Spoke to the really lovely and helpful Oliver yesterday, amazing customer service

Okay..wow!! Last time I'd visited...many months ago ...I'd have said 2 star max. Today..the 3 piece boneless meal......chicken was moist and coating was crunchy and spicy! Chips also nicely coated ,hot...not limp, bland and soft!! Was at about 1230 ISH but not really busy ...so,fairs fair Tip Top

Power cut occurred unexpectedly whilst making payment for a meal. The manager and his team were still able to attend to us and offered a free meal in addition

Not sure what happened today, but got back with my zinger box ordered through the drive through, and the top of the bun was missing. How does that even happen?

I was served by a polite man, think his name was Ollie! It’s not often that you get served with a smile in fast food restaurants.

Amazing atmosphere in there!! Ollie kindly helped me with my order and made me laugh! He definitely is a good team leader every other time I have gone in there it is never as good feeling as this!

Oliver went above and beyond today to give us fast, friendly and efficient service!

I had been to the drive through tonight at 19.37pm i ordered a 4 fillet boneless meal and made it large. I get to the window and pay. I had driven down the road 15 minutes as i was heading to London to go home. I have my large Pepsi Max and then realised i only have one small fries and 3 boneless fillets. How can someone be soo thick and not count when i was the only person in the drive through! I dont have a receipt as she never gave me one so cant even prove but i paid £10.78. Absolutely got scammed! Absolute jokes!

My local favourite kfc, I have tried kfc all over London but this kfc is my favourite& staff are very friendly.

Surprisingly clean. Those guys got my order within 2 minutes.

I like to come back to this particular KFC as the wings are always fresh and well done. Some other places I have tried before served stale wings, but not here! The meat melts off the bone, done perfectly, infact, I'm going to go there now for my favourite hot wings. Cheers!

Prices became absolutely ridiculous at KFC. Mighty bucket is almost £10. Filled with oil, it is like they are not even trying anymore. Staff is helpful and polite, but food quality and price are just as important.

My food was literally thrown on the tray and pushed to me.The guy in the front 5/12/24 has no customer skills. When I asked why the presentation was like that, he replied and said what presentation, and I can't get more than he has presented. You don't throw people's food in a bag opened on a tray. The food was very cold and I just avoided a scene as I would have just returned the food due to the very poor customer service coupled with a dog nose cold food! Absolutely shocking manners.

This place used to be good back in 1996. The food would be good, but the care in the whole place isn't there. The service is slow, not customer friendly at all.

Not the best KFC. Disappointing

No queue due to the facts that this KFC is only few steps away from McDonald which is always busy. Nice fresh food. Chicken was so juice. However wen I went back few days later the chicken was a bit dry. I have missed those days when KFC used to serve the little wipes. Corn much smaller what it used to be served and without butter option.

Chicken tasted amazing as usual, chips were overly seasoned and unfortunately their syrup for their Pepsi was out and when they was informed of this it seemed as if they didn't understand what was being said and they had to get a manager to do anything about it.

Prices up, portions smaller. There's not much to recommend this. The gents smelled of urine and the floor was wet. Tables were dirty.

Food tasted alright, however the burger looked like it had been shaken inside the box before it was given to me.

Usual KFC food offerings, this is a small restaurant with limited and crowded eat-in seating. The staff were very busy on our visit but were polite, and friendly. Drive-through available which I wished we had used.

Ordered a meal and the delivery guy did not show up called for a refund and they told me they can’t refund my money back because the delivery guy came which he did not

Typical KFC, good food, good service and a clean restaurant.

My good lady picked up a boneless banquet via the drive thru to bring home for me, upon arriving home and opening found we were only given 2 complete pieces and 2 small 'scrap' pieces of chicken (no meat just the coating) instead of the 3 that are supposed to come with the deal. Worth checking you receive what you order, and more importantly paid for, before heading home!

Absolutely shocking food. I paid nearly £13.00 for a Zinger Tower and some popcorn chicken and the lot ended up in the bin. Popcorn chicken was chewy like it had been reheated, the fries were stone cold and had a strange flavour to them and the Zinger Tower was cold it wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese so was probably cold when they assembled it. Of course I never got my receipt nor any serviettes with my cold meal, hardly surprising as that prevents me from making an official complaint. I'll never go here again that's for sure but there's another KFC in Stevenage so they can have my business instead.

I wish there would have been something below 1 star to give them i would choose that .. worst customer service here i came here with my family on saturday and they gave me oily chicken bucket . And the manager there says okay give me back the chicken 10 peaces back uneaten .. stupid fellow 5 people are sitting with each one tried 1 and left it the same way .. nonsense manager his name is oliver ..

Can't complain the food and staff. but service sometimes can be super slow.

