We ordered two meals a week ago at The Martlesham Heath KFC. We clearly stated no sauces on both (twice) but when we got the items and drove off. We had to take the items back. There seems to be a lot of young teenagers in that branch and we are very happy for young kids to be working and gain experience but they do not seem to be properly supervised or trained well. Four days ago, we went back to the same branch and ordered two wraps ( simple, easy, just two wraps) we spent nearly 10 minutes between ordering to get our wrap and guess what... the chicken was cold. After 5 minutes of waiting for food, one young man came to the window and without saying anything, closed the windows in our face and not even an apology was offered or to say that the food will be delayed. We complained to the young Manager and she ensured another two wraps were made, but guess what.... the chicken was barely warm. We wont be re-attending.

I arrived at 1330 on a horribly wet and miserable January day, expecting to find the place to myself. But the restaurant was absolutely packed, with loads of folk waiting for their meal, plus a horde of delivery drivers awaiting pre-ordered food. So I bagged one of the very few vacant tables and, rather than stand to use the kiosks, sat down and ordered on the app on my phone. Quite odd, in a way. By the time I had decided what to have, the crowds had cleared and, once I pressed the button, the meal was with me in a matter of moments. Sadly, the fries were, at best, lukewarm, and were replaced with freshly cooked, piping-hot, ones which were actually really nice. However, one has to think how can it be that chips are not just out of the frier when the place has been packed to the rafters only a few minutes before? The chicken was really, really tasty, very succulent with that famous coating that you can never quite recreate at home. They can't make coffee for toffee, though. My filtered version, part of my £9.99 meal-for-one as an alternative to fizzy pop, was horribly weak and most of it had to go in the bin. Toilets badly need a refurb. and a deep clean wouldn't go amiss. In the gents, a bit of plumbing at both taps wouldn't break the bank. As the senior team were busy discussing last year 'peaking at 3.6', I had to assume they were talking about turnover? Or maybe profit? If so, plenty of pennies to spend on a bit of updating. During the busy time, the disposal area had become an absolute train-wreck, but that was quickly sorted once staff were less busy serving and cooking. All in all, a decent meal for just under a tenner.

Everyone is slagging this KFC off, so I thought balance the scales a little. I guess people mostly rate fast food places when they have had a bad experience, and do nothing when it’s been ok. Today I went in and got myself 8 delicious hot wings and fries and was served on the till by a charming young lady with dark hair and glasses who helpfully worked out if it would be cheaper for me to buy a meal or do it individually. Hot wings were smashing! Hot and served quickly, sauce and a smile! Thanks guys!

Orders were mixed up severely. Trilogy box meal had half of its contents replaced by incorrect food. Fillet box meal had contents which should have been in the trilogy box instead, and the burger was spicy fathered than the expected classic burger as described in the food’s contents. Presentation was terrible and some of the food was a little lukewarm. Please re-evaluate your store policy and staff as this shouldn’t have happened. My friends have had this problem a few times this week too with their orders, which makes this even worse for this store

Me and my pal Ben went for lunch at kfc, I got my food but the staff member at the tills asked if I wanted chips, saying that I am fat, this is an ick!!!!!

We arrived at 4pm to find the staff not at the tills and the tills having malfunctioned, so card payments were redundant, unless ordered at their self-serve kiosks. We ordered at the self-serve kiosks only to encounter no receipt of the order due to no receipt paper inserted in the kiosks. We also discovered there was no table numbers, therefore we had to wait around for our orders to be served next to the tills. We sat down and had our food, which was of excellent quality (hence why this review is 2 stars rather than the 1). However, we looked around during this time to find the staff members left a D10 (ten) cleaning product on their counter, which not only could've been easily stolen by future customers (inc. children), it posed as a COSHH risk, posing a massive risk, or can cause [permanent] harm to customer's health. All of the above should be looked at and be reviewed by the team at this branch with utmost urgency.

Four meals ,caked in grease even the chips were so greasy had to wipe them with serviette before eating them ,I had three pieces of chicken one leg and 2pieces of fat ,not a chance of any white meat,my hands were dripping in grease ,never again from here .

Food poor and saw staff thru window no masks gloves all hanging around in kitchen talking, teenage staff continually smoking out the back, I told my wife this place was filthy and had a bad rep but she insisted on one of the foul gravy burger things. My friend ate here recently and the chicken was raw inside.

