Best Kebapshop and best Service!!!

I'm a local and this place was fantastic before I moved to London 15 years ago and still fantastoc now as I moved back. So I really recommend it.

I was their customer before moved to London and still their customer after I moved back from London.

It's a good kebab place delivery is sometimes 90mins+ they have a good person working the phone very helpful

A friend recommended it, we ate it as a family for the first time and we liked it very much. I hope there will be more to come.

Ordered Kebabs around 7pm. Gone 9 it arrived, absolutely freezing! We were all waiting for our food. For £30 odd you would expect it to be hot at least. Half of the foods could not be reheated like pitta bread. Food was just a disgrace. We were offered £10 off but I’m not happy with this

First time I went here for food & I am impressed. The portions are good, the flavour is good & prices are reasonable for 2023 standards and compared to others in kettering are priced well

I ordered my food at 6pm to be delivered for 8pm as I know they get busy & wanted to make sure my food arrived when I wanted it, 8pm came & no food. I waited another 20 mins & then called them to be told 20 mins to half an hour. I cancelled my order

I was waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food to arrive. When I was on the phone the lady was laughing to her boss that the customer is angry. I also ordered a milk shake and the driver came with a yazoo milk. Disgrace..

Food delivered late, cold and missing items!! When contacting them to let them know, the answer received, in a very rude and sarcastic manner, was “so what do you want us to do about it then!!” Used Bostons for a long time and will now NEVER use them again!!

Good food but forget some of the order at times

The first place that I have in mind when I want to have a kebab on a friday night. Good price and tasty food. I am order my kebab from here at least twice a month. I think that it would've been nice to get points or good offers sometimes for fidel clients. That is not a problem is just an idea.

Asked for sauce seperate and they covered it in sauce . Ordered garlic bread that came burnt and cold

Took 2 hours to deliver my chicken burger and chips was cold didn't even apologise for the late delivery

Was our regular takeaway for the family and when friends came round always the goto place used them consistently for 4 years , untill I Had my first problem unbelievaby bad customer service, will never get my hard earned cash again

Had horrible experience with Bostons Dinner ordered family meal for everyone through app clicked the chilli source with my cheese and chips and got the mixed meats with chips and clicked different sources for that then and the end I put in the comments to only put my garlic source on the top of the cheese and chips however it came with my sources for mixed meats in pots but chilli source added to my cheese and chips. It was meant for my children however they are not great with spicy stuff so we phoned up Bostons Dinner and they have admitted that they “assumed” that the chilli source was supposed to go on cheese and chips with the garlic source when in fact I had put that only garlic source is on top. They refused to swap the chips over and I had to pay for new chips and cheese for my children. Awful customer service and the lady wasn’t polite on the phone at all !

I ordered a double bacon and cheese burger, which came fairly quickly considering it was 18.00 on Saturday night. The prices are very good and have some good deals on combos etc. My burger was fantastic, had a really nice flame grilled taste, however the chips were disappointing, dry and quite thick, i prefer a crispier french fry type.

Food was good chips properly cooked but the delivery was bad I waited an hour and a half for my food to come but still really good food gonna goo again

First time ordering from here and I was Impressed. Phone answered by a polite and friendly girl. Food was delivered well within the time given by a polite driver. Chicken was very nicely burnt on the outside, moist and tasty. Doner meat again was tasty and not too greasy. Salad, served separately, was nice and fresh and chips, although a little limp, were great. Chilli sauce had a nice little kick to it. All in all a very tasty meal. Would definitely order again when next In the area.

Despite having read some fairly recent reviews, I gave Boston's a go and my goodness the food was great! The prices are fair. Food tastes great, fast service and generous portions! Only very small thing was that the website didnt make it clear that my veggie burger would come with chips, so ordered some more but that's not such an inconvenience to rate anything less than a well deserved 5 star rating!

