Very slow service, food cold, chips soggy, tables dirty and sticky, prices gone up! A young lad taking orders spoke way too fast with no enthusiasm at all and got my order wrong. I was shocked to witness the way a male manager spoke to a lad infront of staff and customers, rude with a bad attitude. You are employing inexperienced kids yet expect perfection, no chance! But this does not give you the right to belittle your staff, what a great role model you are, stand proud Sir!!!

Ordered a cheese stack regular meal via drive through, the burger and fries were stone cold on 27.01.2024 @ 00:42. The frappe was nice.

Very poor service with a long waiting time in a empty restaurant,staff was very unhelpful and not polite.

Absolutely appalling. Soggy chips. Got my wrap wrong. About three Oreo pieces in McFlurry. Absolutely shocking.

Took over 40 min to get order then to be told the order has gone had to reorder and wait even longer

The restaurant was temporarily closed so had to go through drive through. Didn’t get my straw for my drink. Absolutely love the lotus McFlurry

The food here is terrible. Always cold and items missing. Most of the staff are rude and clearly undertrained. I do shift work so don't have much options for food, I always give this place a last chance and they mess up every time. Thank god for the young lad Cain that works there. He was so helpful and polite. I asked his name and told him I would leave a review as he deserves some recognition for his hard work. Hurry up and give this kid a promotion. And while you are at it train the rest of your team!!

When I was waiting for food yesterday a member off staff was rudly shouting out to people on orders, there was x2 Philippino sea Ferrers waiting for their orders, when he went to the counter she was further more rude and I felt for the man as he felt embarrassed by her tone. Whilst she was serving him, another man came to the till ( I belive to ask for sauce) and she was also rude to him in her tone and said carnt you see im serving go away. I'm a nurse and I felt her attitude was highly disappointing, they may have been busy which I appreciate but kindness comes in all forms, if people carnt understand that communication may be a barrier for some then they shouldn't be working in this environment. I did however speak to these gentlemen as they sat close to me and they had never been in a Mcdonalds before and vowed to never again. Wow what a 1st time experience they had not only in McDs but in the UK. Well done to that member of staff with the attitude.

Lunch on 14/10/21. Please train your staff. Yes you do offer table service when you order on your mobile. No I don't need to get up and get a number from the food ordering machines. Yes I would like a full portion of fries. Yes I would like dips (which were ordered) with my 5 selects. Yes I would like my food on a tray when I am eating in and not in a take away bag. If you could provide me with napkins that would be appreciated. The offer of sauces and sugar with my coffee would also be appreciated. Terrible place.

3rd order this week thought it would be better... order fillet o fish meal again an I promise u the fillet was older then my nan.... AVOID AVOID frys was colder then the South Pole. Its a joke im never ordering from this McDonald's again in my life. 3 times in a week isn't just bad luck its selling me your old stuff.

Repeatedly recieved incomplete delivery orders, I'm sorry but it isnt hard to check items off the receipt to ensure they are all there !!!!!!

Ordered through drive through... parked up took 1 bite of a chip... stone cold, partner tried his wrap stone cold. We went to entrance and a rude supervisor ,didn't even let us talk. Wont b going back in a hurry

Disgusted by the attitude demonstrated by a member of staff today. For goodness sake don't ask for something that is not strictly on the menu as the RUDE woman I saw today spoke to me like I was a total idiot who could not comprehend English without her speaking to me like a robotic moron. Having been told 5 times that "we - do - not - serve - brown - sauce" and my explaining 5 times that it had never been an issue in the past, she grabbed my food and stomped off with it, returning moments later with brown sauce added...not too difficult to do but obviously well out her comfort zone actually fulfilling a customers order to their specification. Why she is working in a customer service roll with that attitude Goodness only knows!

