K F C in Huntingdonshire

The fillet burger was cold, limp and the sauce was like vinegar. Also, had a piece of chicken which was dry and tasteless now I know why I never have fast food

Chicken is supposed to be crispy- it was limp and almost wet inside. Ordered a variety bucket and what a disappointment. Also, Toilet dirty. Bins full. Not coming here again.

We use this KFC regularly to exchange our dogs. On the last visit on 09/08/2023 that lasted 1 hour and 12 minutes we were later presented with a parking fine with an early payment of £60.00. I contacted KFC to firstly complain that no mention of the parking from free 90 mins to 60mins had recently taken place. Secondly, that we waited just over 20 minutes to receive our order and thirdly, if they could talk to the parking regulators that we were a true patron of their business on that day. Well, it all fell on deaf ears and they did not help at all. Well, what I can say is that we will NEVER be going back there again as a result of this stupid parking fine and 60 minutes free is beyond a joke when using the premises there. The area will no doubt lose money as I am sure we will not be the only ones never returning until the parking is sorted. I am refusing to pay the fine as this is an absolute joke!!!!!!

I have to use this KFC as it is the only one close to where I live. If there was an alternative then I'd definitely use it. Bins outside and in are invariably overflowing and tables often strewn with debris left by others that has not been cleared. Hit and miss as to whether the interactive ordering screens work. When you get the food (after painfully slow service and checking they've included everything you've ordered-which is a rarity) it actually tastes quite good. Shame:used to be an ok place but is in sad decline.

Arrived, ordered food, could not sit down, tables overflowing with old food, cartons, mess everywhere. Never seen anything like it, chicken bones , sauce everywhere, you'd think been a big fight. Very unhygienic

WORST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO VISIT. The floor was dirty and sticky - it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The staff are NOT there to help you. I asked for a printed receipt and they tried to fob me off with a receipt for a completely different order. The member of staff in question, couldn't give a stuff.

Second in drive through queue and it took ONE HOUR to get order, then chips were cold, warm chicken. Girl at food window couldn’t care less when I explained long wait time. Fast food?…. Quicker to cook at home. Avoid at all costs and go to takeaways across the road. True fast foods.

Absolutely disgusted with this kfc. How hard is it to cook the food? Chips were still frozen in the middle, my burger looked as though it had been launched around the kitchen before being served to me. They never have all sides to offer, the staff are immature and rude. Management have no training!! I would avoid at all costs. The place needs to be shut down and everyone retrained. Unfortunately this is the worst KFC I have been too. Service is indifferent and the quality of the chicken was poor, seemed it had lain in the warm plate for a while before being served, certainly not freshly cooked.