40min wait for chicken with extremely overcooked crumb. The toilets were dirty and wet all over the floor and tables weren’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there - well over an hour. How can kfc increase their prices and provide such a terrible service. Shambles

Wow just wow I got a bucket of chicken not only was it hot and fresh it was also delicious and the Customer service to I had a friendly interaction with Oliver while I was ordering my food get this guy a raise!! It’s very hard to find an employee and food like this in Stevenage so I highly recommend.

Its KFC, not really much more to say. Bit small for sitting down and constantly mindful of getting bopped on the head with delivery drivers bags as they in and out like a fiddlers elbow.

The woman at the till was very rude on Sunday 10th December lunch time. I felt like my order was annoying her and she got my order wrong. Manager needs to step up and train their staff in customer service.

Don't ever order from kfc on just eat drivers steal your food and the manager is useless at resolving the problem wouldn't even send a driver out to compensate for it no wonder there's a 3 star rating terrible service

The worst customer service ever!

Asked for a zinger tower burger and that's not what I receieved. Roadman taking the orders is clearly under qualified for the basics of what his job intails with the attitude to match. I had to sit in the car park for 20 minutes waiting and it came and wrong and cold I should of expected it tbh, I thought the roaring Meg retail park KFC was bad but this one is shocking in comparison I'm not making the same mistake again

Came at 22:50 to get a quick food from drive through, the guy took the order and after the payment he said please wait in the car park it’s gonna take 20 mins !!! That’s fantastic ain’t it ! If i want my food in 20 mins I would go to a normal restaurant not a fast food place ! And the best part is hardly anyone in the store . Excellent customer care !

Never experience like this with any orther fast food, when brought bargain bucket, they put 9 pieces instead 10,towice this happened, one time all leg no orther pieces, couldn't compline because I brought the food home ,that's when I noticed,I would never go to this kfc again, please check the food before you take home.

can the service get anymore dire? waited 35 minutes in the car park after being in the drive thru - asked for two snack bucket bundles which contain popcorn chicken, chips & a mini wrap - after 35 minutes our dinner clearly got taken in a bag to the car BEHIND us who arrived after us and the same car got given another bag of food two minutes afterward and drove off so speedily after getting our food for free! when we called over the young chap who was giving food out he looked at our registration number and gulped like he’d seen casper the friendly ghost because he knew he had given our food away and he basically acted with such an attitude i think he needs to go back to school he was like “what? what order? what you waiting for?” basically the rudest person i had ever met, he went back in to see where our order ‘was’ after he clearly knew he gave it away, he went to re make it and came out to only give us chips and wraps , no popcorn chicken. he then said in his attitude filled voice “you have to come to drive thru for refund” and we said no we’re not so he told us to come indoors and then when we did we were accused of only ordering wraps and chips and that snack bucket bundles do not contain chicken popcorn even though they clearly do and the wrap is what makes it a bundle !!! i am disgusted with their lack of service and good manners the manager was so rude like “is popcorn included?” how can you not know your own menu or did you get embarrassed when you realized your staff member gave our food to someone else for FREE?! both manager and staff members are not equipped with the customer service skills needed to serve people and there was only two people going through the drive thru so was it really a big job to make two snack buckets? absolutely dire ridiculous service, will never come here again absolutely pathetic don’t waste your time 1 star

I have been up ill most of the night with what I can only assume is now potential food poisoning! I will be contacting the store directly also about this matter.

I went into the KFC at Stevenage Leisure Centre and tried to order a simple meal for my son. Big problem - they can't speak English properly. I struggled to convey my order. When it arrived it was small. Small portion of chips, four small pieces of chicken and a drink for overa tenner. Absolute rubbish. I will not be going back there again.

Ordered from drive through at 19:00 on 09.08.2023. Order taker was so rude ( so rude ) is a small word. Food quality below 1 star burger was a mess. Drive through lady was not interested to entertain at all. Pathetic service will neber come here again

I walked in and immediately walked out with 5 minutes , the place was very untidy . The server was busy packing online orders and ignoring people waiting to be served

Third time meal turned up wrong and last meal was swimming in grease so much it fell out of the paper bag on to my drive

Just had 2 wraps of the day. They were over cooked and with no sauce so extremely dry and the wrap was hard. Called in for then to sort and after I explained what had happened they put the phone down. Tried to call back.. No one answered. I will be asking for my money back

No app, no boards and the idea of a 45 minute wait. Meant that we weren't interested in them entertaining anything our food order.

The young man that served us was excellent

Small seating area, dirty toilets, slow service when only moderately busy, and a tendency to give you the wrong drink when there's a bunch of them left on the counter (I got ice tea instead of pepsi). I enjoy KFC but this restaurant isn't the greatest.

I got better meals from same location many times. Just this time was not good enough. But will have one again later
