Can't get any of the orders right. The staff seriously have some real issues here that aren't being fixed. Looking at the reviews it's been happening alot. No one at the store cares to correct this. If you want a long wait a messed up order and cold food this is the one.

Come to eat in, waited over half an hour for my food to arrive and my friend waited almost 45 minutes! Thought it's meant to be a "fast food" restaurant!? Absolute nightmare. Food was good but never eating here again! They clearly prioritized drive thru orders and Uber/just eat deliveries first than the customers that have walked in to sit down and eat. Disgusting service.

Turned up and was told all they had was popcorn chicken and gravy, even though it was not the closing time, clearly could not be bothered to cook anymore food

Utter crap, paid 22 quid for what was a bucket of drumsticks. Been here before enough times to know this is always the case, you never get decent chicken pieces. Generally wait for 20 mins at drive through for them to miss half the order, somebody is getting very rich charging the public for scrag ends. In my honest opinion I’d avoid the place and I will be from now on.

Felt sorry for this poor guy the only one working the dive through. Clearly they were very under staffed. I think they should start hiring more people to actually to actually help out. I’m not mad I’m just disappointed.

Terrible customer service! First of all arrived at drive thru to be told the card machine was broken. No cash on me but told I could pay by card inside. No signs up on approach advising of this so had to ques through drive thru to park up. Once inside ordered at self service machine and then waited 25 mins for my order. During this time they swapped the card machines around allowing drive thru customers to pay by card. They then prioritised drive thru orders and deliveroo orders over 'in restaurant orders' I could see they were doing this, when I challenged them they said 'drive thru has a different menu and so does online orders' err no it doesn't and nothing on our order was difficult. Then they told me that they needed to fry more chicken as our order (20 peices all together) was so large. I literally watched them make up 2 14 peice buckets for drive thru customers who arrived after me whilst I was waiting. Then when I got my order handed to me I noticed that they hadn't put the 1 fillet burger ordered intk the bag. When Ichallenged on this was told it was in there, only to get home to find it wasn't. We live a 15 min drive away so couldn't be bothered to return to get one at this point. Lastly the most watery gravy I've ever had from a KFC. Will be using the other Norwich branches and avoiding this one in the future.

We ordered 4 box meals non of the burgers were what was ordered and my meal had 6 chips and my husband had just an empty packet absolutely disgusted and will never go back !! Avoid if you want decent fast food!!

Ordered at 7pm Said 2 mins away at 8 At 10pm said it had been delivered No it wasn't!!! Driver was a liar Restaurant kept putting phone down In morning all they said was contact just eat Just eat said they will investigate

It’s quicker to raise the chicken from birth, give it a good long life, humanely kill it, butcher the bird, marinade it, buy all the cooking equipment, sign a lease on a building, set up your own chicken fast food chain, and deep fry your chicken then it is the use the drive through here.

I am absolutely horrified at the way that staff were not wearing masks and if if they were it was either below their nose or chin and these people are handling food?? I understand some people may be exempt but they should at least be wearing a face shield if they are unable to wear a mask. I work in another fast food chain and I can safely say we operate much better with enforcing social distancing and wearing ppe. I understand that things are difficult at the moment but to walk into the store was as if there wasn’t a pandemic happening. I felt so uncomfortable thinking about this that by the time I got home I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Plus things were missing like dips and there wasn’t the right amount of mini fillets. I have been so put off from this experience that I will never be using KFC again

Visited yesterday. Floors dirty and sticky and upstairs dining dirty, tables all left unclean even though was not at all busy. Had to go down twice as no serviettes or spoon for sons baked beans put in bag. Mentioned dirty tables and someone finally came up to clean them and said they were short staffed yet all standing around doing nothing.no excuse slacking on cleansiness especially during a pandemic! No evidence of the NHS track and trace system. If there was one I wasn't told where it asked to do it. I was not at all happy with the service here although the food was ok. Won't be returning.

Honest it's aload of rubbish,to say the least! The food is gross the staff don't give a dam.A message to the owners how many more complaints do you need please wake up. How can I say the left foot does not know wot the right foot is doing,and who is in charge

A 25 minute wait and they still got it wrong. Some of the staff rushing around like headless chickens and others having cosy chats while irate customers queue. I ordered a two piece meal and got two measly wings. When I went back to the counter to ask them to change it they said I would have to wait another 20 minutes for the next batch of chicken. Chaos. There was no one in control. Why are they still operating??

