DICUSTING SERVICE!!! didn’t recieve my order and i’m being refused a refund

all cold , everything was slapped together drinks were handed upside down

I preferred a cheese burger but I got a cheese roll no burger

I ordered two McMuffin Meals and got 5 orders of pancakes and sausage. I mean how hard is it..

I'm sad because my chips box was less than half full, and they were absolutely stone cold. And my raspberry and chocolate pie was not delivered.

I ordered the double big mac with bacon and its missing fron my order and also the birthday cake. My whole meal is now runied ! Not happy at all

So we didnt get any of our dips & the Big mac bacon doubles where just as dry as the last 2....Honestly from the top down they are so dry

Much later then the original stated expected delivery time. Showed ‘ preparing order / courier at restaurant’ for over half hour. Then delivery went to another customer before ours - so took even longer and food was cold when finally arrived.

The delivery driver was sitting in a street next to mine for about 10 minutes and walked on foot into my street holding the delivery bag side ways, my food is completely cold and more than half of my drink was spilt into the paper bag which has made it rip.

Absolutely awful! Delivery took an hour and fifteen minutes (we live fifteen minutes drive from McDonalds and we ordered at 11.30pm). Food arrived, freezing cold and looking like someone had kicked it about. We threw the burgers away but heated the fries and ate those. Will never order from here again.

Whoever cooked the chips tonight needs a raise. Thank you for providing the bbq sauce, which is often forgotten.

Absolutely ridiculous! Wrong orders arrived, no apology from the driver or help with what to do, he just shrugged his shoulders. I had to drive to the restraunt for them to correct the order. Food was then cold and the order was still wrong! I ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals of which two burgers arrived and no chips...double quater pounder was replaced at the restraunt and then once home discovered it was a single. Very disappointed! Please contact me regarding refund.

Over half of my large order for a family of 5 was missing! Yet again! How can this particular McDonalds get it so wrong a lot of the time?! Their staff need retraining on how to read the order receipts coming in and how to pack the entire order together!

only received half a drink, the rest was spilt by driver but he didn't care as he was on the phone while handing over food. chips taste like cardboard. and burger looked like it was thrown in from across the room. considering I paid a service charge and delivery charge not great. They never ever include sauces when you order for delivery. It’s so annoying! Requested 6 sauces, and paid for them as part of the meals I ordered, and none were delivered

No BBQ sauces, despite requesting & being on my receipt to go with 20 nuggets! Only 19 nuggets in the box & no straws supplied for either drinks! Mc spicy piece chicken looked half the size it should. Nearly £30 order, pretty rubbish!

Forgot chicken nuggets in the meal. Gave banna milshake instead of chocolate. If this happened to someone who allergic to banana could of needed in trouble. They need to sprt it out.

My husband stopped here for a pitstop, he accidentally left his phone on wireless charger here and didn't realise until he get home (over an hour away) I have come in today, I spoke to Hena first she was very helpful and for the manager Sandra, who asked me to confirm make of the phone etc, the staff had found it and put it in the office for safe keeping! Thank you so so so much. Stayed for a breakfast whilst I was here, get service, food was nice and fresh too! Thank you Hena and Sandra :) life savers!

As part of my order I had two drinks... no straws came with the order and the dips I requested weren't in the bag either. I don't mind paying the now compulsory service charge if I'm actually getting the proper service.