Don't order kebabs if you're not VERY hungry when they first opened my wife and I stopped eating un as we could never finish the meals and felt ashamed for leaving so much now we order deliveries online which arrive promptly EVERY TIME what we don't eat gets finished the next day. their steaks and burgers are also a meal and a half

I've been a pretty loyal customer for a few years now, and I can safely say that the food quality has been consistently good and very tasty. However, I can no longer reccomend, I've given no end of last chances, but as nice as the food has been, I cannot simply gloss over the fact that every single order I've had delivered for the past half a year, (which has been less since it started happening) has had hair in the food. I'm not a squeamish person, but such a constant thing shows that the staff are clearly not showing much care for hygene, and I implore anyone ordering from here to thoroughly check your food before you eat it, you don't know what might be stuck to it.

Ex-regular after some time. Sad state of affairs eating take away from Boston's now. The food quality has been failing for quite some time while the prices have been sneaking up this year. Vast improvements are needed for in shop customer services. The delivery drivers are always very nice tho.

Have ordered from here many times and always been happy. However, friends arrived tonight so ordered mixed kebab and sides for convenience. The salad did not arrive so phoned to be told they would send asap. My guests ate the sides which were not particularly warm and we were left with a congealing tray of meat with no salad to construct a kebab with the pittas. we were offered money off next order when phoned to complain. Rbbish! Wont help me now.

It is with a shame that am writing this re-review of my past review. Before I gave this diner a 4/5 star and me and my wife have bought so many pizzas from Bostons over the past two years. But sadly with ordering a lot more these past few months we have changed our opinion drastically. Too many times the food arrives cold or too salty. There have been several occasions where our meal orders were wrong. Whether they missed out extra paid for toppings, extra requests, had a online malfunction that causes us to have two orders made instead of two. Regular rude delivery drivers who claim to have been waiting outside for ages having tried the buzzer to our apartment when our buzzer was on, works and they even have my cell phone number. Is obvious those in question just wanted a tip. The key to any establishment is to find a working formulae and stick to it without changing it a lot. Sadly at this diner their standards change on a regular basis. Perhaps they keep changing chefs or the ingredients but it clearly shows. For instance a pizzas sauce is there to compliment the pizza and is not meant to be too overpowering yet the only taste that you can barely taste is the sauce itself, which is too sweet and strong for its own good. We recently ordered another pizza from another establishment with little hope of finding a decent pizza and yet we were proved wrong. From tasting for so long the lowered standards at this establishment after ordering from somewhere else we for once managed to have our pizzas without feeling bloaty or sick after, or having our throats uncomfortable from the overpowering sauce or excess salt that does not compliment at all together. The pizza unlike Bostons was soft as one should be, whiles I have noticed that Bostons pizzas have a burnt crust on the bottom, whiles the toppings either will be burnt, undercooked or on a rare occasion just right. With this establishment changing way too much in the type of food that it provides it has disappointed us too many times and sadly this diner has lost another loyal customer along with the others that have now left. I hope that they can find a way to turn themselves around because we have given this establishment way too many second chances.

On 6 separate occasions now and being a very very regular customer Told food would be no longer than 1 hour only to phone after 90 minutes to be told the food has not left and won't be for 10 minutes. 6 times this has happened now, no apologies no offer of compensation and generally rude. Will not be using again which is a shame.

Honestly? Not worth the money. Last 4 times I have ordered the same thing to give them a chance - the combo of 3 kebab. The lamb is hard and chewy so obviously very cheap cuts, the doner tastes like rubber and the kofta is drier than 2 month old dog poo! There is no bloody way their kebab meat is freshly cooked. No way. If it is then it certainly isn't freshly prepared thats for sure! Chips are always soggy as they are clearly poured straight from the fryer into the box. I have also tried the vegetarian calzone before. Bland is all I can say. Best thing they do is their potato wedges. Now those are really nice!

Third time we have used Boston’s during lockdown. Each time they have been on time. Excellent food, love the kebabs and grills. Very good value for money. So much food for your money.

First and last time using Boston's , I ordered a chicken burger and kebab at 1930 using their online ordering service. I called at 2010 to check the order had gone through as we hadn't received conformation, the girl said yes the order was fine and it'll be 15 mins. 1 and half hours after initially ordering I called back to ask where our food was to be told its now cooking and will another 30 mins. 2 HOURS I said, that's not acceptable, she hung up on me.....since speaking to family it seems I'm not the only one left waiting

Gorgeous tasty hot food, never disappointed with this place !!! Kids love it too, fair prices, plenty per portion and always deliver before time slot. Love it here.

