Mcdonald's Restaurants in Kettering

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through, I get it was after 2200 on a Saturday night but thought they must be cooking it fresh. The food was stone cold, how is that even possible unless it was ages old and they were trying to warm it up. Every time I go to this restaurant in particular something isn't right for what is a very simple process.

Had a Green Milkshake.... bit too much like toothpaste for me... Oooo....I did like the Grimace.....so refreshing....

Again 9 times / 15 purchases no onions in burger, response oh we run out, response will my berger be cheaper, response no you pay for what you ordered,complete crap !

Don't bother ordering through just eat never came had to cancel it after waiting till now fuming

Had to wait too long for food, chips were luke warm and wraps flavour on holder were marked incorrectly.

Cheesy bacon flatbread was overcooked, like a brick, rock hard around the edges and the hash brown was undercooked, not crispy just floppy, not hot just slightly warm. Ugh won't be calling in here again.

All good, no place for the kids to play, mine are too big but they asked about it since they grew up with it. Minimalist decorum is making everything ugly.

Bad ,experience,poor quality of food long wait

Sadly 9 out of 10 visits here (my local McDonald's) results in errors. Food missing or wrong items such as big Mac when ordered a mcplant!!!! No napkins, no straws, long wait sometimes. Inattentive kids working there who seem to take more time chatting to each other than the customer. Saw once staff practically bullying a chap who looked like a supervisor by taking the pi** out of him in front of the service window. Just seems all the Kyra Enterprises McDonalds locally have given up!!!!!

Its McDonald - what u can expect?

McDonald’s was a huge disappointment. The food was cold, the fries were stale, and the burger tasted bland. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested. The restaurant was messy, with dirty tables and floors. Definitely not worth the price—won’t be coming back anytime soon.

This is a typical McDonalds with 6 self service tills. Parking is medium to small, the one way system in the car part is rarely adhered to, so be careful as you enter the car park.

Worst McDonald's ever. Miss something off the order every single time. Doesn't matter if you drive through, eat inside or get it delivered, something will be missed every single time. Had a burger made with upside down buns, no mustard, don't give out sauces despite asking with nuggets which sauce you want. Lots of the staff (not all) are rude. Uber drivers park in the pick up spaces and the restaurant don't care.

Food was cold/slapped together. Milkshake was runny and warm. When confronted and asked for another one I was told I'd left it to long (I'd literally gone through the drive through parked up and walked back in with it). The servers on drive through were polite and friendly. The area stinks from some kind of silo storage facility over the road is not the stores fault but is rather off-putting.

Best mcdonalds I've been to don't listen to the 1 star reviews the staff were very polite and I got my food in 5 minutes and it was all fresh definitely recommend to inside as there is lots of parking never tried the drive thru but looked like it was quick and the toilets were perfect the staff were the best and the cleanness was amazing Shoutout to Beth she helped me use the order machine things and brought my food and cleaned everything

Please do not go there. I had cheesburger meal and had a feeling it tasted weird but had it anyway. I was sick all night and can’t leave bed today. Day is ruined and I’m still not feeling great 😖

Quite a quiet McDonald’s at the time we visited. Food was good but did take a little while.

Snails move faster here to get food once ordered. Must either be the staff, manager or the outdated system. Traffic was quiet and was 9pm at night mid week. No people eating inside. What is going on?

If you can rely on one thing in life it's that McDonalds rothwell will make you the worse muffin you've ever had. You'll think it's a one off, but then every time you go you'll get this poorly presented, mess of an excuse for a muffin. I genuinely don't know how you can be so poor. Because it's literally every time I go. Who wrapped this and actually thought, yeah... that's presentable. Managed by themselves perhaps.

The worst mcdonalds in Northamptonshire. Food is always stone cold, for years straight. Always miss items. It is just terrible. The one is burton latiner is 100x better. Food nice and hot, items correct and just overall better.

