This KFC should be shut down , wrong order given , less than half a portion of chips , cold and dry , poor service , do not go here unless you want a squirrel size portion for expensive cost !! Bad bad bad nothing good to say !!

Why did I not read the review first, 20 mins delivery turned I to 70 mins, it had been sitting around, before delivery. It was cold, not crip just sweaty, cost of £35 with £4.99 as service charge and delivery. Its a shame but never again

We went to order a takeaway inside ordering the meal was easy. While waiting part of a gentleman's meal was cold informed the staff no sorry about that. Left him waiting at the counter while the rest of his meal got cold . Our meal the fries where wrong instead of putting the bag on the hot top they left it on the side . I had to ask them to keep it warm. The staff need to be trained in customer service, everything seems to be to much trouble. The chicken is greasy not drained properly. If staff are approachable and friendly sometimes you can forget the little mistakes.

The manager is disgusting. He should be sacked. His behaviour towards drive thru customers is disturbing. Items missing and he leans through the window in an aggressive way to intimidate the disabled driver. He yells at the disabled driver and tells her to hurry up and move on. Food uncooked, items missing and an abusive manager.

Pot luck, fingers crossed, hoping, order from this company and you will need all the above, seat down for a treat with your family and you are guaranteed some of you won't be eating, you never get all you have ordered but you will get a refund for the food that is missing, really nice for the family members that go hungry, my advice is if you order from deliveroo check what's in the bag before giving the driver the number, anything missing send it all back and order from a fast food container that cares

RECKLESS. Ordered 2 vegan burger meals and got given chicken burgers. Being a busy family with a crying toddler in the back we didn't think to inspect that we'd been given fake or real meat we just trusted our order was right. Do not trust your Allergies have been considered here. Our burger had chicken, milk and egg in- we could have had a serious allergic reaction. I was given a refund after I pleaded my case but not even a sorry until I was visibly crying about greasing my veganism after 10 years. So upset and angry. I will be taking this further.

I went here on a busy lunchtime. The wings were nice but the chicken in the fillet burger was overcooked. I went on a Friday evening at 11pm thinking it would be packed with people leaving the pubs. The place was empty and the food I was served was vile. Overcooked chicken again, hardly any mayonnaise or salad in the burger and uneatable, soggy chips. God knows how long this food had been sitting there. I can now see why this place was empty at that time. Shockingly bad crappy food. Don’t waste your money.

The awful reviews. This is what you get from franchises. Cheap meat and eats. High profit, low quality. Money / profit is the only interest to the owners not customer satisfaction. Short term money maker, the business will hurt in the long run, Ive seen the reduction in attendance to these places. Dont get me wrong, I enjoyed take aways and fast foods in the past just as much as the other person in the street. The decline of Quality the increase in cost frustrated me..so.. I did the following: Difficult I know sometimes to cook as is a busy world and people dont have much time, so people rely on these places. Go out, buy your own good quality chicken/meat, get home and learn to cook yourself decent food. The food you will know where it came from, and you are cooking I expect in a hygienic environment. You will enjoy as you have the satisfaction you cooked it yourself, and had a much tastier and healthier meal. Ive lost 15kg in weight.. 😁

it's just not what you accept, the chicken is burned true. No ice in drinks , thear was so many issues with the food that I just trow all away!! Discarded of this place

Have visited here on a few occasions. Most times I have been there have been items missing from the order. Visited this month and the service was pretty dire. Staff at tills didn't smile, lack of a warm, friendly and genuine greeting. Some messy tables just ignored. Cannot fault the quality of the from most visits so that's a positive.

