Burger King in Forest Heath

Stopped for a quick burger, I have to say I am sitting here wondering if I will see it again. Ordered the bacon double cheese burger. The bacon was absolutely cold. I didn’t have time to change it. I would avoid .

Absolutely dreadful, over cooked, dry, cold cardboard like burgers. We returned the first ones and asked for fresh ones. The second ones were exactly the same. We asked to speak to the manager and a woman claiming to be the manager came to talk to us. She informed us the burgers were cooked in batches 3 times a day, but then contradicted that statement by saying they were stored for up to 45 minutes. Well the maths on that one doesn’t add up at all. We sent in a complaint and received an unsatisfactory standard response. We have given them time to respond properly but they haven’t taken up that opportunity, or acknowledged the email, so now we will be taking the matter further. I think their attitude is to just ignore complaints and they’ll go away. Not on this occasion I'm afraid. I hope they’re ready for the follow up!

Been here multiple times and frankly fed up with the service, meal price goes up every time we go. Burger was warm, chips were warm. The staff need to improve on their customer service skills. Listen when you give the order and get it right first time. Disappointed every time we go, you would think they would up their game in view of Macdonalds restaurant being round the corner

It is actually my first time in this burger king and I loved the whole experience from the lady at the door, cashier and everything

Burger king new market is a nice restaurant to dine in I enjoyed every experience especially when I got my order fast without waiting

They need to hire more stuff the shop is busy but no enough stuff other that they work hard and best service

Not impressed, a parking fine of £ 60 for eating at a restaurant with a designated carpark. Really! Yes I was over an hour. The frustrating thing is that if I had parked opposite in the retail park, you can park free for 3 hours. Why!!! In addition, the food has become very expensive. Definitely not going back there again. It did surprise me that hardly anyone came in. Now I know why.

Placed an order online for delivery via deliveroo on Friday 18th February when received items were missing. I tried calling restaurant multiple times and nothing! I then emailed them to get a refund on items I was missing and got a few emails back but not give me a refund they said I had to tell deliveroo to refund me when they wasn't ones who missed items off order! They won't give me a refund! I got 2x free whooper meals so after work I drove there to claim them and got a very rude women telling me I ordered it wrong! Who called a manager over to sort till she was also rude huffing and moaning! I said I never used this voucher before so apologised for making a mistake to get rude responses back by them!! Once they sorted order asked me to pay over 11 pounds I said no I said I have 2 vouchers. She got even ruder towards me saying you can't use 2 on one order etc I said to not worry as at this point I was disgusted the way she was treating me she then slammed down something in anger as I drove off. I never got my free food or my REFUND

My nephew and I arrived at this branch, and waited all of 30 seconds to order! We collected our food, and discovered that it was hot, fresh and tasty! If I had one criticism, it would be that there's too much salt on the fries. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Always cold food, the health inspector should look at this place, for serving food below legal temp, will not be going back

Don’t recognise apps as only one per customer so if you use app twice need 2 people. 4 of us ordered and only was allowed one accepted order per person per mobile. I would highly advise against it using the Newmarket branch. Store wasn’t clean and staff were highly unpleasant. Limited amount of sauces and sugar and milk.

Sadly no two visits are the same quality, food is rarely hot enough to enjoy, across any variation on the menu. Then a visit can be awesome, food and service really good, but its a bit of a lottery

Went there on Xmas eve with the wife and child. My whopper meal, burger was cold, her whopper meal, cold burger and cold chips. The young un wanted chicken nuggets to be told they had no chicken, plus the cokes were flat and lukewarm. This was the last time I’ll go, as the time before that I went and instead of a whopper meal I was handed a veggie burger meal. Staff look dirty and uninterested also.

At least they are consistent, consistently bad. Never any milkshake. Sloppy service, bad attitude from the staff

Burger full of plastic, when I returned it the manager argued that it was onion. Must be some new elastic onion that I’m not aware of.