They forgot my mc flurry in my order and also this is not the first time things have been forgotten

Really quick service, plenty of parking. The hash brown was not at all greasy. Overall, it's very good. Clean store with everyone in the kitchen wearing hair and beard nets. It has tablets for children to be kept entertained. I would definitely stop here again

Drive by ordered meal plus fillet. Lovely Young lad with a cheeky smile when he realised they were both for me! I was hungry! 😂

The 'hot chocolate' needs taking off the menu. I don't know what it is, but it ain't hot chocolate.

I am giving it a 5 Star because it is a great place to stop while on the motor bike.

Worse McDs I have ever used. Charged twice, when I asked for a refund no apologies. Messed up my order when I spoke to the manager they were just rude and defensive 😒

If you fancy a quick McD’s in the Leam/Warwick area - this is by far the one to go to. Always very clean and nice atmosphere. Great staff too.

Whilst I realise this is only a McDonald's I've rated this branch as 5 star when compared to many others around the UK. I spoke with Manager/Supervisor Sophie and asked her to congratulate the team for their really clean toilets! This country is blighted by disgusting Public loo facilities. Being as I rarely need to use them I suspect the problem is worse than I realise. Sophie pointed out Adam to me as the gent responsible for the job well done. Your average McDonald's and you get what you expect. This will sound weird but they haven't changed to the new bins which I've seen make the place seem really messy.

Very clean retaurant and toilets. Food was served quickly and fresh and hot.

Took almost 20 minutes from placing my order to receiving it. Fries were hot and fresh but burger definitely wasn't. It wasn't that busy in the restaurant and the seating area was clean and tidy. Toilets were clean and tidy. Carparking spaces very narrow.

I've never left a review about a fast food place ever, but I felt compelled given this was one of the worst McDonalds, if not the worst Ive ever been to - and that includes visiting the one in Worcester at 1am with the drunks and homeless outside. The road signage to get in is kind of confusing, it steers you around the drive-thru seemingly to go to their car park? unsure, didnt want drive-thru wanted to eat inside. The mens toilet floor was covered in what I hope was water, there was no soap in any dispenser and 2/3 of the taps for the wash basins were out of order. Every single self-service machine had no ticket roll in it, we hit this thing at 9:30am and all of the tables near the kids section were dirty or had coffee stains, whilst the worlds most depressed looking girls was ordering colouring books and pumping balloons. Top it all off the food wasnt that great, my McMuffin was slightly burned on one side, though my kid was happy with the pancakes but lets face it, you can heat up some tesco ones for cheaper. Necessity forced me there, but I wont make that mistake again

Dog stop off on journey to Norfolk all good hot coffee for a change.

We visit regularly because of it's position on a regular journey we make. But too often let down by their ice cream maker not working. Can't they just get a new one.

Very slow service. Too busy getting just eat orders before customers who were waiting. Had half a tub of chips, luke warm with my meal

We have ordered a delivery 3 times from this McDonald's and there has been a missing item every time so will not be ordering from them again

Great place to go! Ideal as a 'stop off' point on the A14. Very friendly staff and food was lovely.

Ordered through über eats. When delivered one drink had tipped over and emptied in the bag and on further inspection 2 portions of fries were missing and a bottle of Tropicana. Phoned up and was told they can’t send the remainder of my order or replace the drink. When I pushed the point about food I’d payed for he cancelled the call. Very very poor customer service. Questioning whether to go there again. 🤬🤬🤬

Had some chicken nuggets, soft drink and fries. I won some extra gifts which I redeemed instantly. McDonald's is awesome.

For starters my wrap was only half filled, my large coke had a filling of a medium.

Nearly 20 minutes getting served after ordering, staff stood around , discussing shifts, somebody in a black jacket, looked like they were in authority, didn't even acknowledge the people waiting, just wandered around gossiping with the staff, McDonald's must have too many customers if they can afford to ignore them.

My husband done a order and on receiving our order my mcchicken sandwich was awful it looked has it had been thrown togather instead of put togather we are not happy has it put me of ordering again Marion lovegrove

Worst wrap I've ever had, one piece of chicken dried out, other only just cooked, all filling fallen out, badly wrapped, no crumb hardly any sauce tasted wrong, normally my favourite,

Just stopped for a coffee while on the way home.

