Worst KFC or fast food place that I have found E.G this visit ordered fillet tower Meal with a Pepsi and a original wrap What you get is a piece of chicken with a slice of lettuce in between two bits of bread half solid, half liquid gravy and a wrap but they couldn’t wrap up properly and the Pepsi was only half full and that’s with ice. Absolute joke this place

KFC have changed their fries to signature fries too spicey they need to offer a choice, my husband took one bite and had to spit it out!!! Why have they changed something thats worked for so long? He also had a 4 piece chicken meal and it came with 4 drumsticks no variety at all, will not be rushing back such a shame as we have enjoyed this KFC for a long time. 😓

Can't get ice cream dessert here they just said we are a franchise and don't do the menu as stated by KFC so if that's the case why have a menu

The car park is infested with rats running around whatever time you go the restaurant is always filthy food all over the floor

10 piece bargain bucket and 7 were drum sticks I think that is really poor, just lost a future customer as I have recently moved to the area when things are tough out there and you feel like you’ve been cheated out of a family treat

Been here a handful of times and the restaurant is always filthy with poor customer service. The last visit I made will be my final as I ended up getting food poisoning from here and also heard another couple had it from this restaurant too a week and a half prior to me. I was in a terrible shape after eating here, sick multiple times and spent the best part of two days weak with no energy, spilling my guts on the toilet. Don’t take the risk of eating here.

Ordered over Deliveroo. The food was terrible. Cold food is never a good start. It all tasted stale and old. Will not be ordering from here again.

After 2 years of various bad experiences thought id try kfc again. Saturday early evening so expected to be busy. Only customer there ordered drive through, asked to park in waiting way . 10 mins passed chap appears at car empy handed to say the chicken takes 15 mins to cook from now. So almost half an hour for fast food, didnt wait. Prob lucky escape judging by there clean rating

I waited for 10 minutes at the speaker to order then drove around assuming it was out of order to be told that i needed to drive around and join the que again as they are unable to take orders at the window. Massively understaffed and terrible franchise of a KFC . Dont Waste Your time here .

0 if i could rate it 0 i would, there was one guy shouting from front of house to back of house. waited 30 mins for one meal and they was very short staffed about 3 of them. all the tables was dirty and they was rude

Not sure whats going on here. Staff are nice but there is no team spirit - surely essential in a fast food restaurant? The foods OK - but not as good as other KFC's - i'm only taking about the actual chicken pieces here - the rice boxes, wraps and burgers are fine - but I go there for my chicken bucket and for some reason the chicken is not up to KFC standard - often cold, hard and dry. The restaurant just has a grubby feel so we only go for the drive through these days,

I have been 4or5 times in that particular kfc And I swear every single time I had item missing or is the corn or the chicken popcorn,... literally unbelievable and rude staff behaving like if they don’t want to be there

Stopped off after a long journey home. Staff on till looked fed up but did apologise for the length of time it took before taking our order. Food was fine and nice and hot but the restaurant had food on the floor and was hard to find a table that had been cleaned. Need to get the basics of friendly service and cleaner eating area right and it would be much better.

My wife & I don't really visit 'fast food' outlets that often, but she's always been partial to the occasional KFC chicken-on-the-bone and have visited the Sudbury outlet 6 to 8 times a year. Staff are invariably friendly & welcoming (especially when Diana & her crew are in evidence!). The restaurant & toilets are always spotless and we've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for our food. Over the years, we've been to several other KFC outlets in the area and none of them have reached anywhere near the high standard exhibited by the Sudbury branch. Simply the best for service & food!

Rude staff, petulant mumbling not concerned about customers. Customer facing staff need to be polite! Food was poor, chicken very greasy and chips dry and tasteless. I won’t be using KFC in Sudbury again!

Went in after a long journey back from holiday. Wasn't sure on a particular item so was thinking what sauce to order and got the distinct impression the guy behind the desk thought I was some sort of idiot. Really grumpy as though I was holding him up from doing something far more important than serving a customer. It's not like they were busy, we were the only ones in the restaurant !!!Food was fine just the service wasn't.

Food was fine (it's KFC, chicken will always be good) but was told by a staff member that our custom was "inconvenient" and that we were preventing him from doing more important things by ordering our food. Every food request was met with a sigh and a dissaproving look. Perhaps staff need a little more guidance on how to treat customers properly

I’ve had several occasions when I’ve come away from this restaurant disgusted. Now I’m finally deciding to drive the extra and go to the Colchester one! Rude, cocky, ignorant staff! Making me feel bad for wanting to add extra sides and stating the meal already comes with them, then saying the sauces will be in the bag and they’ll bring it to the bay, nope! Nothing in the bag but our food that I can only be described as thrown in! Will not return to this restaurant!!!

Popped in drive thru between jobs for a quick bite and drink. Staff are curtious and friendly. Service was good for standard chicken burger meal with coke. Had the coffee before so I don't order it anymore, once was enough. Burger was spot on and very good, pity about the soft chips.Would visit again but just for chicken burger and soft drink.

We have not had a KFC for years and post Christmas weekend relaxing day called for an easy, hot lunch. To be fair, the chicken itself tasted ok but it was Luke warm and the coating was a huge disappointment. What has happened to the crispy, spicy delicious coating?? It was soggy, flavourless and very disappointing. Not that they are losing regular customers by any means but I think I have had my last KFCOn a positive note, although also cold, I really enjoyed the chips!

Fancied a quick chicken burger today after shopping and popped into KFC in Sudbury. Ordered cheese and bacon burger x 2. Told they had run out of bacon, so I accepted the offer of double cheese instead. What side orders did we want? One sweetcorn and one coleslaw please. We've run out of sweetcorn. You can have either coleslaw or gravy. Oh. OK then, 2 coleslaws please. And drinks? 2 diet Pepsi please. Drinks were handed over and I was told 'we've run out of diet Pepsi - these are normal'. At this point I did, quite calmly considering, say that this was a joke as they had run out of everything. Whilst waiting for my order, I heard them admit they had also run out of pound coins. The loooong wait produced 2 cold chicken fillet burgers which were really not appetising at all. It will be a very long time before I venture back ...
