Food is alright, but it's not mind blowing.

The best chicken kebab I’ve ever had. From outside this just looks like any other kebab place, but that couldn’t be more wrong. It’s always very busy from what I’m guessing, and difficult to get hold of the elusive lamb (it’s our personal mission to come at a time when it’s available) Lots of people working on counter, but very efficiently. Meat cooked to perfection, salad so fresh and tasty, fresh breads and again the best hummus I’ve had. Prices more than reasonable! It’s a solid 11/10 from us and we won’t be going anywhere else for our kebabs. Also nice little sitting area. Looking forward to trying the pizzas and every single thing else on the menu. Honestly amazing food, so happy I’ve finally found my regular kebab place in manchester. Will be seeing you again soon no doubt about it 🤌🏼🙌🏼

In short: This is genuinely the best kebab spot in Greater Manchester. You can have their kebabs as a healthy, nutritious meal at any point of the day. The meat is real meat, very well marinated and grilled just right, the portion in either the wrap or the sandwich is excellent. The choice of fresh salad, including lettuce, mix of chopped cucumber and tomato with herbs, onions, olives, jalapeños and red cabbage is excellent. Sauces are absolutely delicious. You could say everything is the star of a show, but how many small kebab places have you been to, that do their own bread? The bread used for their wraps and sandwiches is made on the spot in the tandoor and the oven. This is honestly some of the best kebab bread I’ve ever had. They also do their own hummus, which is excellent and you can get a big tub of for £2,50. After having a meal there you feel as if you’re doing your body a favour, rather than a guilty pleasure. All of above with prices that are absolutely on point, means that this has become my go to for kebabs. It almost pains me to write such a glowing review, as the place is plenty busy already, but if you are ever on the area and like good food, you must come here. PS. If you like lamb you might want to get there before 4pm, as it might be gone by 5.

Staff are really nice made it really easy to order. Lovely and clean. Food wasn’t greasy or sloppy. They even reminded me not to park on the double yellows. Definitely be ordering again and I’m not surprised they are busy. Rare find these days. Keep up the good work!

These guys deserve every praise they can get, best customer service, such value for money and the taste never seem to disappoint, tender juicy shawarma you will never find like this one anywhere in the uk.

The food was decent after manager forgot my order. It is tasty but not spectacular as say others in Bolton. I ordered a kobeda on naan and was ok but not to return back any time soon.

Food is pretty good…although you should double check your change…amazing how often they get it wrong 🤨 The biggest negative is the Coca Cola products on sale…these people are serving halal food but are not pro Palestinian 🤔😡…that’s a deal breaker for me…a real shame.

If you don't want very heavy food, this is some good filling food place. I would definitely recommend the garlic bread with cheese and the hummus. The rest of the food is amazing too. Quick and friendly service with hot food as in temperature. Staff always smiling and happy to help. Family friendly too. Hope this helps. Very expensive, they keep increasing their prices every time for no reason, been going to them for a long time so I know them and their menu and prices, they have increased the prices and decreased the amount of food served. Usually they miss half of the order. And in the food that is received, its uncooked and smelly and unhealthy and unhygienic. Hair in the food, meat is raw and vegetables smell off. Not happy at all with neither the food, price or service

Quick bite to eat for lunch, ordered a lovely chicken shawarma wrap, tasted fresh and flavoursome. Beware of the chilli sauce they use it is very hot. Enjoyed the food and would go again.

Food is good when you taking out but not when you eating, if you go upstairs then the tables are dirty there and so many fly there

Delicious lamb meat and not overpriced as other restaurants.

Don’t rely on their word. They want you to stay upstairs and then forget your plate. And then act like nothing happened. Dodgy place.

If the guy told you to wait upstairs, don't trust him till you get your food. They forget you anyway.

Hands down the tastiest shawarma I’ve had in Bolton. Food is always fresh, well seasoned and cooked well. The closest you can get to perfection. The food is reasonably priced so decent value for money. However sometimes the sandwiches/wraps are filled with salad and very little meat also it gets quite busy so might wait a little while till you get your food, other than that everything is goood!

For the price you can't go wrong here. Get the chicken shawarma sandwich. It's not your usual shawarma wrap, it's a unique style of bread which is very soft and really nice. They pack a lot of salad in there too. Only issue is the chicken is a little cold. Otherwise, taste is great.

Actually this place seems not owned by Turkish people, despite the name "Istanbul". Cheap menu. Nice dining hall at the upstairs. Unfortunately döner, they call shawarma, and fataya is not delicious. Staff were kind.

Didn't have lots on the menu and the portion size was relatively small.

The food is really good but they are very dirty and they all touch food and money with no safety measures at all. Been there several times and they alway made feel unwanted. Stay away if you are a european male.

It's a best Shawarma place in Bolton. It might not be a very hygienic take away but value for money. I would recommend 'Chicken Shawarma Wrap' from here. Its a live preparation so you know what they are stuffing and what you are taking.

Absolute shocking customer service! One of the worst places I've been to for shawarma. It was my first time going and I saw all the positive reviews, so was hoping for something decent. Ordered the food, all the guys were just stood around laughing and chatting, I was stood there ages waiting, when there was noone else even there! Then someone came in after me, ordered, got his food and left and I was still waiting! All I ordered was a tray of shawarma and chips. When I asked him about it, he tried to crack a joke. Jokes on you pal, won't be recommending this to anyone else, unless it's just to give you a one star rating 🤷🏻‍♂️

My son and me have visited a few times. Quick, tasty food at a cracking price...naans and pitta breads made fresh in a clay oven. Always super busy, no wonder. Best to go early if you want the lamb as it sells out quickly.

Good shawarma when it is not too fat

Delicious chicken shawarma and the bread is equally good. Only reason I’ve given 4 stars is I’ve never managed to get lamb shawarma. Apparently it sells out very early in the day. If you’re reading this guys - how about making more lamb shawarma?! Apart from that, excellent food.

I used to love this place but the last few times they have served meat that has just been sat there. Each time the shawarma wrap was dripping with grease. When asked if I wanted sauce I opted for hummus, and got about a teaspoon full at one end.

I would say this place does really great chicken Shawarma in Bolton. It has authentic Turkish/Kurdish taste which is unique.

Freshly prepared, friendly staff. Everything prepared in the front of your eyes. Salads looks fresh as well. Ordered chicken shawarma was quite decent but nothing outstanding, also ordered falafel wrap it was quite bad deep fried in the same oil was chips been fried. Like the naan bread freshly prepared in the tandoori oven. Place is quite cheap portion are average.

Got a mixed Shawarma. Preferred the lamb to the chicken although the chicken was tasty too. The chicken in my opinion tasted more like a shawarma that you would get from a Pakistani takeaway rather than a Turkish. There was a lot of salad (fresh) on the plate compared to the meat. Came to this place after watching the review by halal food travel guy. Place was ok but nothing special in my opinion. Service could be better. I asked for a drink but didn’t get one even though it wasn’t that busy at the time.