Grossly overpriced.. when did McDonald's become too expensive to treat 3 children.. £21 for 2 burgers, portion of chicken nuggets, chips and drinks. Considering the cost and quality of the food, I'll be treating my grandkids to the local cafe option in future.

Forget fast food for one minute. The Staff at this McDonald's looked after my Mum for hours, until my brother picked here up. On my brother's arrival, you had fed my "lost" mum, and wouldn't take any money (when offered) I don't want to "over egg it" but you guys probably saved my mum's life, by being kind. Dear franchise owner, your staff at this outlet are the best, what can I say other than gratitude and love.

Stay away, bad service, not so good fast food and really not fast at all as the staff really could care any less, terrible in ALL aspects

Sat outside as sunny morning. Seating area under trees disgusting. Litter everywhere. I know it's the customers but wouldn't take 10 minutes a few times a day to clean

The happy meal was lukewarm, if the crowd of staff behind the counter focused on the customers waiting instead of their Instagram feeds the orders wouldn't pile up on the little chute thing and would get to the customer warmer. Several customers along with me were getting just a little bemused by this as it was in full view of the waiting customers.

Shocking service forgot food and then when came still brought not two drinks just one had to prove I paid for it as manager looked at me like was a thief

Not been to McDonald’s in a while. It’s a service station drive through so was very busy. Parking was just about adequate for the amount of traffic. We were in the drive through queue for about ten minutes, which isn’t too bad. The food was okay.

Popped in whilst shopping to use the men's toilet. Toilet was clean 👍🏻

Its not 24 hours. I've just walked round for breakfast and can't get anything because I haven't got a car and the shop is shut for people on foot. Saturday morning on one of the busiest roads in the country and you can't get anything to eat.

It's closed the drive-through without information,but the tabel 24h it's ON.

Always some menu items unavailable from milkshakes ice creams to coffee or wraps. Foods laying down on the floor no one bothered to clean Management should’ve been fired immediately as this restaurant is definitely not up to McDonalds standards

Sunday around 8:30 PM Print-out of the order does not work, no table service, both toilets closed (at the same time for cleaning?) resulting in a long line for the disabled toilet, sector of the restaurant closed, medium fries are undercooked/tasty. Constantly going off kitchen alarms makes it even more chaotic. All orders are packed in takeaway bags, trays are nowhere to be found.

Ordered share box and the hat trick meal. Was given coke not banana milkshake. The hat trick well the photo shows the trick went wrong as not as brand standard. Very upset as it was something I was looking forward too.

I can not really in good mind recommend this place to anyone. In my mind and probably the worst McDonald's I have ever visited and I've visited many. From ordering on the touch screen to recipt of my food, the process took in excess of 25 minutes. In my mind, this was disappointing enough. Sadly, that wasn't the end of the fiasco. The big mac looked as if it had been shot out of a cannon into the cardboard box. At no time did it look like it had and care or attention placed on it. The beef patties were also raw pink and uncooked inside, leading to much of the burger being thrown away. The chicken sandwich my wife had whilst cooked properly also looked as if it had suffered the same quality issues of throwing random ingredients into a box with sauce. I hope this is an isolated case, and I'm not overly negative towards McDonald's as my son is a manager at one branch in the Midlands. I know his branch wouldn't put out something that disappointing. As for atmospheric, I can not really comment, but many other patrons were having just as much of a disappointment time as I had waiting for similar time frames, leading to a build-up of tensions when collecting orders. Very bad.

Unbelievably slow, been a few times now and always have to wait at least 15 minutes for food. They need to research the meaning of fast food.

Ordered a double qtr only cheese and ketchup, i watched the kitchen staff (white shirt blonde girl) so i assume a manager hold a already made dbl qtr over a bin and tip the ingredients off, tasted awful and dry so must be been sat a while, chips were very rubbery, very poor for food which cost £13 . Would not recommend or visit again

Been here multiple times and my order has always had something missing from it, or has been stone cold.
