turned up driver sat outside for a couple of minutes then drove off not restaurants fault more delivery driver

Don't matter what you order from any local mcdonald's they ALWAYS get it wrong, today missing 4 items but not surprised :(

Rude staff,poor quality of food and long wait

Started using this McDonald's as the Burton Latimer one is shocking for getting orders wrong. Was going well until last visit when they forgot my coffee having paid for it and told to wait at the furthest window. Got 2 of 3 drinks, waited for food and just missed that the coffee hadn't been added. Partly my fault as well I guess but even so bit annoyed 😠

Missing both the kids happy meals which is not good. Everytime we order from here we end up having missing items

Food a bit cold, asked for a banana milkshake got chocolate mixed with banana. Delivery guy happy and friendly.

Driver was ponderous and took ages to process my order despite me giving him the correct code. I got cold waiting for him to do his job!

Food and delivery were fine! But to have to audacity to not put my Stormzy limited edition stickers in the bag with my free chicken nuggets, I find outrageous!! I think next time you should do better and I would like extra stickers

The food was missing half of my stuff, and I never received a refund for it.

Original delivery time was 7:20/7:35, delivered at 20:01pm and food was freezing cold

Everything is pretty ok apart from the toilet facilities which really need some work

Frozen Chips, cold Chicken Burgers where so so delivery was quick and on time.

Chips were cold and hard burgers were half made and no straws.

Barely warm food and 2nd time now forgotten items from my order. The wrap seemed to be of put together blindfolded.

Awful food burger was stale both sets of nuggets felt like they had been in the fryer for a day and asked for extra cheese on the burger when selecting my order and it came in a box on the side

Went to get a quick lunch to eat. Service was fast, and the management on shift was lovely. Too bad the place is full of young idiots making it an uncomfortable place to eat in so I decided to take out instead

Bit of a wait which to be fair was the only down side. Food was piping hot and good. They filled up my mango drink to the top unlike our local McDonald's.

Every time I order McDonalds on Just-Eat the food arrives cold and requires warming in the microwave which spoils the food. Today the banana milkshake was brown in colour and had no taste. I wonder if they ship the old food to Just-Eat customers.

Complete joke took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive and when it did the food was stone cold and got no straw and no napkins.

Every time we order and it comes from here things are missing or it's cold, tonight they've literally sent out a 35 quid order with half of it missing no chips, only one burger in a bun when there's supposed to be 2, short changed on selects, short changed on nuggets and cold again. It's beyond a joke now

Delivered neraly 2 hours after ordering, food was all stone cold when arrived and just eat kept changing the delivery time, making it later and later.

So now they’ve had a revamp and the kitchen is out of sight?(makes you wonder why?) and the front of house now doesn’t exist,1 till in the front of store to pay cash(trying to stop cash) and no one in sight ,waited for 5 mins before leaving,no one waiting served, or me in that time,might walk through to kitchen next time as no staff present on front
