Ordered to take away, was quite quick

most of the staff are friendly some as rude every week my orders is wrong, the app is completely rubbish, all this money mac Donald's make it's time to sort it out. it o ly seems to be this one, I just every day and 90% of the time I get upset.

Took my 3 year old grandson in for a happy meal treat. He wanted the toilet so I took him in the ladies. When I noticed there was no toilet roll I spoke to a member of staff who didn't seem that bothered, and didn't help in any way. I did check all toilets mens and disabled and none was in any. Fortunately I had some tissues in my bag.

The complex task of putting 5 items in a bag was clearly a little too much for the fine employees of Mcdonalds who managed to miss items again. Food was also stone cold. So overall shocking!!

Good arrived cold but was within delivery timeframe. Milkshake was only half full. We ordered two drinks that arrived without straws. No napkins or condiments with delivery. First and last time ordering from McDonald’s and first time I’ve ever had an issue with just eat.

I'm not happy with the delivery I got from McDonald's in Stevenage from monkswood as I was missing two hamburgers 6 chicken nuggets and one Big Mac on which my kids do not eat tonight

Awful service, waited over an hour for delivery, food freezing cold, also received someone else’s order so everything was wrong and went without eating as had to give the food to my child. So not giving any stars

Absolute joke, delivery driver phoned to explain he is at the wrong address I asked him to bring it to my correct address which by the way was correctly displayed on the order and he outright refused and told me to take it up with customer service. You can no longer phone them so I’m now sat here waiting for an email to refund my money in full because I didn’t receive my order. Delivery driver got to feed himself and his family for free tonight

The food was stone cold. The dip choice was wrong and sent wrong dips. Kudos though that they actually remembered to send dips on this occasion. Really unhappy as the time kept creeping up after I ordered. Don’t take my money if you can’t deliver in the time frame agreed.

Absolutely disgusting experience! We ordered at the drive though and they didn't have any mcplants and I'm vegan so there was nothing else for me to eat. We then were told to wait in the car park, we waited 20 mins when my partner went in to find they lost our order, proceeded to wait another 15 mins and then our order was wrong! When he went in to ask for the right things we ordered, they were rude about it! Will be ringing the store tomorrow to complain, absolutely disgusting service! The fries also had clearly been cooked in the meat oil as they tasted vile.

Fast food don’t exist here anymore used this regularly for years and now on every single visit you wait 20-30mins to get round drive thru and when you do eventually get to final window your told to park up and wait for you food then you wait for a further 10-15mins this happens without fail on every visit now shocking if your going anywhere in a hurry I wouldn’t bother !

the food took ages to leave the restaurant and then it was delivered fast but when it arrived I discovered that lots of items were missing. I usually trust this restaurant not to miss items off the order and a good delivery time but today they let me down.

Ordered at 20:55 with eta of 21:15 arrived at 21:48. Receipt printed at 21:15, 10 minute drive at best. Food still warm enough to eat

The driver had picked up other orders according to the tracking map on the way to the property, which by the time the food got here they couldn’t find the house and the food wasn’t as hot as it could’ve been. The driver was apologetic and very helpful when not being able to locate the property

Yet again another order not delivered, you need to get yourself some drivers that know how to use a phone when they are lost, absolutely useless!

My order has yet to arrive despite the delivery time of 17:55 and 18:15, I watched the trackable map and saw that the delivery person has sat at the exact same spot for nearly 15 minutes now, so unfortunately my order will now be cold and the three items that required ice cream will now have melted, this is beyond awful service