Teníamos un cubo de ganga que era casi incomible. No había humedad en el pollo, por lo que era muy difícil comerlo. Comí con mi esposa. La comida fue deliciosa. No me di cuenta hasta que llegué a casa que me habían cobrado el doble. Los llamé hoy y me dijeron que no me reembolsarían el dinero porque no tengo el recibo del artículo. Creo que es repugnante que una empresa pueda tratar así a sus clientes. Voy a llevar esto más lejos, no lo dejaré pasar. El gerente de la tienda dijo que no recibiré un reembolso. Ya veremos sobre eso

Been here probably 4 times, and everytime I say to myself I’m never coming back, but tonight is the final straw, I’ve never witnessed a more shambolic way of running a simple drive through, I don’t blame the staff because at the end of the day they can only do what they’ve been trained to do! This mess is down to the people in charge! Waited 40-50 mins just to get to the front of the drive through, every car was being told to wait in the car park, they clearly are over run so I suggest they take their service off online apps as they can’t manage simple orders! I ended up waiting that long I ordered it online! Avoid at all costs

Evite este KFC, cuando entro en un KFC no espero mucho servicio al cliente o ser recibido por un restaurante limpio porque ninguno de ellos lo es. Sin embargo, he estado en este KFC probablemente una vez al mes desde su apertura y está empeorando. Literalmente, hacen todo en cámara lenta, no tengo idea de dónde encuentran a su personal, pero la mera falta de administración u orientación no está lejos de ser divertida. No importa lo que pidas, estarás esperando un mínimo de 10 minutos. Completa broma de un restaurante, la peor gestión imaginable.

Chicken and chips were cold took them back. Used to be lovely here gone down the pan .one bit if chicken was dry the other moist . Inconsistent of quality.

Nunca había conocido un servicio tan malo. Una espera de 1 hora por nuestra comida es solo el comienzo. Todo el personal necesita capacitación en higiene, servicio al cliente y solo sentido común y modales.Limpieza, bueno, ¿qué limpieza? El lugar estaba sucio. Contenedores desbordados, cosas por el suelo, mesas sucias, lúgubres.Tiempo de espera: 1 hora. Para una simple comida para llevar de 2 cajas individuales. No hay mucho más que decir sobre eso porque es impactante. El personal no nos dijo sobre la espera, no puso al día a nadie en la cola, se disculpó por la espera, fue sinceramente desconcertante. Me quedé en la puerta al final para que la gente supiera cuando entraban porque no querría que nadie más esperara una hora por un servicio tan impactante como este.Servicio al cliente: de nuevo impactante. Embarazoso. No tenían ni idea de lo que estaban haciendo.• Gritaron un número de pedido, el hombre se adelantó, pero luego no pudieron encontrar su pedido, así que lo dejaron allí parado otros 10 minutos sin hablar con él. Ya llevaba allí una hora.• Mi pedido finalmente estaba listo. Lo revisé antes de irme porque este lugar es conocido por estropear todos los pedidos. Faltaba la salsa, así que le pregunté al respecto y ella dijo: "Sí, no tenemos ninguna", ¿así que solo esperabas que me fuera y no me diera cuenta hasta que llegué a casa de que faltaba en mi pedido? En esta situación, le hace saber al cliente, se disculpa y ofrece una alternativa, no solo tratar de engañarlo. A la persona que nos seguía le faltaba salsa en su pedido y se la arrojaron sobre el mostrador sin que el miembro del personal dijera una palabra.• El gerente no era gerente. Un gerente administra el personal, el restaurante, el servicio al cliente y cualquier problema operativo. Cuando el gerente finalmente vino y respondió a una queja, ella no se disculpó, no mostró ningún entendimiento, solo tenía una mirada miserable en su rostro y dijo "lo estamos intentando" antes de volver a apagarse.La limpieza no es perdonable en absoluto, pero entiendo que estuvo ocupado y fue una experiencia estresante para el personal, pero cuando las cosas se ponen como una mierda, es el servicio al cliente lo que debería ahorrarle un poco al ser amable y brindar una experiencia positiva para clientes. En este caso, su servicio lo empeoró mucho.

Ordered chicken zinger salad, with salad NO DRESSING. ..server checked, yesi reinterated no dressing. Got home, covered in dressing. Drove back. Ok, so i was angry as the other meal is getting cold at home. Redone meal, got home and guess what, rice and covered in a red chutney 'stuff'. So now in bin. What is so hard about a plain chicken salad, WHAT !!!!!

