Greggs in Bolton

First time I’ve done a review for this store even though I’ve been several times. Can never fault the food in Greggs, it’s always tasty and great value for money. We come here quite regularly and the state of the floor and the tables in the seating is disgusting 90% of the time. I appreciate there’s usually only 2 counter staff and it’s usually busy so they’re needed behind the counter, but they should either plan their day better or have an additional person on during the busy period. You shouldn’t have to bully the staff into cleaning up. On this occasion we had 2 hot southern fried chicken baguettes in our order and we had to go on a treasure hunt to find the chicken.

Popped in here for a pastie while we were shopping on Middlebrook very busy there was a queue but it didn’t take long to get served, we had pasties and Belgium Buns,Service was quick and staff were ok.Price was reasonable and the place was clean.This is ok if you want a snack you pay extra for eating inside but it was full when we were there.

I don't believe it !!!!! There is a Greggs in my home town and didn't realise. I always look for Greggs when I work around the UK. Good Food , At value prices. For the value snacker. I VISIT THE SHOPPING COMPLEX AT LEAST FORTNIGHTLY WHEN AT HOME.i ONLY REALISED WE HAD ONE BECAUSE OF TRIP ADVISOR. Anyway, made a point of finding today. It is hidden away next to COSTA fortune, for a brew.. Had A pasty and sausage roll .ACE Nice and hot and tasty. At real world prices. It is only a small unit, with restricted seating both inside and out. Propably due to the extortionate rent and rates, charged by the complex and local authority. Queuing outside the doors, because of its success. The staff giving service with a smile. Well done Greggs... Sticking tn to the competiton as usual. One of Britains success stories. Now I know you are here I will call more often. I just love Greggs breakfast deals

Called in with my daughter and her boyfriend on father's day. Place was packed. Joking aside the pasties and sandwiches are fine. Very reasonable.

Awful popped in the grab my son a baguette 11 June 2018 @ 1130 for lunch the staff were appalling no shape on them what's so ever one by past me to chat to some bloke (who laughably said you'll be nominated for best staff ever) another one was sorting that guys food out whilst I was standing waiting with a massive queue behind me - the other woman shouted next I said I haven't event been served - no apology until she could see the p@@@@d off expression on my face avoid the other Greg's by farm foods has much more on the ball staff this place is a joke the parking is nearly as laughable as the staff - avoiding next time 😠

Love this branch of Greggs. Friendly staff, always get a lovely fresh sandwich and coffee. No complaints at all and inexpensive compared to the likes of M&S. Never fails to deliver.

Easy to get quality food from Greggs - no queue which is unusual. The pasties and sandwiches were absolutely delicious at very reasonable prices. The shop was spotlessly clean and the staff were very cheerful. Two very happy customers.

This is ideal for a snack hot and cold food and drinks tried chilli soup it was very good nothing seems to much for the staff

We bought our lunch from here whilst out shopping as it has quick service with plenty of choice and is very cheap indeed. The quality is spot on here and the shop is very clean with all the staff being friendly and polite.

after a terrible experience at Mc Donalds. needed reliable lunch fayre The shop was clean and tidy and staff were helpful and friendly the selected food was excellent, and was really presented well and prices are amazingly reasonable

Typical happy pie, cake and sandwich shop. Soup, coffee, bar cakes, pasties .... all the good things you would expect from Greggs. Great value, tasty and filling.

when shopping in Middlebrooks you can always count on a Gregs to keep the hunger at bay. Always get a cold drink from the fridge

Visited early one morning before Christmas and I was surprised how busy it was. Ordered tea and bought a sandwich to take out. Clean place, good choice of food and service with a smile. You can’t beat it for a cheap snack / lunch or even a cheeky sugar enriched fix from one of there delicious cakes!

Staff are very friendly food always hot you can always get what you want nothing is to much trouble for anyone
