Really don't give out seasoned spices on chips without advertising!!! I have intolerance and really should offer choices . What fast food place gives out chips with spices without detailing so

Order 2 items. Got back home opened the bag with only 1 item in it. Useless

Clean, bright and really nice. Staff were polite which was nice. Food was nice too.

We waited 30 mins.. was just requesting a refund when our food became ready! Under staffed was the problem I think.. food was very hot for once though!

Usual KFC food offerings, this is a small restaurant with limited and crowded eat-in seating. The staff were very busy on our visit but were polite, and friendly. Drive-through available which I wished we had used.

Ordered a meal and the delivery guy did not show up called for a refund and they told me they can’t refund my money back because the delivery guy came which he did not

Typical KFC, good food, good service and a clean restaurant.

My good lady picked up a boneless banquet via the drive thru to bring home for me, upon arriving home and opening found we were only given 2 complete pieces and 2 small 'scrap' pieces of chicken (no meat just the coating) instead of the 3 that are supposed to come with the deal. Worth checking you receive what you order, and more importantly paid for, before heading home!

Absolutely shocking food. I paid nearly £13.00 for a Zinger Tower and some popcorn chicken and the lot ended up in the bin. Popcorn chicken was chewy like it had been reheated, the fries were stone cold and had a strange flavour to them and the Zinger Tower was cold it wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese so was probably cold when they assembled it. Of course I never got my receipt nor any serviettes with my cold meal, hardly surprising as that prevents me from making an official complaint. I'll never go here again that's for sure but there's another KFC in Stevenage so they can have my business instead.

I wish there would have been something below 1 star to give them i would choose that .. worst customer service here i came here with my family on saturday and they gave me oily chicken bucket . And the manager there says okay give me back the chicken 10 peaces back uneaten .. stupid fellow 5 people are sitting with each one tried 1 and left it the same way .. nonsense manager his name is oliver ..

Can't complain the food and staff. but service sometimes can be super slow.

40min wait for chicken with extremely overcooked crumb. The toilets were dirty and wet all over the floor and tables weren’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there - well over an hour. How can kfc increase their prices and provide such a terrible service. Shambles

Wow just wow I got a bucket of chicken not only was it hot and fresh it was also delicious and the Customer service to I had a friendly interaction with Oliver while I was ordering my food get this guy a raise!! It’s very hard to find an employee and food like this in Stevenage so I highly recommend.

Its KFC, not really much more to say. Bit small for sitting down and constantly mindful of getting bopped on the head with delivery drivers bags as they in and out like a fiddlers elbow.

The woman at the till was very rude on Sunday 10th December lunch time. I felt like my order was annoying her and she got my order wrong. Manager needs to step up and train their staff in customer service.

Don't ever order from kfc on just eat drivers steal your food and the manager is useless at resolving the problem wouldn't even send a driver out to compensate for it no wonder there's a 3 star rating terrible service

The worst customer service ever!

Asked for a zinger tower burger and that's not what I receieved. Roadman taking the orders is clearly under qualified for the basics of what his job intails with the attitude to match. I had to sit in the car park for 20 minutes waiting and it came and wrong and cold I should of expected it tbh, I thought the roaring Meg retail park KFC was bad but this one is shocking in comparison I'm not making the same mistake again

Came at 22:50 to get a quick food from drive through, the guy took the order and after the payment he said please wait in the car park it’s gonna take 20 mins !!! That’s fantastic ain’t it ! If i want my food in 20 mins I would go to a normal restaurant not a fast food place ! And the best part is hardly anyone in the store . Excellent customer care !

Never experience like this with any orther fast food, when brought bargain bucket, they put 9 pieces instead 10,towice this happened, one time all leg no orther pieces, couldn't compline because I brought the food home ,that's when I noticed,I would never go to this kfc again, please check the food before you take home.

can the service get anymore dire? waited 35 minutes in the car park after being in the drive thru - asked for two snack bucket bundles which contain popcorn chicken, chips & a mini wrap - after 35 minutes our dinner clearly got taken in a bag to the car BEHIND us who arrived after us and the same car got given another bag of food two minutes afterward and drove off so speedily after getting our food for free! when we called over the young chap who was giving food out he looked at our registration number and gulped like he’d seen casper the friendly ghost because he knew he had given our food away and he basically acted with such an attitude i think he needs to go back to school he was like “what? what order? what you waiting for?” basically the rudest person i had ever met, he went back in to see where our order ‘was’ after he clearly knew he gave it away, he went to re make it and came out to only give us chips and wraps , no popcorn chicken. he then said in his attitude filled voice “you have to come to drive thru for refund” and we said no we’re not so he told us to come indoors and then when we did we were accused of only ordering wraps and chips and that snack bucket bundles do not contain chicken popcorn even though they clearly do and the wrap is what makes it a bundle !!! i am disgusted with their lack of service and good manners the manager was so rude like “is popcorn included?” how can you not know your own menu or did you get embarrassed when you realized your staff member gave our food to someone else for FREE?! both manager and staff members are not equipped with the customer service skills needed to serve people and there was only two people going through the drive thru so was it really a big job to make two snack buckets? absolutely dire ridiculous service, will never come here again absolutely pathetic don’t waste your time 1 star

I have been up ill most of the night with what I can only assume is now potential food poisoning! I will be contacting the store directly also about this matter.

