KFC in Basildon

Used the drive thru on a Saturday at 3pm, ordered 2x large coleslaw got cobettes instead. Ordered vegan burger was so dry, worst one I’ve ever had. Come on kfc sort yourselves out!!!

Super dry food, felt like it had been on the shelves for days. How that can be i don't know. It was a Saturday 2pm with a long line of waiting cars. If anything it should be under cook as there many customer waiting and they would cook it in a hurry. Instead it was dry and hard. Most likely cooked the they before. It is sickening how these company gets away with this customer service. I would never go back to this Basildon rubbish dump.

i went to my local kfc branch to sit inside with my partner to grab a quick bite to eat however was met hy a member of staff who dispite trying to be helpful came across pushy about covid app scanning insisting on name and number we were made to feel very uncomfortable they need to worry more about distancing as he came right up close to us on more than one occasion i was ok with leaving my name and number but didnt like the way they approached us i certainly wont be returning to this kfc very dissapointed