I ordered by 7:00pm and my food still hasn't arrived. By the end of the call they don't understand what I said and hang up afterwards and they did t know at what time it would come by.

bit expensive for what little food you get, ordered Donna meat and chips and when it arrived got very little meat and not many chips, cost me over a fiver, will not use them again,

Brilliant fresh food. Got a tip from a mate that they were good here, she wasn't wrong. Try an order couple times a week now. Quick delivery with friendly drivers too.

We have ordered takeaway delivery several times now, pizza, kebab and burgers.The food has always been delivered well within time and has been hot and fresh. The salad is crisp, fresh and varied and the sides delicious. Nothing has ever been greasy or kept warm. Would thoroughly recommend.

Best fast food in town!!! But only one thing is bad when you get hot wings for delivery you get it in plastic takeaway box ,when is boiling hot served then that box is melting so you get "plastic wing's". Apart this the good is the best in town

If I could score zero I would. Ordered two pizzas as planning to order for a large party next weekend and wanted to get an idea how many to order. We’ve enjoyed them previously but what they sent tonight was dreadful. We will use dominos instead.

Phoned a couple of weeks ago another well known takeaway in Kettering who after calling 4 times refused to pick the phone up. Time before that it wasn't all that great after waiting almost 2 hours. (Not Bostons) So enough was enough found the Number to Bostons and ordered from these guys. Always comes to the door pipping hot. Less than an hour to deliver on the busiest of nights. And absolutely delicious! Keep up the great work Bostons. Certainly will not go anywhere else now.

Tried a few months, we fell in love with their very American style burgers, some are gigantic and the prices are in average, but they are really worth the last penny. Very good also kebabs and pizza, precise and kind delivery even in busy evenings. Recommended!

It was my daughters birthday so the driver Jeff gave her a peter rabbit 50p. Now she insists we only use Bostons!!! Great food and great service!

Ordered from Bostons after being recommended. Having read the recent reviews i agree with them. The food is fantastic. Had to wait an hour for delivery but it was worth the wait. I think we had the same driver some others had mentioned as he was really nice. Will be ordering again tonight!

Wow! This is the third time we've used Bostons. Every time the whole family has been pleased. We order online and the pizzas are our favourite! Great delivery service. Twice we've been greeted by the delivery driver 'geoff' who always makes us smile. We really cannot recommend these guys enough. Well done Bostons!!

Great Burgers and kebabs really nice..very good delivery service.. Sadly on 2 occasions the chips supplied have been really bad and soggy and spoilt the meal.. I wish they would change their chips.. If they could fix the chips would give 5 stars..

In general we only use Bostons for takeaway food. It always arrives hot and within the given time limit. Kebab burger or pizza all are tasty and recommended.

I dont know what's changed here, but it is NOT a change for the best. I ordered at 8:20pm and was told my order would be 45 minutes for myself and my two children. The food arrived at 9:50pm!! And when it did arrive, it was over done like it had been sat on a hot plate or something. I will NOT order from here any more. Yet i WAS a regular customer. Not any more. This has happened too many times now. Good bye bostons diner!

Quite possibly the worst kebab I have had in my life! I do not have them often and it is from tonight's experience that reminds me why I do not.Not only was the order incorrect and the chips not delivered (they came late, cold and dry as a monks flip flop) but the 'mixed kebab' was 90% cheap meat and the putts was soft and moist which was like eating a decrepit sponge.First and last attempt.....

Best Chicken Doner on the planet...superb service and delivery..

Ordered a chicken kebab and wine last night and food arrived 30 minx before delivery time so very impressed and was lovely.wine was a really decent make so would definitely use again for food wine and price.garlic and chilli sauce was lovely and salad very fresh.ordering online was also very easy.

Historically, as a large family with a range of commitments it was a guarantee that one or more members from the household would phone through an order as their food had always been consistent and actually the only place everyone would eat from. More recently though the standard has became more hit and miss both portion size and the quality of their ingredients - some seeming old and often the lamb being inedible. Its a shame as they really were the best and have great customer service.

The food tasted really good. Home cooked, fresh and so tasty. Best pizza from a takeaway yet! It was delivered on time too
