I’m a regular customer that always loved the food from here, but I’m so disappointed today I went there And they were shouting and laughing as I went in at 8:45 and they told me they are closed because it’s too quite and the head office told them to close early , I came 20 mins drive and left very disappointed and the guy said he can do it but it’s going to take too long 🤬🤬

Really nice falafel wraps, the prices are fair and the staff is very friendly and professional. Probably discovered a new favourite in Manchester!

The salad was *very* bad quality, and the bread was hard. If I'd seen this food in person in the store, I wouldn't have ordered it. I am very disappointed.

This fresh falafel wrap BLEW MY MIND. Genuinely the best wrap I've ever had (and I love food). A massive full wrap with tonnes of flavour for less than a fiver! Cannot recommend enough!

The food is so nice from here. They’re the only falafel I will eat, the salad is always fresh and the vine leaves aren’t too oily. The juice was beautiful aswell. Comfort food but healthy. It’s a win win ☺️☺️ *****

Hummus comes with no bread and the extra bread was a small piece. You might need to order a fair amount of bread - maybe three portions per Hummus. Also the bread was cold so get that oven ready if you want warm bread

A temple! Not much else to say! This is a place of worship for us and we treat it with utmost respect! We take our shoes off when we walk in ya get me, them vibes! The Go Falafel staff are amazing and the food is mad tasty! Love to Aura and the rest of the gang! Love every time!!

The tastiest mixed salad I have had in a long time. Falafel was amazing and full of flavour. Every mouthful was a delight. I am one extremely happy vegan and will definitely be back for more. 10/10

Never came. Got charged. Nobody came. Sitting hungry in a quiet house waiting for the doorbell. Obviously the delivery guy couldn't read a simple address.

I used to go here a lot (sometimes several times a week!) when I lived in Manchester. Now whenever I visit Manchester I make sure I get to a Go Falafel. It's quick, customisable and reasonably priced. The wraps and salads are always fresh, tasty and healthy. The bread is fluffy, the falafel is crunchy and the combination of salad, hummous, tahini, pickles, spicy potatoes and chilli sauce is spot on. Ask for everything in your wrap, it's perfection! The juices and smoothies are lovely too and they have a good value deal if you buy a drink with a wrap.

Not a place to eat in. Staff dealt with a customer who had no clue what they were doing and acclimated to our requests, food was clearly tasty and fresh. Only problem was the website prices were not updated which was a bit annoying. 4.50 on there website but 5.75. Lots of tasty options.

Bloody lovely little place - friendly service and delicious & reasonably priced food & drinks :) Quite hard to find a vegan place on the Curry Mile - it’s chicken overkill! A fantastic meal 🌱🫛

Rubbish. Everything is spicy. Waste of money DO NOT BUY. Especially the herbs! The chef put WAY TOO MUCH. Only good thing is rice chicken and kebab. That’s it. Don’t purchase anything else from here

The wrap was delicious and the drink was very refreshing. The vine leaves were tasty too. It would be good if they could do gluten free wraps, but all in all everything was healthy and nutritious.

This is the best meat - free food,on a budget, accessible to all mancunians. So on days you feel like going vegan or vegetarian, and want to collect your food to eat it by the side of a lake or in a park, Go Falafel will not disappoint! There's a great section of salads, smoothies and of course the falafel wraps are yum too. I love it. And I used to live in Dubai, so I've tried a lot of different types of falafel in my time on this planet : ). The franchise also trains employees to be flexible with your requests, which really adds to the customer experience. Go on then....try a customized go falafel meal today! Please note, I'm not paid by anyone to say any of the above. I truly appreciate this quality falafel takeaway.

Quick delivery BUT the food didn’t taste fresh at all, spicy potatoes were dry as if they were cooked 2 days ago, the wrap bread was also very chewy tough and dry, food wasn’t even hot/warm, I would rather you spend time making it fresh and tastier than deliver below standard food plus it was a £30 order, the wraps are expensive at 6.95 expected better for this price

really good food but my falafel box had the complete wrong items in it- I ordered pickles and pickled gherkins etc and got completely different stuff

Just really really poor value for money. 7£ for a wrap with Hummus and 5£ for a pretty poor juice. There are much better cheaper options for falafel wraps along curry mile and I won’t be returning.

Amazaing experience. Falafel were hot crispy and fresh. That what is expected. Bread was little harder. It should be soft . There should be option of adding egg and chips into the sandwich. Excellent restaurant otherwise, highly recommended

Drink was too small and airy for the money it cost. Was all bubbles and barely any smoothie

Normally go for the lunch box which is very nice. Tried something different by going for platter which was more expensive so I assumed more ingredients would be added. Big disappointment. Its basically bland hummus with Falafel and flatbread. I won't be buying that ever again. However, the lunch box as I said is very tasty and filling.

As far as I know this is one of three Go Falafel's in Manchester. I love venues that specialise in one or a few things. If you want falafel, I'd recommend them all. You get a wrap that is very tasty and fills you up. The juice bar is also highly recommended. If it's a nice day then take it across to Whitworth Park which has a few picnic benches.

You've just delivered my food to me and I found a metal hook in my wrap... I can provide pictures if need but please can I speak to someone about getting a refund? It's really disappointing because I regularly order here and love the food, but finding that in my food is so dangerous.

Como experto y conocedor del falafel. . . Tenía ganas de comer falafel la semana pasada. Había oído hablar del excelente falafel de Go Falafel de varias fuentes confiables. Lo intenté. Ahora soy un adicto aún más grande y viajo allí con regularidad por mi dosis de falafel. La única rama de la que estoy hablando es la de la "milla del curry" de Rusholme. ¡Es el falafel más auténtico y verdaderamente árabe que he probado fuera de la cocina de mi madre! Lo comí encima de la ensalada grande (que era inmensa y sabrosa), con falafel extra. ¡Solo escribir sobre esto me hace querer hacer el viaje de ida y vuelta de 10 millas allí nuevamente! ¡Deja de leer esto y ve allí! ! ! Es una comida para llevar sin asientos. . . lo sabíamos y nos lo comimos en el coche. Lady (Europa del Este) fue muy amable y servicial.

Missing food items. I was refunded for the missing items, but I ordered dips which were useless and not refunded. The order was basically void, and probably should have been compensated more. The delivery was late too

lovely food but have had 3 orders from here not show up and as there is no contact number for the restaurant there is no way to see where your order is. waited over 3 hours after being told by just eat it was 5 minutes away multiple times. awful service and a complete waste of time.

El falafel se frió demasiado y estaba casi quemado. Tenía algún tipo de harina que lo hacía un poco extraño. ¡Los pepinillos no eran lo suficientemente buenos! Y me encantan las verduras en escabeche, ¡así que sé lo bueno que es el pepinillo! El humous era bueno, no había suficientes especias y aceite de oliva, pero no estaba mal

Best falafel I've had in Manchester so far. Smoothies good too. The salads they put into your wrap are great, the spicy potatoes are a must add. Decently priced but great value in my opinion.
