I received someone else's order

Totally unhappy with the order. It took over an hour, everything was cold by the time it came. Won't be ordering again.

It didn’t arrive to my address someone else got the food

we didn’t get our whole order they left out the fries and dips

this was a confusing order. we were phoned to say it wasn't on the system and that we should cancel it, then about 15 mins later phoned to say it would be done. it did eventually show up. uber driver communication was very good. restaurant did not communicate. food was good quality when it arrived.

I was looking out for the driver and the driver was very polite

every time I ask for the 70p sweet chill dip they send me a completely different sauce of sweet and sour dip MO

Good was cold for the second time in a row want a full refund please

even though I live half a mile from the store I waited over an hour and the menu was very cold. This is not the first time I have received the menu very cold, you should take action on this

Never order from this McDonald’s you never get all of your order

Terrible place! Constantly getting orders wrong and almost always leaving items out of your meal I have now lost count of the amount of times I’ve had to put in a refund claim through Just Eat if I could’ve given you no stars I definitely would have

Long waits for food even when it's quiet. No staff to speak too when there is an issue. Food comes out cold and soggy.

At last, a McDonald’s restaurant that delivers on the promise. Hot food that actually looks as good as the pictures, served quickly by friendly staff. Other branch managers should be made to visit this one to see how it’s done. As McDonald’s go: 5/5

food cold very disappointed with no milkshakes ordered two and got given two bottles of water instead of the milkshakes. was supposed to be delivered at 6.20am received it at 6.55am

It was not the same experience as it was 10/15 years ago, and food is not that special

I usually can not knock McDonald's, they are consistent, clean and you know what you are going to get. This is the 2nd time in the last week I visited this branch in kettering, just of jct 9 of the a14. Both visits I only ordered a hot drink, both occasions my work colleagues ordered off the breakfast menu. We didn't use the drive through as the work truck is too big. Both times our orders took ages, I mean way longer than normal for McDonald's, I didn't time it , but it was over 10 minutes. It didn't ruin my day or make me late , however I was on the cusp of being annoyed as all you can hear is the staff messing around, they were not visible until they gave us our order. I just got the impression that they were more interested in their conversations than serving the customers. P.s the drive through was not busy either. The time was roughly 7.20 am.

Understaffed and slow, stopped in for fast food as we were on a schedule. Waited for over 25 mins for a standard breakfast order. We will not be returning

coke was vile tasted like needed changed, no onions on either of my burgers and did NOT send my two sauces that I paid for!

Terrible 45 minute wait for slightly warm food

Always sooooo slow. 25 minutes from order to actually having the food (which they got wrong) and the staff couldn’t care less. Music’s usually way too loud and the place is freezing cold.

Waited 18 mins for burger and fries at 8pm on Wednesday. When food came out the fries were handled by employees bare hands. Will neve use this McDonalds again.

Totally cold food. Fries rubbery even when heated. Never tasted anything like them. Really poor. Burger cold. No heat in either. Only reimbursed £3 something of a total balance of £12-£13 shocking won’t use just eat or them again

AVOID staff are rude !!! Told them my food was Cold. Didn’t what them to make it again and asked for money back. Apparently saying typical McDonald’s is offensive get a grip and cook some hot food

driver left restaurant went in opp direction, picked up more orders from another restaurant and delivered them before coming to me. food was cold on delivery.

Came for breakfast. They renovated (downgraded) recently, swapped the comfy seats with literal plywood benches, and made it so u can't see the kitchen anymore. It's now Even harder to order with cash than before as they only have one pay point other than the kiosks, the server (who was lovely) even had to get someone else to help cause they didn't even know how to take cash anymore. The food ofc is it even pricier than the last time I was here, but came in 6 minutes. The hash browns actually arrived hot unlike some other mackies i've been to. I had the new mighty McMuffin with ketchup, a single small rasher of bacon in that bastard 👎 think they downsized the mcmuffins at some point too. Won't pretend I ain't coming back tomorrow morning but if u can afford a few more quid each just go to a cafe and get a full English, much better value for money

Half my food missing and no drinks!

