last chance tomorrow guys for a fantastic curry, this long time go to curry house and lovely guys to deal with is closing on Sunday night. BIG respect guys, you'll be missed BIG time.

Just a basic chippy which sells the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. We live 50 miles away from this chippy. However we incorporate a nearby hike sometimes just so we can get fish and chips from here.

Fabulous food, excellent service and you won't find anywhere better in Horwich to serve or deliver you great traditional English food (chippy tea) 🤣👍.

Visited the Claughton Village shop and tried to order a small meal. Was told it was under the minimum £10 for card acceptance and was directed to a cashpoint further up the road to which I said 'Ok' and proceeded to the Cashpoint. On my return I was asked what I wanted and said "I've already ordered. The order had not been cooked and when I said that if they started to cook it now and I would miss my bus and the food would be cold as I would have to walk home. , I was lectured about not making it clear if I was proceeding with the order or not . If the server was unclear about whether I was proceeding, would it not have been good customer service to say so and offer to put the fish in to cook if I wished to proceed? The problem was caused not by my communication, but the shops failure to accept my card in the first What then followed was really poor. The "wrong" bus then drove past the shop and he smirked "See you've missed the bus anyway". Er , no that was not the bus. Unlike some people , I don't choose to drive posh gas guzzling cars everywhere and I feel this should be respected rather than ridiculed. No matter how the good the fish and chips are , I will never return if the policy of this shop is "in the event of confusion, the customer is always wrong".

Great chippy, I only got a portion of chips, but my mate got the fish too. It was massive. I did try some and it was good. Well needed after a long hike 👍

We ordered lunch for a home, for 30 people. The staff were incredible. So accommodating and friendly! The food was all hot and tasted incredible. Not a single complaint from anyone. We ordered different foods and changed the order before picking it up and not only was the order spot on but tasted perfect as well. We cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to the team! We'll be back!

Went to this shop to pick up a couple of pies and sausage lovely shop well stocked but my only gripe is to much piled up on the counter I'm only small and couldn't see the lady serving me over the top of it all

Ordered and it didn’t show up for an hour, the restaurant closed at 11 and they said it would arrive at 11:05. Had to contact deliveroo who fixed the situation. No communication from the takeaway at all.
