Mcdonald's Restaurants in Stevenage

I was served the right food compared with their colleagues at the Stevenage leisure park, those guys always mess up my food, but not these guys! Keep it up!

Please please,stop your delivery service because it’s just not working.Totally wrong order offered to me at my door and whoever’s it was it was stone cold.Driver said that he had been given the wrong order and I should take a picture of it!.Sent him away with it as it was of no use to me.Think that’s me done with both restaurant and delivery service as both clearly aren’t working well.

The staff did everything they could to make the experience good but the broken entrance door let all the heat out. The eat-in experience was ruined 🥶

Foods alright, service is normally quick but the amount of times I've had to check my order and find something missing is very frustrating.

They got our food wrong and we are not happy about it and they won’t give us a refund for our food

Worst experience in a McDonald's cold food no visible staff except for deliveroo customers. The big tasty had so much sauce in it every touch made it spill on your clothes. With your inflated prices give us an experience that's value for money. Better quality and value elsewhere

Me and my wife poped into this McDonald's for a quick bite and used the 'Bring to table' option (07/12/2024). The member of staff who I belived was called Max couldn't have been more helpful, so much so, the wife nagged me to write this review.

Going back to the old McDonalds habit of not delivering dips, even the ones I paid for:(

missing a burger and drinks were a strange mix of diet coke and something else I have allergies and the drink we think it was was Berry oasis

my food was freezing cold which i had to heat up in my micro and the got the order wrong to i dont like tomatoes so I ask if they could remove it and the salad when it came it had all still in it so not rreally happy

Food was cold when it finally arrived 20 minutes late and was missing 9 chicken selects and all the dips. Not impressed!

Wrong sauces sent, no napkins. Food was hot though which was good.

After a long day at work I decided to have a quick bit. I order at the till so far very good. Wait for my order and 5 minutes I pick up my order and seat down on dirty table. I open my bag and find out that a burger was wrong went to the till and explain that the burger I ordered was wrong and the person didn't applogies just gave me the burger and left, I can see some people was getting some wrong orders too. My coke was flat and to be honest at this point I didn't want to say anything.

Awful service, order all the time and never have a problem but tonight food took so long by the time it arrived it was stone cold. All went in the bin and customer service will not refund!!!!

Absolute rubbish, yesterdays chips, didn’t send the sauce for selects yet again. How hard is it to put some sauce in a bag to complete and order. Bunch of kids unable to read receipts. This is beginning of the end of our youth

Estimated delivery time was 25 - 45 minutes when ordering. Food arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later, was cold and missing items

Ordered 3 mcflurries but was given 3 portions of fries instead

The food was delivered almost an hour after it was ordered. The fries were cold and the triple cheeseburger was in between warm and cold too. Despicable. The delivery itself should not be taking this long. Needs improving the next time I order.

After waiting 2 HOURS!!! We were missing most of our food!! This McDonald’s has been a nightmare! Children hungry yet they don’t answer their phones!!

Unless you want a high risk of receiving the complete wrong order, don’t even bother! Couldn’t have got the simplest of orders (for one person) any more wrong. Even then, absolutely inedible as it felt like it’d just come out of the fridge. Completely avoid!!

I wish just eat delivery drivers would actually follow delivery instructions. I'm tired of having someone look back at me stupidly when I tell them they messed up. it's not hard to call when outside.

Terrible place. How is this still a Franchise? Takeaway took ages with no queue and a quiet time. Food was TERRIBLE, cold, flat and inedible. Try to call to complain but they didn’t answer phone!

Delivery driver told us "it's not my problem if you've got the wrong order, even if that's the case and you don't accept the order, I'll just chuck it in the bin!! Literally none of the order was right!!! No good turned up at all and the drinks were wrong!!

Delivery time kept being pushed back, and overall was another 20 minutes after first eta given. Food was freezing cold and all over the inside of the bag.

This restaurant is terrible. They can never ever get an order correct Every single order seems to come out cold they have hundreds of bags just sitting in there for over 30 minutes It’s absolutely crazy how they have it all in there and not giving the food out. How can Chips be Fresh after 30 minutes of sitting there They have no idea whatsoever on how to run a restaurant. It is terrible even though McDonald’s is terrible You still expect at least warm food the food is given to cold so what chance do you have in travelling less than five minutes home for it? Still to be eatable? It needs closing down.

I put a £3.00 tip for the driver on the order. When the driver arrived I asked him how much tip had he been given on the system. He told me he had been awarded an 80 pence bonus. Sot just eat take a big cut of the tip as well.