Been to this drive though twice and both times staff were very unhelpful and items not available that were advertised on a big sign outside Food area looked messy and staff were more interested in doing nothing rather than serving customers

We visited KFC Harlow retail park and ordered our food a family feast etc. when we got home we had no chips. I saw the woman check the food twice 🤬. So didn’t check it They should take more care it was about 6 miles away so too far to travel back and they do not answer their phones so I could complain I’m very unhappy it totally ruined our meals 🤬

How KFC can allow a franchisee such as this to continue to operate baffles me . Totally disorganised process of ordering and payment and the sight of the idiot at the collection window prompted me to cancel my order and get a refund . Avoid this place at all costs .

Went to KFC used the drive through around 4pm on a Sunday it was very quiet only about 4 vehicles in front. Order taken politely and drove round to pay and collect food this is where it started to go wrong - had to park up as no chicken was informed it would be 5 minutes, 15 minutes later when everyone who parked up after us had there food we were eventually given ours, ordered 2 fillet burger boxed meals which arrived with everything thrown into one very small paper bag with items missing. Went inside to get my missing items and the staff were so very very rude and with a couldn’t be bothered attitude every time I tried to speak to someone I was ignored. Eventually someone spoke to me and my missing items were handed over. Food cold and the chips were disgusting cold and undercooked. The beans which were missing were disgusting looked liked they had been there all day they were dry and stuck to the bottom of the pot in one lump, I looked for a use by time and there was nothing one on the pot, I’m not surprised!!!! All in all a complete waste of money. Never again!!!!

I called into the drive thru on Monday 7th June at approximately 1200, mid-day. I ordered a 6 piece bucket only. When we went to eat it we were very disappointed. The chicken was dry and the taste was lacking. I won’t be returning to this outlet. I notice the 28 reviews recorded a very low score. I’m not surprised.

Ordered here a few times and every time it either has missing items or wrong items. I don't bother anymore with this restaurant. Clearly they struggle to read the orders.

Very poor quality Chicken piece. The chicken piece. I am generally pretty strong and I can eat almost anything, but this thigh of jelly. Whether uncooked, or poorly cooked and just not a good quality breast or leg. It was more of a reprocessed inferior quality. Very disappointing as I reached home with luke warm fries, a not so warm Zinger Burger, (despite a five minute journey expecting to stay hot), the following morning I regretted the visit and certainly paid for it physically. I stopped going due to quality standards dropping, and after giving the benefit of the doubt, I would not try it again. I should have gone with my initial gut instinct....... Well that's where I suffered it. I would suggest to avoid at all cost!

I was waiting for place an order, no one here to take my order. There’s only a lady serving for delivery food. I think she is from Africa. She arguing and shouting with delivery driver not even mask on properly. After 15/20 mins she served me but her attitude is so rude. The way she talk just disgusting.

Fresh chicken. Very friendly team. Always happy to help and answer for extra questions. The food here is just fantastic

This was not a visit it was a delivery, the chips were disgusting and a very small portion the chicken was undercooked this was probably the worst kfc I have ever had , never again and may I also add no salt or pepper or serviettes

I was horrified to see that staff cooking food and serving had no face masks or gloves. Neither did customers indoors who were queuing for takeaways with no social distancing whatsoever.

Worst ever Waiting in line forever on my bike for them to say They won’t serve me because I’m on a motorbike and then got a friend to get it in they car and again a long wait then got the food just for it to be cold and smell funny Took it back and they would not give me a refund or give me new food. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

What a huge mistake - on my part. At 11.30 am before I started Christmas shopping, I ordered a 2 piece meal with a side of beans. When I saw the chicken in the hot cabinet I thought 'that doesn't look very nice but it was still served up by the 'professional' member of staff. The chicken was sooooo dry and the chips were cold, I went to leave but decided to take my tray to the counter and explain why i couldnt eat the food and was greeted with cocked head and an 'im sorry'. No offer of a replacement meal or a refund. I sat in my car for a couple of minutes, in full view of the restaurant door - and nothing!