Honestly the worst kfc in Norfolk. They need to hire new staff or just shut the whole thing down all together. Food is disgusting dry and flavourless. Need to sort it out majorly. I will NEVER be returning

The touch screen order system was laggy and slow. Waited over 15 minutes for food and the restaurant was really quiet. Staff's attitude was indifferent. Food was fair but you'd expect fresh and piping hot after a 15 minute wait. Restaurant was untidy, dirty tables and mess on the floors etc...

We had a takeaway from KFC on a Sunday night which was really good. We used the drive-thru which was quick and easy. The food was good and hot when we got home. See you soon

Waited for 50 mins for food, there lots of people waiting and the staff didn't seem to care. Who the heck is the manager as they really need to be sacked !!. Sorry for putting such a poor review, but something needs to be done as they're bringing the KFC name down !!

I dont think theirs been a time I've received the correct order. Ordered via just eat, so when I called to inform of mix up. The lady on the other end was rude, unhelpful and said its got nothing to do with us call just eat..... Oh dear! I'm not one to leave bad reviews but once or twice, I can understand, but every time?? That's just carelessness.

Dia-blooming-bollickal.... Length of time in drive through Q. 25 mins! Food ok, warm! No napkins No spoons with bean. Had to park up and go in to get what was not offered, ie sugar for coffee napkins and spoons(for beans) Just crap, warm and slow.

Wanted something quick to eat after long day at work, how could it go sooo wrong ordered a large meal received a small handful of cold stale chips, chicken fillet was dry and over cooked.

The worst KFC I have ever been to. Painfully slow, they only seem to have 2 members of staff. I had to wait 20 mins for my order, sitting in my car in the blazing sunshine on the hottest day of the year, food arrived with no apology for waiting, no salt, wipe, sauce, etc.

Shocked how slow service is. Staff seem to be on half speed even when not busy. Also had pink chicken once so won't go back sadly.

I went into the drive in tea time today there was three cars in front of me I waited 15 minutes just to place my order, it was lovely when first opened there was a sign up now recruiting staff so let's hope it in proves soon.

Event time I come to this kcf I have to wait about 30mins or more for my food. Currently 5 cars been served and waiting for their food while bumbling staff to to bring the right food to the right car. Sort it out.

Nice clean tidy place friendly staff quick to order no fuss and food piping hot even got the order correct

So been a while since we've been to this KFC but thought we'd give it another try.

Horrible food . All overly greasy and the place was a mess. The seats were dirty and covered in food. The walkway outside is covered in thick grease where the staff walk in and out to deliver food to peoples cars. Honestly this place should be shut down. Absolute disgrace!!!

waited ages to even be acknowledged. food was poor, tasted like it was left sitting around. And for a "fast food" chain it took way way too long and there was only 3 customers!!!

Went here last night, went through the drive-thru. At no point were we advised there would be a long wait for food. Went and parked up and sat there, and sat there and sat there. About half an hour later the girl arrived with our order. When I asked what took so long she replied "sorry nobody inside is helping me so it's just me to get these out" well I'm sorry but that's not my problem. I know you have to wait a short time but that was not FAST FOOD. as we sat there with the others waiting more cars were coming in. By the time we left the cars were backed up to the entrance to the drive-thru. Hope they weren't planning a FAST FOOD Service.

Just visited this KFC and not only was this the slowest experience but also the worst customer service ever. We arrived thirty minutes before it closed to order. We were still waiting 15mins later -our order had not arrived and we were told to start leaving as they were closing in five minutes. We informed them we had not received our order and a bolshy woman with glasses was quite rude to us. I was then told that I could not have my latte as 15mins before they close it goes into cleaning mode. There was no apology just rudeness.and we ordered well before 15 mins of closing so do not understand why this would affect us. We finally got our order and left - the box meal we ordered was disgusting and it was a dry piece of chicken in a bun - no cheese or any extras that was meant to come with it. A really terrible experience in this KFC - one to avoid.

Popped in there before Christmas 2018, asked if they did any veg options. The curt answer "no" was given. Charming.

It is very slow, unorganized and very unclean and women doing the food had her top covered in hairs and I think they hold be more organised and only take a certain amount of orders.

