KFC Roaring Meg in Stevenage

Disappointed with the manager/cashier's attitude when I requested tomato sauce as none were supplied when I collected our family bucket order, reluctantly I was given only 3 satchels for a family 4 and I had to pay for extra satchets. Also only one tray was given, when I requested 3 extra trays his response was not what I expected for loyal customer who has been coming to this branch for many years. Good bye to this branch of KFC

The usual KFC, no better or worse than the many I’ve tried. Tables with litter left on it, but someone does come round to tidy up after a while

For some reason they just don’t seem to be able to get the food right at this franchise. Over and over, things are missing, short supplied or prepared poorly. Ordered two meals and neither had a satisfactory amount of chips and both were missing things in the burgers. Gravy was like water, not the quality you expect from the brand. Need to remind myself to avoid and drive a bit further up to the Leisure Park!

I have been here so many times and almost every single time they have messed up my order. The chips are usually burnt and the chicken gravy is almost always runny, thats if its actually there. The portion size is tiny compared to other KFC’s, this is honestly the worst KFC ive ever been to.
