The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East of England

There originals tonight from this brunch was horrible, seemed burnt and very oily. I would not recommend to friends and family. This was by far a really bad experience with a fast food restaurant and KFC Ipswich should have someone to oversee and correct the cooking timings. Would not recommend.

Terrible packing for our Wicked Variety Bucket.Product looks like it was just thrown in without considering that as a sharer we might like to identify each element.Poor customer service too.What a waste of £25 hard earned pounds

Messed up order and rude service! Instead of correcting my order or offering to bring it over to me was told I was wrong and had not ordered it! Zero for customer service!

Delivery really late hasnt yet and i ordered 2hrs ago and it is no 4 in the morning uncle frank was rude and did not give me an update on my order DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I JUST WANT MY PIZZA

The usual KFC, no better or worse than the many I’ve tried. Tables with litter left on it, but someone does come round to tidy up after a while

We ordered two meals a week ago at The Martlesham Heath KFC. We clearly stated no sauces on both (twice) but when we got the items and drove off. We had to take the items back. There seems to be a lot of young teenagers in that branch and we are very happy for young kids to be working and gain experience but they do not seem to be properly supervised or trained well. Four days ago, we went back to the same branch and ordered two wraps ( simple, easy, just two wraps) we spent nearly 10 minutes between ordering to get our wrap and guess what... the chicken was cold. After 5 minutes of waiting for food, one young man came to the window and without saying anything, closed the windows in our face and not even an apology was offered or to say that the food will be delayed. We complained to the young Manager and she ensured another two wraps were made, but guess what.... the chicken was barely warm. We wont be re-attending.

If I could’ve given 0 stars I would’ve. We had A 2 hour wait when recommended 30-50 mins and a complete Lack of communication when we rung to see where the food was. We were told it would arrive within 2-3 minutes which led to a further 20 minute wait. The food was vile. I wouldn’t have fed it to my dog. The wrap had clearly been cooked hours before, it had chewy inedible chicken and was wrapped in paper that was completely stuck to the wrap to the point we couldn’t separate the two to eat it. The juices were leaking through the wrap, through the paper and through the foil packaging which I’m sure is not normal. Absolutely disgusting I would not recommend.

Used the drive thru on a Saturday at 3pm, ordered 2x large coleslaw got cobettes instead. Ordered vegan burger was so dry, worst one I’ve ever had. Come on kfc sort yourselves out!!!

So slow, expect at least a 30 minute wait for food. Food is pretty good though. Sitting in the drive through this time, thinking it'll be quicker than walk in. Not to be.

A truly woeful joint. The staff seem to be law unto themselves. Today at the drive thru, there was nobody manning the order point and nobody in the cubicle before the collection point. So I drove round to the collection point to be told that I had to drive round again to the order point. Not wanting to be difficult I got out and went in to place the order. The staff who gave me the food shoved the food into my hand almost angrily... The food itself was salty and almost uneatable. KFC Waltham X is to be avoided at all costs.

Consistently the worst branch inside in the uk. SO slow. Not busy but still have to wait ages for the most basic of orders. Seems to have the worst management Ive ever seen. Zero leadership. Kids working there with no idea what they should be doing or how one of these places is supposed to be run. Food often cold and wrong orders given. Fast food. Not a chance at this place.

extremely rude member of staff on the phone my friend who has a disability phoned up and they put the phone down and refused to pick up the phone

not impressed at all, first order and will never order again from them. website was good, got our fodo about 40mins later and they had forgot the crispy mushrooms, chesse sticks were cold as were the chips, so i thought id eat what we could then call them afterwards. dopey girl on the phone talking to the manager but i could here her, and the manager in the background saying "what does he want me to do now, its 30 mins after the food has been delivered'' i said i wanted to eat my luke warm food before calling. he said i will give them to you next time, i said no i want a refund and he said have to send the driver with cash, all 3.25 of it! amaziing customer service. first and the last order i still have the taste of grease in my mouth. spent jsut under forty pound and feel ripped off with it, its bascially the burger van food on the side of the road. avoid or you will end up like me