This is as expected of a normal chain restaurant, all the same food, drink and service as expected. I would not have expected quality of any other standard

My wife went to the drive through in Edinburgh way , brought a bucket of chicken was ask about the sides asked for coleslaw and beans , was asked twice what we wanted, when she got home ended up coleslaw and sweet corn and had a large coke missing

Slow , rude, wrong order, one poor girl running around trying her best while the others moan. They clear the orders off the screen to keep the average time down before they are ready then forget they did it and leave people waiting ages until you ask for the food again and again.

This evening ordered and paid at 6.00pm. Delivery scheduled for 7.05pm did not arrive. 7.40 called to ask where delivery is - time changed to 7.50 Order did not arrive 8.05 called to ask where it is. Delivery changed to 8.15 delivery did not arrive. Called at 8.30 and customer service said order complete! Still no food,asked for a refund will not give suggesting I lied!!!!!Will be going to credit card company...money taken under false pretence. NEVER NEVER AGAIN be warned not worth hassle

Eat around once a month but it is always great quick service and there are always nice staff and very good price

Not for the first time have I been disappointed by this KFC. I had to wait about 25 minutes after ordering my food to actually collect it, far from fast food. This was after waiting in line to order for 15 mins. What is particularly irritating is the just eat orders that seem to have priority over everything else. My order was put to the back of the queue whilst theirs was fulfilled.

Absolutely awfull. Couldn't make this up.place was filthy dirty and there is a difference between being in a mess and being dirty.

Waited 10 minutes to be served, then another 15 minutes for the food which was then stone cold. I could see it sitting on the counter for ages. Told them to keep it & got my money back but not the half-hour of my life I wasted in there. Absolute chaos & appalling. I would give zero stars if I could. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

Always seems to be under staffed, Even in the school holidays. Unfortunately they water down the gravy here so its not like the normal kfc rich thick gravy, its more runny and tasteless. The till staff are doing their best here and arnt rude but generally over worked and not enough staff to cope from what i see.

Fast food? They ran out of chicken, but didn't bother telling those ordering. Kept us waiting half an hour for so called fast food. Service so crap it immeasureable.

Went to this KFC restaurant at Staple tye, Harlow, after waiting 20 minutes to be served I finally ordered my meal, they started to get the meal ready then started serving another customer while they waited for more chicken, my food sat on the side for approx 10 minutes, when they finally tried to give me my foot I pointed out they had forgot the twister. They then placed my food on the side where it sat for a further 5 min. I then asked if my food is not going to be cold? The girl behind the counter agreed and said she had got to do my whole order again. I then waited another 5 min while they got the chicken ready, they then run out of chips and my food sat for another 5 min while they cooked the chips, finally I got my food and was on my way.

What is going on here?? Both front and back is a shambles,had my meal wrong and 2 other people around me with wrong orders and then a dry tower with no sauce. Will go to another store next time

I am loathed to write this 'not so positive' review but every time I've been there and having grandchildren, it's a few times, they always get the order wrong!!

Today my family and i fancied one today on fathers day. the service was appaling, rude inexperienced staff. the chips were old and cold, they messed up the order again, missing drink, two missing sides and the burger was wrong, even though i asked them to check the order 4 times. absolutely useless and shocking food, will never use this restaurant again. i shall be telling people to avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Many times been in and they lack lots of stuff, overlooked as we love the chicken... 1st delivery paid more than £50 and the order was missing 2 cans of drink and sauses, salt, napkins...2nd delivery tonight when we were starving, we waited more than 1.5 hours to then call just eat and find out the order did not went in or KFC did not print it or whatever... rubish service....I think soon they will go bust....

What can I say no hash browns for a fillet tower meal no water only drink they had was coke ! Managed to burn the chicken and buns and got mayo in my meal when I asked 12 times that I can’t eat it . Chips old and rubbery. Wish I’d gone to potter street . Never again . And please get some English speaking staff

Well this restaurant should be shut down as been in this evening and found that they had no napkins,wet wipes, mayonnaise, hash browns, and spoons. This restaurant is a joke and won’t be back. More customers walking out than ordering food.

