My husband done a order and on receiving our order my mcchicken sandwich was awful it looked has it had been thrown togather instead of put togather we are not happy has it put me of ordering again Marion lovegrove

Worst wrap I've ever had, one piece of chicken dried out, other only just cooked, all filling fallen out, badly wrapped, no crumb hardly any sauce tasted wrong, normally my favourite,

Just stopped for a coffee while on the way home.

Tasteless food and poor service

Grossly overpriced.. when did McDonald's become too expensive to treat 3 children.. £21 for 2 burgers, portion of chicken nuggets, chips and drinks. Considering the cost and quality of the food, I'll be treating my grandkids to the local cafe option in future.

Was closed due to technical issues according to the sign. Then some staff turned up and as if by magic they opened at 6:10 am

Food was ok. Quite a lot of little around the area and the toilets were just ok.

Forget fast food for one minute. The Staff at this McDonald's looked after my Mum for hours, until my brother picked here up. On my brother's arrival, you had fed my "lost" mum, and wouldn't take any money (when offered) I don't want to "over egg it" but you guys probably saved my mum's life, by being kind. Dear franchise owner, your staff at this outlet are the best, what can I say other than gratitude and love.

Stay away, bad service, not so good fast food and really not fast at all as the staff really could care any less, terrible in ALL aspects

Sat outside as sunny morning. Seating area under trees disgusting. Litter everywhere. I know it's the customers but wouldn't take 10 minutes a few times a day to clean

The happy meal was lukewarm, if the crowd of staff behind the counter focused on the customers waiting instead of their Instagram feeds the orders wouldn't pile up on the little chute thing and would get to the customer warmer. Several customers along with me were getting just a little bemused by this as it was in full view of the waiting customers.

Not been to McDonald’s in a while. It’s a service station drive through so was very busy. Parking was just about adequate for the amount of traffic. We were in the drive through queue for about ten minutes, which isn’t too bad. The food was okay.

Popped in whilst shopping to use the men's toilet. Toilet was clean 👍🏻

Its not 24 hours. I've just walked round for breakfast and can't get anything because I haven't got a car and the shop is shut for people on foot. Saturday morning on one of the busiest roads in the country and you can't get anything to eat.

It's closed the drive-through without information,but the tabel 24h it's ON.

Always some menu items unavailable from milkshakes ice creams to coffee or wraps. Foods laying down on the floor no one bothered to clean Management should’ve been fired immediately as this restaurant is definitely not up to McDonalds standards

Sunday around 8:30 PM Print-out of the order does not work, no table service, both toilets closed (at the same time for cleaning?) resulting in a long line for the disabled toilet, sector of the restaurant closed, medium fries are undercooked/tasty. Constantly going off kitchen alarms makes it even more chaotic. All orders are packed in takeaway bags, trays are nowhere to be found.

Service was fast, food was luke warm. Not much else to say, a typical McDonald's

Ordered share box and the hat trick meal. Was given coke not banana milkshake. The hat trick well the photo shows the trick went wrong as not as brand standard. Very upset as it was something I was looking forward too.

I can not really in good mind recommend this place to anyone. In my mind and probably the worst McDonald's I have ever visited and I've visited many. From ordering on the touch screen to recipt of my food, the process took in excess of 25 minutes. In my mind, this was disappointing enough. Sadly, that wasn't the end of the fiasco. The big mac looked as if it had been shot out of a cannon into the cardboard box. At no time did it look like it had and care or attention placed on it. The beef patties were also raw pink and uncooked inside, leading to much of the burger being thrown away. The chicken sandwich my wife had whilst cooked properly also looked as if it had suffered the same quality issues of throwing random ingredients into a box with sauce. I hope this is an isolated case, and I'm not overly negative towards McDonald's as my son is a manager at one branch in the Midlands. I know his branch wouldn't put out something that disappointing. As for atmospheric, I can not really comment, but many other patrons were having just as much of a disappointment time as I had waiting for similar time frames, leading to a build-up of tensions when collecting orders. Very bad.

Unbelievably slow, been a few times now and always have to wait at least 15 minutes for food. They need to research the meaning of fast food.

Ordered a double qtr only cheese and ketchup, i watched the kitchen staff (white shirt blonde girl) so i assume a manager hold a already made dbl qtr over a bin and tip the ingredients off, tasted awful and dry so must be been sat a while, chips were very rubbery, very poor for food which cost £13 . Would not recommend or visit again

Been here multiple times and my order has always had something missing from it, or has been stone cold.

Closed 40 mins early; claimed that the tills were resetting and it would be 30 minutes. I said I'd wait in the carpark, then instead of giving me my app order they just closed the restaurant and said I can just cancel the order on the app. Why lie in the first place? Other times I've been it's been very fresh with good food and service, so the experiences seem quite mixed

Had a Mighty Muffin..... Says 2 pieces of '"proper '" bacon..... Yes, it was really nice, but, I only had ¾ of a piece of bacon on mine...... They charge for extras...... What about losses....???

