it was fooking freezing love did you cook it??

Going back to the old McDonalds habit of not delivering dips, even the ones I paid for:(

missing a burger and drinks were a strange mix of diet coke and something else I have allergies and the drink we think it was was Berry oasis

my food was freezing cold which i had to heat up in my micro and the got the order wrong to i dont like tomatoes so I ask if they could remove it and the salad when it came it had all still in it so not rreally happy

Food was cold when it finally arrived 20 minutes late and was missing 9 chicken selects and all the dips. Not impressed!

Only delivered half of my order

Wrong sauces sent, no napkins. Food was hot though which was good.

Awful service, order all the time and never have a problem but tonight food took so long by the time it arrived it was stone cold. All went in the bin and customer service will not refund!!!!

Absolute rubbish, yesterdays chips, didn’t send the sauce for selects yet again. How hard is it to put some sauce in a bag to complete and order. Bunch of kids unable to read receipts. This is beginning of the end of our youth

Estimated delivery time was 25 - 45 minutes when ordering. Food arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later, was cold and missing items

Ordered 3 mcflurries but was given 3 portions of fries instead

Why do never send syrup with pancakes it’s a joke no milk with tea or sugar your service is really slacking

Unless you want a high risk of receiving the complete wrong order, don’t even bother! Couldn’t have got the simplest of orders (for one person) any more wrong. Even then, absolutely inedible as it felt like it’d just come out of the fridge. Completely avoid!!

After waiting 2 HOURS!!! We were missing most of our food!! This McDonald’s has been a nightmare! Children hungry yet they don’t answer their phones!!

The food was delivered almost an hour after it was ordered. The fries were cold and the triple cheeseburger was in between warm and cold too. Despicable. The delivery itself should not be taking this long. Needs improving the next time I order.

I wish just eat delivery drivers would actually follow delivery instructions. I'm tired of having someone look back at me stupidly when I tell them they messed up. it's not hard to call when outside.

App stated that the food was being prepared courier was in the store for over 30 minutes before it was on its way. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold to the point that the fries felt like they'd been in the fridge.

Delivery driver told us "it's not my problem if you've got the wrong order, even if that's the case and you don't accept the order, I'll just chuck it in the bin!! Literally none of the order was right!!! No good turned up at all and the drinks were wrong!!

really disappointed with my it's the order every day instead of my chilled chocolate milkshake i ended up with a small tub of vanilla ice cream not best pleased I'd rather you had called me to to let me know rather than just deliver it to me very disappointed I'll order else where next time Mr.TJ..

Delivery time kept being pushed back, and overall was another 20 minutes after first eta given. Food was freezing cold and all over the inside of the bag.

The delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes and the food was cold and I asked for a Coke Zero and got a full fat and I’m and diabetic so I do wanna refund

Placed my order at 5:36pm and arrived at 8:56 absolutely disgusted with this arrived stone cold and inedible

Food was so cold it was hard. When putting in the review was given £1.80 for a £12order that was inedible and went in the bin.

You can no longer be classed as a “fast food” establishment I’m afraid, 1 hour and 30 mins for a couple of muffins is a joke, delivery driver at restaurant for 30 mins waiting, poor bloke.

how can you have an order of 2 wraps, a mcmuffin and flatbread and forgot the wraps. paid £30 for cold and missing food. not ordering again.

I put a £3.00 tip for the driver on the order. When the driver arrived I asked him how much tip had he been given on the system. He told me he had been awarded an 80 pence bonus. Sot just eat take a big cut of the tip as well.

Chips were cold & horrible, the chicken nuggets have been double dipped so really crunchy, not allot of lettuce in the Big Mac, no bbq sauce.

It says delivered but i havent got my food and cant find a number to call. I ordered over an hour ago and have 2 hungry children who were patiently waiting but for what now as there food is no longer coming.

The issue is with McDonalds. Again no condiments for a box of sharing nuggets and chicken strips. Almost every time. And missing food items as well. Disappointed diners in my house tonight.
