Chicken Station in Thurrock

chicken bit overcooked but can live with that. chips ok. drinks not delivered. had to walk out to street to get it. delivery guy parked on the street and phoned me to get out to get it. he wasn’t bothered to deliver to 1st floor.

Fast Delivery, 1/4 pounder Burger meal was as good as it always is, Chicken Station always does great food, I'm very happy with my meal, Thanks

The chicken was very greasy and clod the chips were like cardboard. The beans were freezing. The best thing about it was the bottle of pepsi

They said the chicken was fresh, but it was dry and hard. Asked for a normal chicken burger but they gave me a chicken strip burger. The chips felt like it was a day old. Good service but food was mid. Go to Favourites or metros. Never ordering from here again.

Asked for a chicken burger and got strips witch was hard and dry and the chicken on the bone was pink wouldn’t eat from there again wasted had to throw it away

Its alright and can be enjoyed, but since new shops opening locally unfortunately this doesn’t compare

Didn’t end up ordering from here because of the terrible customer service. Rude staff, hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional! If I could give zero starts I would.

SO FAR THE WORST SHOP TO GET CHICKEN I’ve ordered wings from there and all wings were under cooked and smells really bad. Never ever ordering from here again Btw they don’t even deserve 1 star

Watched as my order was being prepared. They handled raw beef from another customer, and did not wash their hands, or put gloves on before handling the tortilla for my wrap. If the risk of food poisoning and cross contamination sounds good to you, feel free to eat here, but the second I left I threw my food away over eating it because it wasn’t worth the risk.

Don’t order from here! They have tendency to miss items out of your order and won’t try to replace or offer refund they will try and scam you into store credits which probably won’t be remembered! And if you order thru Uber eats they try and say that there is nothing they can do and that it’s outside of their policy! Just a heads up!

Dont not order from here so unprofessional! Website is terrible... take your order & comfirm via email to then have no record of order. The website states delivery up to 20:00 but then told 1900 on the phone. Make it up as they go

The chicken was amazing everything arrived hot and early!! Super impressed with this place- keep it up!!!!

They don’t have any halal certificate when you asked them they say is shiria law meat when you Google it nothing you can find about it. Owner should be more clear providing the info thanks

I wanted to visit favourite chicken shop but the family suggested chicken station. Food was good the man behind the counter rude with attitude I had to even ask him for the kids drink he wasn’t planning on giving it to me . Good thing I looked at the menu. Will give them another try however if I’m greeted the same way I’ll never go back again.

Went yesterday, the guy who served me seems like he’s got no life in him, the quality of the food is too much salt, even the slush that I bought was rubbish. I dint see any good quality apart from the drinks they serve. They need to work on getting positive personality, serve efficiently and improve on their salty fried food

I've ordered a couple of items from this place and all I can say that the food is good and tasty, and the staff is polite. Can't say nothing against this place.

Ordered two doner and chips expecting lamb and got some off cuts off chicken that are vile no idea what’s gone on here but won’t be ordering again

Awesome food. The gentleman I was served by was amazing and all the food I had was pleasant. Wings/chicken piece/ tower burger/chips all delicious and he gave me an extra bit of chicken as it was nearing closing time. I definitely recommend this place and would happily go again!

First time ordering with shop. Food was hot, on time and tasted great. The only down side was the pots of sauce containing both ketchup and mayo together. I have some fussy eaters and unfortunately these went straight in the bin ... but we were given them free so no big problem. Will definitely be ordering again!!

The food was not great today which was disappointing the chicken wings were pink inside which had to be binned not a happy customer!

Ordered 3 burger meal deals and 10pc chicken wings. Received the burgers and instead of chicken wings got 2pc chicken and chips. The email to contact doesnt work. Called the number numerous times and no one picks up.

All chicken served is halal certified. Serves additional not halal beef and veggie burgers. There are no dining seating areas. Although seating is provided.

Great local food place. Lovely food. Great customer service. Actually thought we would never try this place when they first opened and now it's the only place we will get chicken and chips from! They sell the most amazing chicken burgers! Really good prices too. And food is always fresh.

Thank god u guys are open. This is my everyday food station now. Hot wings are out of the world. Very Helpful staffs. Always seen two guys help to make it quick as their possible. Never disappointed with the service. Despite that I would suggested them to add some more variety on their menu.

Absoloute rubbish service from the main guy. Despite that they advertise closing time at 09.00, they always close before. The guy is rude as anything. It is a shame the food is not bad but the service makes the food not worthSxxx Guy needs to leave grays