I went into the KFC at Stevenage Leisure Centre and tried to order a simple meal for my son. Big problem - they can't speak English properly. I struggled to convey my order. When it arrived it was small. Small portion of chips, four small pieces of chicken and a drink for overa tenner. Absolute rubbish. I will not be going back there again.

Ordered from drive through at 19:00 on 09.08.2023. Order taker was so rude ( so rude ) is a small word. Food quality below 1 star burger was a mess. Drive through lady was not interested to entertain at all. Pathetic service will neber come here again

I walked in and immediately walked out with 5 minutes , the place was very untidy . The server was busy packing online orders and ignoring people waiting to be served

Just had 2 wraps of the day. They were over cooked and with no sauce so extremely dry and the wrap was hard. Called in for then to sort and after I explained what had happened they put the phone down. Tried to call back.. No one answered. I will be asking for my money back

No app, no boards and the idea of a 45 minute wait. Meant that we weren't interested in them entertaining anything our food order.

The young man that served us was excellent

Small seating area, dirty toilets, slow service when only moderately busy, and a tendency to give you the wrong drink when there's a bunch of them left on the counter (I got ice tea instead of pepsi). I enjoy KFC but this restaurant isn't the greatest.

Why has KFC lost its crispiness ?

I got better meals from same location many times. Just this time was not good enough. But will have one again later

A little busy but, wasn't kept waiting too long, food was warm and edible, place was clean and turnover was good.

6 minutes before we were even acknowledged that we were waiting to have our food order taken. It wasn’t even busy. Then a further 10 minutes plus for food. Seems like the staff need training more, everyone was loosing orders and not tracking food. Also the manager just sitting in his office not caring. Expect to be waiting a while for your order here.

Quality was terrible and got the order wrong.

Prices became absolutely ridiculous at KFC. Mighty backed is almost £10. Filled with oil, it is like they are not even trying anymore. Staff is helpful and polite, but food quality and price is just as important.

over all wouldn't come back. made it differcult for blue light card uses to get thier discount. half way through order staff change servers so have to start over woth order making it confusing on all fronts. the woman who served me and my other half was rude and blunt did not check if our was completed. too loud to even speak to staff let alone one a other

Best KFC i have visited in the recent times

Usually the drive thru is relatively okay, can be busy at times. But the most recent visit took a long time, had to park up and wait for about 15 minutes. Seems to be a backlog of sorts. Queuing inside and waiting delivery drivers.

I ordered some extra items over and above a 10piece wicked bucket. Namely 3 extra lots of chicken wings, extra chips and supercharged sauce. All the extra items were NOT received. This is is not the first time and has happened. This was a treat for my sons and I live 7miles to trolley back!... Not only that the wicked bucket had majority chicken legs in it...in fact more legs that I have ever seen in a bucket. VERY POOR AND RECONSIDERING EVER USING THIS KFC IN FUTURE. The chicken looks like they maybe fried twice . When I open the box it’s looking burned. Disgusting thing after spending £21 loose money time and mind. Never go back again. Maybe they don’t do it for dine in because people will throw it in their face.

Drive through on a Saturday evening, ran out of chicken, me and 10 other vehicles waiting 20 mins for food

It's OK if you like KFC, but having not had a KFC for quite some time, then it was a treat for my wife and je also, taking our grandson out for a treat. Service was slow and waited some time. Food was salty (not what I remembered), and coffee was watery. Delivery people coming in were served almost straight away. All in all, I would not go back again unless I had to.

Not great here today. Long wait for a preordered meal. Well done to "Oliver" he kept every one in good spirits, despite the lack of cooked chicken for orders. Chicken coating was very thick and too crispy. Not their usual standard. Hope to leave better review on my next visit.

Very inexperienced staff not supervised by senior member, took good few minutes to order simple meal. Quality in line with any other kfc place.

Server was happy and efficient. Restaurant small so could be tricky to get seated at busy times.

Went to KFC at the Range ordered using drive tru,the guy at the till was very polite,got to the window to collect my order it was a different ballgame the lady seemed to be in rush I asked her for sauces she gave me 1 of each,I asked her for more she told me to go park up and some one will bring it over,I politely told her to stick it up where the sun don't shine,I got home to give my kids dinner the chicken was as dry as the Sahara desert and tasted like it had been reheated the amount of oil dripping from it was unbelievable,my family refused to eat, what a waste of money will definitely not be going there again,utter rubbish.........

KFC is never consistent. Some pieces were over cooked and those that weren't lacked flavour.

Really friendly service, great food as always and it was nice and quiet inside!

My grandson wanted KFC as a treat, so we ordered from the leisure park. It arrived way too quick which is not a good sign and sure enough, the fries looked as if they'd been cooked before and reheated. The chicken was lukewarm and I've now been up from the early hours with stomach cramps and all the unpleasantness that comes with it, and feel horrible. I wish I'd checked out the reviews before, because we'd have gone elsewhere for our take-out. Dire.

Worst KFC. Avoid! Added extra fries without me asking, filthy restaurant, drinks spilt on the floor, bags all over the place. Friends wrap looked like someone has eaten it.