My god, can they not employ someone to go round and clean! Filthy tray, filthy floors didn’t dare go to toilets! Just drips serving, could see the bloke getting the chicken ready and decided I didn’t want anything,

We stopped off here after a very busy day as it was too late to cook. Staff were few on the ground and it took a while for our food to arrive. Picked our order up, got home ASAP and..... Only half the order inside! Hungry, with a family to feed, we had a mad dash to the local chippy to bulk out our order. Get yourselves sorted!

Terribly slow! Went in last night and placed order with machine. Checked our serving number and we were next in queue to be served. It took over 20 minutes to recieve our small order! We only ordered two popcorn chicken meals and they were cold. The restaurant wasn't even crowded. Never again.

Have been on a few occasions in the past couple of months and every time it seems slower. Seems to be just one woman doing absolutely everything on the drive thru and the next time when I went in despite there being a huge queue the staff were just standing around laughing doing nothing. I walked out after 5 mins as did 2 other groups in that time.

This is one of the worst KFC’s I’ve been in to, waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers. The actual food tastes ok but it is in no way fast!

Ordered a burger meal for one with no sauce, waited 30 minutes with no communication as to what the hold up was, I thought after that time they should have remembered no sauce, get home after all that time and I have sauce in my burger!

The food was fine but was not happy to discover the toilets in this restaurant are communal although individual toilets the washroom is enclosed and shared by both sexes there were no warni NG signs about this prior to entering the restaurant

Twice visited..poor service both times..incorrect dishes supplied on takeaways purchased..by the time we got home too late..should have learnt after first visit.

I give this KFC nil stars. This place is disgusting, the service is very bad unless your mother works here. The food is so awful that i would not even give it to pigs. I was such a big lover of KFC but never again will i eat such rubbish. If you value your health I suggest you give this place a very wide berth.

We came to have a quick bite to eat after a busy day. Arrived at drive through and there was only 3 cars, we thought fab we will fly through, little did we no this trip would end is 30mins before getting any food.

Appalling service at this KFC, the Colnel will be turning in his grave! Don't bother with the drive thru unless you have half an hour to waste. And don't expect to sit inside at a clean table. Clearly understaffed and the staff there are couldn't care less. Filthy restaurant, shocking from a major global company. They need some competition in the market, Chick-Fil-A perhaps?

When this kfc opened this year I used to use it regular on a Sunday tea time. At the drive in takeaway. But just recently the service is so slow. And the chicken pieces are getting smaller.

1) The counter staff were obviously understaffed and extremely rude to a customer. She was querying whether bacon was cooked with the chicken. When she asked who was serving, the staff member said ‘Me, but I’m busy!’ before walking away. There were long periods where the front counter was left unattended.

came in on Sat for what i was hoping would be a quick lunchtime visit , ended up taking 25 minutes to get 4 one piece snackboxes , dont know what the hold up was , but people were walking out , no apologies for delays.

When me and my wife went we were blatantly ignored by the staff servers who were on the counter even after shouting “Excuse me “ twice.

Went in at midday on a sunday . Very busy about 25 people all waiting . Ordered then waited nearly 25 mins for a chicken fillet burger and a coffee . Only 4 staff on . Dreadful dreadful dreadful

Slow every time we visit. 3 times now we’ve bought the dipper boxes and 3 times got home to find NO DIPS! Awful.

Literally takes 20 mins to get round, they serve one car at at time which includes the speaker machine and service.

Terrible ,went in Friday at 7.30 and they didn’t have any chips service was terrible they didn’t care about it, 3 rd time I have been and still no improvement, I thought it was teething problems when they first opened. But it’s a desaster

What can I say We visited KFC at sprowston and refused to order food due to the following the staff seemed happy to get away with overflowing bins, tables full of empty wrappers, half eaten dead chicken and bags of rubbish laying on the floor in front of the very counter that they serve you from is beyond belief. I am happy that we walked away but I have two regrets, one is that I never said anything and the other is that I didn’t take pictures to show the depth of my disgust.

Chips all over the floor in the kitchen area, dirt obvious on floors. Food service looked like it was being thrown into the bags. Slow service. Won’t be going again, health inspector should visit!

I have never eaten anywhere that was as dirty as what KFC Sprowston was. Food up walls, dirty floor, rubbish on stairs. Toilets that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks with layers of grime on sinks. Took my 4 yr old and baby and husband and we left feeling sick. Never going there again. Totally disgusting and gross!

