KFC in Maldon

slow service, okay quality of food. cold chips. no crushums. dry chicken all look like they don’t want to be there. won’t come back

All im going to say is how is this place still trading , it is one of the worst experience ive ever had . the food is not fit for Comsumption , UNDER COOK chicken dripping in oil . cold and olest staff member is all of 18 , just avoid.

Free parking ...so nothing to rush around . Food came in quick as ordered. Nice and quite environment. Staff is young but trying their best to please guest.

Terrible. Ordered 5 box meals so c.£50 of food, I’d say at least half of the stuff was missing. How hard can it be to get a simple order correct? Shambles of a place. Management did semi rectify the order when I returned alas this left half the meal warm and the original items cold. When asked how they got it so wrong, the “manager” just shrugged her shoulders.

We thought that we would try this kfc again after two terrible previous visits however once again it was terrible How do you get it so wrong ? KFC management need to step in to re train of cooking and presentation making sure what had been paid for is in the bag We will never visit this restaurant again

Absolutely disgusted ordered £25 worth of food for not even 1 thing on my order to turn up other than the free mini fillets which was a offer for them to replace all my 7 other items with 2 bags of chips and 2 hot wings not even worth a star but unfortunately you don’t have the option of 0 star will never be using this establishment again joke of a establishment and how you can have the audacity to do that is a joke!

Absolutely a joke not a brain cell between them 6th time on trot got home n half my order missing even though I asked if it's all there n they even listed it then still forgot it n got it wrong

I must be a glutton for punishment but never again. How can a KFC be this bad Out of 8 visits I would say only 2 were OK when first opened. Today has got to be the worst ever. I actually feel ill after eating this crap. AVOID at all costs as I certainly will be.

Worst kfc going. Have never had a good experience. Food is always cold and old and 9/10 times foos is missing. And just to add to it, it takes sooooo long for the food to come out.

It's just pants all round guys. Drive to a better one. It'll be worth it. The staff are like zombies, they might just be a bit stoned. Who knows. But if you want to get in and out with nice fresh food in under 30 minutes, this isn't the place for you.

Awful. Poor service, received the incorrect items and incredibly long wait despite only 3 customers waiting. Would not recommend at all.

Food poisoning!!!! DONT GO HERE. Food was very bad all having food poisoning. My little girl is so Sick from going there. Disgusting !!!! Get new staff and cooks as no cares there!! Also very rude staff!!!

Went thru drive thru… got home, some food missing, chip cartons half empty, and chips were cold almost raw, wouldn’t mind but the drive thru was empty and it was only 9pm…. So not near closing or too busy.

I had ordered online and went to pick up on my way to Dowling to see my grandmother with my family. Nice people at the counter buy when I got to her house, the fry boxes were half empty, the chicken was cold, and I was missing my salads. I called to see if I could just be refunded as I did not want to drive back. They rudely told me that I could not so I drove in to get my salads. When I got there I had to wait 15 minutes to be spoken to and then they would not give me both salads that were missing as one of the ladies argued with me both were there. I would not have driven 15 minutes for one salad. Terrible customer service and some very rude staff. Will not go back.

Worst KFC ever had. Tried this KFC many times seeing some reviews saying how it’s improved but it certainly hasn’t. Ordered via Uber, popcorn chicken open in the bag and from the three orders it had two chips and a drink missing plus a hair in the mighty bucket box. Won’t be going here ever again.

ALWAYS miss something off your order. Raw chips!! Moody and unfriendly staff. Go to ANY other KFC. AWFUL

Worst KFC of my life. 35 Q in car and when I got food home the fries were like soggy socks and the burger was tasteless. It’s be the worst KFC in the UK.
