The best restaurants serving Fast food food in North West

We called here a little while back whilst visiting friends. Really enjoyed our fish and chips here. The wonderful friendly service requires a special mention also.

Not worth going to unless you're a regular - I thought something must have gone wrong with my order but no, they were just serving their usual crowd first, whenever they arrived. The food is inoffensive - neither great nor terrible.

Oh, I adore Henrietta Street's chips, fish and peas. I've ordered a few times in the past and it's the best chippy. I love everything about it. I treated my exhusband to the same yesterday evening and he loved it. I'd recommend this chippy to all.

Heard good reports about this eaterie and wasn't disappointed at all. Having had fish n chips in loads of establishments, I'd rate Thompsons a solid 9/10. The fish was superb and I liked the way the currie was served in a silver gravy boat which was a nice touch. The chips were nice but I prefer mine crisper and not like your usual take away chippy type! I ordered mushy peas but I received the processed type and just a tad hard. That said, it was a fabulous first time experience. The staff were so friendly and very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. I'd definitely come here again and would recommend Thompsons to everyone seeking a nice clean and friendly eat in experience. The staff said a cheery good bye on leaving, which made us feel quite special!

I had a Nashville chicken burger with curly fries here. The chicken was tender and the sauce was excellent. If you are a fan of spicy food, you'll love it! The curly fries were incredibly tasty and crispy. Korean food are also recommended!!

We bought two small fish and chips . The fish was chewy tasteless piece of fish . Batter soggy. It was cooked fresh . We were pounced on as soon as walked in door felt we were being rushed to choose what we wanted

Went for the first time Saturday.Greeted nicely ordered 3 toasted sandwiches generous fillings cooked to perfection.Also lattee very nice good luck ! Nice refurbishment btw

Nothing so annoying as not having good mobility and making a real effort to get somewhere for a specific dish In my case PLAICE and chips, which you know they sell and have on the menu... Only to find when you arrive that they stopped doing it months ago, but just haven't been bothered to update either their on-site menus or the internet. Was told Plaice was too expensive to buy, which is fair enough... But update your freaking menus and the internet so people aren't coming all that way for nothing!! 😡 The food's good.. But the slovenly approach to keeping their menus up to date has really ticked me off, as I went to quite some once to go out of my way to get there.
