Banging but my order was completely wrong. I ordered fish but I recieved meat. All I can think of is the poor cow that was murdered for my sub

Delivery never turned up now got to wait 7 days for a refund not happy at all

I enjoyed my meal thank you subway is my favourite restaurant at the moment could put a restaurant at the train station that would make a change to travel.

Unfortunately they didn’t follow the instructions and put cheese into a sub that wasn’t asked for. Not great when it is for someone who is intolerant to cheese!

Out of town visitors, popped in for lunch. 2x footlongs and 2x salad boxes. Generous serving of food and very attentive staff

I missed a single phone call that lasted about 9 seconds and had the restaurant staff have a go at me lol

Food was really good but they packed the wrong crisps so 4/5

It was delivered missing the crisps I selected only the sandwich and drink was delivered friendly guy

All bread we chose is normal but store toasted it which we don’t want it but no choice and eat it plus bbq balls missing

My sub roll looked like it had been thrown together, the roll wasn’t fresh it was all stale and flaking

Waited over an hour for my food and still not here

my sub was missing the cheese and my chicken bites were missing the sauce bit otherwise was nice

Sadly the greed of the corporation has ruined this place for me! The prices of the food kept rising at above inflationary rates , but that was sort of OK while they still had a decent rewards system. However Subway published a new Subway app on the 14/5/24; in the process they deleted any points you had acquired, AND they also changed it so that you have to spend WELL OVER £100 to earn ONE free footlong sandwich... Their new app doesn't work well either, and now you CAN'T scan to receive points, & CAN'T even scan to get any free "gifts" (read bribes) The app takes about 10-minutes to load; the new app is clunky, slow and definitely not user friendly, nor is it intuitive to use. If you forget your password by the time the system sends you a reset your password code it has taken so long to send the code to you, that the code has already expired! Why reinvent the wheel, or, why make a new app and not just update the perfectly fine old app??? AHHHH OK you did it that way, so that you could delete everyone's unspent loyalty points AND make the new loyalty points worth about 1/10 of the value of the old loyalty points (read corporate greed and a lack of customer respect!) Oh well, I guess I'll be eating here very rarely now; given what you've done to the value of the loyalty points, perhaps I'll visit 1/10 as often as I used too... I hope you lose so much business because of your corporate greed that it is truly painful! I'm always well looked after here, and made to feel very welcome, as is Sally Assistance 🐕 too! Lovely fresh food with a large selection to choose from, and good traditional service.

There was a hash brown missing and no cheese in my stacked Bacon and cheese submelt. Unfortunately I did not enjoy as much as my last order.

Food hot and fresh. Drink can nice and cold. Very tasty thank you.

one of the orders was wrong and we were charged for a ‘free item’ that was meant to be 3 cookies and it was only 2 in the actual order.

Was good but the sauce was a bit too much and wasn’t very warm .enjoyed the nacho cheese chicken tastes nice .

ordered vegan cheese on 2 sandwiches and there wasn't any in either of them. took an hour to arrive and app wouldn't update. very helpful when I called the restaurant for an update though. just eat said 1.45 arrival and it came at 2.07

The subway came very cold and also they didn’t heed any of the instructions such as adding sweetcorn and pepper and ketchup. It came very bland and only with lettuce which is very not good quality.

Not very good took really long

Left out my drink told me they will bring it back to me but never turned up at all, disgusted with this service

Had to phone the shop with a question. The staff member was really friendly and helpful. The driver was also great. Would definitely use again.

For the first time I'm a little disappointed. My tuna sub was lacking in tuna and other toppings but absolutely drowned in sweetcorn. This just made it wholly unenjoyable.

Once again recvieced toasted subs when clearly asked for non toasted cold salad on hot sub roll is vile just stop and read the order's next time 30 quid in the bin.

I was so grateful for this delivery as I was having a rubbish day . It was awful weather but delivery was swift and my delivery guy greeting me with a smile. Thank you so much!

Ordered Turkey breast, got sent chicken which I’m allergic to. Just eat won’t refund. Sub was also freezing cold.

Food arrived quickly and was very fresh. I was pleasantly surprised as I used to order from the other Subway on Northfield and that one is always a massive disappointment.

Good subway, always very warm inside. They put a lot of food in your sub, worth the visit.

Flies every where. Was not a pleasant visit

Food was a little chewy, like it had been out for days, especially the cheese balls. All food had been squashed into one bag, the garlic bread was all squashed together. And my sons cookie was in with all the hot food, also all broken and squashed.

Really good food, best ive had in a long time, the owners are lovely too, always happy to go here :)

Drivers don’t read delivery instructions. Food was taken to the complete wrong address and I had to walk to collect it from the driver

Perfectly made up sandwich 🥪 with fresh ingredients which was very very tasty.

Food was soggy so dont know if that’s fault of delivery driver or restaurant. Also the nacho cheese bites were cold, and the cheese was rock solid so that’s definitely the fault of the restaurant. Safe to say i will not be ordering from their again.

We asked for our subs to be toasted and they arrived not toasted and really cold. It spoiled the meal

Beat Subway I’ve had in a long time. The store is really clean and well looked after, the staff were well presented and friendly. The man who made my order asked if i was veggie, and changed gloves when i said i was vegan. He also warmed my plant patty which I’ve never had before. The salad was all way fresher than other stores I’ve been too, and my sandwich was generously filled! Over all a really good sandwich i really enjoyed, thank you.

As subway should be able to choose what you want

Vouchers from subway sent to me weren't accepted , I was told only the rubbish Subway in Silver Street accepts their Vouchers!!! That seems well off and unfair after already ordering and this restaurant hasn't even got a toilet or handwashing facility yet has seating ...

I am not a fan of subway anyway.

Quick bite from Subway after long time. Subway always in my top list for healthy n made by ur own choice sandwich.

Not amazingly fresh looking salad not amazingly nice tasting food at all and for some reason gave me a vegan meatball sandwich instead of a normal one. 2 bites later it was binned I for sure am not returning

Was ok, I had steak and cheese on seeded bread. Should normally be £6.50 ish for the footlong. Don't think it's worth that, but I had a voucher which caused issues in the store, after a while it was accepted but sandwich was cold by then.

Visited today 23/10 with 5 children and two adults… massive order and our kids were chaos but well managed and brilliant service. Thank you for the cookies for my rebel lot! I honestly must have looked stressed! Well done Subway Kettering team for making our lunchtime easier! It’s much appreciated

Very clean subway and I always order the same from ever subway and have felt overcharged for an extra topping but not this time. Lovely staff will definitely be eating here again