Last Friday it was a hot day and the first Friday of the school summer holidays, so knew it would be busy. However, the car park was full, the cars were queueing out onto the road, so we parked in the retail park opposite. My wife went in and ordered our food. The wait seemed to be ages, 20 mins? Maybe 25? Who knows. The burger was hot, the bun felt cold. The Diet coke had no Ice (Ice machine was broken) and the drink itself felt no cooler than the bottle of water I had in the car. also my wife's crispy chicken salad came with no Fork or Dressing, not sure if it should or not, but just seemed to be lacking them. So I took both Diet Cokes back into the store and joined the queue of people waiting to complain to the manager. Complaints were about the cold drinks not being cold, special orders being wrong, halloumi burger having an odd texture. But in the end I was happy to just accept 2 bottles of apple juice out of the fridge and get out of there. So a lunch stop took nearly 50 mins.

Stopped in to grab breakfast for the kids before dropping parents in town, walked in, no one acknowledged we were there, my son needed to use the toilet so took him quickly, came back still ignored, 3 people standing around 1 machine, someone could have spoken to us. Ended up walking out as I was disgusted by the service. On top of this, fire doors had been propped open with wet floors signs.

Can't complain anything at all. Parking spaces available as well as drive through. Quick friendly service.

Met with a friend to go over some work, had a coffee and bite to eat. then later received a Parking fine of £60. on top of that food was lukewarm

Dropped into this Burger King on the way back from visiting family. Had three Grandchildren with us so thought it a good idea.

Just round the corner from my house so stop there occassionally after any late oncalls at work. I can honestly say that having been a small handful of times i wouldnt say ive had a hot meal. Meals have been warm but taste ok but not the biggest of sizes. Last sunday was a hot day and I had no ice cream in so thought Id stop here for a kitkat ice cream. I paid about £1.30 odd for it and its much smaller than a mcdonalds mcflurry and to top it off i only got half a cups worth. Not happy. Would avoid here if and when possible. Not worth it! Took ages to order-a couple of cars infront of me and when i did order the guy was rude!! Avoiding from now on!

I have been to many burger kings and never had service like this before, she was so slow and rude and had no idea what she was doing. I’m not even sure she knows where she is to be honest. The food was cold and I ended up being overcharged (I couldn’t be bothered to argue) and all our orders ended up mixed up and items missing.

Popped in for a breakfast roll. No coffee as machine according to the manager been broken since Christmas! Don't bother visiting. Go across the road to Bunnings where you'd get a decent hot dog and a hot drink.

You don't expect much from a fast food drive through but this place failed even my minimal expectations.

This one is off the A14 and as a friend hungry we stopped and went in. I couldn’t believe what I received given the cost.

We fancied a burger , so off we went to Burger King Newmarket .

Dreadful so dirty smelt foisty and unclean all sofa chairs ripped and tired staff rude and unhelpful especially when complaining about the food. Didn’t even send correct order out. 2 years since we last went there and it will be our last ever visit didn’t even eat the food. Shame last memories of it were satisfactory

This place is looking a little bit sad .The staff were cheerful and polite and I couldnt really complain about my Aberdeen Angus Peppercorn Burger , It just needs a good spring clam

Order wad wrong. Had to wait ages even though the restaurant was empty. Members of staff completely uninterested, rude and one was coughing on the food. Burgers were not just flame grilled but actually burnt. Horrible experience

I ordered the Dbl bacon XL meal and they had no shakes so I had no drink. Then they had no ketchup for the fries.

Rarely go to Burger King but I fancied a milkshake for a sugar rush and honestly, I mean, really honestly,...

Sure the staff are on minimum wage but they are still overpaid. The whole atmosphere of place is just horrible....