My mum and I nipped in for a quick bite just after going to Asda's. Our food turned up and mum was already sat at a table, nearest to the tills. Upon taken out our meals, the food was stone cold (the chips at the bottom were just about lukewarm). My sugars had dropped quite low and needed food then and there, so just started to eat, whereas my mum had taken back her cold Chicken Selects and chips, to ask for hotter ones. She works in a local McDonald's, and knows the food isn't supposed to be cold. A manager took back her selects and handed her a box of once again, cold ones and another set of chips - COLD. She asked for them to be changed again, for preferably hot ones. The manager huffed, rolled his eyes and snatched the items from her hands. At this point, I'm stood beside her after watching his reactions. I was appalled. We were told to sit and the food would be brought over to us. I didn't end up finishing my meal because the chips were past the point of hardening from the coldness of them. The lad who was bringing the food over, asked the manager where they were going to which he spat 'she's over there' and so he handled the food over to us. Not with the tray they were first returned on? Surely that's a policy. We thanked the lad, and my mum was happy for her hot food. Now, I completely understand that McDonald's is a FAST food restaurant, but in no way should my mum have been treated like that, regardless of where she was. I was appalled that it was also by a manager. We will not be returning back here, and we'll go grab a bit of grub elsewhere.

since being up graded.it is the worst place I HAVE BEEN TO.TOOK ages for the meal to come. one family had been forgotten all together. No customer service. cold food. totally crap service. fries I THINK I could count on one hand. 6 chicken nugget meal got 4. would not go there again.

Absolutely disgusting my partner brought a big Mac. When he got home and started eating found a pubic hair. Took it back no apologies said they would give him £3:00, for the burger never mind that he brought four meals and after a discover like that everyone's meal was ruined. Customer service is shocking will not be going here again.

We popped in after child’s football ordered at the drive through got to where you collect the food and drinks there was 2 cokes was told haven’t got any then asked for sprite guess what haven’t got sprite was told we can have milkshake instead so asked for 1 milkshake and 1 Coke Zero I then questioned the sugar tax I was charged for the 2 cokes they thought that was fine I then asked to see manager which she came out and said they have coke now and that milkshake that we didn’t want in the first place we wanted coke is dearer so that the sugar tax covered the extra price for the milkshake. I found the manager very rude, and not approachable at all.

I had just finished a 14hr day in my truck and was parking in our Tilbury depot for the night so I figured a quick visit to McDonald's was my best bet for a quick meal...WRONG!!.Went to the drive-thru, ordered a large 5 piece chicken select meal with 2 dips and large coffee....got back to my truck (only a 5 minute drive), opened the meal to find no dips, cold fries and coffee an inch below the full mark...I have to be up at 0500 so did not go back but have sent an email to customer services.Thats one branch of McDonald's I shan't be using again...the service is as miserable as the local scenery around the docks!.

Popped in for a quick breakfast... Filthy, shabby, rude took 10 mins to get a bacon roll. Staff too busy chatting and lingering. Worst one ice ever been too.

The food ok always busy and seem like not enough staff , team. Are Friendly , car park bit tight , think they need to have veggie wrap offer along with veggie bun

I went there before I was like here , one time I want chicken legand it's was so bad about chicken I couldn't chew,tough chicken and I want change. I sad to staf they changed. Second time I went and I want chicken legand again but I sad fresh pls. Staf is laughing I was very disturbed but they did Fresh and I ate. and last night I want again chicken legand but I don't say fresh because last time they laugh.i start eat its was so bad and I couldn't chew stale chicken.i didn't say nothing and I went home. Really really I never go again this place.

Went through the drive-through for breakfast,service was quick only downside is there was no jam for my bagel and the hash browns were really greasy! You get what you pay for with any mcdonalds.

No es mi sitio favorito para comer, pero el lugar es generalmente limpias y ordenadas, la comida es correcta y siempre hay lápices para mi hija. La última vez que fuimos una de las niñas era muy agradable, para conseguir algunas cosas dibujo para mis niñas y sus amigos, así que les dan un 3, pero mis hijas probablemente daría un 5.

I placed a large breakfast order, first of all the girl on the drive through forgot our orange juices. Then when we got home she had forgotten a sausage egg mcmuffin!! Lesson learnt yet again that all orders should be checked at this one and they need some customer service training.
