The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East of England

Very slow service, food cold, chips soggy, tables dirty and sticky, prices gone up! A young lad taking orders spoke way too fast with no enthusiasm at all and got my order wrong. I was shocked to witness the way a male manager spoke to a lad infront of staff and customers, rude with a bad attitude. You are employing inexperienced kids yet expect perfection, no chance! But this does not give you the right to belittle your staff, what a great role model you are, stand proud Sir!!!

They contract a parking company known as Civil Enforcement LTD. Dine in at your own risk, lest you risk a £100.00 fine. KFC will fob you off with the 3rd party excuse. "We can't do anything". (This old chestnut only takes you so far). Meanwhile, they outsource these lowlifes, (Civil Enforcement LTD) to farm KFC patrons for extra £££ cash, like KFC farms broiler chickens. They do not care if you have multiple receipts for money spent at KFC during your stay. (Yes, KFC punishes you for giving them more money!) This KFC (C04 9HB) use ANPR cameras. Meaning they extract your information from the DVLA, who are obviously in their back-pocket. The days of GDPR are GONE! They will find your address (Thanks, DVLA), and threaten to harass if you do not pay their parking invoice. The parking company are a private firm, yet they want to apply council penalty charges with prices that exploit the working poor. (f you are not the council you do not get to act like them!) Especially when your supposed penalties far exceed the prices that councils would ever dream of imposing on members of the public! These are prices that people just cannot afford to pay during the current economic climate. The car park was near EMPTY and their cheap signage was blocked by larger vehicles. I would love to know how my presence cost them £100 in an empty parking lot. I feel disgusted with myself for making multiple purchases at this KFC on the same date during my stay. It is tragic how KFC outsources aggressive cowboy companies to extract money from people who are for the most part average, and not well off financially. There is little money to be made on the backs of the less fortunate, and for a company worth $5.4 BILLION it is a true disgrace. Not even the councils are this heavy-handed when it comes out to issuing penalties. Usually, it is a stern warning, followed by £50 - £70.00 KFC - If you are reading this, you have alienated a lifelong customer. I am sure you will experience severe backlash from hard working members of the public who just want to get on with life if you continue to operate in such a despicable manner. Lastly, Your care squad did nothing to help, and your "3rd party "Civil Enforcement" prefers to send threatening letters, rather than responding to calls. (They do not have an email). Do not even hope to win with POPLA, it is rigged in favour of the Parking agencies. Ordered with Uber eats can never get an order right food turns up stone cold staff have bad attitude when u call them on the phone order sits wait to be delivered for the longest time before delivery they will even hide pickles in your burgers when you order no pickle

It's deeply disappointing to witness the blatant disrespect displayed by the managers at KFC Chaul End towards their staff. My niece showed me some of the disgusting things these managers write to their employees in there group chat and I was truly appalled therefore I took a photo of these messages in case I decide to take this to HR. Instead of fostering a supportive and positive work environment, the manager's behaviour seems to undermine the very people who are essential to the restaurant's operations. The lack of respect, empathy, and appreciation for the hard work of the team is not only demoralizing but also unacceptable in any workplace. Such treatment creates a toxic atmosphere, affecting morale and the overall quality of service, and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. Regardless of my niece wanting to stay to make money as the job market is very poor I am still encouraging her to leave as the lack of disrespect is not worth the money. They also have a lot of favouritism in this establishment and they do not try to hide it. Absolutely disgusting work place deserves to be shut down.

Baby changing rooms locked, nobody about with key. End up changing newborn on table! It would be better to use petrol station instead

Worst KFC or fast food place that I have found E.G this visit ordered fillet tower Meal with a Pepsi and a original wrap What you get is a piece of chicken with a slice of lettuce in between two bits of bread half solid, half liquid gravy and a wrap but they couldn’t wrap up properly and the Pepsi was only half full and that’s with ice. Absolute joke this place

I witnessed a server touching her nose and preparing food. There were mistakes with my order. Staff were extremely busy and obviously understaffed. Wait times were unexceptionable.

The food and service is so disappointing!! We had ordered aalu nimki and chatpatey. The aalu nimki was so greasy. All I can taste was mustard oil. There was no flavor of aalu nimki at all!!! Chatpatey was the same story. After 40 minutes of waiting, that was the kind of food we were served. Never coming back !!

Food ok but absolutely no attention to the seating area, dirty dirty dirty, cleaning is as important as the food

Arrived to an empty shop. Assistant was pleasant enough with broken English. Chips were over cooked. Fish still had most of its bones and cooked in what tasted like doughnut batter. Sausages were ok. Not going to rush back for more

Can't get any of the orders right. The staff seriously have some real issues here that aren't being fixed. Looking at the reviews it's been happening alot. No one at the store cares to correct this. If you want a long wait a messed up order and cold food this is the one.

The fillet burger was cold, limp and the sauce was like vinegar. Also, had a piece of chicken which was dry and tasteless now I know why I never have fast food

Chicken was so dry couldn't eat it. I specifically asked for 3 drumsticks to make sure my son got some wet soft meat. I asked the women in kiosk 3 times to make sure she wrote it down properly. Low and behold I didn't get my drumsticks but was given 3 dry and edable bits. In hindsight should of took them back but the queue put me off and when we went to eat them I was so peed off I just vowed never to go back again. Useless and cant cook. Will never go back there again

We choose a 10 piece Bargain Bucket ,which we were very disappointed with, it being overcooked,extremely dry .Fries were coated with something, that we were not expecting ,which made us think this could cause an allergy. With this change customers should be informed ,as normally they are straight forward Plain Fries.....We used the drive through facility and wasn't impressed with the allocated space we had to drive through ,to get to both windows,for ordering and collecting our order.