Waiting for over 10 minutes by the till as i wanted to pay cash which nobody came to so I gave up and went through the drive through. Chips missing from order so had to go back in and had to shout staff from round the back to sort it out. Staff are not attentive at all

Kettering Business Park McDonalds were extremely busy plus they had a issue with the app going down still managed to produce hot fries & a proper portion size (not many McDs can get that right) I also had a McFlurry and OMG it was a full McFlurry and the Ice cream was really nice too. My husband ordered a Vanilla Milkshake and after 15 minutes he was still trying to drink it, he had to finish it with my McFlurry spoon

order not arrived. on the app shows delivered but no-one arrived

my order never arrived and was told it did so i spent money on something i didn't get to enjoy and couldn't order anywhere else because of the time.

Driver was brilliant, got food to me on time and still hot despite the app taking him to the wrong place, lovely guy

The food came late due to map issues. The address doesn’t match the dot location in the map. Food is cold and ice cream melted. And a barbecue sauce was in the ice cream when the food came

Sent a McCrispy instead of a McSpicy. Food was almost cold and no straws for the drinks.

I mean how hard is it to put the dips in a bag.20 nuggets and no dip and a lousy 10p refund .I'm so done with mc Donald's people save your time and go somewhere else

OMG fully refurbished but still the same awful service. 1/2 the chips container empty, wraps floppy with no filling, burger cold. There is nothing quite like a McDonald’s 👀

Food was cold but there was a good excuse due to torrential rain with slow driving conditions. Not put off from ordering again.

absolutely atrocious, food was disgusting i’ll list everything wrong with this meal 1. it came 30 minutes late (not the carriers fault ) 2, everything was cold and stale and i mean STALE 3. they didn’t give me any sauces, not even a straw for my drink?? i was given cold mozzarella stick dippers without the dip the only good thing about this meal was the diet coke even though that spilt in the back too.

Really disappointed as usually the food is at least warm the chicken nuggets seemed like they had been cooked a while ago as did the chips, the smarties ice cream literally had 5 smarties in it and to top it off no sauce for the nuggets 😔

food came over 1 and a half hours after ordering. I had to leave for work for 9.30pm food was ordered at 8.25pm it arrived 10pm. I had already left and now have had no food and won't have a chance to eat for another 6 hours.

My order has turned up 1hr 15 mins late, freezing cold and missing food.

Sadly food was not very good quality the order machines was broken When food came it was either cold over cooked or something was missing for example I ordered crispy chicken salad opened the box and no chicken was inside nor was the balsamic sauce to go with it

The breakfast McMuffin has realky shrunk in size. It is not reasonable value for money any longer. They need to drop the price or go back to original size.

Was stone cold and order was completely wrong it seems the teenage staff can’t read and delivery driver must have been a formula 1 driver as food and drink was spilt waste of time and money

What’s worse than having your Ubereats McDonalds delivery cancelled? Having to wait two hours and four different drivers later, and then for it to be cancelled. So don’t bother asking for a delivery from this one.

McDonald’s put egg in my wrap and I’m allergic so I couldn’t eat it

driver had picked up food but didn't click he had left. it updated that he had left and suddenly there was a knock on my door. he had obviously clicked when he was outside mine after making other deliveries as my food was so cold. It toom 45 mins from ordering when usually it's 20 min max at that rime of night.

Absolutely shocking. Missed an entire sandwich off the order and multiple of the items were just straight up wrong. Absolutely will not order from this branch ever again. Terrible.

Since the refurbishment, it has seriously gone down hill. Long wait, food not hot and staff not helpful.

order was 1 hrs 50 mins and was cold when arrived with items missing. frozen lemonade was melted liquid when received. Total joke.

2 hours late, freezing cold, milkshake was bannana when ordered vanilla, order was made at half 8, driver stated he was at macdonalds for 2 hours waiting for food all because there was no tip becoming a joke