El Newmarket Burger King es bastante típico de la comida rápida, drive - a través de género mixto, hamburguesa de restaurante. El servicio es atento, pero de hecho. Parece (y bastante) que quieren servir y conseguir que en su camino. La comida es muy querida para lo que te dan, y la calidad y algunas mejor que marcas rivales, es estático si no disminuyen. Es el caso de los recientes cambios de menú. Nunca ha sido grande BK en ofrendas de carne, pero la envoltura veggy es pequeña, y el Fish King (que sustituyó el océano Captura) es esencialmente tres dedos de pescado en un panecillo (en vez de la de filete de pescado el OC). Aros de cebolla picada son de la variedad. En general, la comida normal, y un promedio perfecto.

Realmente no me gusta esta Burger King. La comida es regularmente tibia. He tenido objetos perdidos cuando tengo casa.

Volver desde el partido de fútbol de mi hijo, el equipo decidimos visitar aquí. Yo no estaba enthuastic ya tenía dos malas experiencias aquí antes. Este fue el peor lejos. El servicio era absolutamente horrible. Tan increíblemente lento y grosero personal otra vez! La comida es cara para lo que es. raciones de patatas fritas son pequeñas y no vale la pena! El pollo anodina apariencia y sabor desagradable. 100% mi última visita aquí!!

Not the best example of a BK - probably due to lack of competition in Newmarket. Average is an apt description of service and quality.Funny how the BK'S that are near Mcdo or even KFC are always great....

Drive through lunch for four spoilt by cold food, items missing and disinterested serving staff - was supposed to be a staff treat but was spoilt by the poor service - including expecting a lone driver to carry 4 drinks without a holder?!Pleased to report when telephoned to complain the manager dealt with it perfectly & we were happy with the resolution.

when i went there i was greeted by courteous staff who served my meal quickly and boy the veggie i had is the best tasting veggie i've ever had

To my shame, I have visited this store mutltple times. The chips are always crispy but the burgers leave A LOT to be desired. Cheeseburgers that have been made and waiting on the hot shelf for so long that the bread is rock hard and draws any moisture that might have been in your mouth out straight away. Chicken burgers with either hardly any mayo or far too much mayo, not always cold but usually tepid/luke warm at best. The staff are generally rude and snappy, or at least if they aren't I havent come across any of them . BK has the monopoly on fast food in Newmarket really, and I think it knows this and uses it to its advantage.

Twice in the last few months we have visited this Burger King after a football match. Both times the meal has been served quickly and food tasted lovely, but both times we have encountered rude staff. On the first visit the woman serving said absolutely NOTHING until the time came to pay when she muttered the price. I complained and received an apology. The second time, again very unfriendly but at least we got a 'hello'. Very much doubt we will visit again.

Nice Burger King-apart from the face that...the table we sat on hadn't been mopped up so we had to mop up the crumbs and food that was on the table which we shouldn't of had to do really-that is the cleaners job and then when we went to get a napkin because they only gave us three - we needed another and there was none left! That's bad.Besides this it was a nice burger king and was much appreciated as me and my brother had been travelling a fair distance and so was sincerely grateful when a burger king cropped up out of nowhere-we was very hungry as you can imagine! So it went down a treat ;)

Haven't been to a Burger King for years but was passing and I felt hungry, The burger was nice and the chips were crispy and tasty. before getting my meal however I was spoken to in an irritable and gruff manner by a scruffy male staff member because I did not realise it was my turn next in the non existent queuing system. This place needs a tidy up all round I think. May be a few more years before I expose myself to the Burger King version of customer service

This is my 2nd review of Burger King and the service and food is just as quick and of a good standard. The staff are different and look a lot tidier. They are still pleasant and actually chat to you now!

The food was good but I really didn't like the countdown on the food, the electronic screen with a timer made me feel upset for the staff as they were all rushing around to the expense of their working environment. I know that it is fast food, but I would rather wait another half a minute than have the staff under the pressure they were. The staff were very friendly and the food good.

Service and food are quick and of a good standard. If anything let's this Burger King down it is the staff. They are pleasant enough but just seem a little sloppy in their appearance.