Terrible customer service to start with! I payed for my food, they then said they didn't have the correct change, so I was short changed, I said they couldn't do that and they again said they didn't have the correct coins! They also got the order wrong and charged me for something I never even got! I will never be going back there and il also let people know!

Este es un útil y KFC gran lugar aquí para comer, especialmente si te gusta así, también es más útil que tiene un coche y la comida es muy sabrosa.

Una experiencia tan mal! Fuimos a la drive thru con 2 hambrientos de los niños en la parte trasera. Cuando pedimos veloz tiempo de la señora seguía diciendo que esperar 2 minutos que tardaron años coches en la parte trasera estaban haciendo pensar que estamos impacientes basura la gente que no la orden a través de la máquina gracias por que la etiqueta del KFC. Por último, tiempo de orden y de orden fue tomada equivocadamente por supuesto supongo que la señora antes dio su orden era perder completamente! Así que de nuevo nos fuimos a través del drive thru no molesta en absoluto porque cuando nos recoge nuestro pedido inicialmente teníamos la idea de lo que estaba ocurriendo. Se parece a la persona tomar la orden es en realidad nosotros el manejo de la orden. Para rematar del auricular llevaba parece un poco defectuoso. creo que usted quisiera su gerente debería estar en su lugar ese día, obviamente, había una falta de personal que el director debería considerar especialmente cuando hay ofertas de ganga. La segunda vez me pide que espere 5 minutos ya que funcionan fuera de Buritoes. Bien no por mi culpa que inicialmente el pedido, y ahora que mis hijos y comida socio aquí no quiero comer una comida fría, así que opté por la elección equivocada, que no estaba interesado en tener. Gracias por la amable señora que nos mis hijos algunos pop pollo como un buen gesto, pero en verdad que será bueno si tienes más personal. He estado tres veces en los últimos dos años por llevar y cada vez que el pedido ha sido equivocado. Incluso cuando destacando cosas que eran incorrectas en los pedidos y recordándoles que no olvides, elementos siguen estando fuera.

Very disappointed, there was 5 of us, spent £22 and most of the food had to go in the bin as it was discusting, chips were manky, we had 2 kids with us who are 4 and 3 and even they wouldn't touch it, last time we will go there, should of gone to McDonald's

I went to the drive thru to get a kids meal. They didn't ask what drink i wanted then gave me the wrong food. The staff member was rude. Only person at the drive thru but took ages to get served. I mean what are they doing?

A nice visit on a Sunday evening! Apart from the small cramped car park! The visit was good!The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was hot and very nice!We find KFC suits all the family requirements, offers good value for money and fills every hunger compared to other major fast food chains!Highly recommended!

My friend and i had it as a meal we both had nice size chicken and it taste good and not stale.She had coleslaw and i had sweetcorn We ate in the shop and the service was helpfull.

Food is always lovely, can never fault KFC food. Orders are always correct and out in no time at all, never had a problem with them. Would recommend if ur a chicken lover.

Drive thru? better off driving passed! Everytime I go there they get it wrong. They have gotten away with this twice before but today they tried to sell me someone else's order and tell us we got it wrong!!!With people now beeping, after this they eventually gave us a refund for the over payment on the wrong order, gave us our order - which they still got slightly wrong again! (no gravy but pop corn instead).Chips were stone cold too - not worth the money :(

6 piece bargain bucket was just awful. Chips were starchy and horrid tasting. Chicken was heavy to digest. This place is to be avoided. Ours went in the bin total waste of money

Sorry, I don't usually leave negative reviews but today's food/service compelled me to. Our order is 'Always' wrong. Absolutely disgusting food and service. The chicken is dry and tasteless, the chips are dry and old, the corn on the cob was brown had holes in it and was off, I spat it out. We drove back to the store today and got a refund it was that bad. Do not eat here.