I went into kfc drive through and waited ages just to place my order. I was at the order point and was asked to wait a minute and while waiting I could here the staff chatting away to them selves. And when I placed my order there was another delay receiving it.

We stopped here for a takeaway on Sunday night.

Soooooooooo sloooooow! Over 20 min wait for a fillet burger and 2 bits of chicken. Fillet burger was barely warm and came without lettuce and mayo! And also received 2 tiny pieces of chicken. How hard can it be to remember to 0ut mayo and lettuce in a fillet burger. The staff clearly couldn't give two hoots about customer service. Minimum wage should not mean minimum effort! If you don't like your job, go get another one! Don't take it out on my tea!

When we got it, the food was OK but it took such a long time to get it - over 17 minutes (I watched the timer on the order screens)

This is the 4th time I’ve been here and the service has been terrible each time. There is never enough staff and it takes FOREVER to get food. I’m writing this stuck in the drive through as they serve one person every 10 Minutes so I’ve been here 25 already and there’s 6 cars still in front, i Ant even er out of the queue and go elsewhere. It’s almost like they are cooking to order which, on a home football day especially, is just stupid. PLEASE SORT IT OUT.

Dirty The food was warm, the assistant wiped his running nose on his sleeve then picked up a packet of fries!! I couldn’t eat my food and found it difficult to tell staff as there was nobody around to complain Will not return EVER!!

with only one person waiting i thought a quick service, wrong! after 15 mins my chicken was paced in a bag, 10 mins later it still sat there waiting for the chips, I complained, what a waste of time, got a refund and went elsewhere, my advice don;t even go inm the place

I live KFC however unfortunately like every KFC I’ve ever been to they all have their own issues, unfortunately this one is no different, when it’s good it’s really good!

Food did not taste great, side order beans had a use by time of 16:45, I got them at 18:45! Standards seem very poor here. Do not think I will be returning.

It took ages to give an order at the drive through. Turns our the same person who takes orders also takes the money and hands you the food??? How’s one person meant to do 3 jobs. Obviously need more staff. I had to ask 3 times for a fork, got given serviettes instead, cause they were then trying to take the next order, had to call a member of staff through the window who was making drinks to get one.

This restaurant opened in January and from the start it is ridiculous how bad they are. Long waiting times, poorly trained staff and zero customer service.

Went here at 21:00 for something to eat on the way home. Appeared to be busy with lots and I mean lots of people waitng for food orders. Upstairs seating was blocked off, why? I don't like to sit in my car and eat, if I do then I would have gone through the drive thru! Placed order with very unfriendly woman at 21:06 and finally got the food at 21:45!!!!

In the drive through queue for over 30mins, then told there’s a 20 minute wait for chicken ........but you are trapped in the lane with no way of getting out.

waited over half an hour for the drive-through when I got home they had given me the completely wrong order which went down well with the three grandkids and the ex and the food we got was cold and undercooked will not go back again and strongly advise others to stay away.

I got a takeaway today 2pieces of chicken and colslaw.both the pieces of chicken were a nice size and hot and very tasty well done.

Well it's not fast food that's for sure. Waited 20 mins only to be told it's 20 min wait to be cooked. Crap going to chippy instead. Don't waste your time.

Brand new restaurant six months old.

For the duration of my visit to KFC today there was no cleaning taking place. Just one example of a table and the outside. The place was a mess. Had to walk over dropped food to a table yet the place wasn’t busy.

I know that KFC is not the best restaurant but this KFC is simply unacceptable. When we got there we were told there was a limited menu which was okay as it was just following the chicken "drought". Then we asked for tango and they said they didn't have it, so we thought okay sure whatever so instead we asked for a tea and they also didn't have this so we decided okay let's just have water but then THEY DIDN'T HAVE THAT. So asked to talk to the manager who was highly disrespectful and repeatedly turned away from us to roll her eyes which accompanied the other staff members who made rude faces. Overall this KFC has got to be the worst in Norfolk and you'd be better off going to McDonald's!

They always get everything wrong. On one occasion, the first question they asked was "are you eating in or taking away", we responded "taking away" and then they gave it to us on a tray to eat in SERIOUSLY!!!??? On another occasion, they gave our friend a burger with NO TOP BUN, like why would he need the bottom and not the top?? Aside from that, they haven't had krushems for way over a month. Sort it out bois.

Oh dear...... This place is a joke. We waited for 35 minutes to get our meal, with half of it sitting in the "warm" area for at least 15 minutes.
