Wanna say a massive thank you to joanne and caitlan today on how lovely and welcoming they was customer service was impeccable to the point they went above and beyond service with a smile made our day thank you

Ordered a sausage breakfast roll and got bacon no point trying to call the number they don’t answer got inept people working there clearly they don’t know how to do there jobs and reading reviews ive seen people report they serve cold food and ones being asked to re heat they been given attitude or when asked for a refund they would put back the food that was held by a customer i would avoid this specific greggs mainly for the health risk

Nice clean place staff friendly and polite had the breakfast sausage barm and a regular white coffee can't fault it would recommend it cheap and cheerful.

£100 parking charge tax for returning later in the day.

Call in on regular weekly visit.Cup of coffee slice of cake sets my up for the day. Nice staff members and eating area Is always clean.

Handy place to nip into as bulit into garage shop (subway also) . Two lovely ladies serving so friendly and helpful really refreshing to get eye contact and a pleasant conversation during a fleeting visit . Sausage roll hot and cooked to perfection (not dried out and overcooked that some retailers sell) got a steak bake same again though filling was a little runny be careful not to spill guys n gals . Nice price and excellent value

Fantastic customer service ,Sarah joe and captin carl jonah and. sania are far the best in the gregs so polite so helpful and most importantly fantastic customer service amazing offers and always with a smile and communction ,manners and respect i study here every morning and get loads done and enjoy this accompanied with a great deal for 3.40 bacon n egg roll and a latte , i love coming here shows that customer service at this branch is very much professtional and freindly always five star from me asthats wht they all are thank you for you kindness food is great !

All the usual Gregg's fayre and you can park right next to the shop.

If you like cold bakes then this is the place for you. I have never gotten fresh or even warm food

Went in this store to purchase a pizza slice and a pasty. Both stone cold, asked if they could be reheated to be told no. It’s not a hot counter. So I asked for a refund which I got but was then horrified that the pasty and pizza I had touched was put back on the counter for someone else to buy.. after saying I’ve touched them surely u can’t put them back on to sell.. my reply was oh someone will buy um. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.. I walked away quite shocked and in disbelief

Went in to purchase 2 pastries. There were two on the shelf so i asked for those. I was told that they were cold and i needed to take them home to reheat them. She then told me she's unable to reheat them and reiterated that i needed to take it home to reheat. This experience was whilst I was on my way to work so the option to reheat at home seemed silly as the food has already been cooked and as a customer i feel like the option of reheating it should have been their job and not mine.

Always worth going Greggs!! A bacon roll with hot drink just £2.70!! Lovely start to the day.. 🤗

Like pasties? Visit a Greggs for all manner of hot and cold food, pizza slices, pasties, salads, cakes, cereal bars aswell as hot and cold drinks all at reasonable prices.
