Katie is a wonderful host and very professional. Food was similar to a Michelin star restaurant, I couldn’t fault it. Just when I thought the night couldn’t get any better I was greeted outside by some crusty hobo who wished me a merry Christmas. That said I’m Muslim and don’t believe in Santa Claus, which led me to hoofing my newly tramp friend swiftly in the nuts. I love Blackburn and I love franksters. Peace to all men and women.

Excellent customer service, Haseena is always very helpful, always gets the food spot on, and is very generous.

Visiting from Canada and decided to go for a burger, had a frankster and the buffalo wings. Service was amazing, burger and wings were perfectly done, sauce was to die for. Shout out to Chef Chris for excellent food and service to match.

Hi, me and my 2 children ate the moody angus burger. We all got sick of it. got diarrhea. and still have a stomach ache. when I spoke to the supervisor, he said that you can't have been sick from the burger. He didn't say anything nice back. he had promised to call back but never did. This is a bad place to eat a burger. don't eat there next time.

We as a family went to Frankster's in Blackburn for a birthday meal, I just wanted to say Hassina who served us went out of her way to accommodate us, we had a lovely evening.

Visited today with my little sister as a treat in the school holidays. I was served by 2 girls, well served is a bit of an over statement. I was treated like something they had stepped in. I used please and thank you on every request, I was met by dirty looks from head to toe. Please can I ask management why you are employing staff that don’t want to work in your establishment and they definitely don’t care about your reputation. I am a school teacher and I would never look down on anyone. To have the audacity to look down on my sister and I when they fry chicken for a living is laughable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe if you’re male and good looking you may be treated better than I? 🤷‍♀️😊

The food was good but the man serving me was very rude. When I asked for a menu he just threw it on the counter in front of me when my hand was out. He was overall very rude which there was no need for.

Disappointed with Price Increases and No Quality Improvement I’ve been a regular customer at Frankster’s in Blackburn, but I have to say that the recent price hikes are completely unjustified. A simple peri peri burger now costs £9.99, a small tub of sauce I’d 50p extra, which might be reasonable in a city center, but not for a place like Blackburn. What’s worse is that despite the higher prices, the quality of the ingredients hasn’t improved at all. In fact, the food feels just as average as it did before the price increase. If you want a drink from the other fridge you have to pay extra. The place used to be packed but now it’s almost empty and no surprise either. I’m all for paying a bit more if the quality is worth it, but that’s not the case here. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself coming back unless they rethink their pricing or start offering better quality for the money. Disappointing.

Friendly professional staff tasty food good atmosphere

Clearly explained to make sure right street and ended up on the wrong street. Didnt ring me just messaged which meant poor communication and food took long to arrive. No apology given and food eas extremely cold. Had to be microwaved which made meal rubbery. He has also put the wrong time of delivery in to ensure it doesnt look like it was delivered late. Proof is when looking at the time of the messages between us.

The food is good but they’ve put the prices up again and although it’s good I don’t think the price justifies the food unfortunately. A peri peri burger is now £9.99 that’s what you would expect for a smash style burger in city centres not for this small town I’m afraid.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Frankie’s. This place has really gone downhill in terms of both quality and customer service. Every time I order, there are items missing. When I called to inform them about the missing items, instead of resolving the issue, I was met with defensiveness and rudeness. The female owner, in particular, was incredibly aggressive and rude on the phone, making the whole situation even more unpleasant. Moreover, the food quality has drastically declined. The chicken burgers are consistently raw in the middle, which is not only unacceptable but also a health hazard. It's clear that customer service is no longer a priority for Frankie’s. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal or respectful customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Burgers are great, but the loaded fries are sensational.

Craving chicken wings so I ordered the 12 hot wings from Franksters after searching a few different places and they did not disappoint! cooked perfectly with the chicken just falling off the bone and marinated/cooked in plenty of hot sauce. My only feedback to Franksters would be to offer a nice blue cheese or ranch sauce option with them as garlic mayo doesn't do your wings justice!

Food and Atmo is not bad, but the service is not up there, the chubby lady who serves is well rude lol. The other guy was good and considerate though.

First time trying this establishment at spare of the moment, I had heard good things said from a friend about this place. The service did not disappoint, i was particularly impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff member was, I really enjoyed the chicken wings with the jerk seasoning. I will definitely be returning! I recommend.

I came here on May 6th around 7 pm. The food was great, like always. But things turned sour when I asked for someone to clean the tables. She cleaned my table aggressively, yet still managed to miss huge spots, which was embarrassing, she also aggressively said no to the person in charge when they asked her to clean it. If she doesn't want to work, she shouldn't be there. The restaurant needs better staff who leave their bad attitudes at home, especially at their big ah age. Grow up

Absolutely the best burger I have had in a long time

I’ve been coming here since my college days. Always a fantastic spot to eat at when in the town centre area. Prices have always been reasonable and the portions are matched with the price. Service here has always been good, never ever walked away thinking the service was bad. I like my food spicy and they always attend to my request and never leave me unsatisfied. Keep up the good work team

Unfortunately I have to give this low view due to the fact we had to wait 1hr for our food to come. It was for iftar and they just messed it all up. Had they told us it was quicker to take it an eat at home we would have done that; but the organisation and the cost was diabolical. If you go order your meals separately person by person as they can’t handle a group order. Such a shame as the cashier was nice not her fault it was the cook so unorganised and my oh is diabetic fasting and was hangry!!

chicken on the burgers tasted mediocre this time of ordering Franksters, the classic burger was decent but the chicken tasted different almost like cardboard, same goes for the hot Philly burger. I hope this is a one time thing as usually ordering from this restaurant is a exceptional experience. the hash brown was not cooked right either, felt a bit overcooked in fact (said by the person who ate the hot Philly burger). cheesy and regular fries where good and same with the popcorn chicken.

When I walked in and stood by the counter, I asked how each burger was like and the price. The cashier was quite nice and provided extensive information. Though the food was quite on the costly side (subjective), it was very nice and did fill me up with one meal. Their peri peri sauce is something to look forward tom