Called in around 2.44am on 18/5/24, the team on shift were very pleasant, helpful and polite, double cheeseburgers were made fresh and were divine…👍

Dropped in around midnight. The takeaway was open but not the restaurant was closed so had to sit in my car to eat

I had low expectations for the McPlant as I've only ever had 2 previously, but they were dry and had the tiniest amount of salad. But this time at this McDonald's, the McPlant was absolutely delicious, I actually felt like it was made with love. I really enjoyed it. It had a decent amount of salad and it just felt like they made it with as much thought as the other burgers, rather than the less than half arsed attempt I'd experienced from the Burton Latimer McDonald's. I wasn't so impressed with the service, there was no others of sauces, you know, the sweet curry sauce or bbq, just the tray almost thrown on the side, the order number called and they walked away. The order was wrong as one of the meals was supposed to be a large meal, but they'd only given us medium drinks. A different staff member sorted it out for my boyfriend, but we shouldn't have had to go and chase them for the correct order. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, and if they make their McPlants that well every time, they may actually have won a customer because I was really impressed and surprised and how good it was.

Thx muchly to the guys that were working the late shift o the 12 May 24. These guys looked after me when my car broke down. That's what you call excellent customer care

The employees are looking at their cell phones instead of processing the order. They toss the finished burgers and are gone for a while. Worst branch we've ever been to.

I tried to order on the app as I have 1000s of points. It wouldn't let me. Went to the counter, I got looked at by staff, they ignored me. Decided to leave but noticed a staff member cleaning at the door. I explained and she took me back to the counter and called the manager. I started explaining I was having issues with the app and she bluntly told me she didn't deal with the app, the store didn't deal with points and asked if I wanted to prefer anything I was prepared not to use points for. I expressed my disappointment and she told me .. whatever This is unique to the Walter Tully branch, others in town are lovely.

Constantly getting order wrong, missing straws and ignoring allergens on simple things like no ketchup on cheeseburger

Me and my brother order our food at 10 :30 and the time to get here kept changing then about 4 mins ago it's just cancelled after an hour waiting

Ordered a breakfast flat bread, did this on the app and went through the drive thru. This time there was a small que but no food being given so qued for quite some time. When I did finally get my food the flat bread was unfortunately cold and tough I did not enjoy this at all and couldn't eat it. Which is a shame as have had it before and it was nice when warm

Burgers are just slapped together and large chips may as well be a small

Is McD what do you expect - usual menu and a clean place to eat it in - and you get both of those here. Can be busy so waiting may be longer but most people seemed to take out so there was ample seating

Continual issues with the staff . Not one can read an order even a simple one of 4 items . Took an hour for delivery because of the useless Uber staff that are hired and the general staff which clearly have never been able to read or count . Sick of having to try get refunds because people can't do a simple job. Avoid this premise at all costs

It's your standard McDonalds. What you get doesn't look anywhere near like the pictures. On the positive it was somewhere to stop on car journey

Mcdonald's central Milton Keynes online service is non existing. Late night orders are absolutely diabolical and noone answers the phone. Phone the following day and not a care in the world. Each time the delivery service will be to blame YET MCDONALD'S COOKED THE FOOD PACKED THE ORDER GAVE THE PACKAGE TO DELIVERY DRIVER. SO HOW IS THE WRONG FOOD MISSING ITEMS ETC THE DELIVERY DRIVER FAULT. THEY WILL NOT APOLOGISE ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY CORRECT THE ORDER EACH TIME YOU ARE TOLD TO CONTACT DELIVERY COMPANY TO A REFUND

2nd delivery from this place and 2nd time the orders being missing main meals . Incompetence seems to be the only part of the meal that gets actually served. If your thinking about a quick fix I'd probably think twice and not waste your time . Utterly appalled with the place

Breakfast stop before a journey 😋

Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:50 and arrived at 11:00 and was told that they wouldn’t give us the food that we had ordered as it was no longer breakfast anymore even though when you order on the app it says that it’s being prepared. So why is it that when we get there I can’t have the food I ordered.

Why is it everytime I order from here my food arrives uneatable , soaked , cold , missing items. Half the time it’s hard to get refund.

High restriction, unable to get my van in and unable to walk into the restaurant shut So what’s the point of it advertising that is 24 hour if you can’t get in there

Stopped here on a Friday night and was nice and quiet. Service was great and a shoutout to the young lad Jake who kindly offered to clear my table. The Caramel Hot chocolate is amazing

I have been a first year university student for the past three months and I have eaten better after drunken nights out than I did here today. The burger tasted like plastic and was missing half the ingredients, cheese melts were cold and the entire restaurant was closed off for sitting inside. I wish I had just starved instead of treating myself. Possibly the lowest low of this year.

Great staff, very friendly, one staff member even talking to and entertaining a young child while her father was obviously more interested in her phone than the child. 5 stars to that lady . Food was fresh , pop fizzy everything you need .

Not fond of the A14 but passed by (eastbound) due to M1 traffic at this time. Slightly confusing road markings on way in but it was daylight so I know the score for next time. Very helpful greeter. Good facilities and very clean. Menus seem a bit limited at the moment but that's not just this site.

Congratulations to the Lady - Lorraine - who was cleaning the front/restaurant, chatty and pleasant with everyone - whilst still doing a great job of keeping the lobby clean! She was happy/patient to help an older couple to order on the boards. A genuinely nice person- she is a credit to her role....and deserves a mention. Food was normal McD fare - hot and fresh