My partner and I ordered from KFC Cardinal Park through Uber eats. We ordered 2 rice boxes and added a note for the restaurant that one of the boxes should not have garlic sauce. The order arrived with garlic sauce on both and no disposable cutlery. After reading some other reviews, I am convinced people working there are just incompetent when it comes to ensuring the right order is being sent to customers. Furthermore, no one is answering the phone although we have tried calling them for more than half an hour.

I stupidly placed an order through just eat and it arrived and 85% was missing so I tried to phone just eat and was put on hold, 26 mins later I thought I needed to eat so I order some of my missing stuff and guess what nothing has arrived have the yum group gone insane with kfc unless I get my 50 quid back heads will roll

Popped into KFC prior to the cinema, ordered at 8pm on the self order screens which was pretty straight forward. The restaurant counter was packed with Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers, who basically consume all of the staff’s time and attention. Our food wasn’t ready until nearly 8:15 and the girl handing it over was one of the most rude people I’ve ever met. Didn’t crack a smile, didn’t acknowledge us with a smile, or an Enjoy - is there anything else I can get you? Simply just handed the food over without a smile. We then find the least sticky table in the filthy restaurant and I go to tuck into my boneless fillets and then find the charming lady has forgotten to put the two pots of dip in, so off I go to see her smily face again. I then stand there at the counter and she doesn’t even acknowledge me, even though she had served me less than a minute before. I have to say “Excuse me” to get her attention. Then I explain I’ve not been given the dipping sauces. There was no apology, she took them out of someone else’s order box and handed them over. The food itself was ok, it’s KFC, and you get what you’d expect. The queue for the drive thru was massive and never seemed to move. In my opinion they simply can’t cope with the amount of deliveroo and just eat orders coming in. The driver’s take over the entire restaurant and dominate the counter and staff. There were also no staff cleaning the restaurant, the tables and floor were sticky, and bins overflowing. Don’t bother with this place, I’d go to McDonalds nearby and get a better service, less sticky table and probably better food.

The most disgusting place ever ! Filthy restaurant. Tables dirty and sticky. Stench of urine from dirty toilets. Staff scruffy and wearing filthy uniforms. Staff continually outside front of restaurant smoking then NOT washing hands as straight back onto serving area. Food was awful. Chicken overcook (or recooked) chips dreadful. Looked like reheated new potato chips and only a tiny portion. Asked for and paid for a large gravy. This was presented in two half full small containters equalling one small gravy. Staff and restaurant an utter disgrace. No supervisor or manager apparent just a few kids larking about. How this place has a food hygiene rating of 5 I will never know. EHO need to visit and close it down. Will never return.

This is the second successive visit where I have ordered a side of beans and they were missing from the order given to me at the drive through. Fortunately, after the previous experience, I checked and the staff provided a portion. However, when I got home the boneless dipping box was missing the dip. Just so careless of this restaurant. Note to any visitors to KFC Cardinals Park drive through, check your order thoroughly else you may get cheated

Everytime i fancy a KFC,I always forget my previous visit.....same again this time ! 16 minute wait which was acknowledged by giving me a warm bottle of Pepsi. Staff ok but busy and stressed..... I should've asked for my money back when i see the guy who's cooking the fries pick one up and eat it. If it wasnt for the fact id been on road since 5am,Idve gone to Mcd. Never again.

Missing a food item on a take away order is one thing but for the KFC feedback team to refuse to refund or credit one’s loyalty account with the value of the item not supplied is awful. Apparently their T&C say no refund given retrospectively but this is for items NOT returned on the day which is difficult as NOT supplied in the first place. I urge every customer to thoroughly check their food orders before leaving any KFC premises as they can make mistakes and KFC will not rectify them fairly. Better still think about shopping elsewhere.

There originals tonight from this brunch was horrible, seemed burnt and very oily. I would not recommend to friends and family. This was by far a really bad experience with a fast food restaurant and KFC Ipswich should have someone to oversee and correct the cooking timings. Would not recommend.

Chicken fries were chewy like they had been under heater for quite a while. Not normally like that, and the worst to date.

Ordered my food and came very quick but when I opened the bag I had 1 burger missing and only got 6 chicken nuggets when actually I ordered 9!
