I was here with my partner and 11 month old for a pit-stop on the way to family for Christmas. After spending 150 quid on food and fuel we tried to leave but a traffic jam had formed all the way from the main road right into the car park so after sitting in stationary traffic in the carpark we decided to wait it out back in the services. The traffic eventually cleared and we left exactly 2 hours and 34 mins after arriving. I know this because when we got home after Christmas a parking charge was waiting for me issued because I didn't pay for my 34 minutes over the free two hours. Never mind that I spent 150 quid there, never mind that I'm a regular visitor, and never mind that I was physically unable to leave the site which constitutes a frustration of contract. I appealed under mitigating circumstances, it was rejected. I appealed to the adjudicator POPLA, it was rejected. I brought the to the attention of moto services director Ken McMeikan to let him know his customers were being ripped off by predatory parking frim CP Plus aka Group Nexus and was told it was nothing to do with them. I'm appealed at the way they've handled this.

Empty restaurant and 2 cars in drive thru but still took 20minutes to get my food from counter (shocking service considering its supposed to be a fast food restaurant) got home to cold fries lukewarm coffee and burger that looked as if it had been run over won't be using these again, no staff attending the counter or even checking customer to make sure everything is fine, in my opinion the customer service is appalling and looks like no training has been given in that area or in the preparation areas either just so shocked at the level of service for such a supposed highly regarded franchised company

I have recently started to visit the Ely KFC and noted on all previous visits that te service was rather slow even when only a couple of people were present. Today however I was served by an Asian lady (Mehwish) who's skill of organising p in 5 minutes, whie directing others. she would run that KFC best in my opinionut all others to shame. Fast, well organised, managing a half dozen orders . Sadly she is not in charge hence I doubt it will improve. . Nice tasting chicken but needs better management. I used to manage a team of 250 men so know what I am talking about. Chose the right people not te rabble is my advice.

made my order with table service, sat down and waited , and waited , watched at least 10 delivery guys pick up and several walk in customers come and go , ended up insisting on a refund , worst service ever in a mc d i will never go again and i would advise everyone to go elsewhere ...

30 mins in drive thru and there was only 6 cars in front of us to the kiosk. So slow, cars were hooting their horns in the Q, so frustrating, and it’s not the first time. Food was good but not worth a 30 minute wait.

No queue, hardly any cars in car park, not busy. Used drive in, ordered bucket of hot wings and a drink. Moved round to second window. After few minutes asked to wait in car park even though no cars behind me. Waited over twenty minutes, still no food. Went back into drive in and explained to young blond girl that I had waited twenty minutes, could wait no longer and asked for a refund. She went to get another girl to process the refund who, without even looking at me or facing me, said in a very aggressive voice "it was only six minutes and if I did not stop complaining (which I was not) she would not give me a refund". She processed my refund, almost threw the card at me then slammed the shutter closed so hard I thought it would break. Appalling service. I will not use again. My credit card statement which I used to pay, proves the timings.

Went through the driveway we got a triple bargain bucket not what we asked for but employee did not listen so we went with it. Waited 10 mins as chicken wasn't cooked. Got hone chips were freezing gravy cold and chicken over cooked . Never ate it so 25 quid spent on disgusting food . Never again !!

Stopped for a quick burger, I have to say I am sitting here wondering if I will see it again. Ordered the bacon double cheese burger. The bacon was absolutely cold. I didn’t have time to change it. I would avoid .

Visited Burger King and Gregg’s, as they share the same building. Absolutely disgusting, the dining area had food all over the floor. The toilets were filthy. Staff in Gregg’s have no customer service skills! We’re totally uninterested in my custom. I won’t be returning and do not recommend anyone else goes!

Food nice and hot, quick service,staff lovely. Disappointed that no tissues in bag and the tops weren’t put on our drinks properly and spilled everywhere.
